Vandig pizza in Bad Wildbad

I'm at my wit's end, I've never experienced anything like this before. I ordered two hours ago, didn't receive anything but the money was taken through PayPal. I wrote emails, first no reply, now a reply, oh surprise... he asked me straight away where I transferred the money, he didn't get anything, I sent him a photo and wants my money back because nothing was delivered... now I've heard nothing from Mr. Salman Ali, owner of Aktive Pizza. I've had enough, if my money isn't returned by tomorrow there will be charges for fraud.

One star is still too many. We ordered today via the website; according to the order confirmation email, delivery should arrive an hour later. After an hour and a half, no one was there, and no one answered the phone. Then we drove there, the lights were out, and the store was closed! But the website says it's open, and Google says it's open, too. Vacation? Closed forever? I have no idea. In any case, we'll avoid the store in the future. I can't say anything about the food, since we never got any.

One star is still too much. The doner kebab simply doesn't taste like a doner kebab, and the doner box consisted almost entirely of fries. I would have been better off just ordering fries instead of a doner box. I definitely won't be recommending this place.

Your employees work very well and there is delicious 🍱 food

Unfortunately, it was bad because: (ordered via website) - The drink was forgotten with the menu / Schnitzel was truly inedible, just fat and gristle 😓 - Instead of French fries, we got curly fries (rock-hard, picture provided). When we asked, we received the answer: "Those are fries," "those are fries," etc. It's a real shame that the other delivery service isn't open on Tuesdays...

Ordered food, delivery was supposed to arrive in 40 minutes. It arrived after 1:20 hours because it was busy. As an apology, they offered a bottle of Diet Coke (a nice gesture). The Yufka I ordered was already cold, the pizza was lukewarm, burnt on the bottom, and still doughy, and the salad was already warm and had seen better days. Instead of yogurt dressing, they serve *tzatziki*. In our opinion, it didn't go well with the salad at all. The joke of this delivery service is also its own website. I quote: "Aktive Pizza, the ultimate address for Italian and international cuisine in >Rodewisch!< Prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary culinary adventure, as we serve the finest pizzas, pasta, and more, prepared with love and authenticity." 1. The shop is in Calmbach/Bad Wildbad. Not in Rodewisch (Saxony) 😅 2. They advertise pasta... but they don't have any 😆 3. I wouldn't call this "the ultimate address" or "culinary"; there are much better options!! Conclusion: Ordered once and never again. Taste-wise: Not recommended. The service was trying, but what good is that if the food... meh.

Unfortunately, kebab and yufka are no longer recommended. The Yufka falls apart as soon as you remove the aluminum foil. The kebab was ordered without sauce, which unfortunately didn't work, and there was no tomato either. The gentleman behind the counter lost his calm. Unfortunately we didn't like it either. Fries and chicken nuggets were okay.

One of the worst restaurants I have visited. It doesn't deserve half a star

I got a total of 2 pizzas there but it's not clear at all. The base is still very soft, the cheese is almost black, way too much cheese and the cheese tasted very cheap and bland. Definitely won't be getting pizza here again. Employees were friendly.

I happened to be in there on the way home. The young owners who do everything there themselves can learn a few things. The lamacun with doner meat and everything was really tasty and really great for 8.00 euros. You'll definitely get full there. So now when I drive home I always eat there.

Worst kebab I've ever had. In my opinion, anyone who gave this meal 5 stars was a fool. The owner touched the topping of my kebab with his bare hands without washing his hands first. The restaurant itself is dingy and completely smoky. Definitely never again!

The store keeps throwing a flyer in my mailbox even though I've said several times that I don't want any flyers from them and there's a big "No Advertising" sign stuck to it. Your food isn't good anyway and we don't even need to talk about the quality of the food. Disastrous store.

Essen ist super gut, wird schnell zubereitet. Ambiente könnte schöner und gemütlicher sein

Als ich mich 3 Tage lang im Wald verirrt habe und die erste dönerbude die ich gefunden habe wahr das essen ein Gaumen Schmaus. Kurz danach sind mir die Designer Lampen aufgefallen. Solche Lampen will ich jetzt auch haben.

Ich habe hier immer bestellt und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. An der Lieferzeit und am Essen selbst habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Geschmacklich wunderbar und kam auch immer sehr heiss und frisch an. Jedoch habe ich gestern zum letzten Mal bestellt. Die Preise sind mittlerweile unverschämt! 9,50€ für Chicken Nuggets ohne Pommes, ohne Nix. Für extra Soße im Schälchen 3€ Wirklich schade, aber da ist meine persönliche Schmerzgrenze erreicht.

Es ist der beste Döner in der Gegend. Das Fleisch ist sehr lecker und die Portionen sind groß.

Pizza schmeckt echt super lecker, der Teig ist wirklich wie vom italienischen Pizzabäcker, der Belag ist reichlich. Der Yufka ist immer sehr groß und lecker!!!! Bestellungen werden wieder sehr schnell bearbeitet. Im Laden ist es auch sehr sauber und die Jungs sind alle super freundlich.

Grosse leckere preiswerte Döner.

Pizza war sehr gut. Beim Belag wurde nicht gespart und die Pizzen waren klasse gebacken. Wir waren von den Pizzabrötchen extrem beeindruckt. Ebenfalls gilt dies für den Salat bzw für die Salatsauce. Der Yufka war geschmacklich ein Traum, allerdings bisschen wenig Sauce. Im vollen und ganzen ist es sehr zu empfehlen. :) Das Essen war auch bei Ankunft noch heiss genießbar, und wir wohnen kanpp 20 Kilometer weg.

Bestellt wurde ein großer Yufka mit Käse. Die Auswahl der restlichen Zutaten ist etwas gering. Vom Geschmack Top Soße ist ebenfalls gut. Service ist zwar nicht überfreundlich aber voll und ganz in Ordnung.

Vegane Pizza und Calzone. Wie soll man da nicht 5 Sterne geben? Weiter so!

Essen gut, alles gut. Auf der Pizza ist etwas heftig viel Käse.. Ansonsten ist z.b. Pide mit Spinat und Käse unschlagbar. Betreiber und Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Ab und an wenn man keinen Bock hat selbst zu kochen oder weiter weg fahren mag.

Vor 45min bestellt, eben schon fertig aufgegessen. Sehr leckere Salami-Pizza mit viel Käse, noch dazu die schnelle Lieferung. Gerne wieder!

Actually the best döner and pizza in the Black Forest!!! The homemade wrap and dough makes all the difference. The owners are super nice and friendly - they even delivered to my campsite nearby!

Geschmacklich würde ich fast 5 Sterne vergeben, aber.... ....ich habe angerufen und 3 Pizzen, 1 Salat und 1x Döner Brötchen bestellt, "...in 30 Minuten fertig..." 30 Minuten später dort, nichts fertig, Pizza im Ofen Salat wurde gerade gemacht, soweit so gut. Dann ist die Pizza fertig und jetzt fängt man an die Dönerbrötchen zu machen. Man muss sagen sie wurden gewissenhaft in 25 Minuten zubereitet(Nein, die Teitabgabe ist nicht geschätzt/gefühlt, 19:43 Ankunft, 20:05 Abfahrt) Kann ja mal passieren, aber....schaut euch die Pizzabrötchen an, SCHWARZ! Wenn man es wegschneidet, haben noch geschmeckt, dennoch geht nicht. Die Pizza war geschmacklich wirklich gut, hätte sie nicht die 25 Minuten warmgehalten werden müssen, wäre sie sicher richtig lecker gewesen. Am Salat ist noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben, auch wenn er geschmeckt hat. Ich würde den Laden trotzdem empfehlen, die 2 Jungs geben sich Mühe. Als Tip, besser nicht telefonisch vorbestellen, sondern vor Ort bestellen und ein Auge darauf haben das währenddessen nichts vergessen geht. ;)
