I was there with my husband on November 2nd, we had a very nice time and ate so deliciously. We can only recommend it. Also thanks to the very nice waiter (Fabio) who served us so nicely and friendly 💞

We went to the Vineria with a candlelight dinner via MyDays. Unfortunately we looked for candle light in vain. The staff is very friendly but unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations in any way. The appetizer was a small tomato and mozzarella skewer (tasty but nothing special) with slices of bread that were no longer particularly fresh, cut from a poppy seed roll. Starter with pumpkin cream soup. This was the best part of the entire meal. The main course (beef cheeks) was not tender and unfortunately not particularly warm either. The vegetarian main course was hot but tasted bland and the dessert was nothing special either. Our wine glass was tarnished. We thought it was a shame that there was obviously an extreme difference between the vouchers and normal visits. Unfortunately, we really can't recommend visiting the Vineria with a MyDays voucher.

We went to VINERIA with a candlelight voucher from MyDays. Where to start? The service was nice and courteous. The greeting from the kitchen was a tomato mozzarella party skewer, sorry but you want to show off your kitchen skills, unfortunately not. The starter was pumpkin cream soup, which was very tasty, but is also something you often make at home. The bread was old poppy seed rolls. The main course was beef cheeks, unfortunately dry and rather cold, and the vegetarian option was fregola, which unfortunately had no taste and tasted like packet soup. The dessert was okay, a bit of chocolate mousse and a kind of panna cotta. The first wine glass was also really dirty. I don't know what others expect from a candlelight dinner, but we weren't expecting unimaginative, uncreative food that didn't taste very good.

Delicious fish dishes and wines in the Vineria. The experience platter “Holiday by the Sea” is a tip for enjoyment. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Tip: Please make a reservation as it is always heavily booked!

We were here for a candlelight dinner. Even though we were 15 minutes early, the table was beautifully set, fresh flowers and great decorations for a lovely occasion. We also sat quietly and were undisturbed the entire time. The service was perfect from start to finish. Very very friendly and accommodating. The menu and the food was a poem. It was very varied. For some courses we were able to choose from three different variants (fish, meat and mostly vegetarian). I can only recommend this restaurant and say that it is worth every penny for a special occasion.

Unfortunately, we couldn't convince ourselves of the great ambience and apparently very tasty food. A voucher that was issued in the middle of the corona pandemic and 24 months had already passed by the time it was redeemed was not recognized. This was communicated to me by email based on a previous request. I did not receive an answer to my renewed request regarding an accommodating decision. For a renowned restaurant like Vineria, I definitely expect more service and the right to respond to each customer request individually or at least to give brief feedback. Unfortunately, our voucher has now expired and the Vineria has lost two potential new guests. What a shame!

Experienced wine tasting with 18 friends in the Vineria. Before booking, we were skeptical as to whether the Rock wine tasting was right for us. Conclusion: We were completely thrilled by the relaxed and professional rock wine tasting.

In my opinion, self-portrayal and real experience don't go together here. We had reserved for a candlelight dinner, for which we had a voucher (by email). We were then informed on site that this would not be offered on the agreed date. This could have been noticed when making the appointment. We were then told in a more or less friendly manner that we could either leave or take something from the menu for the price. You don't get the same thing in return, but you also didn't want to leave again. The tuna is rated as sashimi quality on the menu. I expected to be asked how I wanted it. I wouldn't. He was through. Then you don't have much of a sashimi experience. The ambience is quite nice but if you sit near the bar you will constantly hear the whirring of the glass polisher in your ears. At the end there was another misunderstanding about the tip.

I was allowed to visit the Vineria for work and it was wonderfully organized. The wine and the food were a dream.

We were invited here for dinner today and I have to say it was a very, very well-rounded experience. Even if the location and the external area seem a bit strange at first, as soon as you open the door you enter a totally harmonious and very inviting world. The service was very attentive and quick. The quality of the food was very good, there was nothing to complain about! Happy to come back!

Whether it's tomato soup, spaghetti with truffles, the vegetable antipasti, the tender braised beef brisket (amazing, tender, perfect in taste), the sea bream fillet - amazing! Likewise the dessert. Super attentive and very friendly service. The food is beautifully “decorated” on the plate. Looked great. The 2 hours we were there flew by. The ambience is also very nice. Despite confirmation of a wine tasting, this was not carried out, there was only a la carte. Action would be taken depending on the situation - this means that events at this restaurant could be spontaneously canceled if there is too much or too little going on. Vouchers are generally not paid out. Very bad service.

September 2023 Hochzeit mit freier Trauung in der Vineria mit über 90 Gästen. Wir feierten unsere Traumhochzeit mit freier Trauung in der Vineria. Wir fuhren mit der Hochzeitskutsche bei Kaiserwetter zur Hochzeit in die Vineria. Die Zeremonie im Kutschergarten war das absolute i-Tüpfelchen auf dem gesamten Ablauf. Danach ging die Feier in die Vineria über. Ambiente, Service, Essen (die Angus Hüfte war ein Genuss) und Weine, Getränke war alles TOP. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang der Planung bis zum Ende der Hochzeit super betreut. Über die gesamte Veranstaltung war ein Ansprechpartner (Fr. Rock) vor Ort, hat den Ablauf organisiert und sich um unsere Belange und die unserer Gäste gekümmert. Unsere Gäste waren allesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Tag war ein Traum. Wir haben wirklich keinen Grund für Kritik gefunden und können die Vineria wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Vineria Team. PS: Wir werden nun jährlich unseren Hochzeitstag in der Vineria feiern und erleben unsere Hochzeit von Neuem jedes Jahr wieder. Eine tolle HOCHZEITSLOCATION.

We have Mydays vouchers for the candle light dinner there! The hall was festively decorated and the table was beautifully set. There were 3 different dishes, meat, fish and vegetarian. The food was very tasty. Gladly again!

Very upscale location, furnishings surrounded by wine bottles - matching the name. The service wasn't particularly attentive (I was there for an event). Very high background noise. Parking in front of the restaurant, otherwise very difficult to park.

If you value good food, this is the right place for you. In addition, the drinks were very tasty.

(No) candlelight – management inflexible, disinterested and unprofessional Yesterday we went to the Vineria with a couple we were friends with because both ladies had a voucher from the restaurant for a candlelight dinner. Our friend had asked in advance by phone whether the four of us could redeem the vouchers, which was initially rejected harshly (statement from the manager: “I'm busy at the moment, you have three seconds to explain your request to me. Otherwise, write please send me an email”). The reasoning was that candlelight dinners were always served at tables for two. After much back and forth, we were promised a reservation by email. When we came into the restaurant last night, the waiter led us to two tables for two that were unfortunately very dirty. Then the waiter explained to us that we couldn't have a candlelight dinner but should eat à la carte. The reason given was that candlelight dinners were only offered from Monday to Thursday. When we asked why that was the case, we didn't get a clear answer. At first we suspected logistical reasons, but we were far from it: As the evening progressed, we noticed that there were several couples sitting at the tables around us who had actually been served a candlelight dinner. The only difference was that we had a voucher from Vineria itself and the other guests had one from Jochen Schweizer. After all the unpleasant back and forth as well as the various excuses and evasions, we wanted to speak to the managing director, who was supposed to explain to us why we had been given contradictory statements and why he was so inflexible. He decided against coming to our table in person and explaining the situation to us. Instead he referred us over the phone even though he was in the house. Conclusion: The unprofessionalism of the management and an annoyed and overwhelmed waiter spoiled our evening, even though the food itself was quite good. From a restaurant of this reputation you would expect more customer focus and flexibility instead of uncooperative behavior when responding to simple customer requests. The fact that we receive contradictory statements and are even lied to is absolutely unacceptable. It is hardly significant that the intolerances that were stated in advance were also not taken into account.

Amazing selection and quality of wines, wonderful staff, but the cuisine, as for me, is indistinguishable from a typical doner restaurant, where I can get full for 6 € than here I can get full for 106 €, okay with the price, the food itself is quite mediocre in taste, with this was written on the menu as if it were ambrosia, in general conclusion: Wine 10/10, Staff and Service 8/10 (this is because I waited 10 minutes for a waiter in an empty room), Food 3 out of 10, next time I’ll organize dinner myself, restaurants here, alas, they don’t take out my desires.

Eigentlich tolles Essen, jedoch Dank geschäftstüchtigen Manager nun auf unserer no go Liste. Tische sind überbucht. Man wird an die Bar verwiesen ( „Nur 10 min“ , tatsächlich war nach 40 Min kein Tisch in Sicht) soll dort dann fleissig konsumieren und zahlen. Chef findet das normal und läuft uns davon. Wir sind dann gegangen und zwar für immer. Personal schämt sich dafür und meint, dass sei am Wochenende leider öfter so. Lieber Vineria Chef, wir haben den Trunk an der Bar gezahlt, aber Umsatz wirst Du nicht mehr mit uns machen….

Wir wollten wieder einen schönen Abend in der Vineria verbringen. Hatten reserviert. Beim ankommen wurden wir an die Theke gebeten, da noch alle Tische belegt waren. Es füllte sich der Thekenbereich mit wartenden Gästen. Auf Nachfrage nach 45 Minuten wann ein Tisch frei werden würde, erhielten wir als Auskunft, kurz und knapp, gleich würde ein Tisch frei. Wir haben unsere Reservierung dann zurückgegeben. Durften für die Wartezeit die Getränke bezahlen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung vom Chef. Das Personal entschuldigte sich vielmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Mehrfachreservierungen und Überbuchungen für so ein Lokal geht leider nicht. Auch das Verhalten des Eigentümers. Es tut mir leid, aber werden als bisherige Stamngäste, dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuche

I was there as a guest at a major event. The food was very tasty, but the portions were very small. Even our “sparrow eaters” had to go home hungry. Ambience very nice, service good. Problematic for wheelchair users as there are small stairs at the entrance.

Six of us celebrated my birthday here yesterday. Outstanding wines, very good fish dishes and the very, very good service made our meal a complete success. The table was so lovingly prepared under a pavilion and a table was even provided for our bags. Special mention should be made of the steaks, which were absolutely world class. Organic Wagyu fillet etc. All my guests and I were thrilled. Very happy again! You have to ignore the fact that the outside area is on a street where the ambulances drive past to the hospital. Best restaurant in Nuremberg.

From starter to dessert - a real taste explosion

The drinks were outstanding, the food was delicious and the service and atmosphere were wonderful.

Recently I visited the restaurant “Vineria” and was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible from the start. When asked if there was spaghetti bolognese, the waiter condescendingly replied that this was not a “cheap restaurant” and they did not offer such dishes. When we asked what pasta they had on offer, it turned out the only option was pasta with shrimp. The service left a lot to be desired: When the steak was served to us, the waiter forgot to bring salt and pepper and no one even asked about a sauce for the meat. When we asked about salads, we were told that there was only a mixed salad, which was not at all up to the advertised standard of the restaurant. Another example of poor service: When I asked for wet wipes, the waiter brought regular napkins. When I told him that I had asked for wet wipes, he replied that there is no such thing in their restaurant. What was most disappointing was the behavior of the staff. I had a guest from abroad with me and I was extremely uncomfortable with how we were treated. The waiter spoke to us in a condescending tone, as if we were not worthy of being served at a “top gourmet restaurant”. The impression was completely spoiled and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The “Vineria” clearly does not meet the advertised level and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

Everything went according to plan and was well prepared. The ballroom and the carriage garden were decorated with a lot of love. Whether meat, fish or vegan, the food was simply top! The midnight snack was also very well received. The service staff was very well organized and always in a good mood, which contributed to the great atmosphere. We were also given very good advice when looking for other service providers (DJ, cake, etc.). We would like to thank the Rock family and the entire team for our unforgettable wedding! I had booked the “Candle Light Dinner – 3 courses romantically enjoyed for two” as a voucher (€59 per person) as a gift for my boyfriend. When we arrived at the Vineria on Friday at 8:00 p.m. (we had previously made a reservation and stated that we would like to redeem the candlelight dinner), we were informed by the waiter that we would not be redeeming the candlelight dinner today can. Because menus would only be possible from Monday to Thursday, but we could order a la carte for the voucher value - which we were very confused about. There is nothing about the restriction on the homepage or on the voucher. We also gave the voucher when making the reservation and received confirmation for Friday. We were taken to the table and as in other reviews of the candlelight dinner, there wasn't a candle in sight, it was just a free table like everyone else, without decorations or candles. After briefly considering how we would deal with the “a la carte” situation, we told the waiter that we would therefore prefer to redeem the voucher on another day and leave the restaurant. We were then told that we would speak to the “boss” and clarify whether the menu would be possible today. Finally the waiter announced that he was offering dinner as an exception. At this point we had the feeling that we had to be grateful that something was now “made possible” that should be normal and for which we had ultimately paid and reserved. Ultimately, the food was okay overall. The main course was really good. However, the starter and dessert were nothing special considering the price (antipasti and panna cotta like you get in many normal restaurants). When it came to the wine accompaniment, we were only asked whether it was “red” or “white”, which type of wine we got or why it went with the menu was unfortunately left to our imagination. We still had to remember the included espresso. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a particularly pleasant stay and it was difficult for us to fully enjoy the evening due to the misery of being able to redeem the voucher. Unfortunately, we were disappointed overall, which was a real shame because, as I said, the voucher was also a gift. In summary, the food was okay, the romantic atmosphere with which the candlelight dinner is ultimately advertised was unfortunately missing, and the fact that you apparently have to be lucky to be able to redeem the dinner is really a disgrace at €118 for a dinner second. If the restaurant is reluctant and careless about redeeming the voucher, you should seriously consider simply removing the dinner from the offer.

Great food, the asparagus was creatively combined and the beef carpaccio from the fillet was just as you wished. TOP.

Ich bin DJane und seit vielen Jahren ist die Vineria für mich die Location für den besonderen Abend, die beiden Inhaber Meike und Peter Rock sind Profis und Garant für excellente Führung und Organisation. Excellente internationale Küche und Service greifen perfekt ineinander und verbreiten immer Gute Laune. Jedes Fest, das ich begleite, wird in der VINERIA zum Highlight mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ich liebe es, wenn die Gäste mit einem Lächeln nach Hause gehen. Wer etwas anderes behauptet, hat ein anderes Problem. Ich gehe auch sehr gerne privat zu einem feinen Dinner in die Vineria.

We had our wedding here in May. The wedding reception was truly a dream. We were very satisfied with the staff and the location. Everything happened that day according to our wishes. Then why two stars? The preparation and post-production of the wedding was a horror here. We have around 4-5 contracts at home from the Vineria. Every time we had a conversation, prices changed, conditions changed,... Sometimes a contract stated that a deposit for the wedding was 50 percent, towards the end it said 80 percent of the full amount and and and... If you want to celebrate a wedding here You should read every new contract carefully and you should document everything in writing, because verbal agreements are not kept. Emails regarding questions were initially not answered for a month because they apparently ended up in the spam folder, then closer to the celebration the emails were answered a week later. Phone calls are not welcome. You also have to be prepared for rude answers.
