Is there better Italian pasta in the distant surroundings? I'm asking for a friend :(

Very long queues because everyone has to watch their food being cooked and then assume that everyone already knows the process? But we were there for the first time! A small portion of meat (6 small cubes) costs over €5. Way too expensive for a basic rice dish. Never again…

There were two of us at Vapiano and we ordered a Caesar salad and a risotto AI Funghi. When we had to pay, we realized that we had to pay an extra €4.80 each for a few pieces of chicken breast in the Caesar salad and around €5 for just six very small pieces of beef fillet. This is stated in the menu with a very, very small star as a reference, which we didn't notice with the naked eye. And even if you had seen this reference, it doesn't say that you only get around 4 - 6 small pieces of chicken breast or beef fillet. It's crazy that you have to pay for extras like chicken in a Caesar salad, which is normally always included, and for such a small portion and so much money. In addition, a 0.25l water bottle cost around €3???? Who thought about prices like that? Especially when the portion of the Risotto Al Funghi was incredibly small and we had to pay around €18 for it. In addition, the dishes were not even described in detail. In addition, you had to wait an extremely long time and your feet were already hurting. I felt absolutely ripped off in this restaurant, which has never happened to me before.

Unfortunately, a total failure! “Pizza” for €13 looks like a frozen baguette with toppings from the supermarket. Way too overpriced. Salads shouldn't be advertised as vegan if there aren't even vegan dressings but they all contain milk. It's a real shame, Vapiano is no longer what it used to be! We're not coming anymore!

Food was very good. Since it is self-service and the food was freshly prepared in front of us, 4 stars for the service. The atmosphere was, well, in the middle of a shopping park, lots of annoying car posers.

The concept itself is great. The food is freshly prepared and you can choose from different components. We had pasta twice and a salad. The pasta dishes were ok, the salad was good. Fresh ingredients were used, but there was still room for improvement in terms of taste. I think the prices are a bit too high for what you have on your plate.

Spectacular kitchen, the food was prepared in front of me, but the chef didn't speak only German, nor was he friendly because of that. He didn't understand what I was asking for, even though the name Carbonara is quite international. There were no herbs at the tables like in other Vapianos

Unfortunately, the Vapiano has changed a lot. There is no classic pizza anymore. Did I take “Pinsa”? Unfortunately the food was relatively dry. Otherwise it is still dough with tomato sauce and toppings. Unfortunately service wasn't that good. Of course you have to get the food as soon as the thing vibrates. So far so good. When it vibrated, I wanted to get the Pinsa for myself and my mother. In the meantime, there was another man who had just ordered and wanted exactly the same Pinsa as me. The service person wanted to give it to the man. When he saw me he had barely changed his mind.

Way too expensive. Used to be very appropriate. Today just under €20 for a portion of pasta. Unfortunately it's no longer worth it to me.

Pizza is small, but expensive, considering that you have self-service service. The taste is bland and hardly better than frozen pizza. I don't need it anymore.

We chose lasagna and bruschetta to take away. Lasagna was still very hot, but unfortunately lacked flavor. Bruschetta was okay in terms of taste, but there is room for improvement there too, especially paying 8 euros for 2 pieces is pretty steep. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can't complain at all.

Delicious food, although a bit too expensive for it, and a nice ambience, but unfortunately the organizational aspect of the restaurant disappointed us. The same dishes were ordered twice, but different amounts came out when paying. The employee didn't find it a problem after telling me that I was unlucky and that I should pay €5 more. It's a shame for such an experience at the end of the day with friends.

Unfortunately, my visit to Vapiano in Ingolstadt left a bad aftertaste. What initially started as a promising meal quickly turned into frustration due to unexpectedly long wait times. The initial euphoria for freshly prepared food faded when I realized that I was at a distinct disadvantage, especially as a single guest. After finally being able to place my order, I stood there with my tablet in hand, only to realize that there wasn't a single seat left. This circumstance felt particularly disheartening and significantly detracted from the entire experience. It's a shame that the concept and organization at Vapiano in Ingolstadt don't seem to be designed for a more pleasant customer experience.

We are now very disappointed! We were there almost every day for years, even if it was just for coffee, but now the service is no longer what it used to be (extreme change in staff), sometimes very incompetent and unfriendly, they only speak loudly in their own language so they don't even notice when guests come and wait in line for a ticket or would like to pay. Some of the tables and floors are very dirty (never existed back then, no matter how busy it was) and I found it very disgusting when one of the staff was smoking outside and then behind the coffee counter with his fingers (NOT washed after smoking) the little Italian one I took out desserts (under the glass dome) and sometimes stuffed them in myself, one after the other. I don't even want to start with the prices. You know that everything has become a little more expensive, but what you added is usury and just outrageous! E.g. Penne Bolo from €9.25 to €13.95 Salad Nice €11.95 to €14.45 and much more. You've got rid of us, so we'd rather go to a real Italian restaurant!

Food had a very good taste, but table was dirty, also dirty on the ground, and not well organized, all tables of 6-8 peoples, were blocked by max 2 people, and in the same time tables for 2 people were empty. We were 6 ppl, and had to wait...to be at a single table.

Today we had a test meal at Vapiano. Spaghetti with Pesto Rosso and a few other things. Our conclusion, buy your spaghetti and use Pesto Rosso from Barilla, at least it tastes good. Never tried something terrible.

Always something going on. If you want a place, you should be lucky. Pastas here simply taste very, very tasty and the portion is completely sufficient.

Unfortunately, the ambience is the only positive thing about this Vapiano restaurant. Unfortunately, the employees were completely unfriendly and despite the many employees who were literally "standing around" there, old dishes were not cleared away from the tables. The pasta chef first prepared both our dishes and those of the guests in front of us incorrectly and was then also very rude when it was pointed out to him. The noodles were overcooked when I tried again. The price/performance ratio is also underground. For the service and the dish, which ultimately wasn't really tasty, I would definitely not go here again. It's actually a shame, because with a Vapiano restaurant you were always sure that you would always get something delicious when you went here.

I haven't been to a Vapiano in a long time. Yesterday again after a long time. I then wanted to order a salad. However, the gentleman behind the counter ignored us for almost 5 minutes and did something else before he took our order. At least in the past you were allowed to choose your own dressing and you were always asked which one you wanted. Yesterday one was simply slapped on the salad - I can't eat every dressing because of the ingredients and said I didn't want this dressing. I was then told that he would mix it for me - but unfortunately that didn't do much for me. I insisted that I wanted a different dressing, so the gentleman became extremely rude and also complained about me to a colleague - it was just unpleasant!

It has fallen off a lot, everything has now become far too expensive... only the ambience is still ok

Das Vapiano ist von den Räumlichkeiten relativ groß. Das Essen war qualitativ und geschmacklich in Ordnung. Die Preise für ein Self-Service Restaurant sind allerdings deutlich zu hoch. Zudem hinterlassen die Mitarbeiter einen eher unmotivierten Eindruck. Die Räumlichkeiten gehören aus unserer Sicht saniert/modernisiert, da es an machen Stellen schon etwas heruntergekommen aussieht.

Das Fleisch in meinem Essen für 20 EUR wurde verbrannt, daher schmeckte das ganze sehr bitter. Da der Koch mir nach der Reklamation ohne Problem ein neues Essen gemacht hat, gebe ich noch 2 Sterne ab. Leider musste ich nochmal warten und meine Familie hat oben ohne mich gegessen, während ich unten für mein zweites Essen gewartet habe... Sehr schade für unseres gemeinsames Wochenendeessen.

Unser Essen wurde gestern Abend sehr professionell von einem netten und sympathischen Koch zubereitet und schmeckte in einem angenehmen Ambiente überaus lecker! Wir hatten zwei Pasta-Gerichte (Pilze & Hähnchenbrust und Mozzarella & Tomate) und dazu eine Flasche Prosecco. War ein gelungener Abend. Volle Punktzahl!

Ganz leckeres frisches Essen, gute Leute, schöne Hintergrundmusik, saubere Toiletten, klare Empfehlung

Essen war der Systemgastronomie angemessen. Das Personal etwas schwer verständlich aber freundlich.

Das wichtigste zuerst, das Essen: Ich hatte diese Aglio Nudeln für knapp 9€ mit shrimps. Die waren sehr sehr lecker. Es war viel Knoblauch drin und Mega köstlich. Meine Begleitungen waren von ihrem Essen auch begeistert. Generell ist es im Vapiano schon gut JEDOCH gefällt mir das Konzept überhaupt nicht, denn... ...Der Preis: Man zahlt genauso viel wie im Restaurant aber man muss sich wie in einer Kantine anstellen und sein Essen per Tablett zum Platz tragen. Wenn ich schon viel bezahle möchte ich das dass Essen zu mir kommt und ich es nicht erst holen muss. Ambiente: Es ist schon schön eingerichtet. Oben ist es ruhiger und gemütlicher. Unten direkt vor der koche bekommt man den ganzen Trubel mit was einem dann eher vorkommt als ob man in einem Schnellrestaurant sitzt. Dennoch sind die Tische sauber und alles ist hübsch eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter bzw die Köche sind sehr freundlich und machen auch etwas Spaß mit. Waschräume: Ich war etwas angewidert von der Damentoilette. Die könnte in der Tat sauberer sein. War danach im Center auf der Toilette und die war sauberer als im Restaurant. Das müsste dringend geändert werden. Fazit: Gutes Essen und reichhaltig mit einem schönen Kantinen-feeling

This is my favorite Vapiano. The cooks there really make the place. They are friendly and can even be very humorous. And of course, the food they prepare is delicious. Whenever I have the chance, I go to this Vapiano.

Heute wollte ich mal wieder im Vapiano essen und stellte mich an, um ein Nudelgericht zu bestellen. Als ich dran war, wurden von einem Mitarbeiter zwei Schilder vor meine Nase gestellt und unfreundlich mit den Armen gefuchtelt, ich solle mich woanders anstellen. Ich bin dann in ein anderes Restaurant im Westpark gegangen und komme auch so schnell nicht wieder.

Przyjemne miejsce. Duży wybór różności. Polecam lazanie oraz sałatkę z kaszą bulgur.

Sehr nett hier, essen aussuchen, wird gleich vor Dir im Kochbereich zubereitet, danach Platz suchen und genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.😏😋🤗👌

Ich war heute Mittag dort und es gab Basilikum Pesto. Der nette Koch war sehr professionell und orderte gleich mehrere auf einmal. Bei uns in Frankfurt leider nicht mehr so vertreten wie hier bei euch. War eine schöne Zeitreise. Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und mit Getränk war ich bei knapp 15€.

Leider wurde das beste Pasta-Gericht - Filetto di Manzo mit Rucola - aus irgendeinem Grund von der Karte genommen! :-O Wegen diesem Gericht komme ich seit Jahren ins Vapiano und ausgerechnet dieses gibt es nicht mehr. :-(( Bitte bieten Sie dies weiterhin als Option zum alternativ auf der Karte stehenden „Filetto di Manzo mit Rotwein und Sahne“ an, für die Kunden, die nicht so auf Rotwein und die deutlich schwerere Sahnesoße stehen… Glücklicherweise traf ich beim letzten Besuch heute auf einen Koch, der mir den Wunsch trotzdem erfüllen konnte zum Preis des „alternativen Fileto di Manzo“. Bin auch gern zu einem Aufpreis bereit, aber BITTE bieten Sie das alte Gericht wieder an!

Super lecker, hatte Nudeln bestellt und auf eigenem Wunsch die Zutaten gewählt. Hier gibt's für jeden Gaumen Geschmack etwas. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren das erste mal im Vapiano, am Anfang war es ungewohnt sich für sein Essen anzustellen, da es keine Bedienung gibt. Wir wurden aber mit einem sehr guten Essen und freundlichen Mitarbeiter dafür entschädigt. Die Pinsa war extrem essbar und die Pasta Gerichte standen dem nichts hinterher. Leider waren die Tische nicht besonders sauber und wir mussten etwas suchen bis wir einen Tisch gefunden hatten, wo kein gebrauchtes Geschirr stand. Deshalb "nur" 4 Sterne. Ansonsten kann man dieses Restaurant empfehlen.

Das Wichtigste aus meiner Sicht zuerst: Das Essen war so lala. Die Pinsa mit Pesto war zu stark gewürzt. Was hauptsächlich daran lag, dass das Pesto als größere Kleckse und nicht homogen verteilt war. Und das Risotto war zwar geschmacklich ok. Jedoch war es viel zu fett. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Aussenbereich sind wegen dem Verkehr zu den nahe gelegenen Geschäften, ein McDonalds sowie eine große Tankstelle wenig attraktiv. Das Personal war freundlich. Das kann aber den Gesamteindruck nicht ändern. Mein Fazit: Zu teuer für die gebotene Qualität.

Simple Einrichtung. Kein Service, Selbstbedienung. Speisen werden aus diversen einzelnen vorgefertigten standardisierten Verpackungseinheiten zusammengekocht. Viel Abfall. Geschmacklich recht in Ordnung, Portionen zu klein. Preise zu hoch.

Das Essen hier ist lecker. Es gibt unterschiedliche Menüs, die man selber zusammenlegen kann und wird frisch gekocht. Da das Restaurant sehr begehrt ist, muss man ein Bisschen warten, dazu bekommt man einen Melder, der bei Dir vibriert sobald das Essen fertig ist. Der Lokal ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Atmosphere ist ruhig mit schöne Beleuchtung.

Überhöhte Preise bei Getränken, selten so schlechte Pasta gegessen

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Am besten schmecken meiner Meinung nach die Chicken-Alfredo mit Linguine oder Campanelle. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz und Plätze gibt es immer genügend.

Sind früher oft und gerne ins Vapiano. Bei der neuen Karte, vor allem bei Pinsa, passt aus unserer Sicht Preis-Leistung nicht mehr. Leider muss man mittlerweile immer den richtigen Eingang suchen, da z. B. der im OG so gut wie immer zu ist, vergeht einem die Lust an einem Besuch mit Kind... Im Vapiano selbst ist kein Aufzug, der Kinderbereich ist allerdings im OG. Mit Kinderwagen leider zu umständlich/ nicht möglich. Die Wartezeiten aufs Essen sind mittlerweile auch sehr lange geworden.

Genau so soll’s sein! Nach einigen Jahren einen neuen Versuch gewagt und hat mich zu 100% überzeugt. Das Essen frisch, schnell und heiss zubereitet. Der Hauswein ist erstklassig! Vielen Dank, war mal wieder eine tolle Erfahrung!

Essen hier wird bekanntlich nicht vom Sternekoch zubereitet, aber für schnell was zum Essen kriegen ist Ok.

Das Restaurant ist immer gut besucht .Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Die Bedienung ist nett und aufmerksam. Das einzige Manko, dass nicht am Tisch kassiert wird, sondern wir mussten in einer Schlange anstehen,da sich die Kasse im Eingangsbereich befindet .

Preisleistung nicht ganz im Einklang.

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war. Die Nudeln waren zu weich, einer der Köche war wirklich unfreundlich und mürrisch und auch die Liebe zum Detail war nicht mehr da. Schade.
