Very friendly service and the food tasted very good

During my visit, I sat outside and we had to wait 30 minutes before I called a waitress to be served. I ordered a mixed grill, and the portion was outrageous for the price. They charged €25 for a chicken skewer and a lamb skewer, each with four cubes of meat, an Adana kebab, a lamb chop, and a chicken leg. The service was very unmotivated. The portion of fries was also very small for the price. The salad and mezze were on the house (but smaller portions than in comparable restaurants). In other Turkish restaurants, for the same price, I get a grill with almost twice the amount of meat, rice and fries, also a larger portion (sometimes with an option), soup, and a drink. Mezze and salad are usually on the house. At the end of the day, everything was delicious, but I don't think the price-performance ratio is right.

We went there as a family, and everything was simply fantastic! We ordered a variety of dishes (grilled and pide) – everything was delicious. We immediately felt at home. After ordering, tea was brought to us right away while the table was being set. Shortly after, salad, appetizers, and fresh bread arrived. It felt like we didn't have to wait at all. The food and service were truly outstanding. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back!

First of all, I'd like to emphasize that this is definitely one of the best and most refined restaurants in Duisburg. Both the atmosphere and the delicious food were truly top-notch. I went with my family last weekend and were very pleased. The attentiveness and friendly staff made us feel special. The presentation and taste of the food were excellent. We ordered lentil soup and ezme for starters, both of which were delicious. For main courses, we had the mixed grill, and the meat was cooked to perfection and was quite filling. The fries they ordered for the kids were also very good. The lamb shish kebab and chicken wings were especially incredible. For dessert, we chose baklava with tea, which was a wonderful ending. The place was a bit crowded, but that reflects its popularity. The terrace was also quite spacious and pleasant. In short, it was a perfect experience, both in terms of food and atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for quality dining in Duisburg.

I will never go here. I went today and the kelle paca soup was half-baked and even the meat in it was numbered. I will never go again.

Unfortunately, the shop looks much better after the renovation than the food tastes! The meat was stringy and fatty, the rice was cold, and the salad was wilted! I predict it will be closed in a year! Save yourself the trouble! The price list says €13, but I paid €15. I call that a rip-off!!!

We ordered a doner pide, Iskender, a Coke Zero, and an Ayran. Instead, we received a doner pizza, a completely cold Iskender plate, a regular Coke, and an Ayran with a lemon core in it. When we asked for the food to be warmed up, it was simply put in the microwave – this made the yogurt watery and hot, making the dish inedible. Furthermore, the food arrived before the cutlery, so we had to wait before we could even eat. There were also problems paying: Initially, they said card payments were possible, but shortly afterwards, they suddenly said it was no longer possible because cash had already been taken. The bill also contained incorrect dishes with incorrect prices, which had to be corrected later. Conclusion: A thoroughly disappointing experience – incorrect food, poor quality, unfriendly service. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

We wanted to eat pita, yes it came, the food was nice even if it was small, but the service was terrible. They gave us pita, there was no salad on the side, it was dry, I asked for wet wipes for pita, they said we don't use them, no one came to help us, I mean I will definitely not go again, I will not recommend it to anyone, a restaurant that does not care about and value the customers should not exist, I will definitely not go again.

The food was excellent. The Kelle Paça soup was excellent. Two children shared the pizza, and neither could finish it. The service was a bit spotty. It was okay for Europe or Germany, but once you get used to the expert, quick-witted waiters in Türkiye, the ones here are truly German. Also, the restrooms needed a little more attention.

The doner kebab was prepared without love – the meat was dry on the bottom, there was hardly any sauce, and the salad seemed anything but fresh. The whole thing tasted bland and lacking in love – simply not enjoyable. The soup we ordered came without the requested splash of vinegar and basically tasted like water with color – zero flavor, zero depth. No bread, and only upon request was a single small roll provided – for two people, mind you. The soup: 5 out of 10, more out of politeness. The doner kebab: 5.5 – only because of the halfway decent meat. Overall, you unfortunately get the feeling that everything here was made without love. It's a shame, with a little more effort, it could have been much better.

The prices on the website don't match the prices on site. Chicken skewers cost €18 instead of €14, dürüm (a kind of fried rice) cost €10 instead of €7... Furthermore, the food tasted terrible. The lentil soup was watered down, the salad tasted like vinegar, and the bread was burnt... A total disappointment. There are much better Turkish restaurants in Wanheim. A waste of time and money.

By far the worst Turkish restaurant I have experienced in Germany. We tried Lentil Soup; It had tail fat, broth, whatever you wanted except lentils. It tastes like anything but lentil soup. We tried the Chicken Soup, it came in a bowl swimming in oil. The chicken has been cooked for so long that the meat is now black (I took a photo of this oil soup, but I don't want to offend by putting it here) We asked for french fries, they arrived ice cold. The place is extremely stuffy, there is a burning smell. Even if the operator seeks a well-intentioned solution to our comments, it is of no use if the chef is bad and the food is terrible. I can't believe how it got such a score on Google.
