A very pleasant restaurant in every respect.

A very fine restaurant with a lovely courtyard and wonderful dishes. A good wine selection, too, and overall very good and friendly service. A definite recommendation.

A very friendly welcome, and the food was also excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very poorly furnished and decorated. It doesn't feel at home because the lack of warmth is due to the lack of decor. There's still a lot of room for improvement...but it's worth a visit!

A wonderful evening. Outstanding quality both in terms of service and cuisine.

You enter the Villandry Dresden and immediately feel that the evening is going to be special. We could choose between a multi-course menu or à la carte. I was happy to receive advice on selecting the right wines. Each course was artfully presented and finely balanced, with each ingredient enjoying its own special moment on the palate. It's worth mentioning: The main course was so generously sized that it could have been filling – but I wanted to try more than just one dish. The service was impressive in its warmth and attentiveness; they gave us time between courses and accompanied our transition from the somewhat cramped garden seating to the elegant, warm interior with complete understanding. My only wish: a little more variety in the wines by the glass (which, on their own – even milder, less acidic, and even low-intervention versions – would make my heart beat even faster for the Villandry). My conclusion: An evening that indulges the palate and the senses in equal measure and definitely makes me want to return.

A place where you can indulge yourself. The interior is elegantly furnished, and there are tables in the back courtyard surrounded by greenery. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The dishes are creative and well-made. There's a large selection of wines by the glass. Fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere at fair prices.

Six of us had reserved a table. We were immediately greeted and given a nice seat by the window. We all enjoyed a variety of starters and main courses, and tried all the desserts. The food was delicious; the food completely surprised us. Our cheerful, friendly service was prompt and always on hand, and the wine recommendations were perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend Villandry. You can reserve online or by phone—it's all very convenient.

Neither beautiful interior nor good service can save a restaurant if the chef serves burnt food.

I went there for the first time with my girlfriend for her birthday and was very happy with everything. Booking a table was super easy, and changing the time at short notice wasn't a problem. I have to give the staff a huge compliment. I've rarely felt so well looked after in a restaurant. Very attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious and the value for money was absolutely fine. The ambience is very pleasant. The lighting is warm but not too dim, with pleasant background music. Everything was perfect, and that's why we give it 5/5. We'll definitely be back.

It is rare to meet such a great restaurant in Dresden in reasonable price. We are visiting here regularly to celebrate our special occasions. Every single time we are satisfied with great food, drinks and service. The whole crews are very friendly and listen to the customers well. Needless to say the ingredients are all local and fresh harmonizing in mouth. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and elegant with very nice taste of interior. When the weather is nice, you should check out the garden area too. Pretty small but green and peaceful outside to enjoy the meal.

I've eaten at Villandry several times now and I'm always impressed. A wonderful ambiance, excellent cuisine, and very friendly and relaxed service. (Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the young man from Saturday (May 10th)...we really liked his charming and easygoing manner and felt very comfortable.) I thought it was great that my request for a quiet table was accommodated. We sat next to the entrance door, which was separated by a black curtain, so the coming and going of guests wasn't at all disturbing. Great ambiance, very friendly service, good food, and fair value for money. Two comments: Food: One star deducted for dessert – the walnut crème brûlée was a bit too sweet for me. This is certainly a matter of taste, but a more subtle caramel crust would have done the dish good. Atmosphere: One star deducted for the noise level, which could be a bit lower. The already installed soundproofing ceiling panels are having an impact, but there's still room for improvement. Conclusion: We'll be happy to come back!

We went for Dinner and decided on the 3-course menu with accompanying wines to match the different dishes. Food, wine and service were excellent! Each course was explained to us in great detail without any rush and you could sense the passion, for quality of ingredients, presentation and taste of the food and service, that the entire Villandry team embodies. We had a great evening and will definitely consider revisiting in the future.

Sophisticated and imaginative cuisine without any “chichi” around it. Small but still diverse menu, vegetarians also have an interesting selection. Rather inconspicuous on the outside, but with enough space for the neighboring table. The service is friendly and doesn't get you down even when it's busy. Not cheap, but worth the money.

What a beautiful gem in Dresden's Neustadt. We spent an extremely delicious evening at Villandry in a very casual, super friendly atmosphere. We opt for the 4-course menu and had 2x starter, main course and dessert. You can make your choice from the current map. All dishes impress with a great interplay of consistencies and very high-quality, perfectly prepared ingredients. Plus a very tasty bottle of rosé - what more could you want. It should be noted that the Villandry uses its “own” walls for smaller art exhibitions. The current paper collages positively supported the beautiful ambience. Thanks to the whole Villandry team for a wonderful three hours. Kevin in particular supported everything with his extremely friendly, positive charisma. We'll definitely come back.

It's a really pleasant restaurant and currently probably the best address for finer cuisine in the outer Neustadt (Elements is a little further away). The staff are very friendly and attentive. In terms of ambience, I simply prefer a little more indirect light and more distance from the other guests than is the case in Villandry. The food is really good, but I still lack the sophistication to give it five points, and I wasn't entirely convinced by my wines (open red wines). You can still do everything right with a visit.

Nice restaurant, good service with a few drawbacks, the greeting from the kitchen was finger food and no one asked about the possibility of using a plate, unfortunately. And at the end, when I mistyped the card machine, the waiter said the price out loud! called. I didn't think that was okay. The meal with the champagne tasting! was very tasty.

The Villandry is again my favorite restaurant in the Neustadt ❤️ After several changes of operator in the last 10 years and the corona pandemic in between, the Villandry has once again grown into a permanent fixture in the Dresden restaurant landscape under the new management and has become my favorite restaurant again.

During our short stay in Dresden, we spent a magical evening with first-class service and culinary delicacies for the second time. The only downside was the somewhat drafty space near the entrance door. But we can only warmly recommend the restaurant for fans of good cuisine and enjoyment of food. We'll be back!!!

We were in Villandry on the occasion of our 25th company anniversary. In the first few years we did a lot of wine tastings there and had wonderful evenings. We have changed and taken new paths. The same goes for Villandry after the change of tenant. It's nice that old and new lives on in such a tried and tested form. Thank you Villandry for the delicious food and pleasant service. We had our Christmas party at Villandry. The service was great. Care was always taken to ensure that the glasses were never empty. The food was very tasty (3 course Christmas menu) and large enough portions, only the vegetarian main course was a bit small. Special requests were also very kindly accepted and implemented. For many years, Villandry has been the place we go when we want something special. The food is very good, regional and invites you to experiment. Particularly noteworthy is the outstanding, friendly service, which provides impartial advice, is competent and fast.

We had dinner for two in Villandry yesterday. An absolutely friendly, entertaining and competent service staff awaited us. We immediately felt at home in the visually and acoustically very pleasant ambience and were able to enjoy an imaginative and delicious 3-course menu. As a beverage accompaniment we enjoyed the very successful Chardonnay from Martin Schwarz, which was made especially for the house.

Unfortunately, there were no more dishes on the already small menu, so as a vegetarian I no longer had a choice for the main course. So I “forced” to have the gnocchi with hazelnuts, but I have to say that they were really excellent. Sometimes you waited a little too long for the waiter, but the food is really so good that you can ignore that, especially since we were there on a Friday evening and it was correspondingly full.
