Rarely have I enjoyed such a great ambience, service and food, Starter, main course and dessert were awesome. The service was friendly, accommodating and in a great mood. We have definitely found our new Italian, despite the long journey you will see us again.

First of all, when you read individual reviews here you can only shake your head! It seems as if you basically can't please some people 🤌🏼 We have been guests there again and again over the past few years and have always been satisfied without exception. The staff is always friendly even under the most stressful times and always has a funny saying. Furthermore, we are always enthusiastic about the food - whether it's pasta dishes or pizzas. We always enjoy coming here 👍🏼

We were completely happy and satisfied. Both the pasta and the pizzas and salads were delicious. The staff is very attentive and friendly and our children also felt very comfortable. The food came at the same time for the entire table (8 people) so we could start together. Despite the restaurant being full, we didn't have to wait long for our food. It certainly wasn't our last visit!

Very friendly staff and delicious food!

Cozy atmosphere, clean toilets, very friendly staff. We were there on a Sunday, the antipasti starter platter was really very good, fresh and tasty. Afterwards the pasta of the day came to us with fresh chanterelles, bacon and onions. The children enjoyed the pizza with ham. At the end they got an ice cream on the house, which was great fun (not just for the kids ;) - all in all we were very satisfied and will be back. Thank you.

Who would have thought that the best Italian restaurant would be based in Swabia, of all places? The food is incredibly delicious. Whether salad, pizza, pasta or dessert - fresh and high-quality ingredients are always used here. We have often asked ourselves how this works, because the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. In addition, the service staff is particularly attentive and always in a good mood, so that you feel in good hands at all times. The ambience is bright and modern, but lit in warm colors for the perfect feel-good atmosphere. Now that the pizza dough has been optimized again, it resembles even more of the fluffy Neapolitan style. At times we come here every weekend simply because we couldn't imagine better food.

Nice restaurant, the food is delicious - even if they meant something very well with the salad dressing. ^^ maybe a little less would be more. ;) but tastes good! The employees are great, very committed, cheerful and polite. You can do it!

We have been going here for many years and the quality of the food has never diminished. Top food, top service. Reservations definitely have to be made here, the restaurant is no longer an insider tip, you won't find empty tables here. Always friendly, no trace of stress and quick with everything. Keep it up and all reviews that are less good will be ignored.

I also usually love the Dal Maestro and I love the Parma pizza. Yesterday we also ordered, Parma was great as always but the second pizza was a bit cheeky... three slices of salami, 4 pieces of ham, very little mushrooms and 3 pieces of artichoke... I've never seen a pizza with such bad toppings when you eat there. But it was hidden in the box... Salad is really not bite-sized and the bread is hard.....😧 Never order for pickup again

It is insulting to true Italian cuisine that this restaurant is allowed to call itself “Italian”. Anyone who has any idea about good cuisine notices the following first and foremost: - Too many dishes on the menu, which makes me doubt the good quality of the food. - 90 percent of all pasta dishes are prepared with cream. - The ordered food is served in no time. The restaurant only has Italian in its name. I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Quality 0/10! The atmosphere is quite nice, the staff is very friendly.

Very attentive service, great team. My daughter was fantastically looked after, the restaurant was packed and there was a wedding in the next room. The gluten free pizza was excellent...the best 👍🏼👍🏼

Great service and absolutely friendly staff. The food came really quickly and the anterior is wonderful, especially on warm summer evenings. The food tastes excellent, I can wholeheartedly recommend the gnocchi and the prices are more than fair. A waiter named Josip spreads a good mood and is available to answer any questions or requests straight away. We thank you and will definitely come back 🍕🇮🇹🍝☀️

Had dinner here with the family! There were nice staff across the board who took care of you straight away. Our order was taken quickly and was served within a reasonable time. Unfortunately my wife's food wasn't what she ordered, but since it was similar and, like the other meals, it was excellent, we didn't mind and didn't say anything. After dinner the children were surprised with ice cream and we went home with full bellies. We'd love to come back Gladly 5 stars

What was that?! I had the chicken and shrimp salad. The shrimp was grilled to death and the chicken was dry. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't good either. The pizza at the kebab around the corner is better. We last ordered there about a year ago and it was much better. Very unfortunate. Never change your pizza supplier. ;-)

The food arrived quickly, but my granddaughter's pizza looked like a ready-made pizza from the freezer, and tasted like one too! My lasagne looked good except for the pile of parmesan cheese in the middle, it was very hot on the outside but cold on the inside! In terms of taste, it was very close to the supermarket. It's a shame, because the restaurant makes a good, clean impression, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

So far, Dal Maestro has been one of my favorite restaurants in Balingen. I've always enjoyed going there for the food and the good vibes. However, we were there today on Pentecost and the quality of the food was not acceptable. All three of us ordered the rigatoni al forno. However, the dishes looked different and had a really strange taste. After we mentioned this to the service staff, we were told that they would speak to the kitchen. Afterwards we sat in the restaurant for at least half an hour, the entire staff avoided us and we didn't get any feedback. A real shame. We won't be visiting the restaurant again for the time being.

Really successful evening. The employees infect you with their good mood and like to joke around. The food was also good, but there is still a little room for improvement. We had pizza and rump steak. For those looking for a quiet atmosphere, Saturday evening is not recommended (at least in the entrance area). It's very turbulent. But it's also fun to watch the hustle and bustle. Very friendly and attentive staff. Our little princess even got free ice cream and there were children's toys.

Great pizzeria can only be recommended. Everything fits. The food is very good, everything is fresh and nicely prepared. It's very quick. The space is nice and the staff is really nice. Compliments!!! Everything just fits.

Family run restaurant. Salvatore served us and was absolutely delightful, funny and genuine. There was a young lad there who was celebrating his birthday and Salvatore gave a round of shots of crema mandorla - a red dessert (sweet) wine and he led the entire restaurant in singing happy birthday to this lad. He was beaming it made his day. The pizza was genuine - cooked in a wood-fired oven with just the right balance of cooked with a slightly charred crust. Salvatore is the son of the owner in this family run restaurant, his father hails from Napoli and his mother German from Berlin. The other waiter who was also friendly and engaging hails from Split in Croatia. This was all in all a fantastic night. It was so good that I went back on my last day and had the bolognaise as a pasta, followed by two delicious tuna steaks seared just right, and topped it with a delicious home-made tiramisu. This restaurant is highly recommended if you want authentic home-cooked Italian food and excellent service. I'll be back Salvatore!

Wir kommen in sehr unregelmäßigen Abständen seit nun über 20 Jahren, gestern Abend waren wir spontan mal wieder seit langem dort. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern wann wir als Familie das letzte Mal zusammen sooooo gelacht haben und Spaß hatten. Das Essen war wie immer mega lecker. Und das Team ist grandios, immer freundlich und auch noch spät abends motiviert, trotz langem Arbeitstag. Weiter so:-) Vielen Dank an Euch.

Ich war heute erstmals in diesem Restaurant. Gegessen habe ich eine vegetarische Pizza. Es war sehr lecker. Meine Freunde hatten einen Salat. Auch dieser hatte eine gute Portion und sah sehr lecker aus. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben Spaß und Freude an Ihrer Arbeit. Heute ein Date gehabt. Leckeres essen, sehr scharmantes Servicepersonal. Besonders ein im Vergleich kleinerer Kelner mit tatoos und einer scharmanten Stimme, der weiß, wie man Kürbiscremesuppe verkauft

Das Essen war wieder Klasse, Service einfach legendär. Wer Mario und sein Team mag ist absolut an der richtigen Stelle.
