The service was great. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was too loud. For the price, one would expect good food; that's why I go to an Italian restaurant.

Ristorante Venezia is a complete success! The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. You immediately feel at ease. The food was simply superb – fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The service was also friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I live 3-5 minutes away by car, and yet the pizza arrived lukewarm – after eating a quarter of it, it was cold. That's unacceptable, especially considering the price.

Good food, friendly service, too many seats. You sit very close to the next table. Undisturbed conversations are therefore hardly possible when the restaurant is full, down to the last seat during our visit.

For a small celebration, we ordered 9 pizzas, a few salads and pizza rolls for delivery over the phone at a very specific time. The order went very smoothly and despite the quantity, there were no problems. The result: Delivered to the minute (even though it was pouring with rain), everything was delicious, like it was fresh out of the oven, and all the guests were thrilled. Any time and guaranteed again! I can't say anything about the ambience because we haven't eaten there YET. But we'll catch up on that.

You can also sit outside at Venezia, friendly staff, and there is also a good menu with delicious dishes!!!

We spontaneously ate there with 8 people. Even though we had very restless children with us, the service was very friendly and relaxed. The food came quickly and everyone enjoyed it very much. We were also pleasantly surprised by the prices. It's not as outrageously expensive as some other restaurants since inflation.

Unfortunately the service was very unfriendly... it's a shame :-(

We often use the delivery service. Highly recommended. Starting with the order taker and delivery driver, everyone was very nice. Fast service. It is always delivered hot and it tastes great. Only recommended.

I ordered two pizzas and a carbonara there last night. Pizza was very tasty, but when I saw my carbonara I felt sick. SEVERAL hairs in my food. If the cook, with the short black hair, no longer has any hair on his head, he is welcome to come and pick it up from me.

The pizzas, pasta, salads… simply very, very tasty and top Italian cuisine. There are always extras such as additional pizza rolls for the salad and much more.

Ich habe das Restaurant gestern zum dritten Mal besucht. Beim ersten Besuch bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen. Nachdem ich beim zweiten Mal schon eher enttäuscht von der Qualität meines Essens war, haben wir gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe dem Restaurant nochmal eine Chance gegeben. Trotz der großen Gruppe wurde das Essen zeitgleich serviert, das war großartig. Die Pizzen schienen gut gewesen zu sein. Die Portion Cannelloni war sehr enttäuschend. Es war eine Mini Portion von 2 Röhrennudeln. Da wäre vielleicht ein Kind von satt geworden, aber kein erwachsener Mensch. Die Füllung war für mich leider überhaupt nichts. Völlig knorpelig, so dass ich diese nicht essen konnte. Auch lies die Freundlichkeit des Kellners zu wünschen übrig. Ich hatte zum Schluss hin das Gefühl, dass man als Gast eher lästig ist, wenn man noch etwas zu trinken wünscht. Hier mussten wir auf uns aufmerksam machen und wurden nicht gefragt. Man bekommt das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man eigentlich lieber gehen sollte. Völlig befremdlich ist für mich auch, dass man, obwohl mal als Gruppe von mehr als 10 Personen schon einiges an Geld da lässt, zum Schluss noch nichtmal einen Absacker angeboten bekommt. Schade, dass die Erfahrungen vom ersten Besuch nicht mehr erreicht wurden.

We went here for dinner for the first time today because it was our wedding anniversary. It was nice, food, spaghetti with seafood, great. My wife spagetti with prawns, also great. Pizza bread with garlic is also great. Homemade tiramisu for dessert. Great. We weren't here for the last time. Small, cozy shop, great service, friendly.

We go there regularly to eat and/or order home. The food was always very tasty. Only the waiters on site could ask more frequently whether everything was OK, whether you would like something to drink, etc. Here we always had to speak to the waiters on our own initiative

Kleiner, sehr enger und lauter Laden. Wenn man Pech hat, sitzt man an einem Tisch direkt vor der Toilette. Der Laden ist sehr klein! Unser Tisch war um kurz vor 19 Uhr noch besetzt, als wir kamen, obwohl wir reserviert hatten. Wir mussten draußen warten, bis er frei wurde. Essen sehr lecker, gute Auswahl. Schön, dass man im Restaurant auch kleine Pizza bestellen kann. Service war aufmerksam, was bei der Größe des Ladens aber auch keine Kunst ist. Ich würde nicht unbedingt nochmal hingehen.

Also wir sind ja wirklich Stammgäste dort vor Ort und haben bis jetzt wenig bestellt. Aaaaaber die bestellte Pizza heute Abend war ohne Worte. Der Boden so lecker kross, der Parmaschinken und der Parmigiano und der Ruccola - besser geht nicht. Wir essen die Pizza immer auf der Hand und lassen sie uns in Achtel Stücke schneiden. Normal knicken die ab und lassen sich nicht zum Mund führen. Heute so klasse der Boden - sowas kenne ich nicht - wie ein Brett, so lecker und kross!! Klare Empfehlung!!!!!!

Wir waren an einem Sonntag nachmittag hier und haben im Außenbereich gegessen. Die Pizza und insbesondere der Teig waren sehr gut und der Lachs ausgezeichnet. Sehr angenehm sind die Öffnungszeiten auch nach der normalen Mittagszeit - das ist bei den meisten anderen Restaurants in Ratingen leider nicht so. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit wieder vorbeikommen.

Da das Restaurant regelmäßig viele Gäste hat, hatte ich die Hoffnung, einen guten Italiener gefunden zu haben. Leider bin ich enttäuscht. Die Pizza für Zuhause/Unterwegs wurde nicht, wie sonst üblich, geschnitten. Pizza und Pizzabrötchen hatten eine andere Textur, die Kräuterbutter war leider eine Kräutermargarine. Alles in allem geschmacklich leider zu viele Defizite um in die Liste der guten Italiener aufgenommen zu werden. Das Personal war jedoch sehr freundlich.
