We have ordered food here several times now and are thrilled every time! The food is super tasty, well seasoned, always arrives warm and you can taste that they cook here themselves.

Very small selection of food. I will not return to court for the second time.

Fast delivery, delicious food at good prices. The ice cream on site is also delicious.

One star is even too many. We placed our order at 5:13 p.m. and still no food arrived after 8 p.m. If you call Vanilla, it goes straight to your mailbox. Even messages spoken on it do not receive any feedback. It's just audacious to screw over customers like that! Especially since it's not the first time like this. No matter how good the waffles and blinis are, customer service is the bottom drawer when ordering online. Especially when you aren't even informed that the order is late. There is simply no information at all. Definitely not a recommendation! Edit: The food still hasn't shown up and payment has already been made online.

Buffet food is ok, but very limited and the €25 you have to pay is too much for it. Food was also only lukewarm...so never for me

Worst pizzeria I've ordered from so far. First it's 30 minutes late and then the employee looks for cheap excuses for the cause. The dough tastes very dry and there is hardly any toppings on the pizza. Definitely not recommended.

It's a shame, I regularly ordered from Vanilla and was always friendly and always gave a tip no matter how long I had to wait for my food and even if something didn't taste really good I explained it objectively what exactly was wrong . But suddenly 2 orders were canceled for no reason and my attempts to contact and clarify this were not responded to - quite the opposite and now they say they don't want to process my future orders anymore because I'm too unfriendly and I would like to have known why mine Orders were canceled.

Super nice service...ice cream tasted great...it was very hot.Of course they had put up umbrellas...everything was clean as I could see...the table and chairs had to be moved aside...we had a walker with us...everything was good. .We felt comfortable...

The moon prices for ice cream have already arrived here, the waitress kindly kicked us out with a to-go cup, we weren't allowed to eat our ice cream sundae here because we hadn't purchased a standard cup, "very customer friendly", we found this behavior abnormal, that's why We definitely won't come here again. Such behavior isn't acceptable...

Very bad there. Service completely overwhelmed. Waiting times for an ice cream sundae 3/4 hour. Dishes are not cleared away. The waitress walks past the table. To pay you have to ask three times. Then it's better to go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the regular food because we haven't eaten here yet, but we do like to eat ice cream here which is very good 👍🏻

So far I didn't think the food was bad, the waiting time when you ordered was sometimes longer, that's stated, but still okay. Today, however, I am extremely disappointed and angry! When the food was handed over, they didn't think it was necessary to mention that they had brought someone else cake (it's okay if the cake you wanted was no longer available), but unfortunately I'm allergic to oranges and ended up throwing the cake away ! It would have been appropriate to call and ask what cake it could be instead! Furthermore, the pizza was so inedible and literally dripped with oil/fat, which was disgusting. It tasted like the ingredients were already bad. Me and my partner are just sick and from just 1 piece! The pizza has now ended up in the trash. Unreasonable!

Completely overpriced. A milkshake consisting of one (!) scoop of ice cream and approx. 300 ml of long-life milk costs 5.50 euros.

If you really don't want the standard anymore but would like to eat hot, tasty and different. Then here. There is also breakfast all day long and you can have lunch, dinner or even a delicious ice cream there. The service from the boss is very warm and familiar. Even the delivery service was convincing by offering a good, tasty breakfast. The prices are by no means outrageous and you get good portions to fill you up. The Russian courts in particular took a shine to this case. We recommend.

I just had the worst pizza in years. Ordered a Tonno and got the “Fantasia” pizza. According to the menu, you should have Tonno, spicy tomato sauce, cheese, tuna and onions. The one I received included olives, a lot of capers and indefinable vegetables, no tomato sauce. In terms of price, I would classify Vanilla as local. Unfortunately I can't recommend the restaurant, the "innkeeper" promised improvement. It doesn't do me any good, I'll never go there again.

I'm very happy that there are finally cafés like this in Rostock. There was never anything for children in Rostock. No play areas in restaurants, even though there was space. I am very grateful that the owners of Café Vanilla put so much effort into the well-being of our children. There are ALWAYS new ideas and events for children and adults. The food always tastes good and there is always something new! I hope the owner keeps it up! I always enjoy being here and so do my children (ages 6 and 10).

Here I got a very tasty Smurf ice cream after a disappointing visit to the dentist and the Russian/Ukrainian party was also very amusing to watch

I am now very disappointed. It's great on site, but unfortunately things are getting worse when it comes to delivery. The first time I ordered it for delivery it was still a wow. It came quickly, was very, very cool and everything was perfect. The quality of the food decreased with every further order. (A dish is always ordered) is no longer worth mentioning. The delivery times are getting longer from time to time. What initially took 3/4H to an hour is now beyond 2-3H. No call, no information, nothing, if you don't even expect food anymore. Then no delivery service offers if you can't make it. I

We ordered food online. It was ready on time, the service was perfect and it was tasteful too. Always my pleasure!

Была тут много раз, ела мороженое, пиццу(тоненькая, как я люблю, начинки были вкусные) салаты тоже были вкусные. Приветливые хозяева и хорошее обслуживание!

Wir waren am Wochende mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen dort. Im hinteren Teil war ein Kindergeburtstag in den letzten Zügen, vorne waren während unseres Aufenthaltes maximal 2 Tische besetzt. Es gab nur eine Karte für den ganzen Tisch - machbar, aber nicht besonders praktisch. Das Essen wurde relativ zügig aufgenommen - 3 identische Pizzen (davon eine mit einer Zutat weniger, die anderen beiden regulär), drei weitere unterschiedliche Pizzen ohne Änderung. Dann sollten noch Getränke aufgenommen werden. Drei Personen haben geordert, in dem Moment kamen weitere Gäste herein (nicht von uns). Der Kollege brach die Bestellaufnahme ab und eskortierte das Paar zu einem Tisch. Die drei bestellten Getränke kamen dann noch, aber der Rest der Gruppe wurde gar nicht erst gefragt. Die Pizzen kamen nach einer sehr langen Wartezeit, aber leider nicht Mal annähernd gleichzeitig. Bei den drei identischen Pizzen waren statt auf einer auf allen auf die eine Zutat verzichtet worden. Kein Grund etwas zu reklamieren, aber man registriert es. Eine der drei war von unten grenzwertig schwarz und damit bitter. Aber nach der langen Wartezeit war der Hunger einfach größer. Eine der anderen Pizzen war dafür etwas zu wenig gebacken. Die restlichen vier waren gut. Keine geschmacklich überragende italienische Pizza, aber auch nicht schlecht. Zum Nachtisch wurden 5 Eisbecher und ein Eiskaffee geordert. Hier hat dann alles einigermaßen gut geklappt und das Eis bei Vanilla ist auch sehr lecker. Als es ans bezahlen gehen sollte wurden wir aber wieder komplett ignoriert. Es hat nicht einmal jemand kurz rüber geschaut, den man heran winken könnte. Tatsächlich musste erst jemand 10 Minuten an der Theke stehen bis überhaupt Mal jemand aufmerksam wurde. Alles in allem ein durchwachsenes Erlebnis. Für ein Eis würde ich wieder kommen, zum Essen gehen eher nicht. Pizza: 3/5 Eis: 4/5 Service: 1/5

Also das Eis schmeckt lecker, der Glühwein auch. Der schaschlick ist sehr lecker.

Sehr leckerer Flammkuchen! Und auch das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr leckeres Eis, in tollen geschmacklichen Variationen, den Eisbecher haben wir in dieser Zusammenstellung (eine Schicht Krokant und schokosplits unter der Sahne) noch nicht gegessen und es war sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Не буду говорить за еду, я пила только чай, если это можно так назвать. Принесли теплую воду, где чай даже не смог завариться. Кофе того же качества. Атмосфера забегаловки. Пришла какая-то семья, сами ходили себя обслуживали, заходили за прилавок. Персонал занимался своими делами. УЖАСНО.

Pizza und Kuchen um 19:00 bestellt. Um 20:30 kam das Essen an. Bei der Pizza hat die Hälfte des Belages gefehlt. Das Stück Apfelkuchen war nicht ansatzweise frisch.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Blinis und Eis sind sehr leckern. Lockeres aber angenehmes Ambiente. Daumen hoch!!!

Mir hat es hier sehr gefallen. Klein, gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich und nett. Faire Preise. Kinderecke vorhanden. An den Wänden hingen Gemälde, die man kaufen konnte. Personal spricht Deutsch und Russisch. Speisekarte mit osteuropäischen Gerichten.

Schönes Café/Restaurant im Herzen von Rostock Reutershagen. Gute Auswahl an Speisen und Eis. Gerne wieder.

Es ist wirklich jedes Gericht empfehlenswert. Alles ist sehr frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Das Erdbeereis ist im Sommer besonders empfehlenswert. Im Kaffee ist es sehr gemütlich und sauber. Für Kinder gibt es eine tolle Spielecke..

Woher kommen hier die super Bewertungen? Für 1,60€ pro Kugel Eis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kleine Kugeln (ja, in der Waffel vom Bild haben sich zwei Kugeln versteckt), geringe Auswahl, geschmacklich okay. Die Waffel war aber wirklich lecker. Kartenzahlung erst ab 10€, da wird auch bei 9,60€ keine Ausnahme gemacht. Für mich persönlich jedenfalls kein Highlight!

Zentral gelegen, direkt am Einkaufszentrum in Reutershagen, kann man im Restaurant Vanilla nicht nur leckeres Eis genießen, sondern auch sehr gut essen. Ob unter dem Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse oder im Innenbereich des kleinen Restaurants, beides passt. Eine umfangreiche Speisekarte macht Lust aufs versuchen und ausprobieren. Die Öffnungszeiten sind großzügig gestaltet und die Preise moderat. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Lieferservice nach Hause ist ebenso möglich.

Établissement à conseiller, rapport qualité prix excellent. Tout est fait maison. On y trouve des flammkuchen et des pizza délicieuses, des soupes russes, Pelmeni, blinis ... qui raviront aussi bien les russes (qui seront accueillis dans leur langue) que les non initiés. Pour ravir les amateurs de douceurs, le patron crée lui-même la glace dont celle au moka qui est sublime.

Wir waren spontan mit der ganzen Familie essen. Selbst mit einer Familien Größe von neun Personen kam das Essen zügig und fast zeitgleich am Tisch an. Super freundlich wurden auch Sonderwünsche ( vegetarisch) angenommen und umgesetzt. Kann ich nur empfehlen und schwärmen.

Ich habe dort Essen bestellt. Die Suppe, Pizza und die russischen Teigtaschen (Pelmeni). Alles war lecker,köstlich und schnett. Wir würden gerne nochal bei denen etwas für unsere Familie bestellen. Danke
