Visiting for the first and last time. Very unfriendly and moody service. No thanks for tips is disappointing.

Your service is very bad! The waitress was very unpleasant, she didn't speak well, I think she is a racist!

We tried to reserve a table with my wife and friends and your waiter was very rude to us. She wasn't kind and we think she was a racist!

Was eating there with my friends, the service was very rude. When we wanted to order our drinks, she forced an Aperol on us that none of us wanted to drink. We assumed that we would get it on the house since no one said “yes” for an Aperol and she didn’t take another drink order from us. In the end she charged each of us an Aperol. (It should also be noted that none of us are fans of Aperol and she didn't even let us finish, even though we all wanted to order something else). The food, however, was very good and inexpensive.

Food was delicious... but the service... well... somehow we had the feeling that we were disturbing... no one asked if we wanted to order anything else... only when we spoke to someone did we respond .... Dessert and espresso takes 35 minutes... no one was responsible and if so, we somehow forgot... it's a shame... maybe we weren't fancy enough 🫤

Top restaurant with delicious food and good service.

If you want very good food with a cozy atmosphere, then always go to Vabene. If you're really looking for something, then one or two tables in the middle of the restaurant might be a bit awkward. Probably using space. Definitely absolute recommendation. Pizza with Parma ham is my personal highlight there.

Great Italian restaurant in downtown Balingen. Delicious fresh dishes, in addition to the normal menu there is also a special menu with changing special dishes. In addition to the indoor area, there is an outdoor area directly in front of the restaurant where you can also eat outside, especially in summer. Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

We were there for lunch. One pizza and one pasta each with a side salad. Both very good.

Everything perfect! The pizza is truly Italian, the base is thin and crispy. The Diavolo pizza has everything you need, the right amount of spiciness from the salami, fresh young rocket and generous amounts of parmesan flakes. A good, cool crystal wheat complemented the perfect meal and the pana cotta as dessert rounded off the meal. All three waitresses were very friendly, extremely attentive and competent. I can only recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit it often.

I celebrated my birthday last month with 12 other people. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a beautifully set table. The service was very attentive and friendly. I thought the recommendation of appetizer plates was great, so that we had a little bit of everything and the sharing created a fun and great atmosphere at the table. We ordered pizza and pasta dishes and can highly recommend both, but especially the pasta. We were also very impressed with the seasonal/special menu. The tiramisu was also very tasty. We had a wonderful evening and would love to come back.

Unfortunately it was a pure disappointment. We drove for 40 minutes but would probably have been happier to spend the wasted tank on a kebab. A restaurant that calls itself a high-end restaurant everywhere and especially but apparently isn't even used to dealing with customers. We were (presumably) welcomed and seated by the boss, who was very accommodating and friendly. As soon as we ordered a drink from one of the two female waitresses, a disaster began. The same person who not only picked up our drinks but also served them brought us the same thing again not even a minute later. Can happen, no problem. The second waitress, who was also female, made herself available to order our food after she had first carefully read private Whatsapp messages. After about 20 minutes the starter arrived but unfortunately the promised bread that came with it has not reached us to this day. After our next table was occupied (about 20 minutes after us) and they had completely finished eating, they gave us their bread for the starter out of pity. After a waitress asked if everything was OK, we mentioned that we were still waiting in vain for ours. Even after the third hint that we were waiting for the bread, she took our unfinished starter with her!! The main course took another 30 minutes to arrive. Both waitresses were completely unfriendly, not customer-oriented and clearly changed their tone several times during the conversation. They didn't even know the names of the dishes by heart, so there were misunderstandings when the main course was served, for which WE were held responsible?! We can't help it if the plate isn't shown to us and some other dish is named that nobody ordered!!!! The only friendly thing was the previously mentioned boss. He was the only one who didn't act like it was his first day of testing in the restaurant industry and he had never served people before. He would be the only service that would make it worth coming back. We actually enjoyed eating at Vabene but after these waitresses were introduced to us and this series of incompetence, listlessness and ignorance ruined our evening, we are definitely not coming back. The only thing that was worth it were the drinks, which are very cheap and served very cold, which is of course ideal in summer.

I've been to this store more than once. Since my first visit, people have been unfriendly to you. You keep grimacing. The waiter comes up with the brilliant idea to call me on a first-name basis??? Since when do you address your guests like that? I expect professionalism and politeness. This is absolutely necessary in a job like this. I think it's a shame that you lose customers even though it could be so easy to keep them. I'm talking about behavior, which is an absolute no-go, especially in this industry. Absolute disgrace.

The food was good, but somehow reminded us of ready-made food. The salami was so chemically pink, the tomato sauce on the pizza was out of the bucket. The salad was delicious. The price is reasonable for the location.

June 24th lunchtime with 6 people, reservation at 11.30am, dinner at 12.30pm - perfect! All the employees are super friendly, absolutely attentive and in a great mood and absolutely perfect at their job - that's awesome 🤩, lunch menus were 4 different pizzas under 10€, 4 times meat, fish with grilled vegetables - everything perfectly prepared! Espresso like in Italy, tiramisu from another star (perfect for lunch without alcohol) - people keep it up, gladly again!

A really nice Italian restaurant in downtown Balingen. The service was really nice and friendly. The food came very quickly and was really tasty. The pizzas are fresh and well topped and the base is really good. The price-performance ratio is good.

We were there on Tuesday April 30th. Eat there and were pleasantly surprised despite many reviews due to poor service. It wasn't busy and we made reservations the day before. The table was presented to us when we got there. The service was very kind and caring. The pizza was good. The ambience is ok. In general, Balingen had a pleasant calm about it that day. Thank you for this lovely stay and keep it up. The waitresses were very nice.

Great Italian restaurant in Balingen, great ambience and excellent food and especially, my favorite Italian pasta.

I went to this place with a friend of mine and her newborn son. We asked the waitress if there was room, and despite the empty tables we were rudely sent away. telling us clearly that the problem was the baby and the stroller. Terrible!!!!!

We enjoyed being guests in this restaurant... but the service today was bottom drawer. We had reserved a table for 7:15 p.m. When we were in the restaurant and asked for our table, the waitress greeted us in a way that was anything but friendly. Treated in a derogatory way, it is more accurate. The table is not free yet and we don't know when it will be free. True to the motto, it's your bad luck, what do you want here now! As you can see, there is a lot going on! So we were just left standing in the restaurant... I can only recommend one thing, I'll never go there again. This is not the way to treat customers, especially when the restaurant is at fault. Next time just cancel on the phone and don't accept reservations that you can't keep. You rely on it, especially if you want to spend a nice evening with friends. Something can always go wrong, but the sound makes the music.

Arrogant and unfriendly service, Food is passed over you, which is not possible at all, the food, well we ate better, the portions aren't great either, but the prices are, the plates are cleared quickly, there was still bread left over when we wanted to eat, It was simply taken away without asking, and the reservation on the phone was apparently poorly understood and on site they claimed that that wasn't true, well, we won't be coming back anyway, and we don't recommend it either!

Very good food, good selection, it's best to take what's on offer, nice staff, attractive decor. Parking spaces are a matter of luck😉

Super tasty pizza and great atmosphere

Wir gehen schon viele Jahre immer wieder samstags am Lokal vorbei. Nun haben wir es an einem Freitag zum Mittagessen geschafft. Preis-/Leistung ist für das Ambiente mehr als gerecht. Und ich habe einen meiner besten Espressi genießen dürfen, den ich je getrunken habe - und das waren in meiner Zeit als jahrelanger Lieferant für italienische Eiscafés eine ganze Menge des schwarzen Goldes.

Empfangen wurden wir mit einer arroganten und abwertenden Art, dennoch entschieden wir uns einen der wenigen freien Plätze einzunehmen. Wir mussten einige Minuten auf die Speisekarten warten, diese wurden kommentarlos gereicht. Ab der Bestellung besserte sich der Service massiv. Die bestellten Getränke waren gut temperiert. Das Essen hingegen ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Die Pizza Muravera mit Rinderfilet, Rucola und Parmesan ist irreführend. Die Pizza ist lediglich mit wenigen hauchdünn geschnittenen Carpaccio Scheiben bestückt. Geschmacklich eine teure Pizza Margherita mit Rucola. Fazit für mich, kein erneuter Besuch wert.

Goed restaurant, met lekker eten voor een goede prijs. Ruime keus. Wel reserveren anders is er geen plek.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist soooo lecker, dass es von mir 10 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 bekommen würde!!!

Bestellt war Pizzabrot und Pasta. Bekommen haben wir Pasta ohne Brot. Auf der Rechnung stand es allerdings drauf. Das war vermutlich Zauberei, dass es verschwunden ist. Die Kinder, die das Restaurant zum Spielplatz machten störten das Ambiente. Daher zwei Sterne.

Lange Wartezeiten bis das Essen kommt, extrem lange Wartezeit bis man zahlen kann - dauerte mehr als 20min und musste mehrmals „reklamieren“ - Am Schluss wurde ich noch angeblufft, Verständnis der Laden sei voll etc, hab ich ja aber nicht wenn man 30min warten muss bis man dann endlich zahlen darf.

Sehr gutes Essen, das den Preis wert ist. Leider zu wenig Servicekräfte, was dazu führte, dass die Beiden sehr gestresst wirkten...Ambiente naja...letztendlich aber nicht relevant, weil ich ja zum Essen kam und das war sehr gut!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant...freundliche Bedienung...kleine Speicherkarte mit toller Auswahl der Gerichte..zum angemessen Preis.

Pizza lecker, Service unverschämt. Wein wurde vergessen, von 6 Pizzen wurden 4 mit Pizzamesser serviert. Auf meine Bemerkung hin zu meiner Begleitung, dass der Service hier etwas unaufmerksam sei, wurde ich von einer der Servicekräfte angeschnauzt, dass Pizzamesser hier eigentlich eh nicht üblich seien und dass sie außerdem nur zu zweit seien. Schade, ein einfaches Es tut uns leid hätte völlig ausgereicht. Die anderen beiden Servicekräfte waren nett, deshalb gab es ein kleines Trinkgeld.

Sehr schön, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Große Auswahl an Speisen, leckeres Essen und "normale" Preise. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Von zwei Extra-Wünschen wurde nichts umgesetzt. Salat hat nur etwas Essig und Salz. Dennoch war die Pizza lecker und ein toller Boden.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollen Speisen. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Behindertenparkplätze, der Eingang ist barrierefrei und es gibt einen Lift ins UG zur geräumigen und sehr schönen Behindertentoilette.

Freundlicher Service. Salat war super. Pasta mit Lachs und Gnocchi waren lecker. Portionen waren sehr gut. Espresso war top.

Schöne helle Pizzeria mit nettem modernen Ambiente. Gerichte sind lecker und zudem preiswert

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit hier und waren positiv Überrascht von der großen Auswahl der Mittagskarte. Preis und Leistung Tip Top. Ich hatte Penne mit Curry Sahnesosse und Pute. Meine Herzallerliebste hatte Lachs mit Gemüse. Hat super lecker geschmeckt und war toll Angerichtet.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Die Pizzen sind groß und handgemacht. Vorreservieren lohnt sich, da das Risiko hoch ist keinen Platz mehr zu ergattern, wenn man spontan Essen gehen möchte. Wir hatten da zu zweit Glück und im äußerst gut besuchten Restaurant gegen 19:30 Uhr an einem Samstag Abend gerade noch so einen kleinen freien Tisch bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Wir waren letzten Freitag Abend dort. Größere Runde mit Freunden und Bekannten. Die Auswahl der Speisen war sehr verschieden aber lecker waren sie alle. Üppige Portionen, köstlich und zügig serviert. Getränke wurden reichlich konsumiert, der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Das Restaurant war voll und dennoch nicht überbesetzt. Unsere Gruppe hat sich wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und kommt auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wir waren gestern mit Familie und Freunden dort. Das Essen war einfach himmlisch, der Service hervorragend freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön mit angenehmer Lounge Musik und sehr sauber . Danke für den schönen Abend bei Euch . Wir waren wie immer rundherum zufrieden und haben uns seeeehr wohlgefühlt !

Unfreundlicher Service sowohl am Telefon, als auch bei der Abholung des Essens. Sehr schade, war schon mal anders.

Essen prima, da gabs nix zu meckern, aber: keine NAchfrage nach 3 G: jeder kann ohne nAchfragen oder Nachweise rein: kein Sitzabstand, maximale Bestuhlung (maximaler Profit). Personal desinteressiert bis unfreudlich. Was gar nicht geht: Hund am Tisch (der permanent an der Leine zerrt und bellt::!!!) und dann noch vom Personal richtig aufgestachelt wird, um permanant "Laut" zu geben. Das ist rücksichtslos und nicht zu tolerieren.... Das Lokal werden wir meiden.....
