The staff was very friendly and attentive. Ghafar served us particularly well. He puts his heart and soul into his job and was so kind. The cheese platter was fantastic and the quality was excellent. The cocktails are delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices are fair. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend it. Great service with amazing food I had the schwineschnitzel with a radler beer the atmosphere inside was okey and outside great. The waiters were really nice and quick with the food. When I’m back in Berlin I’ll definitely go eat here again.

The food was terrible, tasteless, the glasses were dirty, the drinks weren't even carbonated. The meat tasted cheap and bland, and overall, everything was way too expensive for the poor quality. On top of that, the service was rude, and I don't even want to write about what I saw in the restroom because it was so disgusting. All in all, a very, very bad experience, and I regret this visit enormously. Never again.

Food was good, they didn’t have the Wiener Schnitzel but I got the entrecot instead. It tasted good. After dinner, things got a little sketchy. My friend wanted to pay inside, but he didn’t want to tip, because the price just reflected the food with tip. You don’t believe it, the waiter didn’t let him pay. The waiter came outside to let our other friend pay. When he also didn’t give a tip, he became a little angry. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant. I was happy there were more people, so the waiter could not get too angry. DON’T GO HERE if you think tipping is only necessary when the service+food/price quality is ok.

Unfortunately, there were no gluten-free pizzas (10 to 12 euros) or pasta because they were out of dough. If I'm advertising it these days, I should be able to serve it. Okay, there's also gluten-free food. If you like, you can have a salad 🥗 or even a beef fillet for 35 euros. It's just a small difference. It's a shame that a successful day suddenly ends badly.

Pretty good food, seemed a bit pricy for what it was. Drinks (like water and soft drinks) started at like 4€, and a 0,75l bottle cost 7€, so be wary if you're coming here super thirsty. We had been walking around for a while and hoping for a nice drink, but ended up just getting 1 soft drink and a large water to split between 5 due to the price. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of.

It is advertised as an Italian restaurant but it ain’t. Turkish music being played. The couple of drinks we’ve ordered were wrongly brought to us, pieces of glass lying in the sitting area…. A no no as the service was bad too

We ate there with the family yesterday. The food was excellent; everything tasted delicious. Everything was beautifully presented and served. We were thrilled. Only the pizza was a bit burnt and hard. We wouldn't order it again. Apart from the pizza, everything was very, very good. The chef even introduced himself personally and asked if everything was okay. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful. We will eat there more often from now on.

We had the most amazing experience here whilst staying in the area. Ghafar, our server was super friendly, sharing his thoughts on the best drinks and getting drinks made especially for us. Great atmosphere, great drinks, and great staff.

Vincenzo's restaurant offers excellent food – everything is fresh and delicious. The service is fine, though not particularly engaging. The atmosphere is decent – pleasant, but without the "wow" factor. Unfortunately, we were unpleasantly surprised by the 19% surcharge for waiter service, which we weren't informed about in advance. Still, it's worth a visit, but be careful with the bill.

We enjoyed a few cocktails yesterday on the terrace of Vincenzo at Alex in Berlin. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service simply top-notch! Our waiter, Chafar, was super friendly, took time for a pleasant conversation, and did his job with a lot of heart. The drinks were truly delicious. An all-around successful evening; we'll definitely be back! 🍸🌟

The staff are friendly, the food comes quickly and tastes good. Everything is clean, and the service is attentive. You feel comfortable and are treated well.

Unfortunately, we discovered that there was no gluten-free pizza and no gluten-free pasta either. The waiter said they were out of stock. We could have a salad, and that evening, when we were looking forward to a nice pizza, only the steak was gluten-free, for €26 instead of €12-13 for a pizza. That's how this rating comes about. If you write gluten-free on a menu and on the internet these days, you have to stick to it. It's not too much to ask that you have the dough ready, and if not, you can make it in 5 minutes—it's not rocket science.

I was here today with two friends, and we had a fantastic evening. The food was delicious; we had pizza and bruschetta. The service was particularly great; we were served by Ghapar, a very nice and attentive waiter who laughed a lot and was super friendly. The music is also great; it's definitely worth it.

The cocktails were delicious, but you're required to leave a tip. He kept insisting on a tip, so I finally gave up. It's a shame.

A thoroughly enjoyable visit to "Vincenzo" – Italian Restaurant & Bar at Alexanderplatz We visited "Vincenzo" today and were thrilled! The staff is not only attentive, but also incredibly warm and accommodating – you immediately feel welcome. The food? Simply amazing! Fresh, authentic, and prepared with love – typically Italian. The prices are also more than fair, especially for this location in the heart of Berlin. Conclusion: 5 stars all around. We'll definitely be back – and bring friends!

The staff is completely unfriendly. They're not helpful at all. They don't explain what's on offer or what options are available. They come to your table annoyed and ask, "What do you want?" Not recommended at all.

I've been visiting here on and off for many years. Today, everything was very poor. From the cleanliness to the food. The pizza was really not good. The base was very black, and the rest of the dough was very hard and dry. Today will be the last time.

We ran in here out of a rain shower and then read reviews. I got nervous but have to say it exceeded expectations. Service was very fast. We ordered mushroom risotto (3/5) and gnocchi caprese (5/5) and 2 beers. Overall was happy we stopped here.

We (two people) were chased away from our seat with a sofa seat because we "only" wanted a drink. The reason given was that it was a seat for four people who also wanted to eat. Five minutes later, two more people were sitting there, who had also eaten. So, you're treated like second-class citizens here. Of course, there was no tip, and there will be no further visit to Vincenzo.

The food I ordered was delicious, the service was quick, the drinks were very good, and the service was excellent. The only downsides for me were the overall cleanliness—it wasn't particularly clean—and the damaged upholstery on the furniture, which could even damage clothing. Also, the server himself asked if I would leave a tip. Personally, I never forget things like that and always like to tip at my own discretion when possible. But I'll definitely be back!

I have only seen a few places in my life that were so disgraceful. The prices were very high. And the employees couldn't speak any German. And when he came to pay, he asked us for a tip. He wanted us to give 5 or 10 euros. When I said 27 euros, he printed the card as 27.90. He was an Indian employee. And the other employees were rude too. I can't recommend it. I will never come here again, as there are many places where you can get better service for less money.

We went there as a school class and I was very disappointed. The food was very expensive, drinks even more so. For 14 euros I got a Caesar salad, which consisted of little more than a handful of lettuce. A 0.75l bottle of water cost 6.90 euros. The waitress asked our teacher to remind us that they gladly accept tips, even though we were 15-16 year old students. They then asked each of the 25 students individually for their tips, some of them complaining that they were too small. The "leather" on the seats/couch was torn in places. The food itself tasted good, though.

Waiters at the end ask for a ‘tip for service’, I felt very pressured into giving a tip, which is definitely not the norm where I am from and makes me uncomfortable as Im already paying a very fair amount for the food and drink. The waiter scoffed at me when he saw the tip amount, and began talking in very condescending manner, shaming me in a language I did not understand as he walked away, making sure staff and customers alike all knew of my tip amount and his opinion of it. I find this terrible and an absolute disgrace, ruined the whole experience. I have tipped many times where I am from when a waiter, or service staff does very well and I am compelled to tip. I used to wait on tables myself and understand rewarding great work. Walking a plate from the kitchen to a table is not great work, It is baseline expectation. I would love to talk to the manager and understand why they aren’t paid a liveable wage and instead rely on intimidation tactics on customers. EDIT… My partner has woken up with food poisoning forcing us to cancel flights out of the country. From a tomato soup…. How does a tomato soup get that screwed up. DO NOT EAT HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

We visited this restaurant for a quick dinner after a long day. The food was enjoyable and the service was pleasant throughout the meal. However, our experience took a disappointing turn when it came time to settle the bill. While tipping is customary, it’s not mandatory—and in this case, we didn’t feel the level of service justified a higher tip. The server became noticeably aggressive after seeing the tip amount we chose to leave. After processing the payment, he walked away and was overheard speaking in German—swearing and discussing the gratuity with another staff member—while still within earshot of us and other guests, including families with children. This extremely unprofessional behaviour unfortunately overshadowed what had otherwise been a positive visit. While the food and initial service were commendable, the final interaction left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I would hesitate to recommend this establishment unless you’re indifferent to, or unable to understand, German—so you’re not subjected to hearing such inappropriate remarks.

It tastes great! No long wait. The music was very calm, and this place is wonderful. The staff are also very friendly! Great place to eat and relax. Drinks are full and cold. So great. The food was served very fresh. Tasted great!

Even with a small number of guests, everything takes a long time, and some things get forgotten. Nevertheless, the food itself is delicious. The price-performance ratio isn't very good.

We wanted to give a tip of almost €5.00. The waiter then pointed out that this wasn't even 10% and that all the employees had to share. He then rudely said, "Well, what do we do now?" We then gave the 10% tip out of politeness. That's completely unacceptable, since tipping isn't mandatory.

Pizzas with a great lack of cheese!! They are not expensive but there are not cheese in either, it’s a pity as the service and cocktails were very good.

I can't say anything about the food, as I only had liquids, but... I was in Berlin for a professional training course and happened to end up at Vincenzo with two colleagues. We were pleasantly surprised! We were immediately greeted outside by Ali, who was super friendly and witty, and who also made the afternoon more enjoyable with stimulating and witty conversations! We had cocktails, and they were delicious. We also had a few special requests that weren't on the menu, and even those were prepared for us. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the service and ambiance are truly inviting. I'll definitely go back on my next visit! Oh... and thanks, Ali, for the delicious farewell shots. 😉

Bad service, you get harassed if you don't tip. The cleaning lady runs around cleaning. Food is cold, and you get the wrong drinks that you didn't order.

What killed the mood was the waiter giving us a lecture on tipping and how they rely on tips for a living when we chose not to tip, as it is not obligatory and should always be given not demanded. Restaurante muy bien ubicado. Fuimos la noche del Domingo 13 de Abril. Excelente atención por parte de la camarera de terraza. Pedimos ensalada y una pizza y ambas estaban muy ricas. Lo acompañamos con 4 cervezas muy ricas. Hasta aquí todo genial.....de 10!!!! . Y llegó el momento de pagar y la encargada de muy malas formas nos preguntó qué teníamos... No conozco el alemán y me expreso con ciertas dificultades en inglés, pero era fácil entendernos.. Es una maleducada que estropea el excelente servicio de sus compañeros tanto de terraza como de cocina. Mi puntuación sería de un 10 si no hubiera sido por ésto.

Probably the worst meal out I've ever had, with the rudest and most ignorant waiter. Asked for Reisling wine and when he brought us Chardonnay and sent it back he then proceeded to make our meal as unpleasant as possible. Purposely delayed our food coming out so that it was cold. And was rude about us to other customers. We thought this place looked nice from the outside but should have checked the reviews first!

Extremely rude staff. We were served by a waitress who ended up asking for a tip. I didn't want to tip her because of her rudeness, and she asked me in surprise why she didn't get a tip. This trick was used on the others as well. Furthermore, the food wasn't seasoned at all. Overall, I can't recommend the restaurant due to this poor and rude service. I've never experienced anything so rude!

You order one thing and get something else. I ordered an Argentinian steak. They brought me a regular steak, full of fatty tissue. The answer was, "We have a fatty Argentinian steak." I'm a frequent customer there, but everything has changed.

We just arrived at Berlin earlier this morning, and wanted to have dinner after seeing the TV Tower. Hannah waited our table, and was nothing but welcoming and hospitable making sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Especially since it was my mothers birthday! Would highly recommend.

We ate there earlier as a school class and it worked wonderfully. Hannah, our waitress, was super nice and responded to every request. The fact that we got the food to coincide with breaking the fast also worked. ☺️

Unfortunately it's not possible to rate the food because we left again, so 0 stars would be correct, but unfortunately that's not possible! The days of not being allowed to choose your table or, as in our case, having to clear it because there was room for 6 people and there were only two of us are probably over!!! Mind you, the store was at most half full. We had planned to eat well and plentifully and to stay longer including a cocktail or two, but we did that in Piazza Rossa, just a few steps away and that was perfect!
