The fries were very good but I wouldn't recommend ordering ketchup or other sauces with them. Because it cost an outrageous €1.20 in a small cup.

The food was very tasty! There are enough seats, the food is freshly prepared which can take a while, and the information about completion could be a little quicker! The music "Eminem" was a bit too loud during our visit, which doesn't exactly make it easy to linger and eat slowly!

I went here recently whilst attending a conference based on the reviews I read. It's disappointing compared to the vegan royale offered by Burger King. Portion sizes were reasonable, as was the cost. The vegan chicken burger lacked substance and taste. Cajun chips, on the other hand, was a good choice. I also tried the vegan nuggets, which unfortunately were also disappointing. The sauces were impressive, fresh, and flavoursome! Not one I would return to, but I'm glad I tried it.

I think I was the first customer of the day at 11.05 and the two staff were setting up. Ordered the currywurst and a cola because I was curious to try Vincent vegan, service was good and friendly. Three stars for atmosphere as you are sitting in the shared food court area of a mall. Recommended.

There are good burgers here at a now normal price, the fries were well salted and the burger was very tasty. Despite the mall, the atmosphere is pleasant and the music is good and not intrusive.

We wanted to test it out and were very positively surprised. We had two burgers with fries and 2x fish & chips. We really liked the taste. Burgers: 1x 'meat', 1x 'chicken', both were very tasty. Could have tasted a little stronger. The consistency of the 'meat' was noticeably softer, but good. The fries were tasty, but a little too crispy for my taste. The 'fish' (what is it actually made of?) is surprisingly tasty. In terms of price, it's on the higher end for fast food, but I think it's justified for the quality.

I don't understand how people can say the fries are delicious. They're hardly seasoned. Sauces here cost almost a euro. If you want ketchup and mayo you're out 2 euros and the amount isn't even enough for the portion of fries.

Die Burger schmecken lecker, es gibt nette Soßen und auch Optionen wie vegane Fish n Chips. Der Preis ist zu hoch für das, was es ist, die jungen Mitarbeiter arbeiten sehr langsam und man kann nur mit Karte zahlen. Es schmeckt nicht so viel besser, wie es teurer ist als die veganen Optionen von Burger King. Insgesamt ok.

Absolutely brilliant restaurant. Originally tested out of interest, I now come regularly and have never been disappointed. For me, VV is the best example of vegan burger chains in the future. Please keep it up!

Ich hab heute dort einen Burger gegessen und der Pattie war tief-frittiert wie eine Krokette, statt schön angebraten. Nachdem ich aufgegessen hatte, war noch ein Öl-Teich in dem Papier des Burgers. Schade. Mit Vincen Vegan in der East Side Mall hab ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht, hier ist Essen leider mau. Ansonsten mag ich ja das Konzept des Ladens so generell und dass sie divers einstellen.

Vish & Chips mit Erdnusssauce war für mich immer der Hit. Nun wurde der ehemals knusprige „Vish“ mit großartiger Textur gegen einen Matschlappen ausgetauscht. Meine Frage: wer entscheidet so etwas ohne selbst gekostet zu haben? Keiner kann mir erzählen dass eine Textur nahe an Industriekartoffelpürree irgendwen mit intakten Zähnen überzeugen kann. Bitte um Hinweis, wenn diese, aus kulinarischer Sicht, nicht nachvollziehbare Entscheidung rückgängig gemacht wird. Dann komme ich auch gerne wieder. Großes Lob an die Servicekräfte. Wie immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und fix. Ohne die wäre es nur ein Stern geworden 🙈

Super leckeres Essen und netter junger Mann der mich bediente. Jedoch wollte hinter mir ein Obdachloser einen Burger bestellen, was zunächst nicht ging, da man nur mit Karte zahlen kann. Zum Glück half ihm die nette Frau hinter ihm. Auch die Geschwindigkeit könnte etwas optimiert werden.

Eigentlich wollte ich garnicht hierher...es stand eigentlich Asiatisch auf dem Plan. Interessiert, hat mich dieses kleine Resturant dennoch...und da ich schon mal hier bin. Obwohl mitten im Einkaufscenter, finde ich es hier weder laut noch voll. Das Flair ist angenehm. Auch was die Sauberkeit anbelangt, hier wird darauf geachtet. Noch nie vegane Burger gegessen, heut dann das erste Mal. Und ich muss ehrlich sagen; WOOWWW. Das war meine bisher erste und leckerste Erfahrung, vegane Burger zu essen. Die Pommes cross auf den Punkt, genauso wie die vegane Majo. Echt toller Laden.

Surprisingly good choice! Character is very trendy/hipster-ish and so are the prices, so I was relieved to find that the burger I order (basic option) was unique in taste but still very nice!

Ive been fan of Vincent Burger. Especially vegan cheese fries. But this year in 2023, you no longer have chillies cheese fries and the price is the same ! I would give 5 stars if everything how it was ... have to decrease the star coz i can no long find cheese fries. I usually come here for this :(

sehr lecker, etwas teuer. Leider räumen sie in letzter Zeit immer ziemlich schnell den Tablettwagen aus. Hatte früher dort oft gute Reste gefunden.

Mein erster vegane Burger! Köstlich! So macht der Verzicht auf tierische Produkte Spass!

Ohne tierische Produkte, ohne Plastik und dann noch recycelt. Warum kann das nicht jeder? Zumindest ohne Plastik sollte man hinbekommen. Toller Laden mit guter Musik und Essen. Ich kann euch einen Besuch empfehlen. Ich hoffe der Laden kommt auch in andere Städte noch. Bin super zufrieden und ne coole Website haben sie auch noch. 😅

Sehr leckerer Burger, als Tagesspecial den „Cheesy One“ als Menü für 10,99. Somit gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Homemade Sauce und Getränk. Gerne wieder🌞

the staff was very nice and it tasted sooooo good! We got the kebab fries, two burgers and nuggets. Extremely satisfied my boyfriends meat cravings lol. Will go here again asap :)
