Ulm in Ulm

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. We visited on two different days at different times. Unfortunately, one server didn't have a smile for guests. The food and drinks arrived very quickly. The teas, soups, and baked potatoes were delicious. Even on a busy day, we were lucky to get a table without a reservation.

This was by far the worst company catering we've ever had. From the very beginning, the extremely unfriendly and irritated staff were striking – there was no sign of any service orientation or friendly smile. They constantly felt like a nuisance. The portions are absolutely outrageous: mini plates that are more reminiscent of appetizers, but certainly not a full lunch. Several colleagues had to buy something else afterward just to feel full. In a professional context, where good food contributes to motivation and performance, this type of catering is completely out of place. Conclusion: I can't recommend it in terms of taste, organization, or staff.

Comfortable atmosphere, very kind staff, they treat Ukrainians well, and the food is very tasty, we liked everything, I advise everyone to visit❤️

Just an Ikea. But if someone wants a second batch of potatoes instead of peas and is refused, sorry, I don't understand.

Horrible ramen, you can get sick. Super dirty bathrooms. Everything covered in dust. Chopsticks and a ladle with sesame seeds stuck to them. Horrible. The health department should check the place for the sake of the diners. Money down the drain.
