Incredibly bad service – never again! I ordered through Lieferando, and the app said my order was on its way – supposedly in 10 minutes. So I waited and after a while called to ask how far the driver was, because otherwise I would have had to stand in the rain. The answer was simply rude: "We don't deliver there, you'll have to pick it up yourself." What?! They could have said that beforehand, or at least flagged it in the app! Instead, I was shown a delivery that would never arrive. When I pointed out that it wasn't possible and that I would just write a bad review, all I got was an indifferent "Yeah, we just don't deliver there." That's just not how you treat customers. No information, no apology, no service. I want my money back – and I'll definitely never order from there again.

Wir waren im Dezember dort . Die Junge Verkaeuferin an diesem Weihnachtsfeiertag ,spielte lieber am Handy , als ihre Gaeste zu bedienen. Stuehle und Tische voller Vogelscheisse , welche wir als Gast , selber reinigen sollten. Es ist sehr Schade um diesen Standort ,evt sollte dort ein Baecker Junge hin ,welchen wir dann fuer weitere Tage auch bevorzugt hatten.

Small pizzeria, a bit dark. There are old signs with outdated prices. The flyers also have old prices. The menu is difficult to read. Then there's the bargain: a doner kebab plate for €10, and the portions were seriously small. The food was okay. But the place isn't good. The staff are quite fast, but still a bit lackluster at their work. And all the alcoholics in there are just not acceptable.

I ordered a schnitzel to go, which came with mushrooms and jalapeños in a cream sauce. If you're a schnitzel fan but find a regular currywurst too spicy, you should probably steer clear of the pizza. The schnitzel exceeded my expectations. For someone likes their food very spicy, it was perfect. And just as promised, it came without onions. You can tell you're not getting instant sauce. It wasn't a cheap, ready-made schnitzel either. The schnitzel was just right—not too dry, not too tough, not too thin. Since I've had a truly exceptional steak in Wilhelmshaven, and I measure every meat dish against that one, 4 stars is a fair rating. If I had given this place 5 stars, I would have had to give the other pizzeria 8 or 9 stars, which unfortunately isn't possible. The side salad was also good. Keep it up!
