The food portions were too small, and the price was rather high. To reach the toilets, you have to go down many stairs; they're located in the deepest, darkest basement. This is an additional drawback for people with visual or mobility impairments.

The pasta and salads were great, and the pinsa was good. Unfortunately, the pizzas were overcooked and the crust was too hard (too crispy). The owner is incredibly friendly and nice (five out of five stars), and the service is super friendly. I always enjoy going there.

This restaurant is a real insider tip! I have to start with the octopus salad: It's the best I've ever eaten, and my husband is absolutely thrilled with it too. The pizza is also top-notch: It comes on a super-thin, crispy base and is topped with very high-quality ingredients. Honestly, I can recommend everything on the menu—from pasta and salad to fish and pizza—I enjoy it every time. There's always a great wine selection to go with it. The desserts are a must—they're truly divine!

⭐☆☆☆☆ – When service becomes a coincidence Vino's in Kaufbeuren has always been a reliable address – until this evening. The food was good as usual, but the service was a minor tragedy in several acts: Two dishes were simply not billed, and after an hour, a single pizza arrived. When asked, a disinterested "we'll have to see." No apology, no effort, not a shred of service-oriented thinking. So we shared the pizza, while the pasta arrived 20 minutes later – without comment, of course. When paying, a quiet "sorry" and the obligatory offer of a drink on the house – unfortunately, that also came too late. It's a shame about the food, which is really good. But anyone who thinks that friendliness and attentiveness are part of the overall experience will be disappointed here.

We ordered 6 pizzas, 3 of which came without cheese. Unfortunately, the delivery took twice as long as advertised (1.5 hours), and two pizzas had the wrong toppings. We called and asked for compensation, or better yet, for the correct pizzas to be delivered. On the phone, we were initially accused of an order error, which we were able to correct. They then asked for time to consider it and promised an immediate call back. This didn't come throughout the entire evening, and our repeated attempts to call were not answered. Therefore, there was neither compensation nor the correct pizzas. Unfortunately, a very unpleasant and disrespectful treatment. One star only for the fact that the correctly delivered pizzas were good.

Excellent fritto misto, wonderfully crispy and served with a great sauce! The service was extremely courteous and fast.

Excellent pinsa, yes, a kind of pizza, slightly long and very tasty. The wines (vinho verde!) and the various desserts (tartuffi, dolci, tiramisu) are also excellent. Top-notch coffee goes without saying. The best Italian in town, bravissimo.

We reserved a table via email because the menu was on display at our hotel and piqued our interest. We were warmly welcomed and seated at a table for two. We had tagliatelle with scampi and pinsa (a Roman type of pizza) with seafood. Both were extremely delicious, but quite garlicky (which suited us, but you have to like it). Perfect wine and tasty non-alcoholic beers rounded out the meal. Conclusion: We've rarely eaten such good Italian food.

We walked into the restaurant by chance and without much expectation and were pleasantly surprised: - Exceptionally friendly service - Great selection of food and drinks - High quality; the pinsa was among the best I've ever eaten - Very good location in the heart of Marktoberdorf

Waiting an hour for a piece of lasagna that was heated in the microwave is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! Some parts were even still cold. How can anyone justify something like that? No apology for the wait, nothing, as if it were completely normal. And what makes it even worse: I can make better lasagna at home than the kitchen at Vino. The lasagna should definitely be taken off the menu! If the long waits have anything to do with the fact that you can order at Vino, I would also advise them not to deliver. It is absolutely not worth coming here to eat; you can get proper Italian pizza of this quality elsewhere in Kaufbeuren. Only pasta dishes like the Caramelle, which are really very good, are the only thing that justifies a visit to Vino, but only if you don't want to wait an hour for your food. I would also recommend removing the cobwebs and insect bits from the windows, as you are sitting right next to them outside and that is not pleasant.

A prime location on Kaiser-Max-Straße with a view of the town hall. Vino's is just as cozy inside. The best Italian, fresh, and authentic food in a family atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Italian food.

Unfortunately, I have to correct my first (good) review. I simply don't understand it. The food is so good! Pizza is brutally delicious. But in terms of organization and service, the place is a complete disaster! When you eat in a restaurant, you basically wait forever (at least 1 hour, sometimes up to 2 hours) for your food. That's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Unfortunately, that's what happens when making money is your top priority. If I can't provide good service because the staff are overwhelmed or the structures don't allow guests to be served in a reasonable time, then I should rethink things. You can least blame the staff. Still, it's anything but nice when you get yelled at when you ask for your food after a long wait and despite repeated requests, no one comes so you can pay. The height of incompetence is evident when ordering and delivering by phone. Abnormal waiting times, no one is ever available by phone, and when the food does arrive, it's cold. It hurts my soul because, as I said, the food is very good. But that doesn't help when there are so many other negative points to be mentioned. I hope they take the criticism to heart and change something. Then I'd be happy to come back.

Visiting Kaufbeuren, this place was one of those with its terrace and super delicious pizza paste, I recommend it!

Straight from Hamburg, and bonjour, we landed at the Vino Restaurant. We were also hungry. Lunch, from the wine to the food and dessert, was excellent. It was lovely with you, thank you very much.

Ordered lasagna - what came was, well... not lasagna for me. On top is simply “dried-out” hack. My guess is that it was frozen and someone forgot to put the cheese or béchamel on top. Ordered there for the first and last time, a shame. Expensive fun. I'm willing to pay more, but then the quality should be just right.

We ordered a pizza and two pinsa this evening. The calculated delivery time was 60-70 minutes. The status of the order was checked several times on Lieferando. It just said “It’s almost there…”. Since after almost 120 minutes no order had arrived, we checked the app again and suddenly it said “order delivered”. According to the app, the order was delivered an hour earlier. However, no one rang the bell. To clear up the misunderstanding, the restaurant was contacted by telephone. However without success. Even after several calls, including from my friends' cell phones, there was no response (about ten attempts). The order had already been paid for via Paypal, there was no food after 120 minutes, according to the app it was delivered 60 minutes ago and contact was unsuccessful. After 140 minutes the order finally arrived. Food was lukewarm. The misunderstanding could have been clarified regarding the long waiting time. However, if contact is not possible at all, this will be difficult. That's an absurdity. We will not be ordering again in the future.

Ordered once and never again. We ordered 11 pizzas last night. We thought that it might take a little longer due to the quantity, but when after 1 3/4 hours there was still no pizza, my friend, who had ordered by phone, tried to find out when or if by phone the pizzas are still being delivered. Nobody answered the phone - even after multiple calls. Then I called on my cell phone and someone answered immediately. As I was about to describe the situation, I was immediately interrupted and told that I should talk to Stefan (???). The phone was then apparently left somewhere in the kitchen and forgotten. Then hung up after 6 minutes after my desperate "Hello?" no one responded or came back to the phone. End of song: after more than 2 hours the pizzas were there. Unfortunately cold to lukewarm at most. There is one star for the food because the toppings were relatively generous (at least on my pizza) and for the service because the pizzas were still delivered.

We were there yesterday, the service was very nice and so was the ambience. However, we had pasta and the portion was more reminiscent of a children's portion. Unfortunately, we weren't full from the main course (despite the starter), so the three of us shared a pizza between us. The food was still very tasty, but unfortunately it was too small.

We went without a reservation and they managed to accommodate us despite a busy Friday night. The food was delicious and the wait was reasonable. We will come back.

Vino in Kaufbeuren, a nice Italian restaurant in a prime downtown location right in front of the town hall. A successful evening with friends in mild temperatures on the terrace, friendly service with fun at work and great, delicious cuisine. We were there for the first time and would love to come back. The menu is interesting, great selection and our mega pizza was super tasty and freshly topped, very tasty. Also something left over for the next working day. Clear recommendation from Katja & Ralf

Great restaurant with a view of the town hall. Service friendly and attentive. Very good selection of dishes and drinks, not just the standard pizza/pinsa. In terms of taste, it is overall recommendable; high-quality ingredients are definitely used here. Unfortunately, the pizza dough was a bit too hard for me and I wasn't entirely impressed with the taste, but we'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, we were lucky? being there on a day when it was very busy. The drinks and food order took a very long time. The staff was visibly annoyed and overwhelmed by the many guests. Which she constantly communicated to the guests. The food itself, taste wise a 3. So I don't recommend it.

The four of us wanted to go to the Vino for dinner today. Unfortunately everything was reserved, even though many tables were empty. Too bad and funny. So we went somewhere else.

So unfortunately you can't give less than zero stars here. I had reserved a table today and had to park right in front of the restaurant because my mother, who is severely disabled, has three. We sat at the nearest table. It came from the waiter, who is probably also the owner, who called the tables. The car couldn't stop here, okay, I wanted to drive it away anyway. My mother I sat at the nearest table, a table for two, then the host came and said it wasn't the table we had reserved. He replied that my mother was very difficult to walk with disabled people, level three, but he insisted that she change the table and in the same breath that we were in We could finally leave the restaurant straight away because he didn't need someone like us to park like that. I then had to get my mother back into the car with a lot of effort and we drove somewhere else. I can only recommend this restaurant. There are many other very good restaurants in my area. I don't think anyone would want to go to an inhumane, arrogant and condescending landlord. I've never experienced anything like that. Or in other words: this place is run by someone who is arrogant, overestimates themselves and, above all, completely anti-social Imp operated. Addendum: I just read in other reviews that the behavior is not only completely antisocial towards old people but also towards children. The Asso store in town!!

Very nice local with modern style. The service is very friendly and you feel cared for. The pizzas are delicious, don't have the typical fluffy base, but are still great. The drinks menu is wide-ranging, with something for every taste.

Vino in Kaufbeuren deserves all the credit for being a fine restaurant and high dining experience. Great wine bar, great kitchen and great atmosphere. There are a few others in the town which are great, however Vino opens twice per day to a regular crowd and never fails to deliver. Directly opposite the Rathaus. Smack dab in the centre of town. I'm incredibly disappointed. Today I ordered cucumber salad and gnocchi with salmon. The cucumber salad had nothing of a salad, it was just cut cucumber slices with water and oil. And the gnocchi were swimming in watery tomato water with a few chunks of salmon. Was very disappointing

Only after we had "complained" did a friendly apology come (with an offer to get a schnapps on the house) .....In retrospect we found out that the boss himself probably has a stand at the Christmas market and is probably neglecting his restaurant......It's a shame about this beautiful restaurant

Food was very good. But everything else sucks. We waited an hour for the first meal, the last meal came half an hour later. So the first one was finished and only the last meal arrived. Condition didn't even come to apologize for it. Simply arrogant. Not recommendable.

Sehr guter Italiener mitten in der Stadt. Reservierung ist besser. Und die Küche öffnet erst 45 min nach Öffnung des Restaurants. Das wurde mir leider nicht gesagt sowohl beim reservieren am Telefon oder dann am Tisch. Essen herforagend! Getränke Auswahl ebenso! Service kaum zu sehen aber sobald gebraucht sofort zur Stelle. So mag ich das.

Ich liebe die ausgefallenen Pizzasorten, z.B. mit Feigen und Birnen. War schön öfters dort und hab auch schonmal zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Man muss so oder so recht lange auf das Essen warten, aber es lohnt sich. Preise sind angemessen.

Ist schade wenn man extra fragt ob die Pizza für das 2 jährige Kind bitte früher kommen könnte wenn Vorspeisen dabei sind und dies verneint wird. So saß das 2 jährige Kind 1,5h hungrig wartend am Tisch. Da die Getränke nicht aufgeschrieben wurden war das Kinder Getränk ebenfalls vergessen worden. Leider aus Gewohnheit Trinkgeld gegeben. Fürs Kind und mich als Elternteil wars kein schöner Abend.

Das Essen ( Pinsa & Pasta ) im Vino's sind wirklich lecker. Einzige große Schwäche liegt im Service bzw in der Organisation ( viel zulangsam sind beide Damen ) weder ein Hallo noch aufwiedersehn !!!

Wow wow wow!!! Wir waren vom Essen extrem begeistert, die Entscheidung fiel schwer wegen der großen Auswahl an verlockenden Gerichten. Aber mit der Pinsa und dem Pastagericht waren wir höchst beglückt und auch die Vorspeisenplatte war wunderbar. Sehr gute Weine begeleiteten unser Abendessen und rundeten den ohnehin schon sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Einziger klitzekleiner Wermutstropfen, dass die Zweiertische sehr eng stehen und man unweigerlich an den Gesprächen vom Nachbartisch teilhat. Aber andererseits waren wir auch froh, dass wir noch einen freien Tisch bekommen haben. Also von uns gibts eine absolute Empfehlung!!! Das VINO ist ein kulinarisches Highlight in Kaufbeuren.
