Ulm in Ulm

The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is very friendly, they treat Ukrainians well, and the food is delicious, we liked everything, I recommend everyone to visit ❤️

I had to find someone to clean our table and was referred to someone else twice. They no longer offer brand-name drinks, but instead some kind of sugary water. We didn't like them. I'd rather mix my own juice spritzer! We had to wait in line for over 15 minutes for our food. That wasn't pleasant. Apparently, they no longer offer fries for health reasons. But precisely for those reasons, fries should remain on the menu. People with celiac disease could at least eat them – which was especially nice for children, who otherwise can't eat out so easily anywhere else in Germany. Instead of vegetables, more meatballs, or fries are refused?! I find the prices for desserts too high. This whole place just doesn't feel like a real family experience for us.

Delicious breakfast at a great price! But: - Very, very crowded and noisy on weekends - Just because you have a reservation doesn't guarantee you'll get a table if you arrive at the specified time - I think some of the cheese looks stale

This establishment offers a distinctive and inviting atmosphere, where guests can enjoy an excellent lunch at a remarkable value. We also feature a wide selection of cured meats, Italian cheeses, quality espresso, fine wines, and expertly crafted cocktails.

It's a really cool concept in principle, but in my opinion, the execution isn't good enough. I've been there twice now and had similar experiences: the ramen was only lukewarm and the tables weren't clean again. I also waited about half an hour for my soup. I personally find the wooden cutlery a bit unhygienic and would prefer an alternative. All points that I think could easily be improved. I hope they'll address these issues in the future.
