To continue to recommend it, you have to improve the food in the kitchen and add more toppings to your pizzas 🍕. After all, you pay a lot of money for certain dishes 💰 and the same goes for pizzas 🍕—you get far too little on the pizza for your money and for the eyes.

Even though it's usually busy, you're served quickly and the food comes out quickly. Orders are fulfilled, the outdoor area is great, and the prices are fair. Highly recommended for pick-up, too!

The restaurant was already very busy at 6 p.m., but the super-friendly service arrived super quickly, as did the drinks and the super-delicious food. Every waiter—we met three (!)—was super nice and had a kind word for us every time we passed by. And the best part is, the manager wasn't even in the restaurant. This is definitely the only Italian restaurant in Balingen I can recommend – making a reservation is highly recommended! The dishes are delicious and plentiful, the atmosphere is lively, and the staff always provides excellent service. I've been here dozens of times, and every time I leave completely satisfied. As always, the staff is on the ball. The pizzas were delicious. The Gambaretti was a bit too cheesey. The garlic oil was missing. After a quick request, we were given garlic oil and seasoned it ourselves. We'll be back.

We had dinner with friends on the terrace, and my pasta was excellent. The waiter, Dennis, was very friendly and served us quickly and politely without being intrusive. He was very attentive. We are very satisfied and would gladly return.

It's always exceptionally good here: the food, the ambiance, the friendliness of the staff—simply everything. But today, August 6, 2025, it's even better than usual, because it's just the girls serving today—the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. Birthdays are celebrated here, and the guests are included. I'm here right now and the food tastes really good

My girlfriend and I went there with two other friends. I have to say, we were deeply disappointed. Not so much with the food, which was fine, but the staff were so deeply rude that it's hard to believe. I've been to hundreds of restaurants around the world, but I've never experienced anything like this: Yes, it was fairly full, but I can't escape into excuses in my job. At one point, when I still had about a third of my plate left, I ordered a glass of water from a waitress because I didn't have anything else to drink. It just kept coming, so I told a second waitress that her colleague hadn't brought my order and gave it to her. Again, nothing came. I had to get a drink from my girlfriend because I didn't have anything. Twenty minutes after the first order, I was finished, and a waiter came with a glass of water. I politely but firmly declined the glass of water, saying I didn't need it anymore. Later, when paying the bill, the waiter (the last one) wanted to charge me for a glass of water, which I naturally declined, as I hadn't needed that glass of water after 20 minutes either. The waiter then said he thought it was a second glass of water, which I had declined. When I, or rather, when we, explained it to him, he said: NOTHING. No apology, no discount, nothing. Instead, after my friend again (politely!) pointed out that it wouldn't have been that difficult to bring him a glass of water (especially since we were sitting 2 meters from the bar), we had to accept it: The waiter laughed and said there was no need to make a big deal out of it. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS! NEVER AGAIN!

It used to be very tasty. Today it tastes like a primary school kid baking a pizza for the first time. The dough isn't cooked through. It's not crispy. Too much cheap cheese. It's poorly prepared. We'll never come here again.

The ambiance, the child-friendly service, the staff, and of course the food – everything exceeded our expectations! The food is not only delicious but also served quickly, so you can eat together. The prices are also great! We'd be happy to go back anytime.

We stumbled upon this restaurant spontaneously while passing through and were absolutely thrilled. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food arrived incredibly quickly after ordering, with generous portions that were filling, and a truly reasonable price. I'm usually a bit critical, but there really wasn't a single negative comment! A top-notch place, honestly!

We celebrated our class reunion last Saturday in the adjoining room of Dal Maestro. First, we enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks, then we were allowed to stay there until we left on our own. The staff was super friendly, cheerful, and up for any joke. We'd love to come back. Keep up the good work. I'm sorry if any guests were bothered by our good (loud) mood.

We were at dal Maestro again with 10 people, and as always, everything was perfect. Toto (Salvatore), in particular, was super funny and entertained us well. The ambience is beautifully classic and warm. Nevertheless, that certain something is missing, something like plants for decoration that would round everything off. The service is excellent because the employees are so friendly to you. The food is served warm, is well seasoned, but sometimes bland. Overall, really tasty!

5 stars I was really excited about dal Maestro in Balingen! The portions are super generous and really more than enough - you definitely get something for your money. The price is also absolutely fair and affordable. The taste was great, everything was prepared fresh and very tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty, not outstanding, ok for the price. The service was nice and the restaurant itself is stylishly decorated. Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn't good at all, we had reserved and were looking forward to a nice and relaxing Saturday evening. Unfortunately we felt rather dismissed. We hadn't even finished the starter when the main course arrived - that's not possible. There wasn't any bread or olive oil at the beginning. Everything felt very rushed - the place was full, the next people waiting for a table were already ready. It's a shame, unfortunately it had little to do with a relaxed Saturday evening and food in a cozy Italian atmosphere.

A very nice restaurant on the outskirts of Balingen. AS Ambiente is very nice and also decorated according to the seasons. The food is delicious and there is a great selection of salads, pastas and pizzas. There is also a wine list, as well as coffee and dessert. .

The Dal Maestro can only be recommended!!! Very good Italian food and great staff who always have a friendly, easy-going saying.

We spontaneously went for dinner at Dal Maestro last night. Already in the parking lot it was clear that the restaurant was very busy, so we found a parking space not far from the restaurant. Almost all the tables in the restaurant were occupied, but the waiter offered us - and another couple - a table without any fuss. He really impressed us with that, despite the full house, he gave every guest the attention they needed. We were served promptly, the food (pizza and salad) was very good - the salad was freshly prepared. The service was also very attentive when ordering drinks. The Dal Maestro can be recommended without reservation; the ambience, the food and, above all, the service are particularly praiseworthy. Keep it up, we'll be back.

Food was very good. Service after the meal was very sparse. All 3 glasses were empty and service only came 15 minutes later... Ambiance: Very tight between tables So very loud in the guest room. Yesterday we celebrated a birthday with a microphone (loud and inappropriate). For a cozy evening it would have been better in another restaurant yesterday. We try another Italian.
