I really like the concept. Unfortunately my noodles were too dry. I ordered extra noodles. But then there is no more sauce. That really wasn't tasty.

Not recommended, completely overpriced, zero service, pasta carbonara: €13.90 for 200 grams of pasta with 10 mini pieces of bacon, thank you very much for nothing! We will never come back.

Even though you order and pay straight away, you wait longer for your food than at a real Italian restaurant. It's also a mockery to ask for a tip when there isn't even service and before you even get food. 25 months Wait until 30 minutes??? In a fast food Italian restaurant? NEVER!!! Update: now we got our food after almost 40 minutes...what can I say...I've never eaten such bad pasta (aglio olio). Unfortunately, it's a shame for my girlfriend, who wanted to make me happy. I entered the store for the first and last time.

The store cannot cope with the flow of visitors. When ordering digitally at the table, options are first displayed that are not available on site (types of pasta, kids' menu), then the payment function does not work - and Paypal seems to be foreign here. So off to the ordering terminal, of which there are only two for this huge store. So: stand in line, wait forever on an empty stomach until the guests in front of you have fought their way through the menu. At Burger King, the terminal works because the menu is clear and the average visitor has their favorite. But here the system fails completely because the claim to offer authentic Italian dishes is entirely based on "Do I want burger A, B or C? And should the fries be straight or twisted?" contradicts. And then the price: €15 for a portion of pasta - for which I have to wait 40 minutes, although I can no longer withdraw from the order due to the previous payment at the terminal - in contrast to a real Italian restaurant. And while I stand at the counter without any information and wait for my food, I can listen to Arabic conversations among the chefs, which is not appropriate in an open show kitchen. Bye, Vapiano.

The dining experience was terrible. We placed our order and waited for an hour and a half without any response. When we went to ask the staff, we were told that they didn’t have enough noodles — but they never informed us proactively, leaving us waiting for nothing. And when we confronted them, they said we hadn’t paid and they couldn’t find our order information. So here’s the question — if they couldn’t find our order, how did they know they were out of noodles? I just can't understand how people can operate without using their brains. The dining experience was a disaster. We ordered and waited an hour and a half with no response whatsoever. When we asked the staff about it, they suddenly said that there wasn't enough pasta - but no one told us beforehand. We waited completely in vain. And when we tried to clarify this we were told we hadn't paid and they didn't have an order from us in the system. This begs the question: How could they know that there wasn't enough pasta when they supposedly didn't have our order? It's a mystery to me how one can work like this without reason.

I was there many time always with good experience but this time it was very bad. We had to wait almost 70minutes to get information they couldn’t prepare our orders because they don’t see it in their system…. After that also we got information they don’t have any pasta available…. Really bad experience this time! In Hannover is the worst Vapiano!

Tragedy. At 7 pm there was no pasta and no information about its absence. You can place an order in the system. After 40 minutes of waiting for the order to be delivered, after approaching the cook it turns out that the order will not be fulfilled. After a argument we finally got wholemeal pasta. In Aglio Oilo only the garlic was edible. The rest was disgusting. I do not recommend. Terrible food and service.

They didn't take the order despite the ticket, we waited 40 minutes, then it turned out that they didn't have pasta, and we ordered 12 portions. ..

This place is a joke, service doesn’t exist. We were waiting 70 minutes for our order just to find out that they have run out of pasta and nobody even told or informed us about it! We were waiting for nothing, we only find out because we asked why we are waiting that long. I do not recommend this place at all, it’s better to go to Burger King few meters away, the service will be definitely better. 👎

Once and never again. Spaghetti Bolognese and carbonara, overcooked pasta, leaving a sticky mess in your mouth. This has nothing to do with Italy, absolutely nothing.

What's being sold here as Italian food is a disgrace. I've never eaten such bad pasta in my life, and I didn't get caught off guard!

It's a mystery to me why people go to Vapiano more than once. It's a declaration of war on Italian cuisine. Unbelievable. Not recommended even as a children's birthday party. The only thing that was eaten at our table was the Bolognese

Prices are now at gas station level, but the service is virtually non-existent. The food is okay, but when you look into the kitchen you don't feel really picked up. Upstairs, all the tables are dirty, full of dishes from previous guests, and no one clears up. In addition, there is no area where you can park it yourself. It used to be much better here - the way it is now: never again!

I recently visited this restaurant and I'm sorry to say that my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite the fact that the place wasn't full, I had to wait an extremely long time for my food. When it finally arrived, parts of my order were incorrect and ingredients that I had selected at the terminal were missing, but the employees were unable to provide insight. I didn't like the food itself either, which only added to the disappointment. Overall it was a frustrating visit and I can't say I'll be back. I hope that the restaurant will work on these points in the future to improve guest satisfaction.

Not recommended! Seven of us were there yesterday and ate. The food tasted bad and most of us had a stomach ache afterwards. The new ordering method isn't the smartest either, as everyone had to provide their phone number.

The only nice thing is the location... my scissors broke while cutting the pinsa, why aren't normal pizzas offered??? The pinsa was so incredibly hard, inedible. I believe that you have to eat pasta, otherwise it won't work.

We were there around midday and at first thought it was closed because it was so empty. After we ate we knew why. Orders were not implemented correctly and the pasta was partly overcooked and partly very al dente. Only in an emergency!

The service was nice, the food wasn't even worth a picture! The noodles were soggy and overcooked. When I mentioned it, it was said in the same tone “I’ll pass it on” 🙈😂 my conclusion = just again. Better to go to an honest Italian 😉

New ordering system at the terminal or at the table via cell phone, takes what feels like ages to click through. In addition, we obviously saved on the heating, which means it was cold in the restaurant (at 7 p.m.). I was a regular customer, but now I'm scared 🙎🏻‍♂️

Tasty food. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the delay in cleaning the tables for the next customers.

According to the concept of limited service. Order via app at your seat or at the terminal on the ground floor. The first floor is definitely the nicer place. Food is good and tasty, but not really cheap either. You can also take the food away, order it on site or in advance.

I haven't been here for years and have never been particularly impressed. Today Vapiano actually really convinced me. Lots of vegan options. I had “Crema Funghi Vegan”. Very very tasty, pasta cooked well, sauce very tasty. Prices are relatively high, but portions are very large. Much bigger than expected According to the employees, there are even halal options, it's best to ask again :)

After a long time again in the Vapiano (last 2019). The basic concept has remained the same, the order has changed slightly. But overall everything is still very good (you just have to get used to the new thing). The food has deteriorated a bit in my opinion but is still good and really freshly prepared. Will eat at vapiano more often again.

Like Mc. Donald's, only worse and more expensive. As with all fast food shops, you order at the terminal. When you pay at the terminal you are cheekily asked for a tip. for what? The order is put on a pager and then you can look for a free, reasonably clean table and pick up your food at the pick-up station when the alarm goes off. But you have to pick up drinks separately from the bar opposite. The fact that two dishes + a drink cost just under 40 euros doesn't fit with the service and overall feeling. If you want to order your food at the terminal and pick it up on a tray, you can go to Mc. Donald's better off. If you want to eat a cozy Italian meal for 20 euros per person, you should look for a cozy Italian restaurant in your area. Pizza at Vapiano is now called Pinsa and is only half the size. Dough is a little thicker than a classic pizza, and of course there is only half as much topping on it. The price is the same, a rogue who thinks evil of it. In addition: The feedback from Vapiano that the concept aims to have the food ready for several people at the same time is really effective. Pizza and pasta were next to each other at the same time when picked up. What is again left out is the fact that, at least when I ordered, the pizza was probably ready earlier and was only lukewarm when I picked it up at the counter.

I had dinner with my sister, it was very nice. The people are really friendly!

16€ for bland pasta is crazy and 4€ for a 0.33l cola is more than cheeky, and it was also very cold in the restaurant. We won't be coming back.

The ordering system makes no sense at all. We were told that if we order downstairs everything will be ready at the same time, but three out of seven people had to wait 15 minutes longer than the others. The food was almost cold and the noodles were still quite al dente. Definitely the worst restaurant we've ever been to. The only good thing was the ambience.

I've never waited so long for my food in my life. For one portion of pasta 45 minutes.

Ordering food at the table using a cell phone was chaotic and group ordering didn't work. There are also 2 large ordering terminals like McDonald's. The food only tastes better and it is clean. It used to be really good there, but now it seemed like it was about to close.

2 order machines for the entire restaurant, everyone stands in front of it and you wait like crazy. Dirty tables, long wait for food.

Delicious pasta and nice employees.

Food was delicious. What bothered me were the dirty tables, fruit flies in the restaurant and the fact that the spice holders could have been cleaned. Two of the four toilets were broken. (Schönlanger) There is no service there, I don't need it either. The lunch deal is totally fine for 12.50 including a drink. The portions could be a bit bigger.

We ate there today with our two children and we both had stomach aches. There were a lot of fruit flies in the restaurant while we were eating, which made us suspicious and suggested that the tour was unhygienic. Unfortunately, we no longer eat at this Vapiano.

The delay for dinner made me lose my appetite

I'm one of those people who only rate the food and I have to say that the food tastes really delicious 😋. However, you also have to give the restaurant itself a rating and that wouldn't be good at all. Because you can easily find a lot of dirt that isn't cleaned and that's exactly why it's one star less. Nevertheless, I would recommend the restaurant because I only care about the taste of the dish and as I said, it tastes delicious 👍.

There are plenty of park options nearby that are easy to find. There are places outside and inside the staff is friendly, nice and very helpful. We were there with 2 children, it was great, the food was delicious and prepared quickly.

There is no service, wrong coffee, wrong food (which was made again) and no good food. Expensive... dirty, sticky tables, when asked they were wiped down and it was still just as sticky, I don't want to know what was on the cloth... price/performance catastrophe... I really don't know what my sister always recommends to me. First cowwork and now that. :/

Delicious food but the system of ordering food through a QR is a delay.

Today I spontaneously went to eat at Vapiano again after a long time with my daughter. Food has to be ordered via the app or terminal. We had to wait a very long time for the food. Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. The pasta was far from al dente and was very sticky. It was unpleasant to eat. There was almost no meat on my plate, but given the prices that are now being charged, that should be adequate. The portions are also much too small. We didn't like it and we said so. Still we had to pay the full price. They won't see us again as customers!!!

I went to dinner with my mother today and I have to say I'm really very disappointed. Our noodles were extremely sticky and my mom only had 6 tiny pieces of beef in her noodles. We also had to wait a really long time before we could eat (I don't know that from before). I like to eat Italian and am therefore extremely disappointed with what has become of the store, it used to be much better. The receptionist was really nice and also asked whether it was tasty (which we unfortunately had to say no) and, despite the complaint, thanked us for saying so openly. She will pass it on to the shift manager and the cooks (hope something really happens). But from my current point of view, I unfortunately have to say that I won't eat there again for the money and the small portions. I'm sorry, but you've been better before.

Vapiano is alive... I don't think much of the order terminals. Ordering at the table is easier. Staff was super nice!

The meal took forever, the noodles were more than al dente and the portions were rather small portions. I'll also add a few pictures of this unclean environment. There was dirt from several days (or even longer) in the lamp holders. The tables have been crumbled, but wiping them with a damp cloth leaves the cloth dirty. Sauce from that time hangs under the lamps and the walls are just tattered. Whoever writes here “the atmosphere is great”, I would like to know, which restaurant did you go to? I was drawn to eat here for the first and last time.

It was just great again, the service staff put a smile on your face as soon as you walked in. The chefs, as always, are wonderfully committed, friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy coming back.

We were greeted warmly at the door. There were short instructions and then we were able to order at the counter... the drinks were quickly ready for pick up at the bar and the food didn't take long to arrive. It hasn't been there for a while, ordering no longer works as usual...the new self-service terminal system is cumbersome...the prices have become extremely expensive!! And then self-service! I ordered a Cesa salad when I paid and thought I miscalculated, so expensive...far more than any good Italian restaurant without self-service! And then I had to wait another 20 minutes...true, the last time I was there...For the prices I go to the restaurant and place the order comfortably at the table...

Lousy pizza or pinza as they call it. Service also miserable spaghetti mediocre level now nothing to do with the old shop will probably have to close to understand that it no longer exists

So the noodles were still hard, cigarette butts everywhere and just very unclean. Staff nice. Ordering can only be done at the terminal, the QR code didn't work and menus were only available in English. Overall, unfortunately not really recommended!

Cold lasagna, no Lillet despite being offered, staff sometimes unfriendly and can't even calculate change. Not to mention the lack of service. Toilets dirty, no soap, partly demolished cabin. The inside of the cutlery tray is all sticky.

The menu has been completely slashed. When ordering at the self-service terminal, the EC machine asks me to leave a tip before I have even come into contact with a single employee. Service for this is not available, the nice herbal decorations from before are no longer necessary. Benches dirty, the leather torn in places. The tables are sticky, although the gentleman who clears the tables seems to be the only one who really takes his job seriously and wipes every table thoroughly. Waited a long time for a small order even though the store was very empty. Complete chaos at the serving counter and at the bar. "Forgotten" children's meal, instead of Bolognese I got a vegetable mash with overcooked rocket, mushrooms and traces of meat, forgotten the specially ordered toppings, served on the wrong type of pasta. I gave up trying to get this corrected after there was similar chaos at the neighboring table and it got worse with every complaint. Conversation not possible because the music is so loud that you have to shout at each other. Two out of four women's toilets are permanently closed, you look in vain for soap dispensers or towel paper, the water from the tap is a thin trickle, but everything else is flooded and filled with rubbish. That was our last attempt.

The food no longer tastes good and is overpriced

We ordered our pasta and drinks there using the cell phone ordering system. Except for paying, everything went great and easy. Unfortunately, there was no option to pay via Paypal when paying and when we tried using Appelpay it unfortunately didn't work, which is why we had to do it using the credit card function. The food was delicious as we already knew it from previous visits. We sat outside where the atmosphere was really nice and you could sit there and relax.

The Vapiano is centrally located in Hanover city center. We sat outside during our lunch break, it was very cozy. In addition, the service was great and the food was delicious (pasta al dente) and the order was brought quickly. We will be back.

Service 1 star because at least the table is cleared. Otherwise everything is self-service. Ordering is only possible at 2 terminals; due to the variety, this can quickly become a bottleneck. Ambiance is good so far. Portions are very manageable for the price, the spelled pasta was more than just al dente. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all.

The Vapiano is now officially Fastfood Italia, unfortunately I didn't find the food as tasty as in L' Osteria, for example, and considering that you have to order at the terminal, pick up the food yourself and also the drinks, I think the corresponding prices are quite high . I didn't like it that much. There are better alternatives in the price range. Plus point: the staff was very nice.

There were Parmesan crumbs and leftovers from the previous person on the dining table. After we asked the waiter to clean the table, he took a napkin from the neighboring table and wiped it loosely. The dirt was still there, but he just shrugged his shoulders. The toilets in the basement were messy: one toilet completely clogged with paper and the next one flooded. There are dirty sprinkles of grease or something similar right next to the table on the wall. Overall, the hygiene and cleanliness there spoils your appetite. We left again without ordering.

The food is quite good, as is the ambience, but the food also has its price... but you definitely can't talk about service here, there are plates with leftover food everywhere, the tables are dirty and sticky. The ordering system may be practical, but you also have to wait quite a long time when it gets busier. So I'm definitely not coming back. Because here you are far from a nice and relaxed visit to a restaurant with friends.

Ordering at the terminal made us feel a bit like we were at McDonalds. The food came relatively quickly, but unfortunately it didn't score. Cacio e pepe were tasteless, no trace of the promised cheese in the sauce. And Chicken Alfredo would have liked salt and pepper too. In addition, the noodles were a bit too firm to the bite and could have been cooked a little longer. The lunch deal is a good price though

It's wearing off more and more. I ordered the feta basil pasta. With a lot of chili but I had to look for it. Then my pasta was supposed to contain spring onions, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes but none of these components were included in the pasta

The location is great, in the middle of the city. The staff tried very hard, but the waiting time dragged the overall average down significantly. Unfortunately I'm not happy with the price-performance ratio either. The food was, as usual, very good.

I have to say a lot of praise to the manager of the store, I was waiting at the TK health insurance company this morning. They opened it because I was disabled and couldn't stand for long, so the boss put the bench down for me and needed a cafe for me. I was very happy and I was also very grateful, I take my hat off to a person like that and that's all I can say. Please treat each other with respect again, without being arrogant or ignoring people. If you see a person who needs a little help, don't look away, go to the people and help each other. I would like to thank you very much for your help and the respectful treatment. Been there during a vacation. The nice gentleman at the bar and cash register explained the ordering system very nicely. As a village child you don't know everything yet. The food was ready quite quickly and very tasty. It could have been a little more. Otherwise there is nothing wrong with it. You could also sit outside.

We have always enjoyed staying here, but have now had repeated bad experiences. There was no pasta because there was a technical problem. We then decided on Pinsa - it took a long time to make them, two out of three Pinsas lay under a heat lamp for ages and ended up almost cold (also very firm and tough), the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused... Prices very high - Unfortunately it was a waste of money for what was offered...

It would be nice if the process at the terminal was better explained to you on your first visit. // Some of the tables were pretty dirty. I just mentioned it briefly when paying. The background music was a bit too loud for me personally. The food, however, was really tasty.

That was the first time I ate at Vapiano and the last. It was so terrible. The noodles were not cooked through and were still hard. I had a stone in my stomach all evening!!!! Never again

Italian food at its best shows, i was amazed with the flavours and tastes. We ordered 5 different dishes and all were great. Do not miss this fabioulas restaurant

The environment is nice and the self-service panels are very efficient, however, the Orders took more than 40 minutes to come out. It is clearly seen that the staff delivering orders are lost during delivery. The dish I ordered was missing an ingredient and I had to return with the dish to be completed. Cleaning tables takes too long. Experience of this Vapiano was not good.

Unfortunately, Vapiano has become incredibly bad. We had a pinsa. The quality and taste is super bad. The dough tastes like crispbread... the ingredients on top are just soggy and the cheese isn't tasty. Used to be one of our favorite stores - we will never go there again.

Food rubbish, prices outrageous, service non-existent. Tables rancid and not wiped, toilets disgusting.

Very tasty food, nice atmosphere at reasonable prices. Very friendly courteous staff. Food was prepared quickly.

The lasagne was only lukewarm. Seating quite uncomfortable. Orders must be placed on two existing touch displays. The whole thing is very reminiscent of American fast food chains. However, Vapiano charges restaurant prices without offering the same service. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all.

Unfortunately it has worn off a lot and doesn't taste like it used to.
