Ristorante Lucca in Hannover

Our regular restaurant. Always a friendly welcome and attentive service. The food is very good (but not sensational, hence only 4/5), and they have the best pizza for miles around. It can be a bit loud and warm inside, but the atmosphere is still very nice. We always feel at home.

Delicious food and good wine, that's all you need

Good afternoon, today I went to this restaurant without a reservation, a waiter named Ismet greeted me and said "wait" in a very rude tone, he gave a seat to someone else who came from Arlam even though there was no reservation and then he said we don't have a seat, what kind of place is this? Please think twice before coming here. Be in a good place with good people.

Pizza and tiramisu very good, nice service. Ravioli with asparagus delicious, but overpriced (26 euros for four ravioli and some draped asparagus). Next time I'll eat pizza too, it's quite reasonably priced.

It was a really bad experience to start with when we had to order food he got mad because he was bad at English and then it had to be on us there was hair in 3 out of 4 of our dishes and the glasses were dirty and there was dust on the table and on many other things there were also cobwebs

Had a great diavola pizza here. My girlfriend enjoyed the salmon dish. As far as Italian restaurants go, I found this a good option during my stay in Hanover. It was nice to find a restaurant at this level without having to go further into the city.

Went there with a larger group and felt unwelcome and ripped off from the start. You weren't allowed to get a card that had prices on it, let alone drinks. Overall, everyone just seemed stressed. One would have expected a completely different level of prices...

We were there on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was very busy, but unfortunately there was not enough ventilation and the air in the restaurant was not particularly pleasant. Although we were immediately escorted to our table, we were only served later and only when the conditions were at the next table anyway. When we took our orders we were hardly given a glance. For every additional order after the drink and food order, we had to draw attention to ourselves several times, and no one came on their own. The food was OK.

I had very tasty pasta, tossed in a parmesan wheel and garnished with fresh truffles. Very, very tasty dish prepared with a show.

Transparency and honesty are very important here: the waiters openly tell you when there is another cook at the stove, so you know exactly what to expect. Therefore thumbs up and 5 stars. We ordered a salami pizza and ravioli chefina to take away. The service seemed friendly but uncoordinated. We were asked three times if we wanted to eat here and three times we said we had ordered something. The price for the pizza is justified, but 20 euros for pasta that only fills half the box and at the end also half the plate seems very excessive. The spinach was distributed in knife-point sizes throughout the raviolis. The mushrooms and butter sauce were good, although a little too oily, but that's a matter of taste. Speaking of taste. This was hardly available, you had to look for it... even a pinch of salt didn't help.

A nice, cozy restaurant with super good food, nice service and wonderful wines. What more does the heart need? We were there for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. We'll be back.

The Lucca Eco in Hanover impresses with a pretty, stylish ambience that invites you to linger. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious lunch, which impresses both in terms of taste and the quality of the ingredients. We all chose the goulash – an absolutely delicious choice! The meat was wonderfully tender and the mashed potatoes had just the right consistency. A real comfort food! Overall, the service was okay, but not outstanding. While some employees behaved more reservedly, others appeared more committed and attentive. Nevertheless, everything went smoothly. A huge plus point: dogs are welcome! This is by no means a given everywhere and made the visit even more pleasant for me. Conclusion: The Lucca Eco scores with delicious food, a beautiful ambience and animal-friendly hospitality. Perfect for a relaxed lunch with good dishes in a stylish atmosphere.

Italian restaurant with excellent quality! Cheers to the cuisine: from the wine to the dessert, everything is perfect. Highly priced, but it's worth spending a few euros more here. The room is quite loud when it is full. But you sit close to each other. The service is fast, friendly and businesslike. Depending on your taste, sometimes there is a nightcap on the bill, sometimes not.

This time at lunchtime in Lucca: there is a well-considered lunch break, the prices of which are below those of the usual large menu. Both the salad and the spaghetti with calamari were excellent, around €15 each. The open wines (small selection) were delicious. A very attentive service in the very spacious restaurant. A very positive lunch date at a table in a quiet corner - cozy.

I ordered the Burrata pizza and it was really, really good. I haven't had pizza this good in a long time. For dessert I ordered tiramisu and I was able to bathe in it, it was that good. Food was ok. Service bad, we were 6 individuals, ate and drank. When I wanted to pay, I was presented with the total bill. When I told the waiter that we were paying separately, he gave me the bill with the words: "Work out what you have to pay for yourself!" I almost took my glasses out of my pocket to comply with his request. As a “punishment” I had to follow him to the counter despite paying in cash and was only given a receipt with a groan. When the outside temperature was 15 degrees, we asked if we could sit outside (covered and surrounded by a glass facade). The employee refused because, according to his own statements, it was too cold for him (although he only had to bring out the food). I turned off the lamp at the table because it was too bright for me. This was turned on twice by waiters as we walked past, without asking whether we even wanted it. By the way, this lamp is completely out of place on the table, as the tables are far too small when the food and drinks arrive. The waiter who took the orders was extremely curt and didn't make a face. It seemed like he wanted to get this process over with as quickly as possible. Then after about three minutes the bread arrived, which we began to eat with olive oil. Just two minutes later the real food arrived (calzone and scampi pasta). The food came a maximum of five (!) minutes after ordering. The advantage, of course, is that you can start eating as quickly as possible. However, in my opinion, serving a meal within five minutes of placing the order is simply inauthentic. I can understand that with the calzone, it probably only took a few minutes in the stone oven. When it comes to the pasta, however, it can be said that it was definitely NOT freshly prepared. It is simply impossible to cook a pasta dish in five minutes, even an aglio e olio and even more so a scampi pasta. We felt like we were in a crowd, ate quickly and then asked for the bill as quickly as possible so that we could leave the restaurant immediately. Good service, relaxed food and above all authenticity feels different to me. I would think twice about going here again, especially since the prices really aren't worth the really dismal service.
