We ordered 3 döner kebabs, there was not even any meat inside the döner kebabs, they were filled with onions, it was as shameful as the night, a person should be ashamed when making that döner kebab.

Well, what can I say? I've ordered food for delivery from Urfa Ocakbasi several times. Despite one minor hiccup, I've been extremely satisfied so far. What minor hiccup was that? An item was forgotten during delivery; where there's a lot of work, the odd slip-up happens. What followed, however, is truly worth mentioning: After a quick phone call, I was promised a redelivery. The fact that the promised redelivery arrived within just five minutes almost took my breath away. Absolutely top-notch; that's what I call superb service! The price is perfectly reasonable, given the truly outstanding quality of the food, which has always been delivered hot and fresh. The drivers have all been extremely friendly and courteous. Personally, I couldn't expect more. All in all, a solid five stars. A small addendum on October 12, 2025: I've been extremely pleasantly surprised over the months by how consistently excellent the restaurant's quality actually is. I've ordered delivery from there quite frequently over the years, and so far there hasn't been a single complaint, no matter how small. Absolutely fantastic!

Everything is homemade and fresh! The portion sizes are very generous, and you can taste the charcoal grill in the meat! Simply delicious and very good value for money! Great quality!

First of all, I should say this: we're colleagues, and I know how these things work. I ordered lahmacun, and it came straight from the oven and onto the salad counter. My friend opened it to put the salad in, and there was barely any meat inside. The baker simply poured the lahmacun filling over the dough and gave it to me. Have some conscience, some conscience... People pay money and expect service in return. It's shameful, it's a sin. I won't come to you again, nor will I send anyone from my circle! If you continue with this injustice, I can only wish you good luck, but your life won't last long.

We regularly visit Urfa Ocakbaşı İmam Ustanın Yeri and are never disappointed. The Adana Kebab and Beyzi Kebab are always perfectly prepared, juicy, and flavorful. Side dishes like salad, fries, and rice are also fresh and delicious. Even the çay (tea) at the end is a little treat. The ambiance is cozy, and the service is always friendly and attentive. An absolute recommendation for anyone who loves authentic cuisine.

We ate a large Margherita pizza – with a very thin crust, which we particularly enjoyed. We also had fries and soup with meat. As a nice surprise, the staff, or rather the owner, offered us tea – a very friendly gesture! To finish off, we tried baklava, which was simply delicious. All in all: delicious food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Four of us ate here – and it was a huge mistake. Immediately after our visit, we ALL had stomach aches. This simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant! There's clearly something completely wrong with the food or hygiene. Very disappointing and absolutely irresponsible. Eating should be enjoyable, not sick. We definitely won't be back and strongly advise against it!

Well, I'd love to give it 0 stars. Unfortunately, it's not possible... We spontaneously went there for dinner and all of us got stomachaches after eating, which is really sad considering it looks good. Looks can be deceiving. We couldn't even count how many times we went to the bathroom. The service was quite nice, but that was it! The only thing that was okay was the chicken skewer; the rest of it really just gave you a stomach ache! The chairs were uncomfortable. They didn't have napkins, but this box of tissues, which was crazy. Don't come.

Not a good place Go somewhere else if you want good food. Half a doner kebab with hardly any meat. The bread fell apart, and the guy didn't care about his work and charged extra for compensation. So not recommended. I've rarely eaten such bad doner kebabs. This one won't last long. Also, it was cut from the skewer far too early, and the meat was still raw and not really cooked through.

The most disgusting Adana wrap I have ever eaten in Duisburg. The old gentleman, who is hard of hearing and I think is the owner, cursed us when we told him we did not like the food. If you want to have a terrible dinner with your family, this is a good choice.

My experience at the Urfa Ocakbasi Imam Usta fast food restaurant was disappointing. I bought two dürüm and paid a total of €18, which already seemed excessive to me. What irritated me most, however, was the cashier's attitude at the checkout: The cashier didn't give me the price directly, but asked his brother-in-law, who then gave me the price. I've never experienced anything like that before! I also noticed that the dürüm should have been €8, not €9. I feel deceived and will definitely not shop there again in the future. It's a shame, because I had hoped for more from this fast food restaurant.

After the renovation, this restaurant really has flair. Here, Turkish ambience is combined with good, fresh food. The salads and the lamb stir fry...the absolute favorites. The staff are always friendly, never in a bad mood. Absolutely recommended and deserves 10 stars

One small suggestion for improvement: The Iftar portion could be a bit larger, or the price a bit lower, to make it even better value for money. Otherwise, a clear recommendation – we'd be happy to come back!

This time the lahmacuns we ordered were unfortunately mushy and rubbery, otherwise crispy and fresh! It also took a very long time for the delivery to arrive. But Iskender in the store was also disappointing recently, but Sis Kebap was great!

It was so delicious, I'm sure you'll want the paste again. We ordered a sumac and onion salad. The sumac sauce was delicious. The onion didn't bother me at all. Since we were from Turkey, we wanted German doner kebabs. This was the first time I ate it here. I'm glad I ate it here. I really liked the cheese in the sauce and salad. The cubed pita was stuffed full. It looked like it had sauce. It was cooked exactly as it should be. Thank you so much for the yoghurt couplet. A taste you cannot have in most kebab shops. An Adana where you can smell the aroma of grilling. Mixed grill is such a filling plate, it's such a delicious plate, 3 people can really get full and choose this plate. We chose hazelnut lahmacun, ribs, meat skewers, chicken skewers, chicken wings and we preferred potatoes on the side. Come and try this flavor. Tea was offered to us, we missed it, it was very good. The tea was very fresh. Kunefe came for dessert, it was full and very delicious. We thank Imam Master for everything. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We are thrilled! An outstanding experience at Urfa Ocakbaşı Imam Usta. It was my first time at Urfa Ocakbaşı Imam Usta and I can say that we, a group of 9 people, all absolutely loved it! From the first bite it was clear that quality and taste came first. The grilled lamb plate was extremely rich and simply incredibly tasty, the meat was as tender as lokum. You can tell right away that cooking isn't being done on the back burner here! Everything tastes authentic and is reminiscent of the flavors from your own homeland. The Beyti Kebab was another highlight, incredibly tender and spicy. But the normal grill plates were also just amazing. A particularly positive aspect is that the meat comes from Tuna and is slaughtered halal, which is an important factor for many. The starters were also fresh and tasty, finally an Ezme that didn't taste like water with garlic, and the consistency of the Haydari was perfect, it couldn't be better! The ambience at Şark Köşesi is simply fantastic, a true experience for the senses. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which makes eating even more enjoyable. The waiters are extremely professional and friendly. They work quickly and efficiently, plates are disposed of immediately after consumption, and the entire area is spotlessly clean. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience and I will definitely eat at Imam Usta very often. I highly recommend this restaurant – see you next time, which definitely won’t be long!

I got Lahmacun yesterday and I didn't like it. I asked for it to be very spicy but it wasn't and I didn't notice anything. And the taste wasn't that great either. Ayran didn't taste good either. And that's why I won't get anything more from it. I was there in person.

The grill plate, with beef, veal and poultry, is very tasty and rich. In advance you receive three different dips with freshly baked pide and a mixed salad with every main course you order. The Katmer desserts with kaymak and baklava are worth every sin. Only the arranging of the plates wasn't that nice, but the service was top and very nice.

I often eat there and always order Adana with extra hot peppers. Apparently you don't have to pay anything for the peppers, said the boss. I order from home with extra hot peppers, suddenly the peppers cost a lot. Although I always give the delivery service young people money. I went to the boss personally and asked him why I don't have to pay anything here and why when I order. The boss said again, you don't have to pay anything for the peppers. It's always on the house, for everyone! I describe the situation to the boss. He said again, you don't have to pay anything for the peppers. Ok, I said and went home. After two weeks I ordered again, the same thing, the delivery service wanted to refund the money for the hot peppers. There were always only 3 or 4 hot peppers that I wanted. Rip-off! Even if it wasn't a lot of money, it was still a rip-off! I can eat Adana with extra hot peppers anywhere.

The best kebab in the area. The size, the contents, the sauces are very appropriate. The taste of the meat is very good. The fries also taste very good and crispy (the thin ones). The restaurant is spacious, you can always find space here. Organizations such as small wedding celebrations also take place here, but in a separate room so that people can only meet at the entrance. The restaurant is therefore recommended. PS: Deliveries via Lieferando are also good.

The food was delicious as always, but the portions are 30% less than 2 months ago for the same price. I understand that many guests cannot eat half portion, so they reduced the portion. The waitress is not communicative at all, smiles and didn't ask us how the food was. I was happy to come and enjoy the lamb ribs, but unfortunately if I leave on an empty stomach I won't be back.

I only give it 2 stars because 19 out of 20 kebab shops no longer serve the kebab like they did before the pandemic. Everything in general has deteriorated and so has the quality. This time I ordered a rotisserie box and for this price it was very sparsely stocked, the contents weren't even worth €2 and they charged €8 for it. I now test a lot of snack bars and restaurants but they all have outrageously high prices, no quality and the portions are smaller than in a cafeteria. It's a shame that everyone is only looking for profit.
