Very friendly service. The location is in an industrial area, so the ambiance loses one star. The pizza calzone was good and very large; the pizza margarita was a bit dry. The portion was very large.

We stumbled upon this restaurant spontaneously while passing through and were absolutely thrilled. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food arrived incredibly quickly after ordering, with generous portions that were filling, and a truly reasonable price. I'm usually a bit critical, but there really wasn't a single negative comment! A top-notch place, honestly!

We were here for the first time today, with friends. We haven't experienced such great conditions (everyone) in a long time, friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. 😋 We moved to Balingen 12 weeks ago, and we'll be visiting you more often ;-), that's 100% certain!!!!!!

We celebrated our class reunion last Saturday in the adjoining room of Dal Maestro. First, we enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks, then we were allowed to stay there until we left on our own. The staff was super friendly, cheerful, and up for any joke. We'd love to come back. Keep up the good work. I'm sorry if any guests were bothered by our good (loud) mood.

We were at dal Maestro again with 10 people, and as always, everything was perfect. Toto (Salvatore), in particular, was super funny and entertained us well. The other service staff were also very friendly and left nothing to be desired. We'd love to come back and look forward to our next visit. Keep up the good work, you're a great team ☺️

The food was tasty, not outstanding, ok for the price. The service was nice and the restaurant itself is stylishly decorated. Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn't good at all, we had reserved and were looking forward to a nice and relaxing Saturday evening. Unfortunately we felt rather dismissed. We hadn't even finished the starter when the main course arrived - that's not possible. There wasn't any bread or olive oil at the beginning. Everything felt very rushed - the place was full, the next people waiting for a table were already ready. It's a shame, unfortunately it had little to do with a relaxed Saturday evening and food in a cozy Italian atmosphere.

A very nice restaurant on the outskirts of Balingen. AS Ambiente is very nice and also decorated according to the seasons. The food is delicious and there is a great selection of salads, pastas and pizzas. There is also a wine list, as well as coffee and dessert. .

Dal Maestro zum Blume is a real gem! The operator is always attentive, in a good mood and incredibly warm - you feel welcome from the first moment. The food? Absolutely first class! Every bite is a pleasure, prepared with a lot of love and quality. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, you can just tell that people put their heart and soul into the work here. We spontaneously went for dinner at Dal Maestro last night. Already in the parking lot it was clear that the restaurant was very busy, so we found a parking space not far from the restaurant. Almost all the tables in the restaurant were occupied, but the waiter offered us - and another couple - a table without any fuss. He really impressed us with that, despite the full house, he gave every guest the attention they needed. We were served promptly, the food (pizza and salad) was very good - the salad was freshly prepared. The service was also very attentive when ordering drinks. The Dal Maestro can be recommended without reservation; the ambience, the food and, above all, the service are particularly praiseworthy. Keep it up, we'll be back.

Food was very good. Service after the meal was very sparse. All 3 glasses were empty and service only came 15 minutes later... Ambiance: Very tight between tables So very loud in the guest room. Yesterday we celebrated a birthday with a microphone (loud and inappropriate). For a cozy evening it would have been better in another restaurant yesterday. We try another Italian.

If your favorite food is pizza, but you have had celiac disease for 11 years and are no longer allowed to eat gluten, and if you value good food in general, and if you want not only friendly but also competent and friendly service, then come here . To be honest, I have rarely experienced such good conditions as here. I grew up in the catering industry, worked as a chef myself and later ran my own business. I don't think it could be any better. Of course, there are elegant restaurants that offer a main course, wine and dessert, receptionist and all sorts of niceties that want to be rewarded accordingly. There is something much better here at the Maestro: people who enjoy their job, who are friendly and competent, who occasionally crack a joke and seek contact. And the best thing is: the food tastes good. And not just for me as a celiac disease sufferer, but also for everyone. So, I would definitely give it 10 out of 5 stars

We had a very great evening, very good food and great care. My son loves playing with Pokémon cards and one of the waiters even gave him cards. We found this very helpful and my little one was really happy about it! We'd love to come back.

Food was delicious, staff was really friendly and accommodating, but: I was on the toilet at the changing table changing my baby. The waitress was in the toilet and didn't wash her hands afterwards. When you consider how many plates she touches, it's really incredibly disgusting. It should actually be a given in the restaurant to wash your hands regularly, but at least after using the toilet🙈🥲 It's a shame, really disgusting.

We were there for dinner on Saturday evening. The service was super attentive and incredibly friendly, the restaurant is also very special. Parking spaces are a bit tight for the number of people that can be accommodated here. The food left a lot to be desired this time...the starter (bresaola) was delicious, the seafood spaghetti was with tomato sauce, which was a first for me (and rather undesirable because I'm not a tomato sauce fan; I'm more familiar with it). with date tomatoes). However, I found the pizza delicious. Someone at the table had grilled scampi, which were served with a little too much oil. Overall it was ok, but we drove from further afield because we've always eaten well here, so it was a shame this time.

Wir kamen ohne Reservierung und obwohl es sehr voll war wurde uns angeboten, dass wir gerne an der Bar auf einen freien Tisch warte dürfen. Wir haben sogar für die Überbrückung einen kostenlosen Prosecco bekommen.

Incomparably good service, delicious food and a great ambience. I haven't been to Dal Maestro in Balingen for a while. But recently my wife took me there. And I was surprised at what first-class service was provided in the very busy restaurant. No matter how many people were there, no matter how quickly, no matter which service staff walked past a table, there was never an empty glass left without someone asking if it could be something again. The food came quickly and was excellent. The staff always have a quick saying and are clearly responsible for the success here (including the kitchen staff, of course). The children were also taken into consideration and were provided with appropriate care. I hope the owner appreciates this and rewards these great employees fairly. We would be happy to come back, especially because such service is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare these days.

We have on October 12th. celebrated a big birthday in the small next room. All around: it was just great! In detail: we were able to decorate the room individually in the morning. There were lots of devices so putting the decorations on and taking them down was super quick and easy. The advance planning was courteous and easy. We spontaneously decided to have a champagne reception outside, which was carried out without any problems. The food (especially the starter platters) was very good and the main course was brought to almost everyone at the same time so that we could eat together (despite the 20 people!). We received very friendly service throughout the evening. Towards a later hour, the employees really set the mood and conjured up a few extras. The boys were great! The service went far beyond the standard, for example they worked overtime and still handled everything professionally! The price-performance ratio is also right! Thank you very much for a very great evening! We can recommend it without reservation! We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, parking spaces in front of the restaurant are in short supply and you have to use the neighboring parking spaces of other shops or McDonald's.
