I always liked going there because the food is really tasty and at a reasonable price. Everything fresh, super tasty tofu, great rice and refreshing drinks. Unfortunately, the staff has apparently become more and more unmotivated over time and it sometimes takes an extremely long time to order, reorder something or pay because they simply don't come or you are ignored (with what feels like 6 other guests). The awning is simply raised and everything on it ends up in the plate, on the hair without apology or consideration, people forget to put dessert on the bill and are rudely called back in front of all the other guests (even though the tip would have outweighed that and the guilt). of the restaurant). All in all, I won't go there again. I feel sorry for myself because the food is extremely tasty but the service is as cold as a block of ice. I feel uncomfortable. Too bad.

A hidden gem! Just a little away from the center of Pasing and an absolute recommendation! The spice of the food is fantastic. If you ask for some extra chili, you get a small bowl of freshly cut fire peppers. The way the food is presented leaves you wanting more (the duck and mango salad, for example, came in a large wooden shell). Even the aperitifs are staged. The staff is very friendly and quick. The toilets in the basement are sparkling clean. The garden outside is idyllic. Here we go again. The only thing that is not for everyone is the slightly higher price. The two of us enjoyed ourselves with two starters, two main courses, a dessert, a large bottle of water and 3 aperitifs - for ~100 EUR. But it's worth it too!

Food was good, but far too expensive for the quantity and quality. Otherwise nice location, with garden and fountain. Well attended, reservation recommended.

Updated: 4/11/23 The food continues to be very tasty and the last two times, both at lunch and in the evening, the service has been more attentive and friendly again. I would give the food 4.5 stars, but unfortunately the service was anything but attentive. We waited 25 minutes before we could even place the order. And also for other drinks etc. We had to draw attention to ourselves more often.

Food was delicious, even if the portion could have been a little larger. But service is an absolute disaster. Right from the start you are treated as if you were causing trouble and feel anything but welcome.

The dishes impress with their taste and quality, and the restaurant invites you to linger. Unfortunately, the young waitress overcharged us during our visit. She didn't respond to the tip professionally, but instead gave us the feeling that we had to have a guilty conscience. The incident marred what was otherwise a perfect experience. Training in service would really make the restaurant highly recommended.

Pho bo is passable, but we understand that it’s very difficult to find truly authentic pho in Germany, so it’s forgivable. The rice with beef is excellent, even better than the steaks we had during our trip. The spring rolls and salads as side dishes are also tasty. The prices are reasonable—not cheap, but not too expensive, considering it’s a restaurant and not a fast-food imbiss. The atmosphere is cozy. Parking on the street outside is free, but it can be crowded.

Lunch menu is smaller but sufficient. Quality and fresh products were top. Service quick and friendly. Be sure to try the homemade lemonades

Almost everything tastes extremely good here, the sauces are super aromatic and the vegetables are seasonal and fresh. There are great, interesting types of lemonade. Also super cozy and mostly nice waiters. In the evening it is very crowded and expensive. But at lunchtime you can eat cheaper and more relaxed there.

We came across the Viet Village through friends and were there for the first time yesterday. I really like the atmosphere there, but I have to say that it can get louder there. The tables are very close together, which makes the whole room seem a lot smaller. We were served quite quickly and the food came very quickly. The menu offers something for every taste. In any case, we found what we were looking for very quickly 👍. The starters were very good (especially the soup and the satay skewers with prawns). The main course was also very good. The duck was very well baked and, above all, it was good meat. We've also had duck that had more fat than anything else. By the way, the homemade strawberry-mint lemonade was particularly delicious 👌 All in all there is nothing to complain about. If you come by car, you may have to look for a parking space a bit, but eventually you'll find it 😉

The two of us had dinner here yesterday. Wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. It's extremely loud and very tight. Not listening to the conversation from the next table is almost impossible because there is only 30cm distance between the tables. The staff seemed rather annoyed to us and were anything but friendly. For example, they simply slapped our drinks in the middle of the table without asking who had which drink. The drinks glasses also stuck to the stem. Regarding the food, unfortunately I have to admit that the price/performance ratio doesn't really fit. For the price you expect a little more All in all, I unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant.

Was there for dinner. Food/Drinks were good, presentation good, atmosphere good, service ok. A random waiter at the end made a joke about my gf in front of all the other wait staff as we left. Still didn't understand what he said but man did it get awkward. Recommend the restaurant only if that waiter is kept on bar duty and away from customers.

I have been here several times and am happy to take the longer route to Pasing. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and the lights are dimmed to create a relaxed atmosphere. Since I really enjoy eating Vietnamese food and already know a few restaurants and snack bars in Munich, I can now easily tell when I like a restaurant. The food seemed fresh and was very tasty, so I can highly recommend the Viet Village!

Super recommended place. The food is delicious. The duck dishes are amazing. The place is very cozy and beautiful. Staff is professional and efficient. Not kind but also not rude. Price is high, but it's totally worth it.

Leckeres Essen und aufmerksamer Service

Ein leider ein sehr überfülltes Restaurant … mit Zeitslots … ist immer viel los … leider war der Service nicht sehr freundlich und überfordert , was eigentlich schade ist den das Ambiente gibt viel her … das Essen war für den doch gehoben Preis sehr überschaubar und mit einer Vorspeise und einem Hauptgang wird man gerade so satt… wer richtig Hunger hat … muss sich da was überlegen 🤔 die Qualität war ok … und das Essen authentisch … in der direkten Umgebung gibt es meiner Meinung nach bessere Restaurants und auch einen besseren Vietnamnesen … ein paar Häuser weiter … dort wird Freundlichkeit grossgeschrieben und man wird mit einem Lächeln begrüßt …

Wir waren mittags da. Das zweite mal, weil wir beim ersten Mal im Sommer so begeistert waren. Es war super enttäuschend. Die Portionen extrem klein, für 12 € ist das, was auf dem Teller ist, viel zu teuer. Die Soße hat nach Geschmacksverstärkern geschmeckt, richtig künstlich. Die Ente trocken. Der Nachtisch, frittierte Banane, zum Normalpreis war nur trocken und ungenießbar. Der Service ging, das Personal hektisch. Wohlfühlen geht anders. Wir haben die schlechte Qualität des Essens moniert, nur Axelzucken. Schade! Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

Meine Frau und ich waren am vergangenen Freitag im Viet Village Restaurant in Pasing. Wir waren beide sehr beeindruckt von dem Essen und dem Service. Als Vorspeise bestellten wir Grilled Spring Rolls und Goi Cuon. Die Frühlingsrollen waren perfekt gebraten und die Füllung war frisch und lecker. Die Sommerrollen waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Gemüse war knackig und der Reispapier war dünn und zart. Als Hauptgang bestellten wir Pho Bo und Bún Thịt Nướng. Das Pho Bo war eine perfekte Suppe. Die Brühe war klar und aromatisch und das Rindfleisch war zart und saftig. Das Bún Thịt Nướng war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Fleisch war perfekt gegrillt und die Nudeln waren perfekt al dente. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Kellner war immer für Fragen und Empfehlungen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im Viet Village Restaurant. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unglaublich gut. Waren eben im Lokal. Essen qualitativ top und hochwertig. Sehr freundlicher und netter Kellner. Hatten 30 Minuten vorher angerufen und reserviert. Lief alles wie am Schnürchen und tolles Ambiente. Portionen etwas klein. Trotzdem volle Punktzahl da Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmt.

Essen war wie immer lecker. Der Service und die Kellner waren super. Man sieht, dass es voll ist und hektisch zugeht, aber da können die Arbeiter nichts dafür, wenn wenig Personal ist. Reservierung per Telefon oder vor Ort empfehlenswert. Hat bei uns dann immer geklappt.

War heute zum Mittags - Tisch hier. Die Menükarte bietet einiges und ist nicht das langweilige Allerlei. Mein Getränk und das Essen kamen flott! Hatte Frühlingsrollen, dann Udonnudeln gebraten mit Rindfleisch und Pak Choi , sehr gut, aber meine Portion hätte etwas größer ausfallen können. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ohne Beanstandung! Werde wohl des öfteren Mittags vorbei kommen, da geht es etwas entspannter ab, als beim abendlichen Trubel! Ich mag's spontan zu essen und nicht mit dem Reservierungs-Procedere...!

Wir haben online reserviert, was uns auch bestätigt wurde (2.5h Aufenthalt). Als wir vorort waren, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nur 2h am Platz bleiben dürften. Allerdings geschah es, dass wir, gerade mal nach 1.5h (es hat bis zum Essen selbst schon recht lang gedauert), als wir gerade unsere zweite Getränkerunde erhalten haben, aufgefordert wurden zu zahlen und zu gehen. Nachdem wir darauf hinwiesen, dass wir den Tisch länger reserviert hätten und uns die Anfrage manuell bestätigt wurde, kam die Erklärung, dass sie unsere Reservierung trotz der Knappheit bestätigt haben, um uns dann vorort zu sagen, dass wir nicht so lange bleiben könnten. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, wären wir in ein anderes Restaurant gegangen. Aber so konnten sie natürlich Geld verdienen. Unsere Getränke mussten wir dann runterstürzen, was unangenehm war. So sollte kein Service aussehen. Preislich und geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber angesichts des Service eine Katastrophe.

Auch mittags sehr zu empfehlen. Update vom Februar 2023: Das Essen schmeckt schon sehr gut, aber es ist viel zu salzig, zumindest das, was ich heute gegessen habe, Rindfleisch gebraten mit Marktgemüse.

Essen lecker, Ambiente schön, man sitzt jedoch sehr eng. Service unaufmerksamkeit, sehr reserviert, wortkarg. 2 Std Begrenzung für das Essen und mussten uns für ein 2. Getränk mehrmals bemerkbar machen und am Ende selbst die Karten holen um noch einen Nachtisch zu wählen.

Ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Grundsätzlich gibt es nichts von der Qualität zu bemängeln. Einziges Manko, ist die begrenzte Zeit die man für das Essen hat, weil man den Tisch nur für 2 Stunden buchen kann. Ob das entspannt ist für den Abend, muss jeder für sich entscheiden.

Wenn wir von Organic Farming Italy in München sind, versuchen wir immer einen Platz in diesem hervorragenden Restaurant zu bekommen. Das Essen ist erstklassig, der Service top und die Preise angemessen.

Tolles Ambiente, hervorragendes Essen, aufmerksames Service und Kinderfreundlich. Vorspeisen Platte und lychee lime unbedingt probieren. Wir sind sowohl Abends als Paar mit und ohne Kind als Mittag immer sehr zufrieden. To go ist auch hervorragend. Es ist immer einen Besuch wert.

Beim Mittagsmenü hat man die Frühlingsrolle vergessen. Ente schmeckt fad, trocken und nach Tiefkühl... Portion für den Preis viel zu klein (6 kleine Scheiben Ente) - Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht. Lediglich 2 Sterne für die Soße.

Top Essen, top Restaurant, top Lage & top Bedienung. Nur wird man beim Abendessen oft ein wenig unter Druck gesetzt, da neue Tische für weitere Gäste frei werden müssen. Finde ich etwas schade. Ansonsten super Restaurant !
