You should definitely visit this restaurant. The employees are friendly, quick and courteous. The food is delicious. There is absolutely nothing that could be done better.

Food was ok. Service bad, we were 6 individuals, ate and drank. When I wanted to pay, I was presented with the total bill. When I told the waiter that we were paying separately, he gave me the bill with the words: "Work out what you have to pay for yourself!" I almost took my glasses out of my pocket to comply with his request. As a “punishment” I had to follow him to the counter despite paying in cash and was only given a receipt with a groan. Strange setvice.

Super delicious food! No matter what you order, everything tastes great. The restaurant is modern and tastefully decorated and you can have a good conversation and understand each other even when it is full.

When the outside temperature was 15 degrees, we asked if we could sit outside (covered and surrounded by a glass facade). The employee refused because, according to his own statements, it was too cold for him (although he only had to bring out the food). I would estimate the temperature outside (covered and surrounded by a glass facade) to be at least 17 degrees that day. So we were placed inside. I turned off the lamp at the table because it was too bright for me. This was turned on twice by waiters as we walked past, without asking whether we even wanted it. By the way, this lamp is completely out of place on the table, as the tables are far too small when the food and drinks arrive. The waiter who took the orders was extremely curt and didn't make a face. It seemed like he wanted to get this process over with as quickly as possible. Then after about three minutes the bread arrived, which we began to eat with olive oil. Just two minutes later the real food arrived (calzone and scampi pasta). The food came a maximum of five (!) minutes after ordering. The advantage, of course, is that you can start eating as quickly as possible. However, in my opinion, serving a meal within five minutes of placing the order is simply inauthentic. I can understand that with the calzone, it probably only took a few minutes in the stone oven. When it comes to the pasta, however, it can be said that it was definitely NOT freshly prepared. It is simply impossible to cook a pasta dish in five minutes, even an aglio e olio and even more so a scampi pasta. We felt like we were in a crowd, ate quickly and then asked for the bill as quickly as possible so that we could leave the restaurant immediately. Good service, relaxed food and above all authenticity feels different to me. I would think twice about going here again, especially since the prices really aren't worth the really dismal service.

Leider entsprach die Qualität des Essens und der Getränke nicht meinen Erwartungen, und ich möchte Ihnen einige Details zu den Problemen mitteilen, die ich erlebt habe. Essen: Die Pasta war nicht al dente, sondern viel zu weich und daher ungenießbar. Die Bedienung: sehr desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Ich hatte große Erwartungen an Ihr Restaurant aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen, die ich gelesen hatte. Leider wurden diese Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Ich hoffe, dass Sie diese Probleme ernst nehmen und Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Qualität Ihres Essens und Ihrer Getränke zu verbessern.

The greeting from the staff was more than unfriendly. On a warm summer day we weren't allowed to sit outside because there were two of us and there were only tables for four available on the terrace. In order to make more profit by having four people, they were probably kept free. The prices are absolutely overpriced for what you get in terms of taste. The fact that an additional €2 is charged for Parmesan is the crowning glory. We're definitely not coming back!

I came to this restaurant again. I can say that it is the best restaurant in Hannover, the staff is fantastic, polite, the food is very tasty and the prices are good for the quality offered.

The restaurant was full for a Saturday evening and there weren't enough staff. We weren't served. We asked the restaurant manager several times to bring us the cards or take our order, but he preferred to be busy with other things.

Das Ambiente ist schön und die Begrüßung war freundlich. Mit dem Aperitif (Negroni) kam allerdings zeitgleich die restliche Bestellung (Chianti Classico, Ravioli Chefina und kleines Wasser) so, dass man diesen gar nicht in Ruhe geniessen konnte. Der Wein war zu warm und die Ravioli waren geschmacklos. Als ich bezahlte (aufgrund der Mängel ohne Trinkgeld) hielt der Kellner es noch nicht einmal für notwendig, sich zu bedanken.

Totally unfriendly for children!! They didn't want to open the double entrance doors for our wide stroller and told us to leave it on the street. Then they opened the door, it took exactly 2 seconds. When we were already inside, they were totally inflexible with the children's chair. Never again.

13.90 for the simplest of all simple dishes: spagetti aglio olio... that alone is an outrage (well now standard in many restaurants... because we stupid Germans also pay the horror price) but that's not enough the desired parmesan (which is automatically included in a decent restaurant) for another 2 euros on top. Impudence! The noodles are also a little too aldente...ok, a matter of taste.... No matter, I often spend the night on Tiergartenstrasse on business and just ate there for the first and last time. Thank you !

I have to say that this restaurant disappointed me on a human level. I reserved a table, but I have to say that I forgot to ask if we could come with our two labradors. When we arrived we were told that only one dog was allowed and that we should have asked about this when making the reservation. Yes, we should have said this to a customer in such an unfriendly way, in front of all the other guests, I felt it was humiliating. There was a long chatter about how they don't actually allow dogs, but since the owner of the restaurant is on site, he would allow a dog. The reason why he isn't allowed two is that the guests should feel comfortable and if the barking starts, it will be disruptive. Then we left again. While we were standing outside and looking for an alternative, the owner came to us again and wanted to explain again why and why and that he leaves his dog at home. And then my patience broke, such aggressive behavior, I just told him that children are often more disruptive and often don't behave in contrast to most dogs. I have no problem with the fact that a restaurant doesn't want dogs, it's house law, but saying only one is bullshit. You're not just a little pregnant. I was simply bothered by the way it was handled. Since I'm the type of person who reacts emotionally, the owner immediately caught me off guard. You don't offend customers like that. But if you read the restaurant's responses to negative reviews, you can see what makes the owner tick. We then went to another restaurant, had a good meal there between the three of us and were treated decently.

And again perfect service, excellent food and a super nice restaurant... and all this even though every table was at maximum capacity. An absolute recommendation!!! Not exactly cheap, but given the service and quality, it's totally okay. And now again perfect for sitting outside in the summer... holiday feeling included. Thanks again for the great evening!!!

We had 2 pizzas that felt like they were there as soon as we ordered them, both were delicious, but the VierKäse pizza was really excellent. The coffee is incredibly delicious and anyone who likes to drink coffee and enjoys it should try one there.

My calzone pizza was the worst I've had so far. 1. I waited an hour for it 2. it was black in many places 3. quite cold, as it had apparently been finished for a while 4. very creative, with dripping spinach but no ham or tomatoes 5. tasted so bad that I dared to tell the waiter when he asked. 6. Instead of an apology, all that came was: it was your own fault. In the end I told him that he obviously didn't want me to come back. I won't either. It's a shame, because Lucca used to be good.

First visit: not really a friendly greeting in a restaurant that was only half full, waiting far too long for the menu. After ordering, the drinks arrive quickly, as does the food. The spaghetti alio/olio/peperocini was almost unsalted and not at all spicy, the pizza capriciosa had good toppings but was limp, the salami picante pizza, which was ordered extra dark, was also not at all spicy, but baked well, fine. After requesting the invoice nothing happens, only when I ask again the invoice arrives far too late. Nice ambience of the restaurant, but that's not enough. The service is busy talking to each other.

Das Restaurant ist sehr groß und wirkt zunächst wie eine unpersönliche Halle. Der freundliche Service kompensiert das schnell. Das Essen, sowohl Fisch als auch Fleisch, waren von sehr guter Qualität. Auch die offenen Weine (Primitivo und Lugana) waren gut.

There were six of us eating here, the shop was really full in the evening, unfortunately a bit loud at first and generally too warm in the shop. All pizzas were of average quality, quite large and richly topped, but not impressive. In terms of price, the restaurant is in the upper class, so you're leaving a lot of money here, you should know that. From my experience, there are some better quality Italian restaurants in Hanover. The service also still has room for improvement.

Absolute enrichment for Kirchrode but it has become quite expensive. Food and service are good, at least antipasti, pizza and pasta. For meat and fish dishes I would prefer other restaurants.

Price-performance ratio is not right

My absolute favorite when it comes to pasta. The spaghetti a la carbonara in particular is prepared according to the original Italian recipe, which I have very rarely seen in an Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is also very cozy and inviting. A visit is highly recommended.

The bruschetta starter and the pizza were very good, but not exceptional. However, the beef fillet was outstanding. Served with Parma ham chips and mashed potatoes/pumpkin, it tasted sensational and really filled me up. Was on the daily menu and not in the normal menu. The fillet alone is of course expensive (around 40 euros), so the overall price was high. Service was okay, atmosphere chic and modern. The fillet alone is worth a 5-star rating for me. Would go again and try something else from the daily menu.

Of the few Italian restaurants visited, this is perhaps the only one not Germanised, from the plating to the flavours. A welcoming and fresh environment. Very good pizza. Top!

Wir sind oft im Lucca. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Service IMMER freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente sehr angenehm. Die Preise sind etwas gehoben, bei dem Geschmack und der netten Atmosphäre zahle ich das aber gerne. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren am Samstag das erste mal im Restaurant Lucca, welches eine authentische italienische kulinarische Erfahrung bietet. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und das herzliche Personal schaffen eine einladende Umgebung. Die vielfältige Speisekarte bietet eine breite Palette traditioneller italienischer Gerichte, von köstlichen Pasta-Gerichten bis hin zu leckeren Pizzen. Die frischen Zutaten und die sorgfältige Zubereitung spiegeln die Qualität der Speisen wider. Die Weinauswahl ist ebenfalls beeindruckend und trägt dazu bei, das gastronomische Erlebnis zu vervollständigen. Ein Besuch im Restaurant Lucca verspricht einen genussvollen Abend mit einem Hauch von Italien. Stilvolle Einrichtung, sehr leckeres Essen, schönes Geschirr und freundlicher Service. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Leider gibt es keine Lasagne mehr, die war immer sehr köstlich.

Mit dem Geschäftsführer als Dirigenten ist das Restaurant mit den Angestellten wie ein eingespieltes Orchester. Wir waren heute mit 3 Kollegen im Ristorante Lucca essen. Gleich auf am Eingang wurden wir nett empfangen und wurden direkt zu unserem Tisch begleitet. Vorab hatten wir unspektakulär Wasser als Aperitif. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Lachs Tatar und zum Hauptgang hatten wir aus der Empfehlungskarte Surf and Turf (Ribeye Steak und Gambas Garnelen mit Süßkartoffelpüree) und Trüffel Tagliolini, wobei letzteres vor den Augen im Parmesanlaibwagen zubereitet wurde. Vom geschmacklichen Anrichten, Menge und Qualität der Speisen ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis top. Ich muss sagen, dass das Essen mich noch mehr überzeugt hatte als eingeschätzt war und ich war wie beim Essen als auch vom Service positiv überrascht. Die Servicekräfte hatten das perfekte Auge für den Tisch. Die waren nicht aufdringlich, aber waren immer bemüht und somit war alles adäquat. Genau wie ich es mir vorstelle. Als Nachspeise hatten wir aus 4 Sorten Creme Brulee, Datteln in Kaffesoße, Panna Cotta und Tartufo. Abgesehen davon ist das Ambiente im Restaurant erquicklich. Der offene Raum, die Architektur und das Spiel mit Holzmöbel gibt dem Restaurant sowohl modernes als auch rustikales und so erlebt man ein Teil Italiens. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung!

I was planning to order Risotto or Lasagna, but when I couldn't find them on the menu, I tried the Ravioli and enjoyed it; I recommend it. However, I would recommend the restaurant adding Lasagna and Risotto to the menu.

17 ülke ve Almanya’da ziyaret ettiğim 9 şehir sonrası mutluluğu Hannover’de bulmak tarifsiz bir keyif. Mekan, dekorasyon , Aura zaten son derece davetkardı. Neredeyse menüde yer alan herşeyi tattık ve hepsi mükemmeldi. Bu restoranı tercih ettiğim için kendimle gurur duyuyorum.

Hervorragendes Essen, schön eingerichtetes Lokal, nicht ganz günstig aber die Qualität stimmt.

Ein rundum gelungener Abend bei "Wohnzimmer-Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre" trotz vollem Haus. Ich war heute zum 1. Mal im Lucca und das Restaurant hat definitiv einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Nicht nur die Forelle und Muscheln waren eine 10/10. Das Ambiente ist warm und elegant. Der Service super zuvorkommend und herzlich. Ganz besonderer Dank an Vincenzo. Mille grazie! 5 Sterne Hervorragendes italienisches Restaurant in Kirchrode! Gemütliches Ambiente mit authentischem Flair. Der Service ist exzellent, und die Qualität der Zutaten ist spürbar frisch. Ein echtes Stück Italien mitten in der Stadt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Auf Empfehlung sind wir hergekommen und waren hellauf begeistert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, obwohl der Laden sehr gut besucht war, war der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Laden ist wirklich groß, das hätten wir von außen nicht erwartet. Sehr modern und gemütlich sowie stylisch eingerichtet. Die Antipasti Lucca Vorspeise war ausgezeichnet, das Vitello Tonnato genau so, wie wir es sind vorgestellt haben. Als Hauptgang hatten wir Trüffel-Nudeln mit 3 Riesengarnelen und den Grillteller und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Exzellent gewürzt, lediglich die Nudelportionen waren recht unterschiedlich groß. Zum Nachtisch war sowohl das Tiramisu Classic empfehlenswert als auch das mit Zitrone, schön fruchtig frisch. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Preis-Leistung war hier völlig in Ordnung.

Veldig skuffet over mat og spesielt servicen deres. Vi ventet på å bestille mat fra servitør i over 15min, og resturanten var ikke halveis full. Maten var sikkelig dårlig, og da vi bestilte flere drikker så kom dette aldri. 👎👎👎

Das wars mit den positiven Aspekten unseres Besuches. - Pizza komplett geschmacklos - Nudeln Bolognese erinnerte an Dosenessen und dafür 15,90€!!! - Gedecke am Tisch dreckig, Weinglas dreckig - Bierpreise original italienisch (Weizen 7€, alles klar :D)

Ich wollte eine große Sprite kriegte aber ein Kleine außerdem habe ich bei meinen Lachs Filet die Beilagen abbestellt allerdings bekam ich trotzdem welche nur andere. Auch meine nächste Bestellung einer großen Sprite war nicht perfekt den sie kam wieder als kleine an und das erst nach dem man nochmal nachgehakt hat.
