I was negatively surprised by the drab restaurant; it didn't feel comfortable to eat there at all. I always knew really delicious food from Vincent Vegan from the food trucks. Burger patty was really not tasty (cheese burger), fries were absolutely over salted. Big disappointment for 16€ and in anticipation of what I have always found very tasty.

Yesterday I was in the restaurant for the second time, the menu was once again very tasty 😋 good selection, nice staff, unfortunately there is no possibility to wash your hands again in the restaurant before eating. Maybe you can offer fresh towels and the plastic cups bothered me That's really out of date here, you should please switch to reusable cups or at least paper cups, but still very satisfied, I'll be back, I promise 😊

We were looking for a vegan place to eat. And we came across “Vincent Vegan”. We were not disappointed! The food was exquisite and the puns on the receipts and in the dishes made us laugh. Bonus point on the eco-friendly plastic used for the glasses. Thank you 🤗

My burger and fries were very tasty. It's quite expensive. The fries (from the menu) and the drink were surprisingly small, I don't think the restaurant should skimp on the quantity. No cash payment possible, which I think is a shame. The staff was nice, the atmosphere was quite good, but there is still room for improvement. Another positive thing I noticed was that most places provide sockets for charging your own devices. Overall recommended.

Overall the burger wasn't bad, but bun that they did was unfortunately disguisting. Too much fat on it, like stream of it running down the supposed delicacy

Unfortunately the menu was not in German. It was therefore not possible for us to order.

Food tastes good, but is reasonably pricy. My main concern is that this is a burger place without a restroom, so not even a possibility to wash hands. Had to walk +5mins to pay to use the bathroom in the train station.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Prices are great and the food is great too. This makes eating vegan even more fun

I cannot stress this enough, amazing!! We always look forward to our transfer at Hamburg as we get to visit this gem. Their VegMuffin is the best vegan fast food I’ve had in a while and the service was incredibly quick. Their chili cheese nuggets are so good as well. The vegan curry wurst was okay, good sauce but the sausage is too spungy in my opinion. Get the VegMuffin :)!

I recommand this restaurant ! The ambiance is really cool and the staff was really nice and funny 🥰 The burger I tried (the Veganizer, love the name by the way !) missed just a bit of spiciness but otherwise it was super good 🥰 The fries were good also !

Actually ok, if you could just order and get what you want: a burger without any sauce, onions, etc. It didn't work out 3 times. Garlic and onions = 3 times stomach cramps. I can't tolerate it and hamburger sauces don't taste good either. So unfortunately never again, so that my stomach and my taste buds are fine..

It was our first time at Vincent Vegan and we were very surprised (positively) by the huge selection. The food was ready very quickly, the service was friendly. We found the fries, sauces and drinks very tasty, but we weren't entirely convinced by the taste of the burgers. There was also a little bit of sauce on it. Otherwise, we would like to come back and try the nuggets, currywurst and the various fries 😊

Negative experience with Vincent at the main train station (September 1st): I was there yesterday with my daughter and wanted to order a small fries. The checkout screen wasn't active and I asked for two small bowls of ketchup. On the wall the price for the fries was €3.99, but at the checkout I was told to pay €6.58. When I asked how this price came about, I only received a curt answer. After I switched to just one serving of ketchup, I kindly commented that I found the price of the ketchup very high and would like to pass this on. The employee only responded with a curt “Then buy your fries somewhere else”. When I asked if she was serious, she confirmed it again. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude, especially since my daughter was present. Another employee, who was obviously the one in charge, just rolled her eyes and grinned when I complained. In the end, this employee apologized for her colleague's behavior, but the damage had already been done. Although the fries were good, the entire experience was extremely negative. Such behavior from staff is absolutely unacceptable. I will not recommend this place unless the staff is adequately trained to provide adequate customer service in such busy locations as the main train station.

Very good burgers and very good quality. The service is very friendly and I am absolutely satisfied. My favorite vegan restaurant so far. The location is just the main station and you can't prevent unwanted guests (who ask for money) from coming in every now and then. This only happened this time and it didn't bother me much personally and it certainly doesn't always happen. I can recommend it to everyone, even for non-vegans.

Very nice chef. Explained everything in an understandable and friendly manner. Food costs about the same as in a burger joint with animal products. Tastes fantastic. Highly recommended, regardless of whether you want to eat in peace or are on the go.

Had a Cookies 'N' Cream Milkshake and it was deluxe. Also ok for a fiver. Super duper suitable for vegans and everyone else.

Super good food! The burger and the sausage not only looked great, but also tasted just as good. We would have loved to try the entire menu. Definitely coming back!

I love the idea of vegan fast food with the McDonalds vibe. I wish it wouldn’t be so obvious everything is vegan just so it’ll be easier to get people to come, enjoy a burger with fries, and never even realize you consumed something a little better for the world. It has everything I want from easy food, and a surprisingly nice staff - don’t know how they do it, maybe big corporate hasn’t gotten their souls yet. Give it a try even as a non-vegan person, the burgers are good and the fries are several levels above the fast food competition.

Super delicious vegan food! I can only recommend it, the burgers are really good, the ginger lemonade also tastes fantastic! The location at the train station is not super nice, but it is practical.

I picked up 9-nuggz and got 5 and that was the only thing I ordered. 😔Couldn't exchange anymore because my train arrived. When I'm there it takes forever for my food to arrive, even though there's not much going on. But food is delicious.

Were here at the CSD. It was really full, but the employees stayed cool. The food is of course great, as always. Ordering via terminals works smoothly, but it's not as nice as with a human...

It's like a vegetarian only version of burger king except they dont have salads for sides.

Delivery over half an hour before closing only canceled after half an hour. It took us over half an hour to see that our food was coming. Shortly after the store closed it was simply canceled. If you don't feel like working anymore, then at least cancel immediately and not after more than half an hour when you could have ordered somewhere else. Your business is simply avoided, there is enough tasty competition that also delivers properly.

I was looking for a “quick” meal with my almost 10-year-old son. After browsing through the menu, we ordered nuggets, a burger and fries. Yes, it's fast food, but unfortunately it's awesome. My son says I should give it 5* because the nuggets were so delicious. We found the fries to be unusually spicy, but it's very pleasant when there's variety even with something as banal as fries.

Wanted to go out to eat and didn't know where to go: It's rare to find fast food that's ready in less than two minutes and is also reasonably healthy, so I didn't care if it was vegan. As a non-vegan, I can only highly recommend it. A must if I come to Hamburg again.

Food and service are great. Without restriction! But I prefer to take something to go because it's not really comfortable to sit in the store...

The food is mostly tasty, but overpriced. However, in the lentil burger the lentils still seem to be raw. In addition, it doesn't taste like a lentil burger, but rather like the run-of-the-mill meat substitute with a few raw lentils. Unfortunately, the service is also very poor. The employees work incredibly slowly and move almost in slow motion. So for the second time, I almost missed my train because I assumed 20 minutes would be enough time to prepare a takeaway fries and burger. Even after I pointed out twice that I was in a hurry, the employees showed no change in their work behavior and seemed to have no interest in the needs of their customers.

Very tasty vegan dishes at a slightly higher price, but they can also convince flexitarians and taste really good :) You can also easily order here using the terminal and overall the store is inviting. Unfortunately, the preparation takes a little longer

If you're looking for vegan and at the train station, skip the golden arches and find Vincent Vegan. They have excellent plant based burgers and milkshakes!

Extremely good vegan burger that was only surpassed by the fries. Unfortunately there is no toilet in the shop, but there is one in the main station if necessary.

Long waiting time: more than 20 minutes. The service personnel reacted inflexible and almost angry when I noted that my train leaves soon and I only ordered fries to take away. I immediately requested refund but didn‘t receive my money back asap either. I don’t know if I will tbh… Not going back here.

I honestly can't think of anything else to say. I had already ordered food there once when I easily had a 45 minute transfer time between two trains. Was stalled until I missed my train; The store was almost empty?! This time I wanted to be smarter and pre-ordered online for pickup. According to the app, the food was ready. On site I was told in an unfriendly and almost cheeky manner that the food wasn't ready yet and I would ask for at least 40 again!!!! Should wait minutes. This was done with such a matter-of-factness and with a tone and manner as if I was stupid and naive to expect that a meal that had been pre-ordered well in advance could be ready on time. The store wasn't full this time either. I'm not a restaurateur, but I'm sure there are ways to adapt the processes so that you don't have to wait almost an hour for things like burgers, fries or nuggets. Every other store can do this too. Absolute disaster.

We were there today. I got this tip and really wanted to try it! Very underrated food spot in Hamburg. Fresh food and an overall good package. The prices are the usual in the fast food sector, but you also get good quality. I would love to come back and the service was friendly too. I recommend the Cheesy Burger and/or Premium Burger. As a sauce I had “Chipotle Vayo”. Thank you! 🤗🙏🏼✨

A great place. I had the #3 cheeseburger with classic fries and a bottle of their only beer. Burger was excellent. Fries were very hot and tasty.

Very good fries and a burger with a great bite - I only thought it could have a stronger/spicier taste. The order process was a little weird since for the burger (Big Veganski) ingredients were incorrectly listed, so some things were on the list that aren't actually part of the burger and you could remove ingredients that also aren't actually part of the burger. Staff were a little confused as well but friendly and helpful at last. Atmosphere is not very inviting, no toilet.

Very tasty food!! The price of the sauce for the fries was rather high considering the quantity… otherwise an absolute recommendation for a meal before the next train.

The fries were delicious, something special in terms of taste. For some it might be a bit “too much” spice and salt, but you can do it. Ambiance is more like that, but it's HH Hbf. As in other such stalls, I find the prices/quantity of the extra sauce paid for a bit annoying. I had mayo for 1.49 (!) and it wasn't even enough for half the fries. If you're going to get ripped off for the sauce, it should at least be plenty.

Great vegan fast food. Priced on the same level as a Burger King or McD. Everything is freshly made and really tasty. As is usual with fast food, everything is available individually or as a menu. Located outside the train station. Exit Steintor and then left. When I'm back in Hamburg, I'll be happy to go here again 👍

I've never eaten anything vegan before and I was pleasantly surprised. The burger with chicken substitute actually tasted really good. The prices were really okay for Hamburg standards. Can't say anything against it.

Had the chicken burger and it tasted like wet cardboard. I'm vegan and I used to love to get a quick meal there, but this time I was really disappointed. The sauce was way too watery, the patty tasted like nothing and the onions were soggy. I'd wait a bit until trying it again... But the guy working there was really nice and refilled my water bottle :)

I've been a fan of Vincent Vegan since 2014 (back then they still served currywurst in the food truck). The entire range is vegan and super delicious! Ordering is possible contactless via screens.

We eat hamburgers in Hamburg 🤭 I guess everyone knows what kind of wind brought me here. Been a vegetarian for a long time and of course, was looking for vegetarian cuisine to have dinner after a long journey. Everything is very tasty.

Me and my friend visited around 14’o’clock on a tuesday, with about only 10 other guest, who was already dining. We ordered almost nothing, (one of my friends only a drink) on Four different orders, and after 30 minutes, we had still only gotten Half of our stuff, while other guest who came after us, Got Food almost immediatly, even though they ordered the same or more ///:

Vincent Vegan is great for the upcoming train journey or just to try something different. The price-performance is good and the taste is great. I've always gotten my food warm and quickly here. The team is super nice. You can also order via a touch panel. The ambience of the location can still be improved a bit. Overall a good rating, keep it up 👏🏻

Unfortunately, one of the two terminals was broken, but ordering was still quick. Food was good.

I was in Hamburg with my wife and our carers over Pentecost. We ate twice at Vincent Vegan at the main train station because we found it so delicious. My wife doesn't actually like vegan products, but she really liked the vegan kebab meat and the Crunchy Chick*n Salad and would eat it again and again. The skinny fries with curry or herbs were also really tasty. The burgers also tasted very, very good and the ice cream was just amazing. We can definitely recommend Vincent vegan and will definitely stop by on our next visit to Hamburg. There is a star deduction but we think it's a shame that Vincent vegan is only available in 3 cities, we come from the Sauerland and there isn't a vegan chain here at all. It would be nice if Vincent would grow even vegan.

Guys...where do I start. I still remember when I first discovered your food truck at a vegan trade fair in 2014. I'm still a new vegan and completely on fast food withdrawal. Since then, I've always been really happy when I manage to eat with you. You have really outdone yourself with the new branch. Cozy, great food, great music. It's crazy what you've become. Keep it up!

Very very tasty. Burger and milkshake were to die for. generally very cool that everything is so sustainable. The only drawback is that there are no toilets.

Vincent Vegan can be relied on to never disappoint! This time I had The Big Vegansky Burger with skinny fries. The staff were happy and helpful - the restaurant was clean and had plenty of space for the everyone whether sitting in as we did or popping by. The location is perfect to show that Hamburg has great Vegan restaurants to all the visitors to Hauptbahnhof. The burger was delicious, and the whole experience was brilliant!

The food is always great, the team is super nice. There is a deduction because there are no toilets, but they can't do anything about it themselves, which is why there is no deduction from the overall grade.

Answer to the reply: I asked at the counter, if there was a bathroom available for guests, I think the staff member was pretty new because she didn't seem to know about the options, nor did I receive a coin.

Food was super tasty. So far the best vegan meal I've ever eaten. The service was also great. First, an ice cream was forgotten from our order, for which they immediately apologized and then brought it to the table. The only thing that is a bit “unfavorable” is the location, as sometimes homeless people ask you for money.

Vincent Vegan has really good burgers! It's great that it will soon also be available at Berlin Central Station. Just a quick note: only order menus directly on site and not via Lieferando for collection, because then unfortunately there won't be a drink included, even though the price remains the same.

I can only give this branch 1 star. Often it's better not to have one. In advance, my experience today. Tonight there was supposed to be burgers that we ordered online. A delivery time of over an hour was announced. This is already a catastrophe; After all, it's not a special day and the rush in the branch at that time is rather poor. No matter, you accept it. After more than an hour, I was informed that it would take another 30 minutes. So you wait. After a good 40 minutes, I received a notification that the order had been canceled. So almost 2 hours after ordering. Simply incomprehensible. There were also problems with previous orders, something different was delivered, the food was more than cold or the delivery time sometimes took 2 hours. The latter is the smallest problem. Even in the branch you sometimes have to wait 45 minutes. On fast food. Orders are made incorrectly and if you have questions the staff doesn't understand you because they rarely speak German. The quality of the products has been declining for years. I'm just disappointed. For me this is definitely the icing on the cake. I'll get my burgers and fries somewhere else now.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because 0 is not possible. We ordered, the long delivery wouldn't have been a problem, but after 2 hours the delivery was simply canceled. I had to get the money back myself. That just doesn't work at all.

Mega mega mega. Incredibly delicious. Friendly staff. Directly at the main train station. Order quickly and easily via the terminal, fast card payment (no cash accepted) … super-fast preparation. Unbeatable.

My partner and I often eat at Vincent Vegan and always find it delicious. Above all, it's just good to know that animal "food" doesn't end up in our food, as was the case in other burger shops. We have already tried a few dishes from the menu and so far everything has been delicious. Great recommendation! :) The only negative thing I noticed was that the employees there had to shout out the names of the animals and I think that could theoretically be easily solved.
