We went to Berlin for a week and went here several times because it was next to our hotel. You can sit here in the sun with a view of Aleksanderplatz. We mainly had drinks here, but also ate carpaccio, pizza and toast. All 3 super tasty!! The service is friendly and the more we came, they recognized us and we were received very enthusiastically! 😁 Which is true... you don't have to come here if you want to eat something quickly. The service (depends on the person) often takes its time and does not often come by your table to take food/drink. But if you call them, they come right away and the food/drink is on the table very quickly. Cocktail (mojito) was also very tasty! Exactly how I hear it. They are not economical with alcohol 😋 Price/quality ratio is excellent and we were never asked to tip. We have always done this ourselves because that is normal, right? Even if only a little. I don't understand where all those super bad reviews come from... a bit exaggerated and those guys just come to whine. 👎

The first waiter without hair was very unfriendly and arrogant. Came to the table already annoyed. The second waiter who brought the food to the table was fine. We ordered penne al tartufo and tagliattelle with chanterelles in cream sauce. Penne al Tartufo was with normal mushrooms and a few chanterelles as decoration. Not a single truffle. Tagliattelle also only tasted mediocre. The service really put us in a bad mood. I'm honestly not surprised that this restaurant has so many bad reviews. Everything is justified. Unfortunately, every cent was wasted.

The mojito Razz was very nice (we ordered a second round but the drink was not as well-presented as the first round, it had less berry flavor). Average restaurant in Alexander Platz. Nice location, comfortable seating. Ordered the salmon with salad. Salmon was overcooked, dry and tough. Avoid this entree if you dine here. Nice portions. Would be very good if food was prepared correctly.

We had breakfast here, but apart from the low quality breakfast, which was also very expensive, we charged another 2 euros per person. We also drank coffee and we had to pay another 2 euros for milk (a very small jug). I really think this way is anything but justified. So you are being ripped off here and there are many better locations in Berlin.

Had the currywurst with fries, not necessarily recommended. Curry sauce and sausage bland and tasteless. Fries good, beer too warm. Beer €5.90, coke large for €5.20 very expensive. Staff sober. There are certainly better locations, but the location at Alexanderplatz costs money

We were here once two years ago... it was totally full and we were lucky that the boss was able to free up a table for us. The atmosphere is super nice and cozy. The staff was very friendly, courteous and reliable. It was a great evening. Full of joy and to celebrate the day, we wanted to eat there again today. We were suspicious from far away... it no longer looked inviting, the staff was totally unfriendly. The menu was completely ripped off, pages were cut out. The order was forgotten and of course what you had ordered didn't come but something else. Left a lot of money there I simply can't recommend it any more Could it be possible… that the owner has changed

We chose the restaurant because, according to the menu, it was supposed to have gluten-free pizza and pasta. But that's not true, NO gluten-free dishes are prepared in this restaurant. The menu is very extensive and shows with pictures all the dishes on offer, breakfast to dinner (the alarm bells should be ringing here). As an alternative we chose the lasagna and the Kassler. The lasagne was eaten, but the taste was at the new lower end of my personal taste scale. Subjectively, there was more cheese and fat on my plate than lasagna. Visually, the Kassler were clearly not freshly prepared, but had been stored in the warming oven for a long time (dark brown, almost 1cm thick crust) or were completely dry. The cabbage and potato salad were also more than disappointing. There is a guest WiFi, but you don't get the password because unfortunately the internet didn't work today. PS: There is a Dunkin Donut opposite, which served as a balance for me 😅

Not able to take an order correctly. We asked for the same beer in a pint and a half 3 times and we got 2 pints of the same + a free spirit that came out of nowhere + the half requested. When we said that there was no free alcohol at the table, the waitress left and came back with the same beer saying that it was not free alcohol knowing that the color was clearly different. And the tip is directly included in the bill, we have no say (10%). No opinion on the cuisine however we didn't taste it but it looked ok.

My worst experience with catering in Berlin. We were there for breakfast and immediately indicated that we wanted to eat. Our group ordered two bottles. What we got? Two bottles of No Name berry sparkling wine with a purchase price of €1.99 in the local supermarket. Almost as warm as the tea served. Our group ordered two bottles of Scavi & Ray Prosecco for almost 30 euros per bottle. We got no name “Berry Sparkling Wine”, price according to Google 1.99 euros. The plain scrambled eggs for 7 euros were lukewarm and oily. I only tasted it once and returned it because, to make matters worse, it smelled like wet dog. The salad garnish was wilted. The pancakes at the sweet breakfast were two cold mini thalers, covered with ready-made berry compote. The Bircher muesli was a cheap fruit muesli. I only ate the croissant. At 7 euros for the sweet breakfast I should have expected that, but in the end it's still annoying.

Tastes really good. BUT, if the three of you go out to eat and person 1 gets their starter and main course at the same time and the other two don't get anything for the next 10 minutes... it's really sad. Vincenzo, only the name is Italian. The restaurant has an Italian name, but there's probably no Italian in there. The service was unfriendly, the menus were slammed on the table and the food wasn't particularly good. The icing on the cake was that when paying by card, the employee gave one Adding transaction costs of 10 percent, we have never experienced anything like this.

We had already eaten so didn’t have food, but the cocktails were nice and reasonably priced. Fair bit of outdoor seating and clean toilets too. Good location if you’re waiting for a train.

Simply disappointed. Due to an operating error, double the invoice amount was deducted...we tried to get the overpaid amount back by contacting us (email, telephone). No chance...if you look at all the reviews everything fits together...

After an unpleasant episode at L'Osteria hauptbahnhof. This was a moment of great joy and tasting in a very pleasant and friendly environment.

I expected a drink similar to the one in the picture, I received milk with water and alcohol like from a cheap disco. The service was very unpleasant and we were not informed that card payments start from EUR 15, so instead of EUR 11.79 we paid EUR 15 🫠😳 we do not recommend it

Service neutral, typical touring i.e. Unfortunately the currywurst wasn't ready and the fries were cold, value for money - too expensive. We received new fries after repeated requests. It's just dirty all around... but that's just how it is in a big city.

Well-deserved 1 star. The minimum card payment is... €15 You buy a beer for €5, and if you use a card you pay €15. Apart from that, the drinks on the menu are nice, but in reality they're a disgrace Such moves in 2024 are a joke Typical tourist scammers O D R A D Z A M!

The staff is very unfriendly and not pleasant. You have to wait a long time for the menu.
