I've been going to Vincent Vegan since the food truck started and have actually stuck with the burgers since then because they are so incredibly delicious. Here in the store the food is prepared quickly, the service is fast, warm and friendly. Conveniently located at the main train station, you can quickly reach the store from almost anywhere and take everything to-go or enjoy it on site. One of the best addresses for vegan, quick food.

The smashburgers are perversely good

It was nice not to have to worry about whether there was anything animal-based in it. The food was delicious! Even my non-vegan niece loved it. It was funny that they asked us if we wanted to eat animals. The staff was friendly and hard-working.

Incredibly delicious vegan burgers in a central location

Very good food, I'm especially happy about the "chili cheese" products, as vegan cheese is unfortunately still rare to find in such places. Also very good vegan shakes. ❤️ Plus, there are power outlets in many places for charging phones, for example. The only drawbacks: no restroom (at least I didn't see one, so I had to use the train station next door) and only card payments, no cash.

Was here for the lunch menu at lunchtime and thought it was a really good deal. The vegan smash burger is very tasty, with a drink and small Pomeranian, €13, great. The ordering system is similar to the large fast food chains, but the food is significantly better. Same price and vegan. I'd love to come back.

Mega delicious burgers right in the city center!

Vincent was once simply one of the best burger joints in Hamburg. Until they went back to their “roots”… the burgers were dripping with grease and almost impossible to digest (I’m writing the review the morning after and it’s still like a rock in my stomach). The selection has shrunk and has become more basic. The price for burgers like you get at Burger King is too high. Mine was burned on top of that. Which unfortunately happens often. What has also happened several times is the wrong drinks. Overall no more recommendation. (Especially for those with intolerances. I noticed something and it wasn't nice)

this was my favorite vegan restaurant in Germany so far. But today, I'm dissapointed because they are changing the whole menu and added beyond meat which is okay but you can find beyond meat on the market and you can cook at home. They also don't have option for making a menu with cola and fries. So, i don't know I'm missing their cool menu but the latest changes so terrible I hope they will fix it as soon as possible otherwise I'm starting to boycott to not go there until that time. Let me know when you fixing your menu. And they almost doubled the prices in the last 4 years it's too much for Germany.

Very tasty and was prepared quickly. The conditions are very friendly. The furnishings could be a little bit more comfortable. Still seems cold.

It was my first time at Vincent Vegan and I was thrilled! The Crispy Chick*n was super crispy, the Crunchy Fries were just right and the mayo was really tasty. Everything went quickly, the staff was friendly, and best of all: completely plant-based! Perfect for a quick, tasty and sustainable snack. I'll definitely be back!

Burger was completely cold and I received the wrong size fries.

The tastiest vegan burgers we know. Simple Hamburger and Double Smash, both super juicy and very tasty. It's very good that you can also deselect components of the burger at the terminal.

When I went out to eat here with my friends, I thought to myself: "This is probably another run-of-the-mill vegan burger place." But after eating I have to be ashamed of this thought. Because after being called a lemur and receiving my food I have to say that the food was extremely delicious!! I'll definitely come back here!

Super tasty burgers, absolute recommendation! The patties are very juicy and delicious, unlike many other vegan burgers. Even though it is a little more expensive, it is absolutely worth the money.

We saw a report about Vincent Vegan on TV. Since we ended up at the main train station instead of Harburg yesterday thanks to the DB, we took advantage of the opportunity. Very tasty fries, the burgers were also delicious. A few dips to choose from which of course also tasted good. Everything is freshly prepared to order. Really very nice staff. No cash payment possible. There are no toilets in the restaurant. I think we'll come back again at some point. I can only recommend it

Tasty, quick & purely plant-based – exactly my thing! Ate here for the first time and loved it! The burgers were super tasty, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was perfect. The sauces in particular gave the whole thing that certain extra something. The fries – crispy, well seasoned and the chilli cheese fries with red onions were something special! There was also a delicious truffle mayo and cool Astra's. Service: unobtrusive, uncomplicated, order at the terminal until the “Cheetah / Cheeta” is called, then you pick up the tablet yourself and put it away. Location: Modern, functionally furnished and pleasant atmosphere for a vegan fast food stop. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants plant-based enjoyment without compromise. 🌱🍔🍟

Great vegan fast food place conveniently located just outside of the train station. Stopped by for late lunch and ordered a burger menu (veganuary special). Fast and friendly service and tasty food.

13 minutes after ordering, I held out my pick-up slip to the cashier because she was busy and on the phone at the counter. I was then informed that I would be called when my order was ready. The kitchen is visible and I could see that my order wasn't being worked on. Sorry, I can ask what's going on with my order. I actually come regularly on my lunch break, but I think that's the last time. I received my (one!) burger 23 minutes after I ordered, which was simply too slow given the 30 minute lunch break. Especially since, as mentioned, apart from an order of fries, nothing was being processed (which was also delivered after me)

Incredible all Vegan fast food, I'm not even vegetarian myself tho my girlfriend is and for both of us, the burger there was potentially the best we've ever had. Chicken nuggets are amazing also, and all for very good prices, less than €20 for a great burger, chips, drink and chicken nuggets! Couldn't recommend more highly!

My Lieferando order was canceled by the branch after an hour of waiting. Since it's getting late, I have no alternative and have to go to bed hungry. It's a shame because I ate there yesterday and it tasted good. But such service is really not okay.

You can't go wrong when you eat here. A good quick, solid vegan option at the train station. The choco milkshake is nice and viscous.

Realmente disfruté del lugar. El personal es amable y la comida es deliciosa. He estado allí dos veces durante mi estancia en Hamburgo. Probé una de las hamburguesas con el arroz crujiente y otra con el arroz Beyond Meat. Ambos han sido geniales. Disfruté especialmente de las papas fritas estilo cajún con el chile majo. Una desventaja es que no tienen un baño. Además de que todo ha estado bien. El pago es solo con tarjeta / digital y los pedidos se realizan en una terminal de pedidos. Personalmente no encuentro que eso sea un punto negativo. El personal no tiene que manejar efectivo antihigiénico y puede concentrarse en preparar la comida.

The allergen list in the restaurant is wrong. Fries are fried with other things and therefore contain gluten.

The food is really great, there is no better vegan fast food! The new ordering terminals are significantly better and the food is always prepared quickly and personally to order.

Wow! The “snack” for the transit turned out to be an absolute highlight. Please plaster the republic with your branches as quickly as possible :)

I discovered the restaurant by chance while walking past. Really recommended. The food is delicious and the price is completely okay in my opinion. And it was finished quickly too.

I was negatively surprised by the drab restaurant; it didn't feel comfortable to eat there at all. I always knew really delicious food from Vincent Vegan from the food trucks. Burger patty was really not tasty (cheese burger), fries were absolutely over salted. Big disappointment for 16€ and in anticipation of what I have always found very tasty.

Yesterday I was in the restaurant for the second time, the menu was once again very tasty 😋 good selection, nice staff, unfortunately there is no possibility to wash your hands again in the restaurant before eating. Maybe you can offer fresh towels and the plastic cups bothered me That's really out of date here, you should please switch to reusable cups or at least paper cups, but still very satisfied, I'll be back, I promise 😊

We were looking for a vegan place to eat. And we came across “Vincent Vegan”. We were not disappointed! The food was exquisite and the puns on the receipts and in the dishes made us laugh. Bonus point on the eco-friendly plastic used for the glasses. Thank you 🤗

My burger and fries were very tasty. It's quite expensive. The fries (from the menu) and the drink were surprisingly small, I don't think the restaurant should skimp on the quantity. No cash payment possible, which I think is a shame. The staff was nice, the atmosphere was quite good, but there is still room for improvement. Another positive thing I noticed was that most places provide sockets for charging your own devices. Overall recommended.

Overall the burger wasn't bad, but bun that they did was unfortunately disguisting. Too much fat on it, like stream of it running down the supposed delicacy

Food tastes good, but is reasonably pricy. My main concern is that this is a burger place without a restroom, so not even a possibility to wash hands. Had to walk +5mins to pay to use the bathroom in the train station.

I cannot stress this enough, amazing!! We always look forward to our transfer at Hamburg as we get to visit this gem. Their VegMuffin is the best vegan fast food I’ve had in a while and the service was incredibly quick. Their chili cheese nuggets are so good as well. The vegan curry wurst was okay, good sauce but the sausage is too spungy in my opinion. Get the VegMuffin :)!

I recommand this restaurant ! The ambiance is really cool and the staff was really nice and funny 🥰 The burger I tried (the Veganizer, love the name by the way !) missed just a bit of spiciness but otherwise it was super good 🥰 The fries were good also !

Actually ok, if you could just order and get what you want: a burger without any sauce, onions, etc. It didn't work out 3 times. Garlic and onions = 3 times stomach cramps. I can't tolerate it and hamburger sauces don't taste good either. So unfortunately never again, so that my stomach and my taste buds are fine..

It was our first time at Vincent Vegan and we were very surprised (positively) by the huge selection. The food was ready very quickly, the service was friendly. We found the fries, sauces and drinks very tasty, but we weren't entirely convinced by the taste of the burgers. There was also a little bit of sauce on it. Otherwise, we would like to come back and try the nuggets, currywurst and the various fries 😊

Negative experience with Vincent at the main train station (September 1st): I was there yesterday with my daughter and wanted to order a small fries. The checkout screen wasn't active and I asked for two small bowls of ketchup. On the wall the price for the fries was €3.99, but at the checkout I was told to pay €6.58. When I asked how this price came about, I only received a curt answer. After I switched to just one serving of ketchup, I kindly commented that I found the price of the ketchup very high and would like to pass this on. The employee only responded with a curt “Then buy your fries somewhere else”. When I asked if she was serious, she confirmed it again. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude, especially since my daughter was present. Another employee, who was obviously the one in charge, just rolled her eyes and grinned when I complained. In the end, this employee apologized for her colleague's behavior, but the damage had already been done. Although the fries were good, the entire experience was extremely negative. Such behavior from staff is absolutely unacceptable. I will not recommend this place unless the staff is adequately trained to provide adequate customer service in such busy locations as the main train station.

Very good burgers and very good quality. The service is very friendly and I am absolutely satisfied. My favorite vegan restaurant so far. The location is just the main station and you can't prevent unwanted guests (who ask for money) from coming in every now and then. This only happened this time and it didn't bother me much personally and it certainly doesn't always happen. I can recommend it to everyone, even for non-vegans.

Very nice chef. Explained everything in an understandable and friendly manner. Food costs about the same as in a burger joint with animal products. Tastes fantastic. Highly recommended, regardless of whether you want to eat in peace or are on the go.

I love the idea of vegan fast food with the McDonalds vibe. I wish it wouldn’t be so obvious everything is vegan just so it’ll be easier to get people to come, enjoy a burger with fries, and never even realize you consumed something a little better for the world. It has everything I want from easy food, and a surprisingly nice staff - don’t know how they do it, maybe big corporate hasn’t gotten their souls yet. Give it a try even as a non-vegan person, the burgers are good and the fries are several levels above the fast food competition.

Super delicious vegan food! I can only recommend it, the burgers are really good, the ginger lemonade also tastes fantastic! The location at the train station is not super nice, but it is practical.

I picked up 9-nuggz and got 5 and that was the only thing I ordered. 😔Couldn't exchange anymore because my train arrived. When I'm there it takes forever for my food to arrive, even though there's not much going on. But food is delicious.

Were here at the CSD. It was really full, but the employees stayed cool. The food is of course great, as always. Ordering via terminals works smoothly, but it's not as nice as with a human...

It's like a vegetarian only version of burger king except they dont have salads for sides.

Delivery over half an hour before closing only canceled after half an hour. It took us over half an hour to see that our food was coming. Shortly after the store closed it was simply canceled. If you don't feel like working anymore, then at least cancel immediately and not after more than half an hour when you could have ordered somewhere else. Your business is simply avoided, there is enough tasty competition that also delivers properly.

I was looking for a “quick” meal with my almost 10-year-old son. After browsing through the menu, we ordered nuggets, a burger and fries. Yes, it's fast food, but unfortunately it's awesome. My son says I should give it 5* because the nuggets were so delicious. We found the fries to be unusually spicy, but it's very pleasant when there's variety even with something as banal as fries.

Wanted to go out to eat and didn't know where to go: It's rare to find fast food that's ready in less than two minutes and is also reasonably healthy, so I didn't care if it was vegan. As a non-vegan, I can only highly recommend it. A must if I come to Hamburg again.

Food and service are great. Without restriction! But I prefer to take something to go because it's not really comfortable to sit in the store...

The food is mostly tasty, but overpriced. However, in the lentil burger the lentils still seem to be raw. In addition, it doesn't taste like a lentil burger, but rather like the run-of-the-mill meat substitute with a few raw lentils. Unfortunately, the service is also very poor. The employees work incredibly slowly and move almost in slow motion. So for the second time, I almost missed my train because I assumed 20 minutes would be enough time to prepare a takeaway fries and burger. Even after I pointed out twice that I was in a hurry, the employees showed no change in their work behavior and seemed to have no interest in the needs of their customers.

Very tasty vegan dishes at a slightly higher price, but they can also convince flexitarians and taste really good :) You can also easily order here using the terminal and overall the store is inviting. Unfortunately, the preparation takes a little longer

If you're looking for vegan and at the train station, skip the golden arches and find Vincent Vegan. They have excellent plant based burgers and milkshakes!

Long waiting time: more than 20 minutes. The service personnel reacted inflexible and almost angry when I noted that my train leaves soon and I only ordered fries to take away. I immediately requested refund but didn‘t receive my money back asap either. I don’t know if I will tbh… Not going back here.

I honestly can't think of anything else to say. I had already ordered food there once when I easily had a 45 minute transfer time between two trains. Was stalled until I missed my train; The store was almost empty?! This time I wanted to be smarter and pre-ordered online for pickup. According to the app, the food was ready. On site I was told in an unfriendly and almost cheeky manner that the food wasn't ready yet and I would ask for at least 40 again!!!! Should wait minutes. This was done with such a matter-of-factness and with a tone and manner as if I was stupid and naive to expect that a meal that had been pre-ordered well in advance could be ready on time. The store wasn't full this time either. I'm not a restaurateur, but I'm sure there are ways to adapt the processes so that you don't have to wait almost an hour for things like burgers, fries or nuggets. Every other store can do this too. Absolute disaster.

We were there today. I got this tip and really wanted to try it! Very underrated food spot in Hamburg. Fresh food and an overall good package. The prices are the usual in the fast food sector, but you also get good quality. I would love to come back and the service was friendly too. I recommend the Cheesy Burger and/or Premium Burger. A great place. I had the #3 cheeseburger with classic fries and a bottle of their only beer. Burger was excellent. Fries were very hot and tasty.
