I've been here several times and have been very satisfied every time. The service is very friendly, cheerful and prompt. The food was really tasty. Large selection and changing monthly burgers. The fries are so good that you don't even need any sauce for them. It is recommended to reserve in advance. Definitely I'll come back. Keep it up !

For my taste the best burger restaurant in Rostock. Open, relaxed atmosphere, casually warm. The selection is large, the option to vary the patty and weight (beef, poultry, vegetarian) offers just the right thing for everyone. Price - quality ratio is the same for me.

We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews and were unfortunately extremely disappointed with the service. The 3 stars in the rating only apply to the kitchen, the food was very tasty and also reasonably priced, although I would have liked it to be possible to opt out of the side dishes from the burger. We were greeted warmly with the advice that someone would be with us shortly. This “same” then turned into half an hour +. If there hadn't already been a card on the table by chance, we wouldn't have received it until after this time and probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to order until later. The waiting time was absolutely not justified as there were only 5 tables occupied in the very large restaurant. However, the service staff was more busy smoking several cigarettes in the outdoor area between the guests and chatting with someone they probably knew about how busy they were and at the same time there was also a loud discussion about the current political situation and their own intolerance Put on display. In private you are welcome to express your opinion, but in a restaurant I don't want to have political statements imposed on me. Unfortunately, despite the good food, it was by far our worst restaurant visit in Rostock, especially when you consider that we were able to experience significantly better and faster service with the same number of occupied tables in a restaurant that only ONE person left due to illness.

I'm currently at Liberty Delis and have eaten a burger.... I just have to own the size and say that compared to before, it's still the best burger shop this side of the Milky Way!!! Everything else is dirt! Any shop that calls itself a burger shop should be ashamed of themselves! [In comparison, this is like vdp wine and tetrapack wine! So I said it! I didn't want you to experience me like that, but I just got a little emotional. (The author of this review partially distances himself from statements made about other burger shops)

Very nice American-style burger shop with delicious beers and their own burger creations. This cannot be compared with citizens from normal fast food chains. The team is friendly and very personable. Whether you want to take away or eat on site, it is definitely the No. 1 place to go in Rostock if you want to eat a good burger.

Stylish location with the theme of American food. The ambience is garage-style but still cozy. No loud music or other annoying noises. Friendly fast staff. The menus and the first drinks came very quickly. Our food came in less than half an hour even though the restaurant was very busy. We had nuggets and burgers that were really juicy and tasty. Great, slightly spicy chilli cheese sauce with the crispy fries. Recommended and no comparison to the conventional “burger joints”

The burgers are very good in quality and taste. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the service and the waiting time on the day we visited. The staff seemed a bit haphazard, didn't know their own menu and didn't point out to us, for example, that certain drinks were not included in the menu and instead cost an extra charge. Despite an empty shop with many free tables, we waited more than an hour for our burgers. A previous inquiry to the staff as to how long it would take was dismissed as "I have no idea". Nevertheless, the food was perfect and the prices were completely reasonable in my opinion. I would give the store another chance and visit again.

Delivered with announcement. Burger Chicago eaten with local meat. The fries were by far the crispiest of my long-term fast food career. You almost distracted yourself from the delicious burger, but only almost! At 200g, the burger was outside my normal weight class. Nevertheless, it was eaten with relish down to the smallest crumb. The ensemble was rounded off with a small cole slaw. All in all a 5 star treat.

This shop was already my favorite on Kröpi. My opinion is confirmed again in today's restaurant. Best quality and friendly staff are standard here and the prices are reasonable. See you again soon.

In a cozy US-style interior, there is a wide selection of first-class and varied burger creations for practically every taste. Our burgers were extremely tasty. The side dishes are just as varied, a personal tip being the onion rings. There is also a very wide selection of drinks, including various freshly tapped beers. There is even sweet dessert. Special praise to our female waiter, very warm and friendly, I haven't experienced such friendly service for a long time. The prices are a little above average, but the quality, service and experience are really worth every penny because you have a great evening!

What can I say Liberty Delis is convincing in all respects. The burgers are really tasty, super tender and juicy. You can swap almost any normal patty for a veggi patty, so vegetarians are also catered for. My girlfriend really enjoyed the veggi patty. Our service was friendly and accommodating. I can definitely recommend the store! You should reserve in advance.

We wanted to eat really delicious burgers in Rostock and I found this bar by chance here on Google. Be sure to reserve a table, some people were sent away who hadn't reserved one. We had a beer tasting there and were given great advice. The owner was really very welcoming. It was very interesting to try out other types of beer. The burger was to die for. I would actually say that I have never eaten a better one. The atmosphere is very rustic, which just fits perfectly. We would eat there again and again, but also just to have a beer.

The three of us ate burgers today and they were definitely the best burgers we have ever eaten. The service was super nice... and the atmosphere is something completely different. We'll definitely be back!

The food was below mediocre - I have not been so disappointed by food in a long while. Also, there were an incredible amount of confederate flags within the bar. There was implicit racism everywhere. I read a comment from the reviews where the owner defended the flags - most people would would agree that racism can not be defended just because the flag has SOME musical significance. If you can’t see the negative impact the flag can hold in this day and age you should re-think your own values. I would advise against going here.

One of the best burgers of my life, also great dips and lovingly designed furnishings. It was possible to eat without a reservation at short notice, but reservations are recommended.

There are a lot of confederate flags around the restaurant. If this is their idea of decorating in an “American way” then it’s in poor taste.

The best burgers in town are at Liberty Delis. The selection of different burgers is very large and all of the ones we have tried so far have been excellent! The selection of different beers is also great! Simply getting a spot spontaneously is difficult and requires a lot of luck, so you should reserve in advance. And enjoy the anticipation.

Had dinner with my wife today. The food was very tasty, a nice restaurant, the service is very nice. We will definitely come back and recommend you to others 😊

In my opinion the best burger joint north of the South Pole. Food always prepared with a lot of love and passion. The atmosphere is very cozy and very difficult to top. Service, like the kitchen, is always with a lot of heart. You can tell that a “family” has grown together and the guests are welcomed in the same way. Thank you for your warmth. ❤️

Ein sehr sehr cooles Restaurant mit tollen Leckereien, bestes Fleisch und freundlichem Service. Ich war mit Arbeitskollegen dort und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Eine Kollegin ist allergisch auf Tomaten und Paprika, aber auch das wurde souverän gelöst mit Alternativangeboten. Also einfach top und nur zu empfehlen. ;-)

Echt de allerlekkerste hamburger ooit gegeten hier. Leuk ingerichte bar met Amerikaans thema en hoop humoristische versieringen. Bediening is super vriendelijk en maakt gezellig praatje met je.

Schönes Restaurant, tolle Burgerauswahl und auch echt interessante Biersorten. Man merkt der Chef hat sich hier Gedanken gemacht und brennt für seinen Laden. Einen imaginären Stern ziehe ich für den BFC Wimpel ab. Eisern! 😉

Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und alle sind rundherum begeistert. Tolles, schmackhaftes Essen in großen Portionen, prima Service in passendem Ambiente. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Burger kommen in 3 verschiedenen Pattygrößen (150g, 200g, 300g). Das Libertys ist sehr schön im amerikanischen Style eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen war auch schnell fertig und die Burger kommen inklusive Beilage und Salat, sowie nach Wahl Softdrink oder Bier zu kleinem Aufpreis. Immer wieder!

Ich persönlich war zum ersten Mal da und war restlos begeistert. Die Speisenauswahl war umfangreich und alles was wir gegessen haben war super lecker. 3 von uns haben sich an das Käpt'n Dinner gewagt. Das war für alle 3 eine Herausforderung, aber sie haben es geschafft und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Die anderen Burger haben sehr gut geschmeckt und waren reichhaltig. Ich persönlich hätte zum Burger keine Beilage gebraucht. Aber auch die Beilagen waren knusprig und gut gewürzt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Chilli Cheese Sauce. Die war so göttlich, dass ich gern einen Eimer davon mitgenommen hätte. Aber vorsichtig, sie war ordentlich scharf. Die Burger können auch als Chicken Veggie Burger bestellt werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Naja, was soll ich sagen. Ich war schon zu Zeiten essen, da gab es das Restaurant nicht. Das Essen war gut und lecker. Nur der Inhaber war etwas unentspannt. Wir haben 14 Leute bestellt und saßen wie beim Speeddating getrennt voneinander. Dann haben wir die Tische zusammengestellt um die eigentliche gemütliche Runde noch gemütlicher zu machen. Und dann ging die Tortur los. Der Inhaber war sehr unzufrieden, da er uns vorher gesagt hatte, dass das nicht geht. Er war so aufbrausend, dass wir uns bedroht gefühlt haben. Wir haben uns nur 2 Tische zusammengestellt und nicht den Laden umdekoriert. Hier muss nachgebessert werden. Wir wollten nur einen schönen Abend verbringen und nicht wegen so einer Kleinigkeit gemaßregelt werden. Auch im Nachgang hat er nicht verstanden, was Kundenservice ist. Wie gesagt...2 Tische zu einem gemacht. Und er ist ausgeflippt

Haben unseren 1. Hochzeitstag hier zusammen mit unseren Trauzeugen verbracht. Es war nach dem Betriebsferien das 1. Wochenende, trotz vollem Lokal beide Daumen hoch, schnelle und super nette Bedienung und wie auch die Male davor super leckeres Essen. Macht weiter so!!!

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant, ich war hier schon öfter essen, insgesamt 4 mal seit 2021. Ich war jedes mal begeistert. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich lecker, andere Burgerketten (Goldenes M, der König oder auch der endgegner von Captain Hook) können hier nicht mithalten. Die Zutaten wirken auf mich immer sehr frisch, die Burgerbuns sind super, das Fleisch ein Gedicht. Die einzelnen Varianten sind alle sehr lecker und man kann sich immer nur schwer entscheiden was man möchte. Es ist sowohl für "normale" Esser als auch "sehr gute" Esser ausreichend, bei der Pattygröße kann nämlich zwischen 150/200/300 gramm gewählt werden. Die Beilagen sind auch super und das Finger food muss sich auch nicht verstecken. Preislich liegt man hier (eigener Erfahrungswert) für zwei Personen bei ca. 40-50€ inklusive Getränk.

Super nette Bedienung (hat sogar einen Fundus an Lesebrillen die gerne herausgegeben werden, damit man die Speisekarte lesen kann :)) die Burger sind fantastisch, tolle und vielfältige Auswahl. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, da gibt's noch mehr auf der Karte was probiert werden will!

The burger had an oldschool American burger taste to it (a burger that I would have had in the 90s before so much inflation). I had the classic 200g. It had a nice flavor. I even like the flavor of the bun. The meat tasted like it was hand packed vs your typical meat puck, that most places give you.The sauteed onions had me wanting more. Attention to onions on my burger makes me happy, and I was. I almost tapped out towards my last few bites because I under estimated 200g, plus the fries. Point is, next time I'm in Rostock, I know where to go for my burger fix. Good job guys.

Das Liberty Delis ist absolut top. Service und Küche sind überragend. Ich zieh mir selber 'n Stern ab, weil ich den Laden so spät entdeckt habe.

Super nett, große Auswahl an Burger, Sandwiches und sogar glutenfreie Burger! Aber nur das Brot. Trotzdem nicht reserviert war, gab es ein freies Plätzchen.Auch mein Hund 🐕 störte niemand. Sehr gut besucht,dadurch ziemlich voll.Große Nachfrage! Rustikales modernes Lokal.Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen!
