Trotz Reservierung ist das Restaurant geschlossen!

Ich hatte online reserviert, und als wir ankamen, hing ein Schild an der Tür, dass sie renovieren und deshalb nur Speisen zum Mitnehmen anbieten... nicht nett, dass sie uns das nicht mitgeteilt haben!

Ich habe im Vietal LB zu Abend gegessen und ehrlich gesagt war es nichts Besonderes. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Ich hatte Kung-Fu-Hühnchen mit gebratenem Reis, wahrscheinlich tiefgefrorenem und lieblos angerichtetem Gemüse und Essig-Krautsalat. Auf dem Reis lag ein Ei, das als „Omelett“ angepriesen war, aber keins war. Ich hatte extra gesagt, dass ich keine Blutegel möchte, und was bekam ich? Blutegel. Das Hühnchen war sehr trocken und geschmacklos, genau wie der Rest des Essens. Der Service war okay, aber etwas aufdringlich. Ich fühlte mich überhaupt nicht willkommen. Da ich nicht aufgegessen habe, habe ich Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt und dafür einen Euro extra für die Pappschachtel verlangt – eine Frechheit! Das Ambiente des Restaurants war typisch asiatisch, mit viel Plastikdeko. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Wer authentisches vietnamesisches Essen sucht, ist hier falsch.

Viel zu teuer, für sehr wenig ! Essen war wirklich einfach nicht lecker. Zudem ist das Essen so unfassbar teuer. Von unserer Gruppe die dort gegessen hat, hatten 2 noch dort direkt Darm Probleme und mussten sofort aufs Klo. Fleisch war zudem extrem fad oder vielleicht sogar nicht mehr frisch ?

Das Essen war nicht schlecht aber hat unserer Meinung nach nicht viel mit authentischem vietnamesischem Essen zu tun. Die Nudeln waren teils etwas weich und die Entensuppe etwas geschmacklos. Dafür war die gegrillte Ente super.

Was für ein wundervolles Lokal!!! Vor 3 Jahren gelesen, dass ein hochwertiges asiatisches Restaurant in Ludwigsburg eröffnet und nun endlich dort gewesen. Nicht zum letzten Mal. Wir haben ohne Reservierung gegen 18 Uhr noch einen Aussenplatz in der Sonne bekommen. Exzellenter Service und eine umwerfende Karte. Die Getränke sowie das köstliche Essen waren wunderschön angerichtet. Wir hatten Sommerrollen, Pho, Süsskartoffelglasnudelsalat und eine Lachs-Bowl. Alles frisch, sehr aromatisch und vielfältig. Das himmlische Dessert durften wir drinnen noch spontan genießen, da es uns zu kalt dann mittlerweile draußen war. Ambiente mit vielen warmen Grün/Holztönen, sehr originell und ich habe mich nach Hanoi zurückgebeamt gefühlt mit den vielen Holzelementen und Indochina-Postern an den Wänden. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder zu kommen! DANKE

Wir haben nach unserem Standesamt bei Vietal gefeiert und es war einfach rundum perfekt 💕 Für unsere Feier mit ca. 20 Gästen wurde uns sogar ein großer Teil des Restaurants zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir ganz entspannt und in schöner Atmosphäre zusammen feiern konnten. Der Service war wirklich herausragend – super aufmerksam, herzlich und immer zur Stelle. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns auch für das große Entgegenkommen von Extrawünschen / Absprachen, das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich! 😊 Und das Essen war natürlich auch top! Ein großes Dankeschön auch für die Geduld und Freundlichkeit gegenüber unseren vielen kleinen Gästen 😊 Das hat den Tag für uns nochmal extra entspannt gemacht. Wir haben uns bei euch unglaublich wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung 🌟 PS: ich hatte ein Veganes Gerichr und es schmeckte richtig gut (das kein Fleisch enthalten war hättw ich nicht einmal gemerkt 😊)

Sehr leckere asiatische Küche. So gut wie jedes Gericht in vegetarisch und mit Fleisch erhältlich. Extrem netter Service - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Abend im Vietal Kitchen Ludwigsburg! Es gibt vielfältige Anpassungsmöglichkeiten der Speisekarte, sodass jeder und jede fündig werden kann! Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Wir werden wieder kommen! Cocktails und Essen war eine 10/10 😊

Ein absolut hervorragendes vietnamesisches Restaurant! Die Speisen sind frisch, authentisch und voller Geschmack. Der Manager und Service sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Ambiente lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Unser Essen war sehr lecker (Suppe, Dumplings, Bowl, Nachtisch, Wein). Toller und zuvorkommender Service, gute Weinempfehlung. Wir saßen ganz gemütlich. Sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr leckere Speisen alles top zubereitet mit frischen Zutaten. Schönes Ambiente und aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service.Es ist lediglich etwas laut wenn das Lokal gut besucht ist,da zwischen den Tischen nicht viel Platz gelassen worden ist. Preise sind gehoben.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich sehr intensiv & hochwertig. Die nette Bedienung macht es zu einem unvergesslichem Erlebnis. Veganes, sowie Variationen mit Fleisch, sind vorhanden. Also für jeden was dabei.🙏🏻 Vielen Dank!

Unfassbar gut Pho Suppe, jedes Mal sehr, sehr freundlicher Service und das Restaurant ist sehr schön. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die sehr sauberen und schön gestalteten sanitären Anlagen. Da ich eine weitere Rückreise (über zwei Stunden) vor mir hatte, war das außerordentlich hilfreich.

Ich bin schon lange auf der Suche nach einem guten vietnamesischen Restaurant, besonders auch weil ich ein riesen Fan der vietnamischen Küche bin. Das Lokal ist super einladend,super Atmosphäre, die Kellner etc alle sehr freundlich und entgegen kommend. Ich würde empfehlen kurz zu reservieren, allerdings absolut empfehlenswert! Preis/Leistung top

Supernettes Restaurant mit phantastischem Essen! Hatte die Frühlingsrollen und das liegt Welten weg von den TK Rollen vom Chinesen. Die besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Danach hatte ich die Entensuppe. Alles superfrisch und hochwertig. Da kann noch jemand wirklich kochen! Auch das Ambiente mag ich. Nur Kissen für die Stühle würde ich mir wünschen:)

The quality of the food is very fresh, absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. I will drive from Stuttgart to return as the quality of the food and experience was so very lovely. I have many allergies and I feel good after eating here; a very good sign. I had Bun O and my husband had the Pot ou Feu. Both very fresh and flavorful. The Chardonnay was crisp and delicious as well. I highly recommend eating here!

Today was our first time at Vietal Kitchen, and we ordered two dishes from the lunch menu. The waitress explained the dishes to us, and they were served promptly. They looked delicious and tasted great too. We will definitely eat here again.

Despite our spontaneous midweek visit, we were given a table without a reservation. New guests kept arriving, which is a positive sign for Vietal. The team was very friendly and the food was excellent and fresh. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.

I already know this restaurant from Stuttgart. Everything was great! Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this location. We had reserved a table for two adults and a baby. According to the phone call, it would have been possible to leave the stroller outside. However, when we arrived, there was no space outside. And the covered area was full of bags and chairs. Furthermore, there are steps at the entrance, and inside the tables are too close together to leave the stroller. These last two points mentioned on the phone would have been enough for us to quickly find another solution or simply not make the reservation. Besides, we and other customers were left standing at the entrance without the waitstaff having time to greet anyone. It's a shame, really. I hope this feedback is helpful, because everything else seems to be excellent.

I've been to Vietal in Stuttgart several times, and this time in Ludwigsburg. The seating is maximized, and it's a bit cramped, but OK. Good homemade lemonade (€7). For starters, I had Goldstäbchen (sweet potato fries €6.50), which were delicious and crispy. The spring rolls were also very good. My main course, the Kung Fu Chicken (€18), was unfortunately not so good. The chicken was tasty, but a bit dry. The rice was mixed with a frozen pea and corn mixture. No sauce. I made do with hot sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't check the menu again until I got home. It listed various vegetables (beans, carrots, edamame, etc.) and oyster sauce. Must have been forgotten!? The other dishes at the table were okay, but nothing more (watery soup, bland noodles, etc.). The decoration on the plates with large lettuce leaves is also distracting. It's a waste. Either a salad with dressing or leave it out.

The restaurant is good. Unlike many other restaurants, the food is freshly prepared. You don't get industrially produced, semi-prepared meals, as has unfortunately become so common these days. Personally, I find the food to be good, but not outstanding. The vegetables, for example, are far too raw. Ultimately, it's a matter of taste. The quality is definitely high. The ambiance is very pleasant, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are also reasonable considering the quality of the food.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed: We ordered two dishes and an appetizer. 1. Everything took forever (approx. 1-1.5 hours). 2. The value for money was very poor. The food was overpriced and had hardly any flavor. It was basically just rice noodles with undercooked vegetables on the side, and all for around €18. 3. I wanted to order some kind of sauce to go with it so I wouldn't just be chewing on dry noodles. I then tried in vain for 15-20 minutes to call a server, but they just ignored our table. I ate it as it was. The food looks nice, but in my opinion, service and quality aren't really a priority here; they're more likely to charge a lot for it. It's a shame, because I'd actually heard good things about this place.

Unfortunately, it's really deteriorated. We order from here very often and also eat there. The quality of both the service and the food has deteriorated over the past year, from one of the best pho soups ever to salty water with mush, vegetables, and dry meat. I recommended this restaurant to everyone months ago, but now I warn you not to be disappointed. Please get yourselves under control, because we love eating there.

The food was good, the price reasonable. The waitress was distracted that day. The wooden chairs were uncomfortable. Cobwebs and dead insects on the windowsills.

By far the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine I've had the pleasure of experiencing outside of Vietnam. All dishes were freshly prepared, with plenty of vegetables and generous portions of meat. I would have liked to try at least seven dishes from the menu, but I can always do that later :) Very friendly and attentive staff, who also know a lot about the food on offer. The prices were surprisingly fair for the quality and quantity. The interior is visually very attractive, and it was cozy and quiet outside as well. The only minor drawback was that the beer prices were a bit high in my opinion, but that's bearable given the positive aspects mentioned. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious Asian cuisine, freshly prepared and homemade. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is extremely friendly.

Nice terrace. Bò kho is a Vietnamese beef stew influenced by French pot-au-feu and adapted with local ingredients. It consists of chunks of beef slowly braised with lemongrass, star anise, garlic, and fish sauce, resulting in a rich, aromatic broth. Carrots are commonly added, and the dish is served with crusty baguette, rice noodles, or rice. Compared to French pot-au-feu, bò kho has stronger, spicier notes due to the use of fish sauce, chili, and herbs like Thai basil. Pot-au-feu is made by simmering beef, marrow bones, and root vegetables like carrots, leeks, and turnips in a lightly seasoned broth, often served with mustard or horseradish on the side.

An inconspicuous shop in Ludwigsburg, we have often walked past it, today we ate here for the first time, very fresh, large portions and great service, we would love to come back.

The food and service were excellent. We think the value for money is also absolutely spot on. We especially recommend the salmon bowl. But all the dishes we had were very good. Our dog was also warmly welcomed with a bowl of water :). We'd love to come back!

It was tasty, but could have been a little more intense and spicy. But definitely great for sensitive palates.

We heard about the store for the first time today and after the first positive impressions we had something delivered straight to our home. There must be something good for the price, we thought. Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that. My friend liked it quite well but my food was not at all edible apart from the salmon. The "bowl" was filled with bland glass noodles and large lettuce leaves, but there were few cucumbers, beans, tomatoes and avocado. The avocado pieces were already black and mushy on the inside and the amount of vegetables left a lot to be desired - about three of each type. This is definitely not a bowl, especially not for the money! Thanks but there are definitely other restaurants that are much better!

An all-round successful experience! The Vital Restaurant impresses with fresh, balanced dishes that are not only healthy but also taste excellent. The ingredients are high quality and lovingly prepared - you can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and nutrition. The ambience is also modern, bright and inviting, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The service was attentive and friendly. If you want to eat healthy without sacrificing enjoyment, you've come to the right place!

Great Vietnamese Restaurant in the middle of the city. Knowing how the venue looked before, it's amazing what they did to the interior. Small menu but a good mix and it was delicious. Really good drinks too.

The four of us were there for the first time. Super tasty food and very nice, attentive service. You should definitely make a reservation as it is quite busy. Also a very nicely decorated shop!

I tried it with a Pagoda bowl and it was really bad. Everything was soaked in soy sauce, nothing else could be tasted.

We spent a girls' evening in Voetal. Our table for 4 was a bit cramped. Basically, the restaurant is comfortably furnished. Service is very good, maybe a bit too busy when it's not full. Food was very tasty. So definitely worth recommending!

Full five stars. Short vacation in Vietnam. Everything is perfect here: ambience, service. Friendliness and great cuisine. My pumpkin and shrimp soup was amazing and the duck on pak choi vegetables was cooked to perfection. Everything prepared fresh and without FAST food. Keep it up!!! Be sure to reserve. Also recommended for vegetarians.

Great restaurant. The food is very tasty as well as the non-alcoholic homemade drinks. The atmosphere is cozy, a bit cramped, the acoustics are relatively good that you can still have a conversation even when it's full with lots of conversations in the room. The team is nice, especially the female waitress is very friendly. In terms of price, you can easily spend a lot of money here, but it's worth it 😉 treat yourself.

An absolute recommendation! As always, the food was incredibly fresh, of the best quality and very, very tasty. The Pho (Vietnamese soup) in particular is a real highlight – one of the best around! The flavors are perfectly balanced and the quality speaks for itself. I am always pleased with the excellent taste and consistently high quality. Many thanks to the team for this great experience. I always enjoy coming back! Hopefully that fits!

This place is very nice. The decor is lovely and the staff is very friendly and quick. Came at 20:30 and food came put very quickly. The summer rolls are delicious and the 2 ducks was the best. Highly recommend.

Nice ambience, service very quick when it comes to cashing in. Food has no relation to price performance. Sauce very watery, missing spices, duck was lukewarm etc. and that for around 25 euros per dish. Shrimp starter was inedible, waitress reaction: we try something new. Everything hip but low quality.

Very pretty and the presentation of the food is excellent, however the taste and quality of the food was very disappointing. We tried the hotpot, the spring rolls and the pumpkin and nothing tasted good or was cooked very well. The drinks were nice - I would recommend to go there but just for a drink and to enjoy the decorations!

Food quite good, customer orientation underground. My voucher was not accepted because the staff forgot the stamp and signature when issuing the voucher. No response, no response to my email. Not good style if the customer is not at fault!

A bit of a disappointment if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food. The nem (fried spring roll) were ok, but a tiny portion with just 2 pieces cut in half to make it look bigger. The other dishes were not very tasty and missing flavor. The atmosphere is nice, especially on the inside with nice decorations and touches. However this doesn’t make up for the food that was just so-so.

I recently visited the restaurant and was unfortunately disappointed by the unfriendly manner of one of the employees. Service plays a big role in the overall experience and I would have expected friendlier and more accommodating behavior. Unfortunately I didn't feel welcome, which spoiled the otherwise positive impression of the meal. I hope this was an isolated incident and that behavior improves in the future. It would be a shame if other guests had similar experiences.

Super fresh food and very friendly staff

The food was very tasty, but the portion was far too small. I had Kungfu Chicken vegetarian and didn't get full. Would have needed twice as much. My colleague had the same thing and didn't get full either. For 15 euros it's not worth it... Otherwise we go to Wok on Fire, where you get double the portion for 12 euros. Tables outside are crooked and too high 😅

Food was delicious: we both had salads which were exceptionally good! Because of the temperature we sat outside at first, but then we were annoyed by flies so we took a seat inside. It was OK here except for the somewhat loud music
