Very friendly staff. The food is very tasty, although the pasta dishes are barely above "al dente." Prices are too high. However, it's a very nicely designed cafeteria.

The prices are overpriced for a staff restaurant. I once wanted pasta, but according to the staff's discretion, the portion was too large and I should pay more. When I pointed out that this decision was arbitrary, the food was simply taken away from me.

Highly recommended. Affordable for employees, patients, and guests, and absolutely delicious homemade food, as we discovered again today. The selection is great and the staff are incredibly friendly. Keep up the good work! My wife and I will be back the next time I see the doctor.

A great employee restaurant with a wide selection of food. There's also a salad bar, a soup of the day, and a pasta bar. It's also open to non-employees, but there's a surcharge during peak times.

Sauces for vegetarian dishes only taste of flour. Couscous tastes of oil. Often, even though I'm hungry, I only eat half the plate because I can't eat any more. The pasta station is nice, though!

Since this is a canteen for the university hospital's employees and patients, it can't be considered a restaurant. But as a canteen, it's very good. There are several main courses to choose from, as well as soups, salads, and desserts. Everything is delicious and tasty. It's also good value for money. I definitely recommend it.

I'm rating it as a cafeteria, not as a Michelin-starred restaurant. Since we were there, we spontaneously decided to eat here. The menu consisted of three dishes with various side dishes and a salad and dessert buffet. It was very tasty, and the cafeteria staff were very friendly and gave us a brief explanation of how things work. We'd be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

Very nice staff, food, like everywhere else, a matter of taste, but completely okay for price-performance commercial cuisine! The salad bar is my highlight of the selection!

The best family doctors, urologists, the nurses, the entire hospital health team are the best, Dr. Kamps, who saved my life, is always with his patients and helps them.

Typical self-service hospital/employee restaurant also accessible to guests. No star level but delicious food with daily changing dishes and a rich salad buffet at a fair price.

They have to pay me money... you should be able to count on it. Recommendation.....always do the math and count money exactly!!!!

What can you say in the cafeteria, but that if I bring my own box, I should still take a plate to measure out my portion of food and then pour my food back into the box I brought with me. No thanks. It is unreasonable to take the food with you once it has been stirred. Please come up with something else, weigh it up or whatever. I have no idea. Please don't do that again.

UC DD is not a nice place to be. But sometimes there is no other way. Here you can think of something else.

I was admitted for 5 days because of never-ending nosebleeds. Had my nostrils full of tampons, and what do I get? Stale toast for breakfast. Are you crazy? I can hardly breathe, and then what? And a shed like this is rated so well? I can not believe it! The treatment and the nurses, with exceptions (where are they not available?), are ok within the limits of capacity. But the capacity was pretty much exhausted A lot of these things are homemade because the structure of the organization is missing. And I know what I'm talking about because I've been doing exactly that for 25 years.

Staff at Caruso very unfriendly, at least those who were present when we were there. Something was "sold" to us more than reluctantly and then we noticed: hopefully they won't sit down now, because we're closing in 15 minutes....... Without words....... Being friendly is different. Everyone can decide for themselves how they think about it.......

Inexpensive menu and tasted good

My son had to go to the children's ward twice within 10 days. The female and male “sisters” are nice, kind to the children and attentive to the accompanying persons. Food is good for a hospital. The bistro on the ground floor is well stocked with rolls, donuts, sweets and drinks. The coffee tastes good and the prices are reasonable especially since everything is fresh. We also offer lunch. At the station there is also an extra coffee/cocoa for the parents.

Delicious food in a large canteen. From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. more expensive for non-clinic employees. I think the prices are okay for the portion sizes.

Tafelspitz resembled the sole of a shoe, the poor animals - sad, side dishes also not tasty and probably no longer nutritious - disappointing and unacceptable in terms of price, a shame ... price increases again, but no better quality🥺The potatoes don't taste good at all and are probably no longer nutritious in this quality🤔 The side dishes were bland, only the minced meat, which was more like beef, tasted good to me. Central, friendly staff👍I usually stand before eating and think about what to take... Salad is always fine, you don't always want pasta... most of the other prices are now unacceptable for simple food, like rice pudding, potatoes with quark, etc. B.; The combination is sometimes incomprehensible...rice pudding with cucumber salad🤔 Prices too high for mediocre canteen food in a noisy (also due to the furnishings) albeit clean atmosphere... there is another way, cheaper - see e.g. B. ELK Radebeul…

Ich bin sehr freundlich am Tresen empfangen worden. Die anschließenden Behandlungen wurden von kompetenten Fachkräfte und Ärzten durchgeführt. Mir gefällt das freundliche Auftreten des Personal.

Zu solch einem Preis habe ich eher Imbiss Essen erwartet. Doch ich bekam ein richtig gutes Essen , einen wirklich vollen Teller, bei sehr freundlichem Personal. Also mehr als positiv überrascht. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Ein Krankenhausessen der Spitzenklasse. Diese Kantine leistet beste Arbeit und kocht hervorragend. Würde ich in der Nähe wohnen, wäre ich täglich zum Essen zu Gast. Es gibt täglich 5 verschiedene Gerichte zur Auswahl. Vom Preis zwischen 3€ - 7€. Wasser gibt es Gratis. Die Desserts kosten 0,60€. Der Speisesaal ist sehr groß und vom Ambiente her sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet schnell.

Riesige Anlage mit eigenartiger Durchnummerierung der diversen alten und dazu gekommenen neuen Gebäude. Zum Glück gibt es Lagepläne und freundliche Menschen...

Im Vergleich zur Eröffnung zunehmend abgebaut. Zu voll, da zu viele Gäste, welche keine Mitarbeiter sind; die mogeln sich immer rein. Die nach und nach erhöhten Preise und kleiner gewordenen Portionen sind ärgerlich, nach dem Essen ist man oft noch hungrig oder eben kurze Zeit später. Der Salat ist oft holzig, alt, einfach nicht schmackhaft. Das angebotene warme Essen ist bezüglich der Zusammenstellung öfter abenteuerlich. Leider ist es für Mitarbeiter des Uniklinikums, neben den noch grausigeren Bistros, die einzige Möglichkeit innerhalb der Mittagspause zügig etwas essbares zu sich zu nehmen. Zwei Sterne gibt es für das größtenteils freundliche Personal und die Räumlichkeiten (auch wenn insgesamt zu klein). Keine sinnvollen veganen Optionen, wie so vieles einfach nicht zeitgemäß.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Durch Zufall wegen eines kleinen Hungers da rein gegangen, haben nichts erwartet weil Krankenhaus. Mussten uns aber belehren lassen, diese kleine Kantine brauch sich geschmacklich und vor allem preislich nicht verstecken. Wechselndes Angebot mit durchaus leckeren Gerichten. Viel Auswahl auch an anderen Sachen wie Salat Desserts und Kuchen. Kostenlose drewagschorle gibt's auch noch dazu. Da wird in Zukunft doch ab und an mal die Küche zu Hause kalt bleiben.

Für den kleinen Geldbeutel ist es nix. Aber zumindest bekommt man von warmen Essen bis Kuchen alles.

3 Wochen für einen HNO Termin ist zu lange

Hier ist das "Haus:Uniklinik" Programm! Es gibt viele sehr gesunde Essensmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Mitarbeiter.

Abwechslungsreich, gesund und schnell.

Das medizinische Personal ist nett. Für ein gutes Essen in zwei Imbisse (Haus 27, Haus 59) ist gesorgt. Die Häuser und Toiletten sind in einem hygienischen Zustand. Die ärztlichen Untersuchungen sind gut koordiniert. Wartezeiten bei Bestellung sind gering.

Qualität, Auswahl und Preis/Leistung sind lobenswert!

Nettes Personal und man kann sich wunderbar und lecker die Wartezeit vertreiben, so nach dem Motto... einmal hin, Alles drin . Danke !

Essen war gut, Service ging. Ich würde mir die Option Kartenzahlung wünschen. Ambiente naja geht aber ist halt eine Kantine.

Ich mußte parken. Leider am Zugang tief angebrachte Parkgebühr erst später beachtet . 12 Euro bezahlt . Abzocke ? Wer weiß. Man kommt mit Erkrankung zum Termin, löst eine parkmarke am Eingangstor und sucht einen Parkplatz. Beim unfreundlichen Info Dienst erfährt man , daß es kurzzeit Platz ist und bezahlt 12 Euro . Gehört der Infodienst zur uni-klinik oder ist es ein externer Betreiber? Abzocke bei kranken ist schon komisch ! Diese Erfahrung bekommt man nur live . Ich werde nächstes Mal lieber weit weg von Abzocke parken .

Von 11:30 Uhr bis 13:30 Uhr müssen Gäste der Uniklinik 2,00€ Zuschlag zahlen. Wofür? Für mehr Profit? Sorry, aber das geht gar nicht. Dafür, daß du krank bist, sollst du noch extra bezahlen? Damit das Personal ungestörter ist, bekommt man als Antwort. Was für eine Sauerei !!!!

Preis-Leistung in den letzten Jahren zunehmend Richtung "zu teuer" in ein Par Jahren wird da nur noch akademisches Personal Speisen. Gerade zur Mittagszeit, zu viele Besucher und Patienten!!- gerade da wo die Belegschaft ihre Knappe Pause verbringe n will und kann, gibt es meistens sehr lange Wartezeiten und Warteschlangen an den !Zwei! Diese Kantine ist überteuert und qualitativ nicht hochwertig. Die Garpunkte stimmen fast nie. Sehr viel Tütenfutter. Vegetarische Gerichte nicht billiger als Fleischgerichte trotz unterschiedlicher Materialkosten. Kombinationen von Essen wie bspw. Schupfnudeln mit Currysoße einfach eklig. Ambiente ist gut mit schöner Terasse. Dieses Essen motiviert KEINEN Mitarbeiter.
