Food was very good. Service after the meal was very sparse. All 3 glasses were empty and service only came 15 minutes later... Ambiance: Very tight between tables So very loud in the guest room. Yesterday we celebrated a birthday with a microphone (loud and inappropriate). For a cozy evening it would have been better in another restaurant yesterday. We try another Italian.

Kudos to Denis! He was very, very nice and could always put a smile on all of our faces and make the waiting time so pleasant. Thank you for that!!! Food as always 10/10 no question and service ALWAYS top despite the many guests.

If your favorite food is pizza, but you have had celiac disease for 11 years and are no longer allowed to eat gluten, and if you value good food in general, and if you want not only friendly but also competent and friendly service, then come here . To be honest, I have rarely experienced such good conditions as here. I grew up in the catering industry, worked as a chef myself and later ran my own business. I don't think it could be any better. Of course, there are elegant restaurants that offer a main course, wine and dessert, receptionist and all sorts of niceties that want to be rewarded accordingly. There is something much better here at the Maestro: people who enjoy their job, who are friendly and competent, who occasionally crack a joke and seek contact. And the best thing is: the food tastes good. And not just for me as a celiac disease sufferer, but also for everyone. So, I would definitely give it 10 out of 5 stars

We had a very great evening, very good food and great care. My son loves playing with Pokémon cards and one of the waiters even gave him cards. We found this very helpful and my little one was really happy about it! We'd love to come back.

Food was delicious, staff was really friendly and accommodating, but: I was on the toilet at the changing table changing my baby. The waitress was in the toilet and didn't wash her hands afterwards. When you consider how many plates she touches, it's really incredibly disgusting. It should actually be a given in the restaurant to wash your hands regularly, but at least after using the toilet🙈🥲 It's a shame, really disgusting.

We were there for dinner on Saturday evening. The service was super attentive and incredibly friendly, the restaurant is also very special. Parking spaces are a bit tight for the number of people that can be accommodated here. The food left a lot to be desired this time...the starter (bresaola) was delicious, the seafood spaghetti was with tomato sauce, which was a first for me (and rather undesirable because I'm not a tomato sauce fan; I'm more familiar with it). with date tomatoes). However, I found the pizza delicious. Someone at the table had grilled scampi, which were served with a little too much oil. Overall it was ok, but we drove from further afield because we've always eaten well here, so it was a shame this time.

Wir kamen ohne Reservierung und obwohl es sehr voll war wurde uns angeboten, dass wir gerne an der Bar auf einen freien Tisch warte dürfen. Wir haben sogar für die Überbrückung einen kostenlosen Prosecco bekommen.

HAMMER!!!! super friendly pizzeria! Exactly my thing. It's a shame we don't have them in Rottweil. Pasta dish (chicken / shrimp) recommended by the very friendly Salvatore, very tasty. Price performance, very good. The pizzas from the others were also very tasty. Personally, I really liked the atmosphere. Of course, you shouldn't forget that there are a large number of guests staying here. From that point of view, I think the balancing act was very successful. Incomparably good service, delicious food and a great ambience. I haven't been to Dal Maestro in Balingen for a while. But recently my wife took me there. And I was surprised at what first-class service was provided in the very busy restaurant. No matter how many people were there, no matter how quickly, no matter which service staff walked past a table, there was never an empty glass left without someone asking if it could be something again. The food came quickly and was excellent. The staff always have a quick saying and are clearly responsible for the success here (including the kitchen staff, of course). The children were also taken into consideration and were provided with appropriate care. I hope the owner appreciates this and rewards these great employees fairly. We would be happy to come back, especially because such service is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare these days.

We have on October 12th. celebrated a big birthday in the small next room. All around: it was just great! In detail: we were able to decorate the room individually in the morning. There were lots of devices so putting the decorations on and taking them down was super quick and easy. The advance planning was courteous and easy. We spontaneously decided to have a champagne reception outside, which was carried out without any problems. The food (especially the starter platters) was very good and the main course was brought to almost everyone at the same time so that we could eat together (despite the 20 people!). We received very friendly service throughout the evening. Towards a later hour, the employees really set the mood and conjured up a few extras. The boys were great! The service went far beyond the standard, for example they worked overtime and still handled everything professionally! The price-performance ratio is also right! Thank you very much for a very great evening! We can recommend it without reservation! We'll definitely be back!

Fast and loveless food. Pasta with pineapple corner. That probably doesn't fit at all. Hectic, does not invite further visits. Passable food for an industrial area. It's a shame, we were looking forward to the visit.

Nice restaurant with good selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, parking spaces in front of the restaurant are in short supply and you have to use the neighboring parking spaces of other shops or McDonald's. The beer garden is very close to Mcdonald's (towards the McDonalds parking lot). As a result, a quiet get-together can be disrupted by increased noise levels.

It seems as if you basically can't please some people 🤌🏼 We have been guests there again and again over the past few years and have always been satisfied without exception. The staff is always friendly even under the most stressful times and always has a funny saying. Furthermore, we are always enthusiastic about the food - whether it's pasta dishes or pizzas. Cozy atmosphere, clean toilets, very friendly staff. We were there on a Sunday, the antipasti starter platter was really very good, fresh and tasty. Afterwards the pasta of the day came to us with fresh chanterelles, bacon and onions. The children enjoyed the pizza with ham. At the end they got an ice cream on the house, which was great fun (not just for the kids ;) - all in all we were very satisfied and will be back. Thank you.

Who would have thought that the best Italian restaurant would be based in Swabia, of all places? The food is incredibly delicious. Whether salad, pizza, pasta or dessert - fresh and high-quality ingredients are always used here. We have often asked ourselves how this works, because the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. In addition, the service staff is particularly attentive and always in a good mood, so that you feel in good hands at all times. The ambience is bright and modern, but lit in warm colors for the perfect feel-good atmosphere. Now that the pizza dough has been optimized again, it resembles even more of the fluffy Neapolitan style. At times we come here every weekend simply because we couldn't imagine better food.

It is insulting to true Italian cuisine that this restaurant is allowed to call itself “Italian”. Anyone who has any idea about good cuisine notices the following first and foremost: - Too many dishes on the menu, which makes me doubt the good quality of the food. - 90 percent of all pasta dishes are prepared with cream. - The ordered food is served in no time. The restaurant only has Italian in its name. I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Quality 0/10! The atmosphere is quite nice, the staff is very friendly.

I also usually love the Dal Maestro and I love the Parma pizza. Yesterday we also ordered, Parma was great as always but the second pizza was a bit cheeky... three slices of salami, 4 pieces of ham, very little mushrooms and 3 pieces of artichoke... I've never seen a pizza with such bad toppings when you eat there. But it was hidden in the box... Salad is really not bite-sized and the bread is hard.....😧 Never order for pickup again

We have been going here for many years and the quality of the food has never diminished. Top food, top service. Reservations definitely have to be made here, the restaurant is no longer an insider tip, you won't find empty tables here. Always friendly, no trace of stress and quick with everything. Keep it up and all reviews that are less good will be ignored.

Had dinner here with the family! There were nice staff across the board who took care of you straight away. Our order was taken quickly and was served within a reasonable time. Unfortunately my wife's food wasn't what she ordered, but since it was similar and, like the other meals, it was excellent, we didn't mind and didn't say anything. After dinner the children were surprised with ice cream and we went home with full bellies. We'd love to come back Gladly 5 stars

Great service and absolutely friendly staff. The food came really quickly and the anterior is wonderful, especially on warm summer evenings. The food tastes excellent, I can wholeheartedly recommend the gnocchi and the prices are more than fair. What was that?! I had the chicken and shrimp salad. The shrimp was grilled to death and the chicken was dry. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't good either. The pizza at the kebab around the corner is better. We last ordered there about a year ago and it was much better. Very unfortunate. Never change your pizza supplier. ;-)

The food arrived quickly, but my granddaughter's pizza looked like a ready-made pizza from the freezer, and tasted like one too! My lasagne looked good except for the pile of parmesan cheese in the middle, it was very hot on the outside but cold on the inside! In terms of taste, it was very close to the supermarket. It's a shame, because the restaurant makes a good, clean impression, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

So far, Dal Maestro has been one of my favorite restaurants in Balingen. I've always enjoyed going there for the food and the good vibes. However, we were there today on Pentecost and the quality of the food was not acceptable. All three of us ordered the rigatoni al forno. However, the dishes looked different and had a really strange taste. After we mentioned this to the service staff, we were told that they would speak to the kitchen. Afterwards we sat in the restaurant for at least half an hour, the entire staff avoided us and we didn't get any feedback. A real shame. We won't be visiting the restaurant again for the time being.
