Cold lasagna, no Lillet despite being offered, staff sometimes unfriendly and can't even calculate change. Not to mention the lack of service. Toilets dirty, no soap, partly demolished cabin. The inside of the cutlery tray is all sticky.

The menu has been completely slashed. When ordering at the self-service terminal, the EC machine asks me to leave a tip before I have even come into contact with a single employee. Service for this is not available, the nice herbal decorations from before are no longer necessary. Benches dirty, the leather torn in places. The tables are sticky, although the gentleman who clears the tables seems to be the only one who really takes his job seriously and wipes every table thoroughly. Waited a long time for a small order even though the store was very empty. Complete chaos at the serving counter and at the bar. "Forgotten" children's meal, instead of Bolognese I got a vegetable mash with overcooked rocket, mushrooms and traces of meat, forgotten the specially ordered toppings, served on the wrong type of pasta. I gave up trying to get this corrected after there was similar chaos at the neighboring table and it got worse with every complaint. Conversation not possible because the music is so loud that you have to shout at each other. Two out of four women's toilets are permanently closed, you look in vain for soap dispensers or towel paper, the water from the tap is a thin trickle, but everything else is flooded and filled with rubbish. That was our last attempt.

The food no longer tastes good and is overpriced

We ordered our pasta and drinks there using the cell phone ordering system. Except for paying, everything went great and easy. Unfortunately, there was no option to pay via Paypal when paying and when we tried using Appelpay it unfortunately didn't work, which is why we had to do it using the credit card function. The food was delicious as we already knew it from previous visits. We sat outside where the atmosphere was really nice and you could sit there and relax.

The Vapiano is centrally located in Hanover city center. We sat outside during our lunch break, it was very cozy. In addition, the service was great and the food was delicious (pasta al dente) and the order was brought quickly. We will be back.

Service 1 star because at least the table is cleared. Otherwise everything is self-service. Ordering is only possible at 2 terminals; due to the variety, this can quickly become a bottleneck. Ambiance is good so far. Portions are very manageable for the price, the spelled pasta was more than just al dente. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all.

Lovely food at reasonable prices in pleasant surroundings.

The Vapiano is now officially Fastfood Italia, unfortunately I didn't find the food as tasty as in L' Osteria, for example, and considering that you have to order at the terminal, pick up the food yourself and also the drinks, I think the corresponding prices are quite high . I didn't like it that much. There are better alternatives in the price range. Plus point: the staff was very nice.

There were Parmesan crumbs and leftovers from the previous person on the dining table. After we asked the waiter to clean the table, he took a napkin from the neighboring table and wiped it loosely. The dirt was still there, but he just shrugged his shoulders. The toilets in the basement were messy: one toilet completely clogged with paper and the next one flooded. There are dirty sprinkles of grease or something similar right next to the table on the wall. Overall, the hygiene and cleanliness there spoils your appetite. We left again without ordering.

The food is quite good, as is the ambience, but the food also has its price... but you definitely can't talk about service here, there are plates with leftover food everywhere, the tables are dirty and sticky. The ordering system may be practical, but you also have to wait quite a long time when it gets busier. So I'm definitely not coming back. Because here you are far from a nice and relaxed visit to a restaurant with friends.

Ordering at the terminal made us feel a bit like we were at McDonalds. The food came relatively quickly, but unfortunately it didn't score. Cacio e pepe were tasteless, no trace of the promised cheese in the sauce. And Chicken Alfredo would have liked salt and pepper too. In addition, the noodles were a bit too firm to the bite and could have been cooked a little longer. The lunch deal is a good price though

It's wearing off more and more. I ordered the feta basil pasta. With a lot of chili but I had to look for it. Then my pasta was supposed to contain spring onions, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes but none of these components were included in the pasta

The location is great, in the middle of the city. The staff tried very hard, but the waiting time dragged the overall average down significantly. Unfortunately I'm not happy with the price-performance ratio either. The food was, as usual, very good.

I have to say a lot of praise to the manager of the store, I was waiting at the TK health insurance company this morning. They opened it because I was disabled and couldn't stand for long, so the boss put the bench down for me and needed a cafe for me. I was very happy and I was also very grateful, I take my hat off to a person like that and that's all I can say. Please treat each other with respect again, without being arrogant or ignoring people. If you see a person who needs a little help, don't look away, go to the people and help each other. I would like to thank you very much for your help and the respectful treatment. Been there during a vacation. The nice gentleman at the bar and cash register explained the ordering system very nicely. As a village child you don't know everything yet. The food was ready quite quickly and very tasty. It could have been a little more. Otherwise there is nothing wrong with it. You could also sit outside.

We have always enjoyed staying here, but have now had repeated bad experiences. There was no pasta because there was a technical problem. We then decided on Pinsa - it took a long time to make them, two out of three Pinsas lay under a heat lamp for ages and ended up almost cold (also very firm and tough), the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused... Prices very high - Unfortunately it was a waste of money for what was offered...

It would be nice if the process at the terminal was better explained to you on your first visit. // Some of the tables were pretty dirty. I just mentioned it briefly when paying. The background music was a bit too loud for me personally. The food, however, was really tasty.

Can't be compared with the other branches, everything was dirty, table lamps, the tables themselves, just creepy.

That was the first time I ate at Vapiano and the last. It was so terrible. The noodles were not cooked through and were still hard. I had a stone in my stomach all evening!!!! Never again

Italian food at its best shows, i was amazed with the flavours and tastes. We ordered 5 different dishes and all were great. Do not miss this fabioulas restaurant

The environment is nice and the self-service panels are very efficient, however, the Orders took more than 40 minutes to come out. It is clearly seen that the staff delivering orders are lost during delivery. The dish I ordered was missing an ingredient and I had to return with the dish to be completed. Cleaning tables takes too long. Experience of this Vapiano was not good.

Unfortunately, Vapiano has become incredibly bad. We had a pinsa. The quality and taste is super bad. The dough tastes like crispbread... the ingredients on top are just soggy and the cheese isn't tasty. Used to be one of our favorite stores - we will never go there again.

Food rubbish, prices outrageous, service non-existent. Tables rancid and not wiped, toilets disgusting.

The lasagne was only lukewarm. Seating quite uncomfortable. Orders must be placed on two existing touch displays. The whole thing is very reminiscent of American fast food chains. However, Vapiano charges restaurant prices without offering the same service. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all.

Unfortunately it has worn off a lot and doesn't taste like it used to.

They changed owner and it is the worse food experience one can now have. Pinsa instead of Pizza! What a shame. Do not go if you are looking for a good pizza or pasta or salad... In reply to the reply: the dough came pre-made & frozen from a box. It was very thick and not fluffy or really crispy at all. In reality, it tasted stale and was chewy. I cannot at all recommend this whatever it was supposed to be. Vapiano had a great product (Pizza and concept!!) as it was before it was changed and it is sad that new ownership destroyed that.

So the service has really deteriorated. Man waits way too long for food. Spaghetti was ordered. Otherwise it tastes good.

Contactless ordering at the machine is extremely easy and makes the ordering process much easier. This makes eating out less stressful, especially for people who have difficulty with social interactions. You can sit here together or take your food to go. For a quick and tasty meal, Vapiano is exactly the right choice Addition: At the window seat above you can really watch random people on the street. Is a recommended activity while waiting for food

Unfortunately the food took a long time because there weren't enough staff here...

Unfortunately, today was the last time we ate with you! We ordered the same noodles as always but unfortunately they were cold and stuck to each other, were partly torn and looked really unappetizing and didn't taste good either. We then complained about the noodles and got new ones. Unfortunately exactly the same again 🥲 Didn't eat the noodles. We complained at the checkout but still had to pay.

So in itself it was pretty nice but unfortunately the food wasn't very good. In addition, the girls next to us had their cell phones stolen by a strange man who was begging for money. I find it difficult.

Just walk a few meters further to the nearest real restaurant! Unfortunately, the food is no longer as good as it used to be, there is no pizza anymore, but there is "Pinsa", which costs the same but is only half as big and only half as tasty. When I was there, something was broken and so there was no pasta. The system is still the same old confusing Vapiano system, drinks and desserts are ordered and brought to the table but the food has to be ordered and picked up from the kitchen itself (???). When we asked if we could also order food at the table, we were told that it would be "too big of a mess"... Don't ask me. In any case, it can't be due to a lack of staff, the whole "restaurant" is full of waitresses who hang around in every corner and wait for work, but then only do so half-heartedly. Our table was decorated with a wilted pot of basil and a full ashtray... So you have the feel of a bad fast food restaurant for the price of a middle class store... How this concept works is a mystery to me. In the end, the food was okay, but definitely not worth the price. I can only advise against tiramisu for €5.95 - they brought me a tiny jar with a brown cream that tasted very strongly of coffee... What about tiramisu someone has to explain to me.

I was there with my children 4 weeks ago. At first a bit confused about the ordering terminals, a nice service employee quickly came and said we could also order from him at the checkout. No sooner said than done - the food came quickly and was delicious. We will be back! The children's portions were a bit "mini" - certainly enough for 2 to 4 year olds. My children (8 and 11) were still hungry afterwards, so I had to order more. But everything was super tasty and the price for the children's menu was okay too.

Pinsa was far too dry, the dough felt like it was getting more and more in your mouth. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. I prefer my Italian restaurant around the corner with table service and perfect pizza 🍕

Great ambience, great food, everything was great

The food was extremely poor, very watery and tasteless, which was different 1-2 years ago. Despite ordering yourself, the people there are totally overwhelmed and slow. For the price, I'd rather go out for a “reasonable” Italian meal.

It was even better back then because unfortunately there are no gluten-free pasta anymore. Very unfortunate. But otherwise very tasty. Just always very crowded

After two years, stopped by the Vapiano Hannover city center again. When ordering at the terminal you felt like you were at McDonalds, after all the pictures of the dishes whetted your appetite. Ordering wasn't relaxing because people were waiting behind us (there are only 2 terminals!). We wanted to look for a place on the upper floor, but all the tables hadn't been cleared. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as tasty as the pictures promised, the ambience was like a year ago, just dirtier overall. Conclusion: I used to enjoy going to Vapiano, today was the last time... no longer recommended.

All in all OK. Even if Vapiano unfortunately no longer has the flair it used to have.

Portionen könnten ein bisschen größer sein.

Essen ist gut, ist ohne allzu lange Wartezeit abholbar. Service kann leider nicht wirklich bewertet werden, da man für teures Geld seine Bestellungen selber abholen darf/muss. Einzig das Personal am Empfang, sowie den "Geschirrabräumer" kann man mit einem super Service bewerten.

Das Essen war okay. Ich hatte Pasta mit Rinderfilet-Streifen. Das Fleisch war zu trocken. Für mein zwei Jährigen haben wir aus dem Kindermenü Pasta bestellt und wollten ein wenig Rinderfilet-Streifen dazu haben. Es waren wirklich nicht viele Streifen auf dem Teller, dafür wurde aber der volle Preis angerechnet. Finde ich ehrlicherweise Frech für so wenig den vollen Preis zu zahlen.

Leckere Pasta, Pizza und andere italienische Spezialitäten für niedrigen Preis.

Nach eigenen Angaben des Mitarbeiters nur ein Mitarbeiter, der für oben und unten für das Abräumen und Reinigen der Plätze da ist. Das kann nicht funktionieren. Plätze werden nur abgeräumt und der Dreck / die Krümel vom Vorgänger bleiben liegen. Das ist nicht lecker. Nur zwei Service-Terminals, wo sich die Besucher stauen. Warten aufs Essen ( 1 x Pasta) hat fast 30 min gedauert. Vapiano ist nicht mehr das, was es war.

Ich muss sagen lange wartezeit bis man sein Essen bekommt teure Preise aber sehr teuer

Due to the complex seating arrangement, it's always a bit challenging to find a suitable place for a large group. Service times have extended a bit, and resolving this issue is necessary. However, the atmosphere is the usual Vapiano charm, simply great!

Entspanntes Ambiente und Qualität, die überzeugt Bei meinem letzten Besuch bei Vapiano war ich wieder einmal beeindruckt von der entspannten und modernen Atmosphäre des Restaurants. Die freundlichen Menschen rundherum trugen zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis bei und passten perfekt zum Ambiente. Das Essen, insbesondere meine Linguine mit Sahnesoße, Rindfleisch, Knoblauch und Pilzen, war hervorragend. Die Qualität des Essens war wie gewohnt hoch, alles schmeckte frisch und war ansprechend zubereitet. Ein besonderes Highlight war der zuvorkommende Service. Wir durften den Wein probieren, bevor wir ihn bestellten, was eine sehr hilfreiche Geste war und uns bei der Entscheidung unterstützte. Obwohl Vapiano kürzlich die Preise erhöht hat, finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis immer noch angemessen, besonders wenn man die generelle Preisentwicklung in der Umgebung berücksichtigt. Das Selbstbedienungskonzept von Vapiano, bei dem man sein Essen selbst abholt, ist für mich kein Problem. Tatsächlich genieße ich die Flexibilität und den geringeren Zeitdruck, den es bietet. Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass die stimmige Atmosphäre mir ein wunderbares Date ermöglichte. Ich würde Vapiano definitiv weiterempfehlen, da man hier Qualität und guten Service erhält, ohne lange warten oder reservieren zu müssen.

Die Qualität des Essens wird immer und immer schlechter und der Service ist ne Katastrophe 😔

Abzug gibts bei mir bezügl. des Selfservice Konzepts. das ist halt nichts für mich. das Essen war sehr gut, besonders der Salat, zentrale Lage.

Typisches VAPIANO Restaurant, sehr stilvolle Einrichtung mit einer tollen Stimmung. Die Bestellung ist über große Tablets möglich. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. :)

Leckerste Kürbis Pasta die ich jemals hatte 👍 und das Ambiente hat dazu eingeladen die Zeit zu vergessen und sich mal wieder super zu unterhalten. Die Bedienung war freundlich, und auch genügend Leute da, dass es alles echt schnell ging vom Service. Gerne wieder 🥰

Geschmack super. Mir aber zuviel Quatsch: kein Kellner, mussten runter gehen zum Bestellen, nochmal zum Getränke Bestellen, nochmal zum Essen Abholen. Pizza mit Schere schneiden. Und dann noch knackige Preise. Ganz schlimmes Konzept. Nicht Meins. Sorry.

Das Essen hatte die gewohnte und erwartete Qualität, preislich ok. Personal ist halt wie fast überall so ein Thema. Also alle die da waren, waren durchweg nett und hilfsbereit, aber teilweise zu wenig. Die Bestellung hat man schon großteils durch Bestellterminals ersetzt, ich habe es aber vorgezogen persönlich zu bestellen, was auch ging. Das Abräumen der Tische hat leider etwas auf sich warten lassen, war aber auch ok. Vapiano ist immer ein guter Anlaufpunkt für ein "schnelles" Essen mit "modernem" Touch. Kann ich weiterempfehlen 👍🏻

Also... Schöner Laden. Besonders oben die Sitzecken. Man hat genug Platz, so dass man nicht die anderen Gäste stört oder man unfreiwillig deren Gespräch mitbekommt. Pinsa, die neue Pizza von Vapiano ist einfach nur ekelhaft. Sehr dicker Teig. Der Belag reicht nicht für die dicke der "Pizza" aus, man hat nur Teig im Mund. Sparen ist nicht immer vorteilhaft Bin echt enttäuscht von dem neuen Vapiano Konzept. Ich wurde an der Kasse gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, ich erklärte das Problem. Sie waren auch freundlich und verstanden meine Meinung, haben mich aber voll bezahlen lassen. Man hätte das eleganter regeln können. Zb Dessert, Getränk oder einen kleinen Gutschein wegen der Reklamation. Alles in einem.. ok, aber würde nie wieder Pizza im vapiano essen. Bzw "Pinsa". 2 Sterne Essen.

Mein erstes Mal generell bei Vapiano, und ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, es ist total toll hier. Leckeres Essen, große Auswahl und netter Service.

Essen war sehr lecker. Das System mit bestellen und abholen sehr gut durchdacht.

Essen von der Stange, lieblos zubereitet und preislich eher unangemessen. Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten, uns hat es nicht geschmeckt. Vapiano, klingt nach, - hier mache ich zukünftig einen Bogen drum.

Sehr lecker, tolles Abmietende und freundliches Personal!

Vorweg, die Köche haben ihren Job gut gemacht. Der Rest war mies. Der Typ, der unsere Bestellung aufnahm, wusste nichts mehr von unserer bestellten Vorspeise und den Getränken. Beim Bezahlen wollte ebenfalls dieser Herr uns um 3 Euro prellen. Was richtig mies war, dass der Abräumer seine Tabletts an unserem Tisch zusammengestellte damit er nur 1 x laufen muss. Dabei telefonierte er. Am Nebentisch war alles frei. Da hätte er das gut tun können ohne unser Essen zu stören. Und der "Chef" (der zuvor die Bestellung aufnahm) sah das und unternahm nichts. Fazit: Gutes Personal ist schwer zu finden. 5 Sterne für das Essen und die Köche

Wir waren seit vielen Jahren wieder dort essen. Wir wurden von einer Mitarbeiterin empfangen, haben zwei Chipkarten bekommen und mussten unser Essen mühevoll über ein Terminal bestellen, an welchem die Schlange sehr lang war. Nach fast 20 Minuten Wartezeit, konnten wir unser Essen auch bestellen. Aber uns hat fast der Schlag getroffen. Das Essen ist sehr teuer geworden. Und hat das Niveau eines guten Italieners. Nachdem wir das Essen bestellt hatten, haben wir unsere Getränke an einer Bar erhalten und haben uns einen Platz gesucht. Fast alle Tische waren nicht sauber, haben geklebt und waren voller Essenkrümel. Als das Essen fertig war, hat unser Sensor geklingelt und wir konnten das Essen holen. Dies war für den Preis leider nicht zu empfehlen. Es war nicht wirklich warm und auch die Zusammensetzung hat nicht geschmeckt. Während wir gegessen haben, hat ein Mitarbeiter mit wenig liebe schnell mit der flachen Hand über die Tische gewischt und das war's. Auch die Toiletten waren leider nicht sauber. Ich muss sagen, dieses Lokal hat leider sehr abgebaut und ich kann es nicht mehr empfehlen. Schade. Früher waren wir Stammgäste.

Service gibt es in dem Sinne ja nicht, alles auf Selbstbedienung und Selber abholen ^^ Essen war lecker und ein Mittagsmenü mit Getränk 12,50€ vollkommen in Ordnung! Leider ist die Portion Parmesan sehr klein gewesen :)

Essen ist immer wieder top. Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, aber durch den Order Point nicht sehr relevant.
