A small note: only cash payment is accepted, which was not obvious at first glance. No drama, because there is an ATM nearby and the team also finds individual solutions. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine without compromise, you've come to the right place. We'll definitely be back!

We were in the restaurant today at 3 p.m., the Bolognese sauce was the worst I've ever eaten. I have no idea why, but that shouldn't happen to an Italian.

We had a party and had very friendly staff, great atmosphere and very good food. I can only recommend it!

I have never been to a better Italian restaurant. I really love it!!!🥰🥰🥰The waiters were very nice and we hardly had to wait for them. Many classics of Italian cuisine, such as pizza and pasta, were also on offer. The atmosphere among the guests was great and everyone had a lot of fun. I personally ordered a pizza salami piccante and I can only say one thing. It was really good 😋😋😋. The guests also found the dishes to be something very special. In conclusion, only one thing can be said: I am sure you will experience the authentic Italian cuisine in this restaurant.

We were looking for a quiet place and we found it, despite it being just a few meters from the busy Ku'damm. Pizza, pasta, environment, music and hospitality… all Italian! And of excellent quality! Highly recommended for those who want to feel at home.

We were there as a group of 4 on Monday for a late lunch. The meal (pasta and pizza) was served to us in about 10 minutes. The food was very tasty. Great! The service is not intrusive, so sometimes you have to remind them of your existence.

Four of us (2 adults and two children) ate at Vapori today and I have to say that I have never had such good Italian food as here!! We had several pizzas, pasta, bruschetta and tiramisu. Everything was super delicious and at a very fair price in such a central location. The service was very friendly and attentive and the restaurant was very clean. I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you!!

Super friendly service and really good food, almost like in Italy, but unfortunately the weather in Berlin wasn't comparable. They have a great, not too big map with enough variety. For our children it was the best pizza they have ever eaten. So a visit is definitely worth it. Great ambience, great food and great prices. We'll definitely be back

At first impression it looks nice, until the food and with it the disappointment comes to the table (unfortunately not enough cutlery): our loveless starter plate consisted 100% of the cheapest offer from Aldi (!), with the dollop of pesto from the jar and the pickled tomatoes were definitely past their sell-by date. But it went well with the lukewarm Prosecco without bubbles at a proud price. On the way to the toilet you catch a glimpse of the storage room, which you don't want either. Disappointing.

SOOOO SWEET PEOPLE. So delicious food and so clean would give 10 stars but unfortunately that's not possible.

Unfortunately not a great experience. There were four of us. We ordered four Prosecco and antipasto platter. The Prosecco took already quite some time and was not fresh, no bubbles. Our antipasto platter took half an hour, it was really no warm food. The tomato pesto was off, so was the other pesto. The Salamis were obviously from a supermarket packet and looked really cheap. The place was so hot and stuffy, no ventilation at all. And they were cooking just two metres from you. I can't unfortunately recommend it.

I won't go there again: chicken breast leathery, portion of penne manageable, house wine ok, but the prices are way too high. 6.90 for 1 bottle. Water - a joke! You sit close together, too many tables in a small space. There are many better restaurants. No card payment: so again “pocket placement” from the boss. I hate that!

I WARN YOU: you can't pay by card and the staff speaks very little English. JENDKAZE is easy to communicate with. The food is delicious, I really recommend the pasta, cooked perfectly al dente, so perfect!!! While I took an average dish which I don't really recommend (capres3 on bread, yo yo, one slice of tomato, one slice of mozzarella baked on bread), the capresse or bruschetta that my dad took was amazing!!!

Been here for the second time exactly after a year for a conference. And again I wasn't disappointed. The mezzelune with porcini mushrooms and truffles was very good, the family running it was very friendly and the espresso was on the house! I'd love to come back next time!

So I can't understand the reviews regarding the food. At least for us, the food was consistently very tasty. I can recommend the spinach sauce with gnocchi! And the portions are big enough. The staff was very friendly, although we had to invest a lot of time after placing our order. It probably took over 30 minutes. Our neighbor at the table also said that you would have to take some time if you wanted to eat here, but it would taste very good. I can only confirm that it was really worth it.

Instead of olive oil there was frying oil. Instead of carbonara there was pasta with cream sauce and cooked ham. Unfortunately, only cash payment was possible and to top it off, the service was unfriendly. Definitely not a recommendation. I wonder where all the good reviews come from. It has nothing to do with Italian cuisine.

Great place for italian food! 😋 We ordered their seasonal pumpkin soup, which was creamy and tasty. For pasta we had their homemade pesto which we highly recommend, and also the pumpkin penne. Their tiramisu is also well made, it wasnt too sweet which we preferred.

The dishes was ok. Expensive, very unfriendly service. Without air conditioning and no credit card accepted. The bill was without details. Sorry, it's feel like as a tourist trap.

CASH ONLY! Food ok, nothing great. Service is quite bad, one waitress (in a bad mood), but the unacceptable is to only take cash in the center of Berlin. Ca'mon, you are not in a village in the middle of nowhere. The same problem happened to the table next to mine. At least you should put a MAJOR SIGN saying you only take cash.

It’s fine. Nice people and friendly service. Probably should have chosen the specials but was not in the mood for gnocchi. Spaghetti were cooked to perfection, arrabbiata sauce wasn’t hot at all. Pino Grigio was the only open wine option for a white wine, and it was meh. Bruschetta tasted like they were designed with a German patronage in mind. So much potential here, and I’ll try again when I am back in the town.

We visited Berlin for 2 days. On the first evening we (2 adults 3 children) visited this small and charming Italian restaurant. We were very satisfied with the quality of the food and the friendly nature of the staff. So much so that our children urged us to eat here again on the second evening. On the second evening we were immediately recognized again, and the chef came straight to me and pointed out that he had the lasagne today, which had been sold out the night before. I didn't expect that and it makes you feel like you're coming home. I would be happy to give this a full rating. Thank you dear Vapori team for two lovely evenings with you.

Nice little Italian restaurant on a side street. The owners brought out two extra tables for us so we could sit outside even though we didn't have a reservation. The food was also extremely good and fairly priced. There is also enough choice for vegetarians. I deducted one star because you couldn't pay by card (as of May 23, 2024), alcoholic drinks weren't on the menu (but they were) and a pizza was incorrectly priced.

I went there with some of my friends while we were at a class trip and the food was so so delicious and everyone was soooo super nice to us! It was awesome!

Nice restaurant and nice staff. Pizza was tasty, but average for the price. I ordered carbonara myself, the pasta itself was delicious, but it was a far cry from carbonara with guanciale, pecorino romano and the traditional egg sauce.
