Cigköftem Charlottenburg in Berlin

One of the employees had her hair in the food and tried to fish it out. You had to clean up all your food yourself. She was very rude to the customers and just ran away every 2 minutes and said they could be careful. Overall, bad customer service and the food was days old.

Ordered for the first time and never again. Not only is it a disgrace that the order arrived incomplete, it was also not fresh (see pictures). The order stated 1x salad set with parsley, mint, iceberg lettuce, and a homemade sauce. As you can see, the salad set consists of a quarter of rotten iceberg lettuce. And you have to wash it yourself. Not only were the cigkofte not tasty, you couldn't even spice it up with fresh greens because there wasn't any. And a quarter of a lemon for four lavas can only be a bad joke. If I'd wanted to prepare the ingredients myself, I wouldn't have ordered. And of course the sauce isn't homemade either, just pomegranate syrup from a tube.

I ordered wheat balls, unfortunately not to take away, but for twice the price to eat in! I also got three large lettuce leaves, a quarter of a cucumber, half a tomato, and a few spring onions—that wasn't worth 11.50!

I love ciköfte, but the store is totally losing its edge. And anyone who thinks it's freshly made is mistaken. The ciköfte mixture was sealed and not freshly made by hand. And in general, they skimp on ingredients. The wrap gets thinner and thinner each time (they roll it up).

The staff on February 17, 2025, were super nice and let me try my first cigköfte. I'm now a fan, and it tastes absolutely delicious. I'll be happy to come back thanks to such friendly service 🤗

I ordered the Çiğköfte package S, which was supposed to weigh 250g. Instead, I got 165g of junk. They didn't even bother to seal the package properly. So, first of all, they're scammers, and secondly, they have no respect for the food or the customers. You can't even reach them by phone. People, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Nothing about the food was good. The falafel were completely cold and the cigcöfte tasted of nothing.

The service from one of the 2 ladies was fine, the other preferred to make phone calls… I ordered a falafel box, but they were all cold, so they were simply “raw” falafels.

Good and fresh but honestly service not always the best

I wouldn't even give it one star. The one with the headscarf is simply unfriendly on the phone and serves very listlessly instead of telling the person on the phone to wait, does she tell me as a customer? Hygiene is also not included - take the bread with your hands instead of with your gloves! Never again!

Sooo delicious, clean and filling.. To be honest, I liked the saleswoman the most... extremely helpful, patiently accommodating and extremely friendly and personable... Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!!!

Das Essen ist an sich lecker doch in jedem zweiten Biss war ein Haar drinne. Die Mitarbeiter haben auch kein Haar Netz getragen. Ich bin eigentlich kein Mensch der ein Geschäft direkt kritisiert wen so etwas einmal vorkommt doch das ist jetzt schon die 2 Bestellung in der mehrere Haare drin waren.

I don't know where to start with the bad service or the cigköfte wrap that liquefied - or rather was completely soaked. But that's okay if the lady preferred to be engrossed in her phone call instead of doing her job properly. In general I found them very rude - almost disrespectful. But I saved her the embarrassment of opening a barrel - I was only interested in my food. In general, I like eating at cigköftem. But never again with that one. To give the owners something constructive: It would be nice if the employees were properly trained and perhaps learned how to talk to and deal with customers.

Sehr nettes Personal und gutes essen. Leider kein eigenes Restaurant, sodas es bereits um 20Uhr schließt.

Sehr lecker nur ein wenig Teuer. Die Preise wenn man was extra will sind zu hoch. Ansonsten zu empfehlen. War zwei mal dort und immer zufrieden.

Der beste Laden auf der ganzen Welt würde es diesen Laden nicht geben würde die Welt untergehen sehr nette Verkäuferin ich küsse dein Herz mashallah 🫀

mein lieblingscigköfte laden in berlin :) immer super freundliches personal, alles frisch und unglaublich lecker, freue mich jedesmal wieder hinzugehen

der Cig Köfte Wrap ist mittlerweile mein Lieblingsessen (was man unterwegs kaufen kann) geworden. Schmeckte bisher jedes Mal super lecker und die Bedienung war auch immer freundlich. Werde auf jeden Fall noch öfter kommen :)

Es ist sehr lecker und gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und haben Spaß an der Arbeit. Tolle Atmosphäre.

Hammer!! Frisch, sauber, günstig. Freundliches Personal. Durfte sogar den netten Besitzer und seine Frau kennenlernen. Tolle Menschen. Haben mir sogar das Dessert spendiert :) werde definitiv öfter kommen.

Das leckerste Cigköfte, dass ich je gegessen habe. Besonders lecker, frische Zutaten, super freundliches Service und sehr günstig. Besonders empfehlenswert für Vegetarier und Veganer. Komme gerne wieder.
