Absolutely unfriendly woman at the counter. I simply asked if she could change my €10. She just said, "We're not allowed to, you have to go to the cashier," but "Oh, no, it's already closed." With a dirty grin.

**Disappointing visit to the hospital bistro** I was very disappointed with my visit to the hospital bistro. The service was extremely unfriendly, unmotivated and showed no interest in the sale. The employee obviously had no desire to come into contact with customers. In addition, the tables were mostly dirty - bread crumbs and mustard residue were everywhere. At 5:30 p.m. there were no more rolls available, even though the bistro was still open for another hour. This is really inadequate for a bistro in a large university hospital. It would also make sense to offer consumables for patients there, such as toothpaste, shower gel or snacks. I hope that this criticism helps to improve the quality.

Staff is irritated and does not know their own products

I particularly recommend the drinking water dispenser at the entrance area between the temptations of the snack machines.

Baguettes and rolls are prepared, pretzels, wieners, meatballs and schnitzels are also available. There are all kinds of chilled drinks in the drinks fridge. Coffee and various types of tea are offered. Unfortunately, part of the small snack bar is separated and not accessible to guests. The staff is very friendly!

We wanted to buy a second piece of cake and were complained that we hadn't cleared our dishes and hadn't finished eating yet! Of course we left the coffee shop after the campaign and of course didn't buy anything else.

Why only drinks without sugar? Otherwise everything is great

Super Krankenhaus gerade die kinderkardiologie sowie auch die ambulanz

Besuch am ersten Tag der 3G Zutrittsbeschränkung.. 1h auf einen test warten zu müssen, grenzt an eine Unverschämtheit. Gerade, weil die Patienten meist einen langen Anfahrtsweg haben ein noGo. Ansonsten sehr überlaufen, gerade die Ambulanzen sind sehr gut besucht. Parkhaus direkt an der Klinik, Parkpreis in Ordnung

Leider ist die Bockwurst ausgelaugt, da ist der Preis in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Habe ich leider schon mehrfach erleben müssen. Ist den Besuch nicht wert...

Sauber freundlich...Kaffee ist gut
