The food was very tasty, but also very expensive. Absolutely not justified for the quality and ambiance.

The prices are those of a restaurant, although I consider it more of an upscale snack bar. The food was delicious and not too much. The staff were all friendly.

Unfortunately, the quality was very poor and the food was catastrophic, and the price was too high. The meat was very rancid and the salad was not washed. I had to drink a liter of Coke at home to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

The food itself from the lunch menu was delicious, but it was only a child's portion at best (although I've seen larger portions for children). We actually wanted to have gyros with baked pita, but were shocked by the price. The menu on the website lists €9.80. The actual menu is €18.90, which is almost double the price and pretty cheeky.

We've been to Veria Grill often. However, it's been quite a while since we've been. Today we were there, and I almost fell off my chair at the prices. I think they're excessive. For me, it's a very good snack bar, but not a restaurant where you can charge such prices. However, they did have a small dessert. It was tasty, but it didn't take away the financial aftertaste. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

For me, Veria Grill is one of the best snack bars in the area – and I don't say that lightly. Every time I eat there, I'm impressed by the quality. The gyros are incredibly delicious, cooked to perfection and prepared with love. The homemade salads and sauces add the finishing touch – you can simply taste how fresh everything is. What I particularly appreciate is the service: friendly, fast, and always with a smile. You can tell that the work here is done with passion – whether you eat in or takeaway. Special requests are also accommodated without discussion. The shop has also been beautifully modernized – cozy and inviting inside and out. I love going there, whether for a quick bite or relaxing with friends. Conclusion: If you're looking for good gyros, friendly service, and authentic flavors in Waltrop, Veria Grill is the place to go. I definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, the gyros I ordered on my last visit were absolutely soggy and greasy. When we got the bill and noticed that it had become significantly more expensive, I decided that I didn't want to pay so much money for varying quality at a snack bar. Unfortunately there are no children's portions either. So you are forced to pay a lot of money again for a 3 year old child even though you know that the portion will never make it. Even when asked, they say you can't make children's portions. Conclusion - we always enjoyed eating at Veria. Unfortunately we are no longer satisfied.

The service is good. Unfortunately the prices have risen a lot. For the money I'd rather go out for a nice meal in a restaurant. For Currywurst Pom. I find sauce mayo for a Ceesburger without side dishes and 2 drinks 25 euros steep. It's also a shame that you're no longer allowed to smoke outside.

I was at the Veria Grill for the first time yesterday and was thrilled. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. The portions are plentiful and the food is delicious. I specifically ordered a grill plate so I could try as many things as possible. All in all, a very clear recommendation for the Veria Grill Waltrop. I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is very nice, modern and well maintained. Service was okay and the food was delicious, but I hardly had any meat on my pita. The cola was barely carbonated, and given the prices I would expect bottles of the appropriate size. I will come back and hope it was just a blip.

Wir wollten mit vier Personen am Samstag Abend noch etwas essen und betraten die Bude um 21:25 Uhr. Es waren noch einige Tische besetzt. Laut Aushang bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Direkt nach dem betreten bekamen wir wir folgendes zu hören ( tut uns Leid die Küche ist zu ) Gyros für ca. 30 Portionen noch am Drehspieß und ca. zehn Bratwürste noch auf der Grillplatte. Wer nicht will der hat schon. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht mehr wieder

Today we happened to stop at the Veria Grill. I am disabled and sit in a wheelchair. The friendly staff were immediately helpful and we were able to sit comfortably. The food was so great, and appetizingly prepared, very plentiful and tasty. At the end there was a delicious dessert and ouzo on the house. It was a very nice evening, we would love to come back.

Nice ambience, incredibly nice staff and good value for money. We ordered a gratinated gyro with hollandaise and cheese and fries with mayo. Super tasty. A gyros plate with tzatziki, onion and fries mayo and a cucumber salad were also ordered. The gyros taste completely different than usual, you have to get used to it. But it absolutely suits our taste. Fries were great The tzatziki was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I didn't like the cucumber salad. We really enjoy eating here!

Been there again for a long time. Food delicious as always. BUT €9.40 for a fries. Currywurst mayo is a tough act!! It's better to have a nice meal there. It no longer has anything to do with the chip shop of the past (not in terms of price).

This grill has been around for over 40 years with consistently high quality and fair prices. Even today, every time you visit Waltrop, people visit the Veria Grill. The gyros plate or the curry sausage are my childhood memories and also the present. Thank you for existing.

Great first impression of this restaurant. Very nicely, simply but pleasantly furnished. Friendly and super fast service despite the full restaurant. And the food. Tastes really good. Addition: There was a nightcap and dessert on the house at the end! Super satisfying.

We were visiting a friend this weekend and he suggested this restaurant to us as he thinks it is the best Greek restaurant in his area and the visit did not disappoint at all. We were warmly welcomed and the food we chose was very tasty. There was even a free dessert for every visitor after the meal. We would love to come here again to eat and also do magic :)

Wir besuchten einen Freund dieses Wochenende und er hatte uns dieses Restaurant vorgeschlagen, da er dies für den besten Griechen in seiner Umgebung hält und der Besuch hat uns ganz und gar nicht enttäuscht. Freundlich wurden wir empfangen und das von uns gewählte Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab sogar noch einen Nachtisch für jeden Besucher kostenlos nach dem Essen. Sehr gerne kommen wir hier wieder her zum Essen und auch zum Zaubern :)
