This place is popular! The line was out the door, but it was worth it. The Doner Pizza is amazing. The restaurant is a little small but clean and well decorated.

I came for a quick dinner and I must say excellent service, with a wide choice of food and drinks

Delicious Dürüm, homemade flatbread and vegetables taste very fresh.

Ich bin seit 2011 regelmäßiger Kunde bei Umut, weil ich mich beruflich zwangsläufig von Fastfood ernähren muss (ich habe keine festen Pausen). Das Umut-Kebaphaus in der Landstuhler Bahnstraße, bietet für mich das beste und gesündeste Angebot an Fastfood in der Region: Das Fleisch wird stets frisch vom Spieß abgeschält und nicht, wie schon anderswo erlebt, vom Schnittblech genommen und in der Mikro aufgewärmt. Die Beilagen schmecken immer frisch und sind angenehm gekühlt. Das Personal (ich nehme an, das Ehepaar Umut und Sohn, manchmal auch ein Angestellter) ist immer sehr freundlich und verwehrt auch keine Sonderwünsche. Wie überall, hat sich der Dönerpreis auch hier erhöht, aber hier bekommt man ein frisches, knuspriges Fladenbrot, frische Beilagen und RICHTIG viel frischem Fleisch etwas für sein Geld (unter 10 € mit Käse und Soße). Ich bin danach jedenfalls pappsatt und war bisher immer sehr zufrieden!

This is my go-to for doner and kebab in Landstuhl as they usually make the yufka bread fresh to order but lately they haven't done it. Also the whole stamp card thing is just not thought out that well. Staff can be friendly but are usually very straightforward and can come off rude sometimes.

A large kebab plate with plenty of meat that tastes good! Unfortunately, the ambiance isn't that great.

I don't recommend eating here. 6 months ago kebab cost a euro less, but there was more meat in it. Now they've increased the price and there's practically no meat in it. It most likely turned out to be a vegetarian kebab without meat

This is my go to place during lunch time! The doner box is a tasty meal in a little box for easy to go lunch. The restaurant is always clean and the service is excellent.

Essen: Das Essen (Döner, Dönerbox, Veggie Döner, Yufka) hat allen gut geschmeckt. Die Größe der einzelnen Gerichte war auch gut. Die Dönerbox war evt. etwas klein. Sonst alles gut. Preis Leistung: Top. Man kann übrigens mit Karte bezahlen für 1€ Aufpreis wegen Bearbeitungsgebühren. Bestellung: Wir hatten unter der Woche für 8 Personen Essen bestellt. Bei der Bestellung übers Telefon lief alles gut und jeder hat das richtige Gericht bekommen. Das Essen war außerdem schnell fertig.

Die Preise werden von der Dame -je nach Laune-geändert. Plötzlich kostet ein kleiner Döner mit Pommes und Getränk 1€ mehr als ein GROßER Döner mit Pommes und Getränk. Ah ja... War jetzt mit Sicherheit das letzte Mal. Auch etwas Freundlichkeit wäre angebracht. Veräppeln muss man die Kunden nun jedenfalls nicht.

Bester Dönerteller im Kreis Kaiserslautern, immer gleichbleibend gut. Hier gehen wir schon seit über 10 Jahre essen und es gab bisher noch nichts zu beanstanden.

Döner schmeckt hier echt gut. Aber vor allem in Zeiten von Corona ist es eine absolute Frechheit, dass die Bestellung 1€ Aufschlag hat, wenn man mit Karte bezahlt.

Super Laden, vorallem er macht seinen Yufka Teig selber, dadurch ist der Geschmack ganz anders. Er macht sich die Mühe und bereitet sie selbst zu. Nicht wie alle anderen einfach nur fertig gekauft. Kommen gerne immer wieder.

This is the only place we'll go for kebaps! They're always fresh and delicious. The options to add or take away toppings is always offered. And a wide variety on the menu is great for families! Their pizza is just as tasty. It's a family owned business and they're all very kind. English is spoken enough to understand your order. (But, of course be sure to ask them first out of courtesy!) The restaurant is right across the street from the train station and polizei station. Safe area and convenient! There's a small indoor place to eat, and plenty of patio seating for a nice day. To-go orders are welcomed, also.

I don't think I'll ever bother getting döner anywhere else around here, I am spoiled for choices at this place! Every time the food is good and the wait is short. I like the small local environment, no pressure here, even though there's little seating it's never too crowded. When my father visited from the states, his first and only exposure to Turkish food in general was this place and he loved it! Best for to-go, but small groups can be comfortable here too. I've been coming here for three years and I'll keep coming back!
