Were there with five people during the CSD. The shop was occupied by a table and we were looked at very strangely. The innkeeper told us that he would have room for us again in an hour at the earliest. (… there was definitely enough space in the restaurant)

Ein wirklich besonderer Abend. An einem Tisch im zauberhaft verwunschenem Garten genossen wir ein besonders gutes Abemdessen mit den tollen Hausweinen: selten ein solch gute vitello tonnato gegessen-die Pizza Italia teilten wir uns: vorzüglich-ebenso das phantastische Saltimbocca. DieKüchenchefin ist bewundernswert wie sie diese Köstlichkeiten alle frisch zaubert uund immer genau und dut würzt. Der Chef hat einen herrlich trockenen Humor, bedient aufmerksam und beide sind seh höfliche, freundliche Gastgeber. Verstehe so manche Kritik nicht-naja... Gestern wollte ich eine Pizza, Vitello und das mir von Freunden empfohlene Tiramisu mitnehmen - alles zuhause köstlich genossen-beim Warten bestellte ich zum frischen weißen Hauswein eine Tomatensuppe-solch eine habe ich so köstlich noch nie gegessen...Danke-gerne immer wieder und hoffe, dass es mehr besucht wird-es lohnt sich...

We discovered the restaurant by chance and were served very pleasantly and attentively by the owner in the romantic courtyard. The food, from the starter/main course to the dessert, impresses with the quality of the ingredients and a lot of attention to detail when preparing the dishes! An unforgettable taste experience of homemade pasta & pizza. We would love to come back on our next city trip to Berlin.

A small, fine original Italian. Nice atmosphere, especially in the inner courtyard, which you wouldn't even expect from the outside. The food was delicious, pasta was homemade. The owner could often ask for additional order requests. The prices, yes, good - nothing is given for free anymore...

Today we chose the special place to eat again. The Pizzeria Centro Süd is an absolute insider tip. We always feel at home in a family atmosphere, with nice, friendly owners and very tasty Italian food. We have never been disappointed in this place our appreciation. See you soon again.

Tonight, me and my family went to this restaurant to enjoy some food, or we thought we would. Among other dishes, we ordered a pizza. At first the owner served what is best described as a pizza totally destroyed. It was in several pieces and we weren’t able to take a slice of pizza without it going into many small pieces. It looked mostly like it had maybe been dropped from the oven to the floor, and that the owner tried to see if we would notice. We told the owner this, without saying anything, he took the pizza and went away. About 10 minutes after, he serves a half cooked pizza. It was wet, and it clearly hadn’t had enough time in the oven. The crust was not baked and the cheese wasn’t melted. We ate a little, and a family member tasted it. We all agreed that it wasn’t cooked properly. I went to talk to the owner and let him know that i didn’t think that it would be fair to make us pay for the pizza that they had ruined twice. The owner wasn’t responsive to this, and said that there wasn’t anything wrong with the pizza, and that he could cook it again, making this his third attempt in making a pizza, which i wasn’t interested in. I continued to try to make the owner understand that it wasn’t okay to make us pay for a pizza that he had ruined twice. The owner got very mad ans started raising his voice and said that he out of kindness hadn’t charged us a fee, that he usually uses. This fee is made up by the owner himself and something that he forgets to tell his customers about. It is a fee of 1.50 euro pr. guest, in which he among other things charges for: - That there is olive oil and balsamic on the table - That there is extra parmesan (which there wasn’t on the table) - Bread (that we also didn’t get) - Napkins - And the fact that he played music in the restaurant - Included was also, that he has a garden At last he then deletes the pizza, and instead adds the fee of 1.5 euro pr person (9 euro in total) which in the end is the same amount as the pizza on the bill. All in all it was a very, very bad experience, the food was bad, the service was also bad. The owner was hostile. I can most certainly not recommend anyone going to this restaurant.

Salad, spaghetti and the bruschetta were all really good Italian cuisine. Can only recommend the restaurant.

I think the restaurant has seen better days, unfortunately the flat rate of 2.50 is a bit hidden but is common in Italy. If the windows weren't sealed with duct tape and the card didn't look a bit dull (like a bad fax), I could even accept the flat rate. The food was good!

Seit vielen vielen Jahren ist meine Familie dort Stammkunde. Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend und die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Familie Pisani unübertroffen. Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes italienisches Restaurant und wer typisch italienisch Essen möchte, muss sich halt die Zeit dafür nehmen. Kleiner Tipp: Die Steinpilzsuppe ist einfach köstlich! Gestern haben wir den Geburtstag meiner Frau dort gefeiert, sie bekam einen Blumenstrauß von der Familie Pisani geschenkt. Zum Abschluss gab es es noch eine Runde selbstgemachten Kuchen für alle und eine Lebenslichtkerze für meine Frau. Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Meine Frau und ich waren sehr gerührt. Vielen Dank nochmals,,, Salvatore und Stella :)

The food was okay. I had Lamb and it was really hard to cut and chew and was not well done, like I wanted. The ambience was great, but cleanliness was lacking and I sat next to an old cabinet that was open. I hit my elbow on it and it tried to close it. Anyway, we waited quite awhile for the food and upon our departure, the owner said, „hast du etwas gefunden“ oder so, in regards to the open cabinet. I thought he was joking with me and I said, “Oh I found Faust”- my German boyfriend understood that the guy was actually accusing us of opening the scheisse cabinet and possibly taking something. He was just rude and mean and his food was not that great. Never again. Tschüs!

Tolles Restaurant, haben wir dort in der Gegend und von Außen nicht vermutet. Der Garten so nett und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich wie in echt Italien. Essen Spitze! Hier kocht die Chefin und zwar grandios!

Wir waren ein paar Tage in Berlin u da suche ich schon immer besondere Locations zum Essen aus. Das Centro sud hat schon eine lange Geschichte u Tradition! Der dazumal bekannte Gastro- Kritiker Siebeck (von der "Zeit") hat es schon hoch gelobt. Bis heute zu Recht, finde ich!! Der patron macht den Service, echt wunderbar , liebevoll u kompetent.. Die Chefin kocht!! Serviert wird lebendige, aromatische, süditalienische Küche ! Ein Genuß u ein Spaß hier zu speisen! Auch den passenden Wein gibt's natürlich. Rundum ein herrliches Erlebnis für Jeden, der echtes italienisches Essen mag u schätzt u sich nicht nur ne Pizza reinstopfen möchte... Das" vitello tonnato" war übrigens das Beste, das ich bisher gegessen habe!!

Eine Oase in Schöneberg, erst recht bei schönem Wetter wenn man im Garten sitzen kann, den man hier nun überhaupt nicht vermutet. Die Karte ist übersichtlich und gut sortiert. Es wird frisch gekocht, daher muss man etwas Zeit mitbringen. Umso mehr lässt sich der Abend insgesamt genießen und lässt einen gedanklich gleich "wie in Italien" fühlen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Restaurant ist wahrlich ein Schmuckstück und strahlt eine familiäre Atmosphäre aus. Besonders beeindruckend ist der idyllische, romantische Innenhof, der zum Träumen einlädt. Prachtvolle Blumen schmücken den Außenbereich und verleihen ihm eine ganz besondere Gemütlichkeit. Die Gaumenfreuden, die hier serviert werden, sind einfach erstklassig und begeistern alle Sinne. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die Tatsache, dass die Pasta selbst hergestellt wird. Die Bedienung erfolgt unter der persönlichen Leitung des Chefs, der äußerst freundlich ist und einen hervorragenden Service bietet.

Nettes Restaurant mit schönen Sommergarten, wo das Essen gleich noch viel besser schmeckt. Übersichtliche Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken. Da ist für jeden was dabei. Gern gehe ich dort wieder hin. Grüße vom Schornsteinfeger

Kleiner feine Italiener, ich habe Steck mit Salat bestellt, war sehr gut saftig zart mit Kräuter Butter. top mein Mann hat Pasta mit Gorgonzola und Spinat bestellt sehr gut authentisch Italienisch, auch Tiramisu war aus Mescarpone wie sich gehört. Alles sehr gut und Service sehr nett. Wir haben sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Ps. Preisleistung war Angemessen :) Top 🔝

Bijzonder lekker Italiaanse keuken! Alles was met verse ingrediënten bereid! Familie restaurant, eigenaar bediende ons zeer vriendelijk en zijn vrouw stond in de keuken. Vitello tonato, Mozzarella met tomaat en basilicum, zoals het hoort! Asperges (dagkaart volgens het seizoen) en biefstuk en grappa van het huis! Kortom de volgende keer komen wij hier weer!

Wirklich.....die beste Pizza seit langem!!!! Sehr lecker und authentisch! Original mit Mozzarella. Das Lokal ist recht gemütlich, die Bedienung freundlich. Das Restaurant liegt etwas abseits des Troubles, aber super zu erreichen. Eine gute Auswahl an Wein rundete die Sache ab.

Such a lovely atmosphere and wonderful service. The food was excellent! We had bruschettas for entrée and they were perfect! We ordered pizza and two pasta dishes and we were all so very pleased with our food! Would definitely go here for a pleasant night out!

Bewertungen sind natürlich immer subjektiv und abhängig von jeweiligen Ansprüchen. In Familie zum Essen, zum Kegeln oder auch Feierlichkeiten, ich fühle mich hier jedes mal sehr wohl. Ein zuvorkommender Service rundet das ausgewogene Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als auch die Wohlfühlathmosphäre jederzeit sehr angenehm ab. Ich kann einen Besuch für gemütliche Stunden nur empfehlen.

Wir waren am Folsom-Wochenende im Restaurant zum Essen und haben auch vorab reserviert. Als wir kamen, waren wir die einzigen im Lokal - und waren rund 12 Leute. Die Preise für Pizzen, Nudeln und Co. haben es in sich, zumal ich für meinen Teil von der Nudelportion nicht satt geworden bin. In der Speisekarte war der Preis für die Portion Penne Arrabiata mit 11.- Euro angegeben, dazu hatte ich noch ein Radler und musste am Ende 20.- Euro zahlen. War definitiv mein erster und letzter Besuch. Einige Preise in der Speisekarte wurden handschriftlich geändert, was natürlich auch den Eindruck erweckt, als hätte man die Preise aufgrund des Folsom-Wochenendes extra angepasst. Ob das so ist, kann ich natürlich nicht sagen - aber der Eindruck war bei uns allen allemal da. Das Essen an sich war geschmacklich gut, auch wenn mir persönlich die Nudeln noch zu bissfest waren.

Die Preise sind recht hoch,im Garten roch es nach modrigem Abfluss und es ist auf der Terrasse zwar echt hübsch doch schon sehr beengt.Essen gut,nicht herausragend.

Einfach klasse das beste Bruschetta was ich je gegessen haben und die Portionen sind genau richtig nicht zu wenig und extrem lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind super und man hat eigenbedienung vom Chef persönlich der super Sympathisch ist wenn man im Garten sitzt fühlt man sich heimisch!! Einfach klasse!!

In diesem italienischen Restaurant findet man typische süditalienische Gerichte die mit Rafinesse und sehr guter Kochkunst angeboten werden. Auch das Weinangebot ist breit und ausgewählt mit gutem Geschmack, die freundliche Beratung dabei ist stets hervorragend. "Gerne immer wieder" sagen wir auch als Stammkunden, zumal jetzt im Sommer der ruhige Restaurantgarten zum ruhigen schattigen Aufenthalt lockt, einmalig in der Gegend! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Grandioso! Kann mich nicht erinnern, schon einmal so lecker italienisch gegessen zu haben. Das Bruschetta alleine verdient die höchsten Lobpreisungen, die Lammkeule fiel regelrecht vom Knochen und der einfache Hauswein ist richtig schmackhaft. Sehr sympathische, freundliche und zuvorkommende Inhaber obendrein. Eigentlich sechs Sterne wert.
