Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant! Das Essen war hervorragend, alles war perfekt zubereitet und der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Obwohl die Straße vor dem Restaurant derzeit renoviert wird, hat das unseren Besuch überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt. Vielen Dank für das wunderbare Essen – wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Phad Thai, das ich bestellt habe, war unglaublich lecker und dazu noch günstig. Die Zubereitung ging blitzschnell und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Eine Mischung aus Vietnamesischer, chinesischer und thailändischer Küche. Die Karte ist sehr vielfältig aber nicht zu überladen. Zudem mit Bildern der einzelnen Gerichte. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Man wartet etwas aufs Essen, aber dafür wird es frisch zubereitet, was man definitiv schmeckt! Ein absolute authentische Küche.

Update 19.April26. Wow, rappelvolles Restaurant. 90 Prozent Asiaten. Die wissen schon warum sie ins Pho3mien gehen. Eine wunderbare Wantansuppe vorweg, dann "richtig scharfes" gebratenes Rindfleisch, Reis ,Gemüse. Cola Zero . Ein Genuss. Scharf heißt hier, wirklich scharf. Asiatische Gaumen essen noch schärfer. Der Sonntag ist trotz Regen gerettet. Das Ganze mit Trinkgeld für 22 Euro. Da gibt's nicht zu meckern. Ich muß sagen , hier hat man gelernt. 3.9.2023 Eine sehr schmackhafte WanTan Suppe ( sehr gut befülltes Schälchen). HAUPTGERICHT: Tintenfisch, mit Möhren und Zwiebeln und Reis. Exellent zubereitet, scharf aber problemlos für europäische Gaumen. Sehr gute Portion. Das war ein Fest für meinen Gaumen, dazu 1 Wasser. 18,70Eu für Tintenfisch, das ist voll ok. Service ok. Das kleine Restaurant ist kein Hingucker. Aber wenn das Essen stimmt, sieht man darüber weg. KARTENZAHLUNG PROBLEMLOS Update 30.7.2023 na geht doch, Wantan Suppe sehr schmackhaft und gut befülltes Schälchen. Rindfleisch scharf gebraten mit Zwiebeln und Gemüse , sehr pikanter Soße. Reis. Gr. Cola zero 18,00 Eu. Das Essen war als scharf deklariert, die Schärfe für europäische Gaumen ok. RECHNUNGSAUSDRUCK WEGEN TECHN. PROBLEM NICHT MÖGLICH, EGAL KANN PASSIEREN. IM Vergleich zu den vorherigen Besuchen ein Quatensprung nach oben. Update Feb2023, heute war es erheblich besser. Wantan - vorsuppe, geschmacklich gut-sehr gut. Kleines stramm gefülltes Schälchen. Hauptgericht sehr knapp bemessen in der Portion. Die Tintenfischtentakel waren gut geklopft und nicht gummiartig. Sie waren so wie sie sein sollten. Reis, gebratene Möhrenstreifen, gebratene Zwiebeln und richtig gut ( auch richtig scharf) gewürzt. COLA ZERO. 18 Euro. Preis war ok. Portionsgroesse sehr knapp bemessen, satt sollte man werden. Service ok. Tische schmuddelig. Update: Dez. 2022 : Wantan Vorsuppe. Gut im Geschmack, aber nur Mini , nur zwei Wantans. Geschmortes Rindfleisch mit Reisnudeln , Gericht war schmackhaft, aber der Fleischanteil war sehr sehr gering. Die Sparmassnahmen sind seit meinem Besuch vor 6 Wochen deutlich auf dem Teller ersichtlich. Preise waren gleich. Der Preis ist nicht alles, satt sollte man werden . Dez.2022 .Insgesamt, schuddeliges Ambiente, Vorsuppe, es kam eine Teetassen große Mini-Schale mit 2 Wantans, etwas Zwiebeln und 1/2 Pilzkopf. Sehr schmackhaft diese Miniportion- 5,10 + 0,60Eu. Das Hauptgericht Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln, sehr schmackhaft und in der Menge eher eine Kleinkinderportion. 10,20 + 1,60 Eu . 1 Cola. Geschmeckt hat es und ich gehe hungrig nach Hause. Servive ?? Einfach nur schlecht. Auf die Vorsuppen werden 0,60 Eu, auf Hauptgerichte 1,60 EU zusätzlich berechnet. Dennoch sollte man in einem Restaurant satt werden. Die Räumlichkeit ist schon recht schmuddlig.

Banh xeo ist so gut! Total authentische Speisekarte. Viele Gerichte, die es selten auf die Karte schaffen. Auch Nachspeisen sind echt vietnamesisch. Lecker! Service und Ambiente könnte besser sein.

Ein Traum für Freunde der Vietnamesischen Küche. Super liebe Inhaber. Seit 16 Jahren ist die Qualität der Speisen genauso groß wie die Auwahl. Das beste Bun Bo in der Stadt und wer ein paar ausgefalle Gedichte sucht, ist bei der breit aufgestellten Karte genau richtig an diesem Ort. Von Dim Sum über Curry bis hin zu vietnamesischer Pho. Alles zu einem guten Preis. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Ein köstliches, gemütliches vietnamesisches Restaurant. Alles, was wir bestellt haben, war lecker – besonders das Bun Bo Heu und der Banh Xeo Pfannkuchen haben uns begeistert. Auch unserem Sohn haben die gebratenen Hühnernudeln sehr gut geschmeckt – der Duft vom Wok war einfach herrlich! Allerdings hätte das Bun Bo Nam Bo im Verhältnis zu den Nudeln etwas mehr gegrilltes Rindfleisch vertragen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 💛

This restaurant is worth a visit if you're passing through Hannover. Excellent traditional Vietnamese cuisine. It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious Vietnamese crepe, and the spring rolls are wonderfully prepared.

We come here at least once a week for lunch. The pho is simply amazing. I love your fried noodles, the autumn rolls, the dumplings – everything always comes with extra chilies and a wheat beer. Great food and very friendly owners!

Unfortunately, today's order was a hassle. 1st dish Com ga: The chicken had no taste. There was no trace of lemongrass. There were 2 thin, dry slices, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber and some rice for around €14 2nd dish pasta with beef: This was over-seasoned and oily for €19 3rd dish Bun thit noung: Very little, meat was not grilled 4th dish was dessert sticky rice with banana: The sticky rice was dry and tough. You had to look for the taste of bananas. The coconut milk was good though. Unfortunately I didn't get anything for that much money!

I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and it was incredibly delicious! In addition, there was Che as a dessert, which is rare to find. Absolutely recommended.

I've known this restaurant since it opened tens of years ago. The high level (food & service) has always remained constant. Best Asian cuisine (Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai) not only in Hanover. The high number of Asian customers speaks for itself. The Pho Bo is unbeatable, you can get addicted to it. But all other dishes are creations too! Facilities/ambience: rather simple - there is a snack bar. Service: Very friendly, without exceptions. Although it is a snack bar, you are served at the table. I would describe this place as an “insider tip” for Hanover. Upd- 2024: still - the best (not only in Hanover)! Cooks at Michelin level.

The food is always tasty. We visited this small restaurant since 2016, and still never be disappointed with the food and service. Phở bò, Siu juk, and duck are the favorite. Fried Rice noodle with beef is also great. For the dessert is S4 Chè 7 màu. One star gone, because after eating there your clothes is gonna be smelly😅. Anyway the service is always friendy and pretty quick.

Im very critical when it comes to eating Vietfood from the Southern cuisine. I have to say this restaurant is one of the best i’ve ever had in Europe. The nuoc mam(fishsauce) is original with raw garlic! Alot of restaurant dont add this to there nuoc mam.. only by seeing the nuoc mam i knew this place was gonna be lit! It did not disappoint me, absolutely not. They even added perilla leaves on the Bun thit nuong dish. Its highly recommended! Will come again when i’m in Hannover.

Simply the best & most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Hanover! Here you can find dishes like Bun Bo Hue or Banh Xeo or desserts like Che Thai that you can't get in other Asian restaurants! Just great!

Update: Tried again today and it was terrible. Sauce only oil and doesn't taste good at all. Unfortunately, there were also tons of onions and tough leeks... and most of the duck was fat and a bit lumpy. Too bad about the money. I can only advise against the Lokak. The food, C10, was very tasty and the gentleman there was very friendly, but one star deduction because according to the local menu it contains glutamate (it is not listed on the internet) and another star deduction because the to-go bowls are not leak-proof and I think that's terrible and there are definitely alternatives.

Super great restaurant. Satisfy all my cravings for Vietnamese food and even have DimSum. Che 7 Mau / Che Banh Lot really cool. We have so-called vegan pho upon request (at least 1 hour in advance), but I haven't tried it yet.

Spent 8 days in Hannover for business trip, I went to Pho3mien three times, they are friendly and have best pho and lots of food. The boss is very nice, he can speak Chinese,which is helpful for me to order food. If I visit Hannover next time, I would visit here again. We had the food delivered. The food is, as always, very, very tasty. Definitely one of the top ten restaurants in Hanover. Unfortunately, when delivered, the sauce on all dishes did not stay where it was supposed to. During the main course the sauce disappeared into the rice. The coconut milk spilled into the bag during dessert :( Maybe there is at least a sauce-tight packaging for dessert, e.g. for small soups. That would be awesome. The supplier was Wolt, if that is relevant. But it stays that way, your chefs get a pat on the back, always very tasty ;)

Die gebackene Banane ist soooo Lecker. Musste heute 2 Portionen bestellen.

Alles ist wirklich lecker, wenn Bestandteile weggelassen werden sollen, passiert es auch . Nie lange gewartet. Für die meisten Geschmäcker was dabei, einfach sehr sehr sehr zu empfehlen😌

Ich habe dort zweimal eine klassische vietnamesische Pho gegessen, einmal mit Hühnchenfleisch, einmal mit Rindfleisch. Obwohl das Rindfleisch sehr dünn geschnitten war gefiel mir die Variante mit Hühnchenfleisch besser, auch wenn die Hühner Stückchen ein wenig kleiner geschnitten sein könnten. Die Suppe war reich mit Kräutern versehen, sehr geschmackvoll, hintergründig scharf, zusätzlich wurden Chilischoten und Limette zum Verfeinern gereicht. Beim ersten Mal war die Suppe leider nicht ganz warm, das war sehr schade, weil das Aroma dadurch nicht so intensiv ist, beim zweiten Mal auf entsprechende Nachfrage war sie ordentlich warm, mit sehr viel Koriander und wirklich sehr lecker. Nur das Ambiente dieses Restaurants ist nicht ganz optimal: dahinter wird gerade das ehemalige Postscheckamt abgerissen, außerdem finden sich häufiger mal, was natürlich für die Qualität der Küche spricht (!), vietnamesische Familien zum Essen dort ein, so dass es dann auch mal ganz schön laut werden kann. Trotzdem auf jeden Fall für eine Pho einen Besuch wert. Auch der Ingwertee, natürlich mit frisch geschnittenem Ingwer, in einem Kännchen gereicht war stilvoll und reichlich.
