Sweet Italian restaurant, simply perfect, the food was so delicious, the pasta was hot, the salad was fresh and the red wine was delicious, very cozy here, the service is great, everything was clean, the restaurant has 2 floors. The lower one is suitable for wheelchair users. I'd love to come back. One disadvantage, only cash payment possible, no card

Phew, I know how important reviews have become, but apparently the owner doesn't!?! For me, the store was a complete disaster. The location is nice, but... the store wants to present itself as upper class, which is reflected in the completely exorbitant prices. I'll start with cleanliness, which is completely lacking. Chairs/cushions dirty and worn, tables dirty with bird poop that wasn't even on it. The floor was not only full of leaves etc. (you can also look over them) but what kind of paper, used tissues etc. were lying underneath our table...!?! The menu was expensive, but we knew that, we just wanted to eat something quickly and get fed. Few dishes which was ok. is, ordered 2 Rose 0.2 for 9€ each, is in the frame, glasses "blind", ordered small schnitzel with fries and side salad.....now it comes The schnitzel is smaller & narrower than my cell phone, max. 12 - 13 cm and flattened like a fried slice of cooked ham. I got something like that for over €21.00!!! Haven't seen it yet, smaller than a children's portion with a quality that's worse than I've ever been served in a corner chip shop!!!! The miniature schnitzel and the 3-4 fries were fried for too long in such old fat, my companion had to vomit (thus throwing up!) The plates were not worth €9.90 each in terms of quantity and quality!!! Cold, soft, store-bought baguette was served, in our case in a basket without a napkin in it, etc. At the next table it was served in a kind of bowl like everything was thrown together. There were 2 small dirty plates lying across the table (probably for the baguette from Aldi) in a dirty basket, as well as the cutlery, and who can believe the cutlery etc. was laid out... nope, we had to take the plates ourselves Of course we didn't touch it. Everything OK. when I'm looking for a shop where nothing is right and I just want to eat something after a night of drinking aka kebab shop etc., but with the prices such a dirty location, bad and VERY small portions....never ever!!! But typical owner cliché......make a quick euro & transfer it home Do anything but this rip-off shop!!!!!!!!!!!

Have eaten here again for a long time. The food was very good and exceptionally imaginatively prepared. Good wine advice and attentive service. Piano music in the background from the hotel bar. If you want to enjoy the big city charm in Osnabrück, this is the place to eat. We'll be back soon.

We were there in the evening on Christmas Day. There's nothing wrong with the food, it was good. The service still has a lot of room for improvement, to put it politely. When we wanted to sit down at the table, we first had to clean the chairs because they were full of pine needles. And if you give the guest fresh cutlery, don't give them a completely dirty fork. The eyes should be that good.

It's been a while since I visited osnabruck and a few things have changed, this hotel however, has not. It is simply the same hotel, decor, bar, piano, room etc. It just hasn't changed at all. It's a nice hotel but the room was basic, fairly large but that's about it and very dated looking. Great breakfast although oddly coffee isn't included and billed separately. The bed came with one tiny pillow and wasn't particularly comfortable. A decent stay but will look at other hotels next time.

Probably the best breakfast buffet in Osnabrück - with freshly made omelettes and waffles as well as many vegetarian options.

Service a bit slow, prices quite hefty 10 euros 20 for a glass of Chardonnay...but Lufthansa had to pay because of flight cancellation...when the service came, he forgot to wipe the table and clean it of the previous guests' residual waste...moderate motivation

Wiener Schnitzel is highly recommended, nice waves👌😋on the meat. Gladly again and again, Vinotek also has great wines that are ideal to take with you, even pre-chilled so that the lovely evening continues at home👍

Wir haben hier heute morgen das Langschläferfrühstück genossen, es war wirklich köstlich. Es gab alles was man sich zu einem sehr guten Frühstück wünschen kann. Inklusive Prosecco! Aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es gab auch einen Koch, der die Eierspeisen frisch im Restaurant zubereitet hatte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet genießen dürfen und hatten einen gemütlichen Morgen hier. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Auswahl fantastisch.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war auffallend gut. Wir wurden sehr gut beraten bei der Auswahl von Wein. Die kleine Karte hatte für jeden etwas. Zudem ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Wir kommen wieder.

80er Geburtstag. Essen vorbestellt. Fast 2 Stunden Wartezeit bis Brot auf den Tisch war. 2,5 Stunden bis zur Vorspeise. Essen ok aber nichts besonderes. Fade ubd schokokuchen mit angeblich flüssigem Kern einfach trocken ubd kein bisschen flüssig. Salat als Hauptspeise mit 3 tomaten, sonst nix, kein gurke, kein paprika... nix. Bekommt man sogar bei fastfood M besser. Kellner, der eher Animateur sein sollte. Völlig unangebracht in diesem Fall. Organisatorisch eine Katastrophe. Einrichtung mittlerweile wirklich abgesetzt und gerade für ältere Gäste kaum alein zu bewegen. Für das Geld absolut lächerlich.

Wir waren gestern Abend zum Essen hier. Es war durchweg ein sehr schöner Abend. Wir hatten ein 3-gänge Menü, welches durchweg Stimmig war. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr gutes Essen, der Espresso war allerdings nicht sehr lecker, außerdem empfanden wir es als deutlich zu warm, muss das Unternehmen denn eigentlich keine Energie sparen?

Neuer Betreiber: Endlich kann man wieder hingehen! Wir waren immer enttäuscht und gestern spontan das erste mal seit einem Jahr wieder da. Endlich! Alles war perfekt! Und siehe da, ein neuer Betreiber… Ab jetzt kann ich den Laden empfehlen. Beste Terrasse in Osnabrück bei schönem Wetter.

Wirklich hammer. Personal 5 Sterne, Essen war mega gut, Ambiente auch top. Alles in allem ein mega Abend und kann ich nur empfehlen.

Erstklassige Angebote ,tolle Auswahl, höchstwertige Materialien. Service und Beratung sind grandios. Akzeptable Preise. Haben uns richtig wohl Gefühl. Gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder angemeldet.

Wir haben ein 3 Gänge-Candlelight-Dinner bestellt und waren absolut zufrieden. Keine Ahnung, was manche hier so erlebt haben. (oder einfach nach dem Haar in der Suppe suchen, um etwas zu meckern) Der Service war richtig klasse. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, humorvoll und richtig zackig. Das Essen und die Getränke waren richtig lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis waren auch absolut in Ordnung. Ein grosses Lob und vielen Dank an den Service und die Küche!
