Food quite good, customer orientation underground. My voucher was not accepted because the staff forgot the stamp and signature when issuing the voucher. No response, no response to my email. Not good style if the customer is not at fault!

A bit of a disappointment if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food. The nem (fried spring roll) were ok, but a tiny portion with just 2 pieces cut in half to make it look bigger. The other dishes were not very tasty and missing flavor. The atmosphere is nice, especially on the inside with nice decorations and touches. However this doesn’t make up for the food that was just so-so.

I recently visited the restaurant and was unfortunately disappointed by the unfriendly manner of one of the employees. Service plays a big role in the overall experience and I would have expected friendlier and more accommodating behavior. Unfortunately I didn't feel welcome, which spoiled the otherwise positive impression of the meal. I hope this was an isolated incident and that behavior improves in the future. It would be a shame if other guests had similar experiences.

Super fresh food and very friendly staff

The food was very tasty, but the portion was far too small. I had Kungfu Chicken vegetarian and didn't get full. Would have needed twice as much. My colleague had the same thing and didn't get full either. For 15 euros it's not worth it... Otherwise we go to Wok on Fire, where you get double the portion for 12 euros. Tables outside are crooked and too high 😅

Food was delicious: we both had salads which were exceptionally good! Because of the temperature we sat outside at first, but then we were annoyed by flies so we took a seat inside. It was OK here except for the somewhat loud music

Unfortunately, the whole grain rice was recently replaced with jasmine rice at lunch. Whole grain rice is now only available for an additional charge of €2.50. Otherwise the food is delicious and fresh. Most outdoor tables are far too high for the low chairs. Some tables are broken and severely uneven.

good restaurant in Ludwigsburg with healthy cuisine and an attractive lunch menu! Overall, the food was tasty and creative, the prices around 15 euros for lunch were also quite okay, and the menu selection was small and fine. Drinks menu also good. Of course you should be more into healthy and creative dishes, mine was with lots of vegetables and whole grain rice. But also enough chicken. Overall, the price and performance are right. Nice atmosphere and staff very good.

Simply beautiful and enjoyable! Those are the two words that come to mind about tonight at Vietal Kitchen. You go here to enjoy and feel good. This is ensured with very sophisticatedly seasoned dishes and very friendly service. The whole thing is framed with a musical journey through French and East Asian songs. My wife and I felt very comfortable with you and would love to come back🥰

The atmosphere of the restaurant is what attracted us. Located just behind ludwigsburg markt, the location is easily accessible. Has outside sitting area for summer. The service is good. Friendly staffs. Drinks are a bit overpriced, but tasted good. I had better expectation for Pho. It tasted bit bland. The other dish was good but didn’t get the authentic vibes, it is a bit germanized!

I can definitely recommend it; in addition to meat dishes, there are many vegetarian variations. The sauce for the bun wasn't enough, especially because of the whole grain rice noodles, which took away the flavor due to the whole grain. There are some outdoor and indoor spaces. I don't think a bottle of water for 7 euros is appropriate.

The outdoor dining area behind the church in particular is a place for special treats on summer evenings, brought by very friendly people.

The food is good, but not authentic (Vietnamese) enough for my taste. The restaurant is nice, the service was good.

Here you can find absolutely delicious and creative dishes and drinks in a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. I've been there several times alone or with friends and have always enjoyed it. In addition, the staff is very nice, you feel really comfortable! I can especially recommend the vegetarian and vegan dishes and the smoothies!

We actually wanted to go somewhere else, but it looked so inviting from the outside that we went in spontaneously. Luckily there was still a table available! So we were really happy with our food! Not only was it not the standard stuff, but it was also extremely tasty! The taste was really great and the drinks were really tasty too! Prices are a bit high, but (hopefully) good fresh ingredients too. And the portions were great too! Really nice shop, clean toilet (which in my opinion always says something ;-).) We will be back!

After a spontaneous decision, we came here and were not disappointed. We were warmly welcomed here and were able to learn a lot from the restaurant manager about the philosophy of the restaurant and about the dishes, the coffee preparation, the taste and the culture. All dishes are fresh, natural, regionally produced and you can taste it too! It was super exotic, surprising and simply delicious and healthy without any additives!!! We have tried a few things here and can only recommend it to everyone!!! We would love to come back! A big thank you to the kitchen for the great food and many thanks again to the restaurant manager ☺️

We visited the restaurant today. Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes outside the door. But at least there was champagne, very nice! Unfortunately it still took an hour for our food to arrive. First the food came, then the cutlery. The food itself was very expensive for the portions. Then the last round was called, but unfortunately it was rather unfriendly. And what we think is absolutely not possible, the chairs were put up while there were still guests on site! That's really an outrage and after all the little things it's not okay. So a bit of a good evening

Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, but unfortunately the price/performance ratio doesn't match. The service, when it was there, wasn't very friendly. We had to wait a long time until she took our order and even later she was hardly visible. Unfortunately, the Pho tasted like it had been poured with water, which for me personally is an absolute no-go in a restaurant that calls itself Vietnamese. Unfortunately, the other dish was also very small - it didn't match the price. It's really a shame, but for me a good restaurant is all about good service and good food...

Wir waren jetzt schon zweimal dort als Wochenabschluss nach der Arbeit freitags. Das Essen war so lecker und die Getränke sehr besonders (Pumpkin Latte und Vietamin Smoothie). Auch der Kaffee aus vietnamesischen Kaffeebohnen - ein Traum. Das Team sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, locker und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Highly recommended! If you are looking for Asian food in Ludwigburg, you can’t miss this restaurant. The ambiance was great, and the food definitely lived up to my expectations. The staff was polite and helpful. The manager speaks fluent English and introduced the menu to me enthusiastically. I can happily recommend this restaurant to anyone. Tipp: In order to use the correct washroom, you need to know which one’s the correct chicken.

Essen war sehr ansprechend dekoriert. Preislich eher im höheren Bereich aber gute Qualität. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Allerdings war es wirklich sehr kalt im Restaurant und wir saßen alle nach einer Stunde in unseren Winterjacken am Tisch. Eigentlich hätten wir dort gerne noch etwas getrunken aber es war uns eindeutig zu kalt! Das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden!

Wir waren zu fünft dort zum Abendessen. Das Ambiente versprüht viel Charm und das junge Team war immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Karten sind nur auf Deutsch zur Verfügung, Nachfragen auf Englisch konnten immer beantwortet werden. Das Essen kam bei allen sehr gut an und wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert.

Nach einem Rundgang durchs Ludwigsburger Schloss zufällig dieses hübsche Restaurant mit einer 10-köpfigen Gruppe entdeckt. Einstimmig sind wir uns einig, dass wir es keinesfalls bereuen mussten. Das Essen ging sehr fix und war unglaublich lecker. Was die Getränke betrifft: In den Wintermonaten ist die "Pumpkin Chai Latte" der Hit! Alles in allem ist dieses Restaurant in Schlossnähe auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Beim Ludwigsburg Weihnachtsmarktbesuch sollte ich 1,50€ pro Toilettenbesuch bezahlen, finde ich persönlich unverschämt und überzogen. Ich habe kein Problem damit, eine kleine Gebühr zu bezahlen, aber 1,50€ ist meiner Meinung nach Abzocke.

Wunderschöner Laden , leider finde ich das Essen nur mittelmäßig und dafür hochpreisig. Wir hatten Sommerrollen mit Erdnuss Soße, die rollen sind unaufgeregt, die Soße dazu lecker. Als Hauptgang den Lachs der war gut aber die glasnudeln dazu glitschig und ohne viel Geschmack. Das Ambiente ist echt hübsch, aber das Essen hat noch steigerungspotential.

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente in Kombination mit leckerem und qualitativem Essen ! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat sich stets um unser Wohl gesorgt. We were there with 6 people and everyone’s food was plenty and excellent - they went out of their way for presentation and attention to detail. The service was also very good and the ambiance cosy and clean.

Ich hatte nur einen kurzen Stop in Ludwigsburg und hatte nur eine Kleinigkeit, die war lecker. Schön und lecker fand ich den authentischen Ca Phe aus dem Phin Filter. Der Service war super nett und sehr schick ists auch.

Sehr leckere Adresse in Ludwigsburg. Wir waren im Rahmen des Kastanienbeutelfest zufällig dort gelandet. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Wir haben uns für Hühnchen und Ente entschieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen ausreichend groß. Ein echter Glückstreffer, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Von uns gibt es fünf von fünf Sternen. Park möglichkeiten sind in der Innenstadt ausreichend vorhanden. Ich kann das Vietal Kitchen weiterempfehlen.

Super coole Location, das Essen auch sehr lecker / leider war der Service nicht ganz so Top, viele Dinge wurden vergessen, schien leider nicht so ganz professionell. Würde ich dennoch dem Ganzen eine Chance geben ? Ja, allein wegen dem gesunden Essen.

We were headed to another place for lunch when Vietal caught our eye. Very nice atmosphere with all decor and music. We ordered summer rolls, pho, and chicken curry. All were delicious and fresh, as were our two drinks (tea and lemonade) with fresh ginger. Very satisfied!

Modernes Restaurant mit guter Küche

Essen war lecker und frisch. Aber mit 25€ viel zu teuer für das Gebotene. Eine Mini Schale Reis gab es dazu. Eine Nachbestellung einer zweiten Mini Schale Reis wurde mit 5€(!!) extra berechnet. Das war sogar dem Service peinlich. Unglaublich. Dafür halbiere ich die Bewertung von eigentlich 4* für das Essen.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Preise eher hoch.

Ichhabe mit meiner Familie seit langer Zeit wieder einen Abend genießen können, in dem wir bei Vietal-Kitchen aßen. Allerdings wurde es ein bisschen unangenehm als eine rosahaarige Mitarbeiterin uns recht grimmig bedient hat. Das Essen wer trotzdem sehr appetitlich, besseren Service, zumindest von dieser Mitarbeiterin, hätte ich mir jedoch gerne gewünscht! ☺️

Die Location als auch Essen auf höchstem Niveau, chapeaux! Wir haben gerne 1-2 mal die Woche das gute Essen und das Ambiente genossen.. Nach mehreren Zwischenfällen mit neu eingestellten Servicekräften haben wir allerdings beschlossen nicht wieder zu kommen. Beim heutigen Besuch wurde uns wie immer angeboten einen Tisch zu wählen. Nachdem wir das getan haben kam von der Servicekraft die Ansage es wäre unhöflich sich an den Tisch zu setzten der nicht abgeräumt sei, der Blick herablassend und im Ton vergriffen - absolutes no go! Anfangs war der Service sehr zuvorkommend und hervorragend. Schade eine solche Location nun mit solch inkompetenten Mitarbeitern zu belegen. Alles gute für die Zukunft!
