Restaurant Alagha in Osnabrück

‏ ‏ Al-Agha Restaurant serves fairly good food, but has an obvious problem in dealing with customer pressure during busy times. On my last visit, I ordered beef shawarma, but unfortunately it wasn't good at all. The reason seems to be due to the pressure of work in the restaurant, which affected the quality of the food. This made me hesitate to return to eating inside the restaurant, and perhaps in the future I will limit myself to ordering food when I travel. I ask the restaurant management to take these comments into consideration and work to improve service and quality during peak times.

I have been to the restaurant several times over the last few weeks and was generally satisfied with the food. However, there were a few times there were "breakdowns" in the service and my orders were often simply forgotten, which in itself is not necessarily a bad thing and can happen. Today, however, after my baclava was brought directly, I had a very unpleasant experience when my food was not prepared/delivered even after repeated requests and customers who had ordered clearly after my (really polite) requests were served several times . After waiting an hour in the restaurant, I signaled that I unfortunately had to go and would like to pay. I continued to be polite, but was then treated very harshly and disrespectfully at the checkout. When I asked an employee again about the really long waiting time, he managed to explain it (miscommunication in the team), but no apology was given in any way. I hardly felt really welcome there anyway, as I was treated (perhaps because I'm German) ignorantly and not very friendly. Regarding my own behavior on site: - I always greeted you in a friendly manner - I always tipped about 20% - Since I often ate outside, I always carried my plates to the front of the counter This kindness was not reciprocated, which is why I give the ambience and service a 1/5. I specifically ordered half a chicken and got half a chicken with fries and salad, which costs 3 euros more. Throwing salad and fries into the packaging with your hands. I didn't feel like there was a system. You order, then you have to bag it up and take it to the other end of the counter where you collect the money. Confusing for me. You always have the feeling that you are in the way. The fries tasted okay, the chicken was good and the salad was terrible. Salad went straight into the trash, inedible.

For me the best kebab shop on Johannisstrasse. Also great for vegetarians! Dishes are also prepared individually according to your own wishes. There are very tasty fried vegetables and pickled vegetables. Also rice, hummus, falafel, fries... Very good value for money and nice service!

Pure disaster!!!! Service and cleanliness are a foreign word for you. We ordered the food, waited for a very long time, over 40 minutes, and when we asked several times, another man came, rude, told us to be patient, that we would get the food in about (another) 15 minutes. Of course, not even an apology!!!! That's not enough. When it comes to service, compatriots are given priority and served quickly. Even those who ordered their food at the corner (at the entrance) much later received it quickly. You have lost us as customers (visitors) forever.

I visited this restaurant twice. The first time was during Eid. I would not stay there the first time. But the second time, 4 days ago, the food was late for about half an hour, and the food was flavorless. The shawarma was cold and had no flavor of spices. The crispy ones were not good, the shish was not good enough, and the fries were cold.

The worst restaurant in the city, no cleanliness, delay in ordering and truly disgusting treatment by some of the restaurant staff, and other than grilled meats, they do not come with any appetizers, neither hummus nor bab ghanoush. This is the first time I have seen this in my life. The tabbouleh is just parsley and does not contain a drop of lemon. Unfortunately, it is a bad experience

Beware of rip-offs!!!! My friends and I were each cheated out of several euros. The price on the menu is probably just a wish. In addition, the meat and everything else is extremely fatty. It's literally dripping. Gave fertilizer straight after eating... Apart from that, the waiting time was well over 30 minutes. Food without taste, I ate in Lebanon once and it tasted 10 times better. Service not good all workers are at the cash register which makes it a messy restaurant at first glance.

Hallo zusammen, Essen war lecker und von allem was dabei das ist sehr gut! Service ist überfordert! Sind zwar viele Mitarbeiter da aber nur einer im Service, das ist zu wenig! Ist eine Empfehlung wert, wenn man auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene kein Wert legt! Ich würde nicht mehr hin gehen, da der Biden und die Tische verschmutz sind! Die Toiletten steht mit Wasser auf den Bodenfließen ( wahrscheinlich von der Popodusche) ! Es ist auf den Toiletten nicht angenehm es gab kein Toilettenpapier und keine Handtücher! Also das geht auf jedenfalls um einiges besser!

Ein muss wenn man in Osnabrück ist. Sehr mit der Mitarbeitern und schöne Ambiente. Wir waren zu dritt und haben 1 kg gemischte grillteller mit Salat und Pommes bestellt was für uns drei vollkommen ausreichend war. Das Essen hat wunderbar geschmeckt, das Fleisch hat sehr gute Aroma und nicht hard gegrillt oder sehr würzig. Besonders kebab und shish tawook. Salat mit etwas scharf hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis und leistungsverhältnis sind auch in Ordnung. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Immer empfohlen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, eine riesige Portion und preislich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeit war etwas länger aber für die Anzahl der Gäste aber vollkommen in Ordnung.
