On September 7th, 2022, we booked something really great for my husband and I at the Vineria for our anniversary: ​​PREMIUM WINE TASTING. It was a really great evening with brilliant wines, which the owner and sommelier Peter G. Rock personally showed us and described the wines excellently. Both the food served and the high-quality, exceptional wines were a very special experience. We felt like we were at a winery in the south and were able to taste wines that you don't get to taste every day and that had a unique taste on the palate. A fantastic evening for vinophile wine connoisseurs that we will remember for a long time. Recommendation for very special wine evenings.

Das Essen war einfach hervorragend: ein köstlicher Gruß aus der Küche, vielseitige und geschmackvolle Antipastiplatten, perfekt zubereitete Fisch- und Fleischplatten sowie eine Nachspeisenauswahl, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Besonders beeindruckend war die Begleitung durch die ausgewählten Weine der Rock-Reihe, die jedes Gericht perfekt ergänzt haben. Ein Genuss für alle Sinne! Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare kulinarische Erfahrung.

Wir haben als Paar einen traumhaften Abend zum Hochzeitstag im Rahmen eines Candle Light Dinners verbracht. Das Menü war sehr schmackhaft, die Wein- und Getränkeauswahl sehr umfangreich, der Service zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Ambiente zum wohlfühlen. Der nächste Besuch mit Freunden ist garantiert!!!

We went here with a voucher for Candle Light Diner. Everything was fine. Very attentive and friendly. Service, delicious food and a very nice atmosphere. What was irritating was that the candlelight consists of an LED lamp... But it doesn't detract from the experience.

Wir hatten uns auf ein Candlelight Dinner gefreut, das leider zum Reinfall wurde. Wir hatten telefonisch für das Candlelight Dinner einen Termin an einem Samstag-Abend gebucht und bei der Reservierung auch darauf hingewiesen, dass wir dafür einen Gutschein haben (war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk meiner Frau). Vor Ort erklärte uns der Servicemitarbeiter, dass es am Samstag nicht möglich ist, den Gutschein mit den bezahlten Leistungen einzulösen. Wir könnten aber aus der normalen Karte unsere Gerichte auswählen und müssten dann den Differenzbetrag zum Wert des Gutscheins zuzahlen. Wir waren sehr verärgert, weil weder auf dem Gutschein, auf der Website und auf den Werbeflyern ein Hinweis zu finden ist, dass das Candlelight Dinner samstags nicht möglich ist. Auch bei der Reservierung für Samstag hat der Mitarbeiter nicht darauf hingewiesen. So sahen wir uns gezwungen, Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Dessert und je 1 Glas Wein 0,1 aus der normalen Karte zu wählen. Den Aperitif lt. Gutschein gabs gar nicht, die enthaltene Flasche Wasser und den Espresso mussten wir extra bestellen. Am Ende war dann trotz Gutschein einiges mehr zu bezahlen! Das scheint kein Einzelfall zu sein und hat System, wie auch andere Rezensionen zeigen und diese Praktik ist der Geschäftsleitung durchaus bewusst! Wir wollten die Situation mit Herrn Rock, dem Chef des Hauses erörtern und obwohl er ständig im Restaurant umherlief, wurde nur ein Mitarbeiter zu unserem Tisch geschickt, der aber mit der Situation überfordert war. Wenn man sich als Chef einer berechtigten Kritik nicht stellt und offen mit seinen Gästen umgeht, ist dies ein Armutszeugnis und zeugt von wenig Professionalität für ein Haus mit derart hohem Anspruch!

September 2023 Hochzeit mit freier Trauung in der Vineria mit über 90 Gästen. Wir feierten unsere Traumhochzeit mit freier Trauung in der Vineria. Wir fuhren mit der Hochzeitskutsche bei Kaiserwetter zur Hochzeit in die Vineria. Die Zeremonie im Kutschergarten war das absolute i-Tüpfelchen auf dem gesamten Ablauf. Danach ging die Feier in die Vineria über. Ambiente, Service, Essen (die Angus Hüfte war ein Genuss) und Weine, Getränke war alles TOP. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang der Planung bis zum Ende der Hochzeit super betreut. Über die gesamte Veranstaltung war ein Ansprechpartner (Fr. Rock) vor Ort, hat den Ablauf organisiert und sich um unsere Belange und die unserer Gäste gekümmert. Unsere Gäste waren allesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Tag war ein Traum. Wir haben wirklich keinen Grund für Kritik gefunden und können die Vineria wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Vineria Team. PS: Wir werden nun jährlich unseren Hochzeitstag in der Vineria feiern und erleben unsere Hochzeit von Neuem jedes Jahr wieder. Eine tolle HOCHZEITSLOCATION.

We were there at the end of December to have a candlelight dinner. The food was good, quiet atmosphere, but actually not a single candle! Since I really like candlelight, I was of course disappointed. After asking where are the candles, I got the answer, we're not allowed, the boss doesn't allow us. And yet, we got a single candle instead of a lamp at the table. Thanks for that! I just imagined a candlelight dinner differently. Too bad.

Too bad... As a couple, we received a candle light dinner as a gift from Jochen Schweizer. When we made the reservation, we wanted to know details about the menu and were immediately referred to Jochen Schweizer. We should clarify all questions with them. We had the impression that the restaurant was not happy with Jochen Schweizer's conditions (or commission?). Unfortunately, the impression continued throughout the evening. The restaurant is originally decorated and the atmosphere is reasonably cozy, which is remarkable since it is a former factory building. There was no candle, which we could get over because the soft table lighting was very pleasant. As soon as we sat down, the aperitif was on the table. Since my wife didn't want alcohol, she had to ask the waiter to bring a non-alcoholic aperitif, which he did without comment. All dishes were very tasty and of good quality. But we had to actively ask for a drink menu when greeted from the kitchen. A choice from three different menus ultimately boiled down to choosing the main course. The rest was identical. We would have liked a slice of bread with the pumpkin soup starter. At another table we saw people eating bread with soup. Of course we don't know which dish you ordered there. As soon as the plates for the main course (super tender veal cheeks) were cleared away, dessert was on the table. We allowed ourselves a short break and left the plates in front of us for a few minutes. Overall we had the impression that we were being a nuisance. We felt dismissed. So we left the restaurant after 1.5 hours, even though 2 hours had been booked. In our opinion, the restaurant has light and shadow. If you don't care about the service, you'll get a good meal at high prices.

We had for December 25th. Ordered Christmas dinner for 7 people to pick up. For one part goose breast with dumpling, sauce and red cabbage and for the other part game fish with vegetables. The food was great 👍. Thanks to the transport box, everything stayed nice and warm (€30 deposit) and as I said - ideal if you can't or don't want to cook yourself. The meat was perfect and crispy, the dumplings could have been a little bigger, but we made some extra. Sauce was specially packaged and there was plenty of it. Thank you for the feast, we will be back. 🙏🏼

The ambience and service were great, but unfortunately the food didn't convince me; Roast was a bit too dry, pumpkin soup was a bit too spicy and a lot, pasta with truffles was ok, dessert far too little... 3.49 stars in itself...

Only waiter problem, the restaurant is really beautiful, the food's also good. I took my friends for my 20th birthday to this restaurant, spent 130€, ordered a appetizer, 6 desserts & sparkling wine online, got an confirmation E-Mail that they're accepted my order list & reservation date, when I arrived one waiter treated us really poorly just because I didn't order main courses. If it's a problem they could've canceled my reservation, or called me before my birthday. I thank the Manager, the Patissier & the Assistant cook for the appetizers, desserts & decorations. I liked the table and the place, just not the waiter, he was disrespectful. Have a nice evening

The bread for the starter could be a little fresher. Since the food is very expensive, you automatically have higher expectations. Maybe it was a one-time slip.

Excellent food paired with perfect wine. We went there to eat for the “sensory wine menu”. The starter, an antipasti variation with beef carpaccio and salmon, was excellent. The white wines served with it, a Lugano and a house wine (Rock), harmonized perfectly with the starter. For the main course I had fillet of beef. With a vegetable side dish and a gratinated potato. The meat was fried to perfection with a light marinade and red wine... incredibly tasty. With the best will in the world, I can't think of anything that could have been done differently or better. For the last course we had tiramisu with a mint/lemon sorbet and fruit. Two different wines were also served. Very sweet but just perfect for dessert. All in all, a really successful evening, with very good food and matching wines. The waiters are really attentive. The origins and all sorts of information were provided about the different wines. We felt very comfortable for hours... A clear recommendation

The food cannot fully reach what the place wants to achieve and charges

Wir fanden das Essen gut, aber kein Highlight oder besonderes Geschmackserlebnis und dafür völlig überteuert. Zudem ist es aktuell sehr kalt draußen und ständig ging die Tür auf und es wurde richtig kalt. Der Vorhang vor der Tür wurde nicht zugezogen und war scheinbar auch nicht dafür gedacht, weil die Vorhangschiene mit Deko behängt war. Für mich hatte das Restaurant keine schöne bzw. gemütliche Atmosphäre. Würde dort nicht mehr hingehen.

We celebrated our wedding on October 11th, 2024 and really celebrated my wife! From the first second to the end an absolutely professional team, no wishes were left unfulfilled! Bereits bei der Shuttle-Abholung wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns ab der ersten Minute an willkommen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, flink und charmant. Das Essen war köstlich, Bilder sagen mehr als Worte. Unseren Freunden gefiehl das Ambiente (umgeben von zahlreichen Weinregalen) sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Dieses Restaurant ist ein Muss für Weinliebhaber und Genießer der mediterranen Küche.

An all-round successful evening! My husband and I have been able to enjoy the excellent service and delicious food at the Vineria several times, this time we had our friends from Canada with us. We were warmly greeted when we picked up the shuttle and felt welcome from the first minute. The service was very attentive, prompt and charming. The food was delicious, pictures speak louder than words. Our friends really liked the ambience (surrounded by numerous wine racks). The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. This restaurant is a must for wine lovers and connoisseurs of Mediterranean cuisine.

We went to VINERIA with a candlelight voucher from MyDays. Where to start? The service was nice and courteous. The greeting from the kitchen was a tomato mozzarella party skewer, sorry but you want to show off your kitchen skills, unfortunately not. The starter was pumpkin cream soup, which was very tasty, but is also something you often make at home. The bread was old poppy seed rolls. The main course was beef cheeks, unfortunately dry and rather cold, and the vegetarian option was fregola, which unfortunately had no taste and tasted like packet soup. The dessert was okay, a bit of chocolate mousse and a kind of panna cotta. The first wine glass was also really dirty. I don't know what others expect from a candlelight dinner, but we weren't expecting unimaginative, uncreative food that didn't taste very good.

The staff is very friendly but unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations in any way. Starter with pumpkin cream soup. This was the best part of the entire meal. The main course (beef cheeks) was not tender and unfortunately not particularly warm either. The vegetarian main course was hot but tasted bland and the dessert was nothing special either. Our wine glass was tarnished. We thought it was a shame that there was obviously an extreme difference between the vouchers and normal visits. Unfortunately, we really can't recommend visiting the Vineria with a MyDays voucher.

We were here for a candlelight dinner. Even though we were 15 minutes early, the table was beautifully set, fresh flowers and great decorations for a lovely occasion. We also sat quietly and were undisturbed the entire time. The service was perfect from start to finish. Very very friendly and accommodating. The menu and the food was a poem. It was very varied. For some courses we were able to choose from three different variants (fish, meat and mostly vegetarian). I can only recommend this restaurant and say that it is worth every penny for a special occasion.

Unfortunately, we couldn't convince ourselves of the great ambience and apparently very tasty food. A voucher that was issued in the middle of the corona pandemic and 24 months had already passed by the time it was redeemed was not recognized. This was communicated to me by email based on a previous request. I did not receive an answer to my renewed request regarding an accommodating decision. For a renowned restaurant like Vineria, I definitely expect more service and the right to respond to each customer request individually or at least to give brief feedback. Unfortunately, our voucher has now expired and the Vineria has lost two potential new guests. What a shame!

In my opinion, self-portrayal and real experience don't go together here. We had reserved for a candlelight dinner, for which we had a voucher (by email). We were then informed on site that this would not be offered on the agreed date. This could have been noticed when making the appointment. We were then told in a more or less friendly manner that we could either leave or take something from the menu for the price. You don't get the same thing in return, but you also didn't want to leave again. The tuna is rated as sashimi quality on the menu. I expected to be asked how I wanted it. I wouldn't. He was through. Then you don't have much of a sashimi experience. The ambience is quite nice but if you sit near the bar you will constantly hear the whirring of the glass polisher in your ears. At the end there was another misunderstanding about the tip.

We have Mydays vouchers for the candle light dinner there! The hall was festively decorated and the table was beautifully set. There were 3 different dishes, meat, fish and vegetarian. The food was very tasty. Gladly again!

I have been to this restaurant several times and it has never disappointed me. The place is always immaculate, the atmosphere is fantastic and the food is consistently outstanding - 10/10 every time.

Es sollte ein gemütlicher Abend mit Freunden bei Wein und einem guten Essen werden. Wir hatten 2 Gutscheine für das Candlelight- Dinner für 2 Personen für dieses Verköstigungs- Etablissement. Nach dem ersten telefonischen Kontakt mit einem total genervten Herrn Rock wurden wir vermutlich auserkoren ein Opfer der Arroganz und der Willkür des Selbigen zu werden. Nachdem Hr. Rock scheinbar nicht so gerne mit der lästigen Kundschaft telefoniert, hatten wir schriftlich die Reservierung von 4 Plätzen (2x Candlelight- Dinner für 2 Personen) an einem Freitag abgegeben. Diese Reservierung wurde dann auch tatsächlich schriftlich bestätigt und wir freuten uns auf diesen unvergesslichen Abend. Beim Eintreffen in der Wirtschaft wurden wir an einen Vierertisch geführt. Kleiner Fakt nebenbei die Tischdecke war voller Krümel und getrocknete Getränkereste sorgten dafür, dass die Tischplatte klebte. Nachdem wir der Bedienung unsere Gutscheine zeigten, nahm das Unheil seinen Lauf. Wir wurden aufgeklärt, dass es nicht möglich sei diese Candlelight- Dinner Gutscheine in Form eines 3- Gang Menüs inkl. Weinbegleitung und Aperitif (wie angepriesen) an diesem Abend einzulösen. Uns wurde offeriert ein "normales" Essen im Wert von 58€ pro Personen einzunehmen, mit der lächerlichen Begründung das diese Gutscheine nur Mo - Do gültig sind. So, wir hatten eine schriftliche Bestätigung für Freitag und jetzt diese Aussage. Wir durften uns also entscheiden, ob wir wieder gehen und Mo - Do nochmal kommen oder den Deal so annehmen. Wir entschieden uns zu bleiben, denn wir wollten uns den schönen Abend mit Freunden nicht vermiesen lassen. Um uns herum wurden Tischweise die 3-Gänge- Menus serviert. Wie es der Zufall will, hatten Bekannte von uns an diesem Abend auch ein Candlelight- Dinner und das an einem Freitagabend. Wie ging das denn? Sie hatten über Jochen Schweizer gebucht. Uns persönlich jedenfalls kam es vor, als ob wir hier der Arroganz und Willkür eines kundendesorientierten Kneipiers auf den Leim gegangen sind. Herr Rock hatte es auch nicht für nötig empfunden sich zu einem klärenden Gespräch zu uns an den Tisch zu begeben, nachdem er in der Kneipe erschien. Es hätte ja unangenehm werden können. Für uns verschwindet die Vineria im Kleinreuther Weg in Nürnberg in die Bedeutungslosigkeit. Lieber Herr Rock, alles was mir dazu einfällt ist diese Rezession zu schreiben und Ihnen alles Gute für die Zukunft zu wünschen.
