Very delicious food, and super good and fast service. Had tomato soup for starter, this had good taste but was very strong. For main course a really delicious tapas of 6 dishes.

Restaurant located on a quiet side street off Flensburg's main shopping street. The food is "Spanish," but obviously adapted to local tastes. We ordered a fish dish with three different types and a side of broccoli, tomato, and mushrooms. We also ordered a great breaded beef steak with salad, and potatoes similar to those from the Canary Islands, with a sauce similar to mojo picón. The food was good value for money, and the person who served us was very friendly and prompt. Recommended. The service was very fast.

We had the starters as main courses for lunch: Spanish salad, the dressing was very good, and salmon fillet with zucchini in mojo was also excellent for my husband, who is the "1* chef" at home.

Yes. A fantastic place. We were able to get a table for ten people at short notice. Super friendly and attentive service. The food was incredibly delicious. And there's something for everyone. We haven't eaten this well and this cheaply in a long time. There weren't long waits for drinks or food either. Highly recommended.

Last night, I ate at Vertigo with my family. I can honestly say this has become my favorite restaurant in Flensburg. The place was packed, yet we were served very quickly. The food was great. We tried several salads, a warm tapas appetizer, main courses, and a Portuguese dessert; everything was 10 out of 10. The taste, color, and aroma were all top-notch. The waitresses were smiling, had a good attitude, and were quick, creating a great atmosphere. The prices were perfectly reasonable for the quality.

For lunch today, we had zander with pointed cabbage and orange sauce for under 13 euros. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it.

A pleasant ambiance and truly excellent food. The owners are also extremely friendly. We had a lovely afternoon here with the kids and would definitely come back. See you soon. 😃👍

Great restaurant, great service, very child-friendly, great value for money, and very good, delicious food!... Completely satisfied. Our children's chicken nuggets and fish sticks were homemade, which shows us that they like to cook from scratch here and not serve food from wholesale... This wasn't the last time we visited this vacation, and we'd love to come back in the future!

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder da gewesen. Die Tapas Auswahl ist der Hammer. Wie immer lecker. Der Rioja war gut. Brot zur Aioli - hmmm. Das alles für 55,- Euro, 2 Erwachsene. Fühlt sich an, als ob Corona und Ukraine Inflation hier nicht angekommen sind. Wir werden zeitnah wieder aufschlagen. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

After several recommendations, we made our way to Flensburg and it was more than worth it!!! Great food (greetings to the kitchen), great ambience and an incredibly nice and competent service staff rounded off a great evening. We will definitely be traveling again very soon and visiting this nice restaurant again.

Actually, no points could have been awarded at all, as we didn't get anything apart from the waitresses blaming each other. We wanted to celebrate our Christmas party there with thirteen women. We booked six weeks in advance and the choice of dishes was to be made three days in advance. We booked for 8pm as nothing was available before then. At 8:20 p.m. we were informed that the previous reservation was not yet ready and that it would probably take longer. We decided at short notice to go to another restaurant that still had space for a larger group on a Friday evening during the Christmas season. We managed to do this, but the evening was still ruined because a lot of things had to be reorganized. When we signed off from Vertigo, all we got was a dry “bye”. We think a “sorry” or an “excuse” would be more appropriate.

Da mir die Combo mit 4 Tapas als Vorspeise zu viel erschien, habe ich 2 separat bestellt, es waren sehr grosse Portionen, die für 2-3 Personen als Vorspeise gereicht hätten, das Steak Serano war leider eine Enttäuschung, es war ebenfalls eine sehr grosse Portion, aber ziemlich zäh, es sollte lt. Karte ein Rosmarin Jus dabei sein, der sich aber als penetrante braune Sauce aus der Tüte entpuppte und das Steak geschmacklich verdarb.

Wir waren zu Mittag im Vertigo um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Wir bestellen von den Vorspeisen Gewärmter Ziegenkäse für 13,90€ und vom Mittagstisch den Zander auf Wirsingkohl für 12,50€ sowie zwei Weißweine. Was wir dann serviert bekamen, hat uns völlig überrascht, sowohl von der Quantität als auch der Qualität. Die zwei Ziegenkäsescheiben war mit Kürbiskernen garniert, der Salat gut angerichtet und der Dip wunderbar. Der Zander war auf der Haut gebraten, der Wirsingkohl gut abgeschmeckt und überraschenderweise gab es Kartoffel mit Salzkruste. Unser Gesamtentwicklung war wirklich positiv, wir können wieder.

I don't like strong-smelling lilies in the area where you eat. And there is still room for improvement when it comes to service. But we would definitely come back.

My wife and I made our reservations a little over a week in advance. When you arrive, the whole thing initially makes a nice impression. The last visit was a long time ago and well remembered. We first stood at the front of the winter garden for a while and then went further in because we were standing in the middle of eating guests, which was strange. We were noticed in the “bar area” but not greeted. It was also busy, typical Saturday but "Hello, we'll be there for you" should be included. Anyway, a while later another couple came and joined us. Service staff and guests pushed past left and right, which caused our “order” to shift. Then, after a long wait, the other couple was greeted and told off that they would still have to wait, my wife and I were not spoken to. More minutes of dodging and ball dancing later and we were finally welcomed and shown to the table. Although we had explicitly asked for a "romantic" table away from the passage/entrance and toilet on the phone a little over a week ago and explicitly communicated that we would otherwise do without, we were shown right at the front of the door in the winter garden (whoever is coming the idea of ​​placing a table there?!). I wanted to leave, the woman wanted to stay and certainly not make a fuss - ok, I was hungry too and for her sake I didn't and of course sat at the door. Ordered, waited for food. Meanwhile, 7164826 times you had the draft as well as the snorting and groaning of the guests entering in your neck and you inevitably bump into chairs when you come in. Food came and was ok. However, Crema Catalana was a horror. Solid wobbly layer on top and far from the taste. The highlight was when, towards the end of our adventure, a large group came in and individual people rested their forearms on my backrest, over which my jacket was hanging, while I leaned forward to eat. Admittedly, the restaurant can't do anything about this audacity, but indirectly it's because the person who created this "space" there makes situations like this possible. This large group faced the same problem as us before: no space, cold outside and rain, so where to wait if you aren't greeted and shown to the table?! Shortly afterwards I got up to let them know that I wanted to pay and then leave. Conclusion: For us it was the third visit and also the last. Maybe reconsider cramming a seat into every centimeter at the expense of the guests' well-being in order to make as much sales as possible and train the staff to simply say honestly that there is no longer a table they want or, if necessary, not to give the table and themselves to hold on to reservations if that was the case, one can only speculate. In any case, we were on time.

It was a great evening. The waitress is nice and open and very polite. The food is a culinary delight. Unfortunately very dark in the back area. That wasn't pleasant. All in all very recommendable.

The restaurant looks relatively small from the outside, but that's deceptive, it's even further inside. Unfortunately, the room at the back was relatively dark and it was much more pleasant to have a conversation without music. Next time it will be a front, brighter place without music speakers. The food was very tasty and the portions were really good too. The service was top. The girls were totally attentive and super friendly.

For me the best Spaniard I have ever eaten at. We had Canarian potatoes with mojo, oyster mushrooms with rosemary, lamb and chicken with serano ham and pine nuts. Everything perfectly seasoned (especially with lots of garlic). Plus well-kept beers. All for a total of 60 euros. For us a great price-performance ratio.

Very good and tasty! The restaurant specializes in tapas and similar Spanish delicacies... And it has been doing it really well for a long time. Unreserved recommendation: the Vertigo tapas platter for 2 people. 3 courses, after 1.5 you're usually there, but then dessert slips away. The rest is taken care of by the young, friendly staff. The team spirit is right here. Tip: reserving a table is a good idea, paying by card is no problem. Make sure that warm food ends around 9 p.m. The only thing real Spaniards would complain about here.

Overall good, unfortunately far too loud in the back area and therefore uncomfortable, a shame (tables of 8 and 10 produce such a high noise level), you can no longer understand your own words at the next table.

Während unseres Aufenthalts in Flensburg hatten wir hier für einen Abend einen Tisch reserviert. Wegen der vielen guten Bewertungen waren die Erwartungen groß, die Enttäuschung dann leider umso größer. Außer uns waren nur zwei Tische belegt, dennoch mussten wir gut zwanzig Minuten warten, bis man uns überhaupt nach Getränken gefragt hat. Lieber stand das Personal beisammen und es wurde sich lautstark unterhalten und gelacht. Mein Mann wollte bereits aufstehen und gehen, da hat eine Servicekraft wohl seinen Unmut bemerkt und uns dann umgehend nach unserem Getränkewünschen gefragt. Sie war danach wirklich bemüht uns freundlich zu bedienen. Leider war auch das Essen wirklich mittelmäßig. Die Paella eher ein Reisgericht, was in keinsterweise an eine solche erinnert und der Lachs auf Spinat mit Kartoffeln fade und langweilig. Sehr schade, da das Ambiente im Gewölbekeller wirklich einladend und gemütlich ist.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im "Vertigo". Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend, die Lage sehr gut, nach einem Einkaufsbummel lässt sich hier gut einkehren. Die Tapasplatten waren reichlich, die Reispfannen sehr schmackhaft. Tipp: Die "kleine" Tapasplatte ist mehr als reichlich. Die Preise sind angemessen. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal hier. Eine Reservierung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs waren alle Tische besetzt.

Das lokal ist gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben einen Tisch im Wintergarten am Fenster bekommen und konnten gut rausschauenden, gleichzeitig war direkt neben uns die Heizung. Wir hatten das 3 Gänge Menü. Dieses ist reichlich und sehr lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

“Lecker Essen - ordentliche Portionen!” Im Dezember 2021 zum ersten Mal dort gewesen, und es war einfach nur lecker. Für manch einen vielleicht ein wenig salzig, war aber ok! Die Tappas waren spitze! Service war auch sehr nett! Kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Vertigo essen, weil wir das Montagsspecial (Candlelightdinner für 2) ausprobieren wollten. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde das Menü erklärt, bei dem wir die Wahl zwischen zwei Hauptspeisen hatten. Zur Vorspeise gab es eine Suppe, danach ein Schweinesteak auf einem Pilzbett und zum Abschluss eine Crema. Die Gänge kamen in einem sehr gut passenden zeitlichen Abstand bei uns an, man fühlte sich weder gehetzt, noch musste man lange warten. Unser erster Gang erreichte und 10 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, die einzelnen Speisen waren unglaublich gut! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und lieb. Auch das Ambiente war schön, es wirkt richtig edel. Je nachdem, wer neben einem sitzt, kann es etwas laut werden, aber dafür kann das Vertigo ja nichts. Für den Preis von knapp 20€ pro Person (für ein 3-Gänge-Menü!) außerdem ein unschlagbares Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen :)

Wir waren kurzfristig Abends mit 10 Personen ohne Buchung zum Essen vorbei gekommen. Die Bedienung war leider alleine, sie hat es aber Klasse gemeistert. Wir bekamen alle unser Essen zusammen und auch bei Extras wie Pommes und Majo hat sie gut Performt. Es war ein sehr schöner Tagesabschluss mit unseren Nachbarn. Wahnsinnig gute Küche!!! War ein Glücksgriff bei unserem Zwischenstopp nach Dänemark. Dass das Restaurant auch noch so beschaulich gelegen ist und man in einem netten Gewölbe speist… TOP!!!
