Modern, Asian cuisine on the Lister Meile. Restaurant is nicely decorated inside. Functional outside but lots of tables and also harmonious. Service is relatively brief but friendly and quick. Food is fresh and crunchy. Tasty but without the big outlier. Prices for Asian cuisine are a bit higher. Card payment possible

A wonderful restaurant with an above-average friendly staff. The food was incredibly tasty and I personally can only warmly recommend the swordfish steak. If we come to Hanover again, we would be happy to eat here again. 🙂

The Vietalkitchen offers a cozy and pleasant environment and also plenty of space if you want to sit outside. There is a nice selection of dishes with and without meat, so you can eat there as a family. Vegans also get their money's worth. Delicious food is also offered for the youngest guests. Including provision of a high chair. Definitely my favorite restaurant.

The food is a blast! It totally blew me away. Tasty and fragrant! Tender meat! The waiter, even though the pub was full, managed to ask us how it tasted. Just when the pub was full, it was quite noisy. If you are in the area, you must visit!

A great place for a meal for two or with the family. You can really just feel comfortable here. The kitchen is always quick and the service also takes care of all your wishes immediately. Unfortunately a little expensive, otherwise we would be here more often. Definitely highly recommended.

Came because of the high Google rating. For someone that comes from South East Asia, we will definitely have a different expectation on Vietnamese cuisines. The dishes here is more fusion I guess but tends to be more salty. Drinks are fantastic, fresh. Service was prompt and professional. Tipping seems to be a thing here these days, gonna adapt though. Wish the lighting would be just slightly brighter as we all have difficulties reading the menu in details.

Vietnamese restaurant in the List district of Hanover/pedestrian zone. Parking is always difficult in this area. Food tasty and rich. Lots of vegetables and more vegetarian. But there is also duck, chicken and fish. Not a classic “Chinese”. Nice staff, clean toilets. Not exactly cheap, but tasty.

The food was very tasty, since it is relatively large and the tables are close together, it can be louder in the evenings - you can still really enjoy the homemade lemonade!

Healthy food can be so delicious. Lots of great ingredients, salmon, shrimp, tofu, lots of vegetables, really a dream! The menu is very extensive, you should take your time for all the individually listed ingredients. Only when it comes to desserts could there be a little more (sugar-free) choice, that would be the icing on the cake.

Basically, the Asian cuisine here in the Vietal is good. Today it just wasn't right, from the service to the food and paying. Ordered mango salad with roast beef. Roast beef a little dried out on the edge. Service took the food away again for correction, nice, but then for 10 minutes there was no communication about what was happening/was happening from the location. Then at some point the plate came back... "HERE, WE HAVE PICKED OUT A NEW, AMAZING PIECE OF ROAST BEEF FOR YOU" which is better and fresher. You could see that it was the previous roast beef, which was simply trimmed on both edges. Please, dear gastronomy... The most important thing you have is called authenticity. Transparency with guests is key. A transparent announcement that the roast beef had been put under the knife again wouldn't have bothered me at all. That someone compared to me However, being dishonest is a no-go. Proof of card payment had to be requested separately. A bit strange. It's a shame and overall just a bit disappointing. Maybe you'll do better in the future. Addendum to owner request: Thanks for feedback. A pleasant experience where you will enjoy the true flavors and atmosphere of Vietnam. The restaurant is cozy and tastefully decorated - fresh flowers everywhere, a pleasant, unobtrusive scent and light background music. The menu offers a wide selection for both meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic spices. The service is friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere, I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Price-performance absolutely OK. Duck fillet with vegetables - 17.90. Non-alcoholic beer - 3.90. Rose - 6.40.

It was original, healthy and delicious - but also very crowded, with little soundproofing, so I quickly became overstimulated. The staff is very attentive and unobtrusive and speaks good German. Studying the map takes a long time, there is a large selection and unusual combinations - it's best to take a look online beforehand! After the main course, even though we were completely full, we ordered the starters again and shared them because they were so delicious. The mocha afterwards is highly recommended.

The food is very tasty and especially the drinks! You can't really complain on site! However, when we ordered home, it felt like the portions were smaller due to the packaging. And a drink with berries, which already smelled a bit strange, unfortunately started to mold less than 10 hours later. Maybe an isolated case. Unfortunately, the starters are a bit small for the price. Basically good, maybe a little expensive, but definitely recommended on site.

Fresh, delicious starters, a great selection of unusual main courses, also many vegetarian dishes. The smoothie and cocktail (instead of dessert) were also perfect. Super nice service. We were on the newly opened first floor, which is very well done. A little more space and peace than downstairs. Everything fit. Thanks to the nice team!

The food was tasty, but unfortunately just lukewarm. After pointing this out, the meat was freshly grilled and served again. But vegetables had become cold during that time. The Omega dish was very tasty. The quantity was borderline for the price. The service from the young lady was friendly and attentive...the young waiter was a little arrogant...This probably gets to the heart of the various other comments.

We have eaten here several times. Always tasty. The starters were excellent, but this time the main courses were really not tasty. The 'fresh fish' tasted thawed, the chicken tasteless, no tasty rice. When we were asked if we liked it, we told us honestly and civilly what we thought of it. The response was quite rude. “You've almost finished your plate.” “All the other customers liked it.” That work. Shame. We can tolerate bad food, because we all make mistakes, but not such bad service.

Traveling for work and being able to enjoy food from the areas I visit is a perk. This restaurant is a big perk. The starters we tried were all delicious and fresh. We could tell everything was made with care and quality. Dinner was outstanding, with fresh ingredients and spot-on flavor. We all agreed we would go again. As a treat, some street performers gave us a fun show.

The food was fresh, good and nicely prepared, but nothing special and very simply prepared. Anyone can do the same thing at home: sprinkle some rice, lettuce on top and add a few shrimp, oh well. The service was good, although you had to actively ask for a receipt. It goes without saying that you will receive one without being asked if you have paid by card. What world do you live in? The ambience is actually nice, well decorated, but the shop is far too loud when something is going on. It echoes because there is nothing in the facility to absorb the sound. Sounds like in a cafeteria or cafeteria. I'm not going there anymore. It's just not worth it. I think people here are too blinded by the optics. At second glance it is quite clear and simple, but then too expensive. It's a shame, but it was worth a try.

The ambience of the store both outside and inside is unbeatable. You immediately feel comfortable and the store also smells wonderful! The service was very attentive and always friendly! The food was super tasty and very fresh! I had the duck in pajamas as a starter, the peanut sauce, which comes as a dip, is unbeatably delicious!!! The main course was a seasonal tuna dish and the dessert was Banana in Pajamas, a sticky rice with banana. You didn't really taste the banana, but it was still a successful dessert, or perhaps because of it. The tea we ordered was also very tasty!

I ordered a season menu, ‘Beef Time’. It is with asparagus and noodles are with pepper and soy-sauce. But I had 4-5 tiny asparagus parts. The rice-noodles are a bit over cooked and the pepper flavor in noodles are way too much tastes like they added a pack of pepper. The beef was somewhat (dried) chewy. Onions were still spicy, even though they were stir-fried. I could still taste onions on my tongue when I was back home. Food balance is off, although the restaurant has a good atmosphere. My impression on other menus is fusion styles.

Very busy Vietnamese restaurant in the Lister Meile. The many sheets of the menu are clipped onto small wooden boards in an original way. There is a lot to read and a wide range of options, including for vegans. The prices are in curly brackets below the dishes. The attentive service is very nice, the preparation time is appropriate and the food is tasty in a large portion. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

First, the food here isn't really Vietnamese. 2nd it's extremely overpriced and quite small amount of protein, at least in the chicken/beef dishes that we ordered. 3rd I'm pretty sure that the chicken wasn't fresh, but warmed up and even not warmed up well as it was served cold. Overall extremely disappointing.

Always worth a visit! The dishes don't need taste experiences without unnecessary fuss like flavor enhancers. Very cozy atmosphere, but this has to be compromised a bit due to the noise level and sometimes cramped spaces. Whether starter, main course, drinks (homemade lemonade, local beer...) or dessert, everything tastes very tasty and fresh. A perfectly coordinated concept, from the menu to the toilets. Highly recommended! And the staff is always loving and accommodating, no matter how busy it is.

Very tasty, slightly higher prices, but good quality. I've always found the service to be very good. In summer you can sit outside nicely. You should definitely make a reservation in the evenings on weekends.

The portion sizes and ingredients are simply absurd for the prices. Over €17 for rice noodles, a bit of salad and 3 pieces of meat (not steak, but cheaper pieces, which isn't bad in itself). Pure ingredient costs of less than €1. You can charge €8-9 for the main course. The snacks are also way too expensive over €6 for a Vietnamese spring roll. Price inflation like in Venezuela.
