Ursula Gaststätten Restaurants Erkens in Alsdorf

The food was unusual and very tasty. The soup by the glass and the salad alone were simply delicious. The steaks were good quality and tender, and even the spaghetti Bolognese was excellent. Cozy decor.

Not recommended – disappointing experience Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was entirely disappointing. The employee who served us was unfriendly, appeared disrespectful and responded to questions in an annoyed and short manner - no trace of hospitality. The restaurant also left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The table was not cleaned properly and the entire ambience did not give the impression of being well maintained. The absolute low point, however, was that there was hair in my food - an absolute no-go and extremely unhygienic. I don't expect an experience like this in a simple or upscale restaurant. One thing is certain for me: I will not visit this restaurant a second time.

Unfortunately it's not nearly as good as it used to be and the change in the menu didn't do the whole thing any good either. Unfortunately, the food was very bland and not justified in every way in terms of price-performance. We used to enjoy coming here - but the general concept was still right. It's just a really beautiful location and at least there used to be great food here, but unfortunately this has now had to give way to a new menu. All in all, we have to say we were very disappointed - both with the food and the service. Unfortunately, there was also a wait of almost an hour before the main course finally arrived, which wasn't even served hot. In between there were only a few or no opportunities to order drinks and inquire about the order. It's a shame, such a bad experience unfortunately leaves its mark. :-(

Freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren Sonntag hier (spontan) im Zuge einer kleinen Radtour. Die Kneipe/das Restaurant war gut besucht, trotzdem haben wir ohne Reservierung sofort einen Platz bekommen. Die Auswahl ein Speisen und Getränken ist hervorragend. Und die Qualität eben dieser war es auch. Es gibt wohl herkömmliches wie Schnitzel oder Currywurst, aber auch kroatisches, was wir gegessen haben und sehr zu empfehlen ist (Bild: Pola Pola).
