I waited three-quarters of an hour for my food. It was extremely salty. Ordered extras were missing; when I asked, the server brought them separately AND COLD.

Very disappointing! The restaurant is really dirty, dusty everywhere, and the tables are covered in sticky stains. The food wasn't good either. The ramen was too salty and sour, the ingredients were canned, and the gyoza were burnt and had a nasty aftertaste of old grease.

We were there just before Christmas and the server was incredibly friendly. Because of the numerous flies throughout the restaurant, we decided to cancel our meal. We had already paid, but were assured via WhatsApp that we would receive a refund. This actually happened, which was a very kind gesture from the owner. It definitely shows that he keeps his word, and I'm very grateful for that. The fact that we were able to cancel at our own request was also very accommodating.

The atmosphere is simply fantastic. A truly great restaurant for Japan enthusiasts. The new ordering system at the self-service kiosk works perfectly; I'm already familiar with it from ramen shops in Japan. But the most important thing is the ramen. It's delicious, and the toppings were perfect. However, on my last visit, the broth was a bit too strong for my taste. All in all, a definite recommendation if you're looking for delicious ramen in Ulm. The wonderful atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit.

A small restaurant near Ulm Minster in a very good, central location. The food was truly excellent; the ramen is highly recommended. The wait wasn't too long either. Ordering at the terminal might be unusual for some, but everything is well explained and easy to understand. The service, or rather the staff, were very friendly and helpful, and open to suggestions.

We've been coming to Ayumi for a long time, but recently it seems there's a new concept or perhaps a new owner. Unfortunately, the prices have skyrocketed (even a vegetarian ramen with tofu now costs €16.40, whereas about a year ago it was only €12), which is a real shame! On top of that, the ramen arrived lukewarm, and there were a few other mistakes (corn was included even though we'd asked for it to be removed, ingredients were missing, and some of the meat was so tough you couldn't bite into it, etc.). The unprofessional way they respond to other reviews speaks volumes. The kitchen staff, however, seem very friendly. And the ramen is still delicious :)

The restaurant is very nice, the atmosphere and staff are great. Unfortunately, our ramen was so oversalted that both the broth and the individual components tasted overwhelmingly of salt. I usually drink all the ramen broth, but not this time. Perhaps this was a one-off? This was our first visit. In any case, if you like your ramen very salty, I would appreciate a reduced-salt option when ordering.

The first time I was here, everything was great: excellent service and really delicious food. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. In my opinion, the ordering system is flawed. You sit together at one table, but everyone has to order individually via their mobile phone. This results in separate bills and pagers. However, we weren't aware of this; it wasn't mentioned anywhere, and with a system like this, you'd expect it to work. As for the food itself: it mostly seemed pre-made. The gyoza were burnt, the skewers weren't crispy, and the karaage was practically swimming in spicy sauce. It would be much better to serve the sauce separately, similar to soy sauce. After the initial mishap and a discussion with the kitchen, we at least received our main courses at the same time. Unfortunately, these were also disappointing. The soup was only lukewarm, and the ramen was heavily over-seasoned. We ordered the same dish twice; one arrived with a whole egg, the other with only half. This is very inconsistent for an identical dish. Furthermore, almost every time a customer asked a question, the staff brought up something about the tax office or upcoming minimum wage increases, and how they would otherwise have to raise the price of the ramen by €3. Frankly, I'm happy to pay €10 more for quality and good service, but neither was present this time. Overall, this visit was very disappointing. I didn't feel comfortable this time and probably won't be coming back.

The waitress was friendly and help us to book online. But the booking/reservation system is strange! They send all of customers away eventhough there is clear intruction on the wall that you can book online line ir come without reservation!

I'm satisfied there; the food is delicious and there's variety. The place has had many owners, from restaurants and cafes to other establishments. It's very rustic yet cozy. Payment is made at a terminal.

Horrible ramen, you can get sick. Super dirty bathrooms. Everything covered in dust. Chopsticks and a ladle with sesame seeds stuck to them. Horrible. The health department should check the place for the sake of the diners. Money down the drain.

I thought the food was quite good, but I find it completely unacceptable that pork broth is offered as an option with the vegan ramen without any warning or explanation. There's also no staff present except in the kitchen. I specifically asked about the broth in the kitchen and was told that it was, of course, neither vegan nor vegetarian.

Reservations are not possible, but the place is very popular and bustling. Just drop by. It's worth waiting a bit. There are various toppings. You can also add something extra. Starters like edamame or gyoza are also available. Great pork bone broth with miso. Super quick to prepare.

I’m from Ireland so my German is sadly horrific. I like that you order off a touch screen here and await your food. That said the kitchen staff were the nicest staff I have met in Ulm, by a long shot. It was my first time and was confused about the ordering system and where to get my stuff etc and they were super friendly and helpful without even having to ask. The food was fantastic too. Having been to Japan I really appreciate good ramen and that was great. I work here occasionally and I’ll absolutely come here every time im over. It’s fairly affordable too.

Unfortunately, I waited over an hour and a half for three ramen. The ramen itself was OK to good. The anime music while eating was cool. The atmosphere was so-so... Good idea... The execution wasn't so satisfactory.

According to Google, the store is open until 9:30 p.m. We arrived at 8:40 p.m. and were sent back because the kitchen was already closed! Disappointing!

It says online and on the official website that it opens at 12 p.m. We wait outside, and only one rude phone call later. No, it doesn't open until 5 p.m. I made a special two-hour trip so I could try it. It's a shame, but I recommend changing the opening hours.

Since the Ayumi team often comments on critical reviews that range from "cheeky," sassy, to bitter, I'll now attempt a cheeky account of our culinary experience. Anyone who accepts such serious criticism so casually and doesn't allow for any self-criticism is unfortunately missing the opportunity to truly improve. We arrived hungry, we left thirsty, and no, not because we forgot to order water. The mushrooms in the dish were very, very salty, phew. The homemade sauce? More of a homemade dare: too salty, too sour, and with a slight hint of "oops, it must have burned." The ambiance? Pretty, almost charming – but if you can't enjoy the food, even pretty lamps and a friendly smile won't help. The many good reviews? A mystery to us, perhaps a case for Galileo Mystery. There are definitely better ramen shops in Ulm, perhaps more expensive, but at least you don't have to drink half a glass of Lake Constance afterward to get over the salt shock. Conclusion: Salty, yes, edible, no. I'm curious about the humorous commentary on serious criticism—which, by the way, has been raised not only by us, but also by other guests. But as the Swabians would say: Never change a running system!

A very good place for Japanese food. Various ramen varieties and yakisoba. Also very tasty karaage. The atmosphere is great for anime fans. There are pictures of anime characters everywhere. The service was very friendly and had good recommendations from the menu.

Unfortunately, the tonkotsu ramen has nothing to do with tonkotsu. The broth is extremely sour and undrinkable. The noodles are also not ramen quality and lack flavor, and the meat is very tough. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it for the price. There's no real service, as it's self-service, and the only employees in the kitchen or serving counter don't even say hello/bye/thank you. The company tried to delete the review; if that applies to all the negative comments, then I can understand the high rating. All in all, unfortunately, I can't recommend it and it's very disappointing.

It was entirely self-service, using two ordering terminals or QR codes at the table. It wasn't particularly busy, so drinks and ramen didn't take long to arrive. The taste was great and the price was reasonable. The ambiance and menu were anime-themed. We'll be back.

The ambiance and service are top-notch. The option to eat your ramen on the floor is a really great vibe. Add to that the menu and the wall murals, which are sure to delight anime fans. The only drawback is that you only accept cashless payments.

We drove for 1.5 hours and it was absolutely worth it. Large portions, no skimping on the meat, juicy fresh vegetables, the pasta not overcooked or limp but really deliciously prepared. I would go back again and again. The staff are very friendly and the boss is great too!

The portion size was small , but rightly so because no one can eat this in big portion. Forget broth the noodles were dipped in salt water. There were three tofu puffs, two pieces of mushrooms and other vegetables were just there as a show piece. Basically, a person who has no experience in ramen can make better ramen than this. So my suggestion - don’t go !

I ate there with a friend 7 months ago and ended up paying with my card. My money was debited twice. In the meantime I have called again and again and asked for the manager but he was never in the building or not available to talk. I have also contacted the police and they have already been there and informed the staff there but this did not help because they only said the manager was not available to talk at the moment. I still have not received my money back today, even though I have called several times after the police have already been there. I think it is a disgrace and unfair. I have always thought the place was good and liked going there, but after something like this I have to think twice about going there.

I'm not a big fan of ramen noodles myself, but my companion is, so I can't really judge the food myself. I would have liked a bit more vegetables. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to indicate which dish was vegetarian, and the very friendly employee wasn't entirely sure either.

To prepare for our trip to Japan, we tried the Ayumi Ramen Restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Ordering food at the terminal was a challenge, but after a few seconds you understood the system. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and nice boss. We'll definitely be back.

When we entered the restaurant, the atmosphere surprised us. Beautiful graffiti on the walls, nice furniture and a somewhat rustic urban look with the concrete walls. The anime decor matched the menu and the area with tatami mats was also something special and is an experience in itself (we sat at normal tables). When we ordered our food we were surprised by the self-service, but that's not a bad thing, as you know. But if you then pick up the food and need a cell phone flashlight to find the cutlery in the corner, it would probably be advisable to put a light in the corner. After we got our food, we sat at a table. We tried (all 3) and looked at each other confused. The soup was sour and when we fished our first piece of menma out of the broth, we bit into it and for a moment couldn't distinguish the menma from wood. We were very disappointed as the food looked excellent. You couldn't drink/spoon/eat the broth because it was so sour. To this day I don't know what the reason was, but the other customers seemed happy. When it comes to payment, I have to say, if you're running a shop alone and standing in the kitchen, you can understand why you can only pay with a card (hygiene of cash and food, etc.) but I would still like to not be smiled at with 5%, 15% and 20% and "other amount" at the card reader, that's more or less forced, especially if there is no service or waitress to whom you could have given the tip. Conclusion: The store looks really nice, the decoration and furniture are nice too. Unfortunately we weren't impressed with the food and unfortunately we won't be coming back

Unfortunately the ramen was disappointing. Too little broth with little depth, doughy noodles and a hard-boiled egg as a topping. The service was very nice and the food came quickly. The atmosphere is appealing, but unfortunately we sat in a very dark corner.

Not the best Ramen I tried.. It was very normal and not very authentic. The service was great, but the food wasn't.

We were very impressed yesterday and thank you for the lovely evening :) The staff was absolutely fantastic (the chef was particularly impressive). The food was very good and the atmosphere wonderful.

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. Ramen was only lukewarm, not authentic but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It just wasn't anything special, it was more of a noodle soup. The tofu was slightly black and that made the whole soup taste a bit burnt. Unfortunately, tonkotsu broth had nothing to do with pork bone broth. In terms of quantity, it was also quite small. I've eaten a few ramen and never finished the bowl. This time we managed to do everything despite not being very hungry and unfortunately not completely full. Drinks are available straight from the bottle. Personally, I don't have anything against it, but it's quite unusual for an actual restaurant (and not a snack bar), so I wanted to mention it. All in all, not necessarily bad, but I wouldn't come back either.

The service system takes some figuring out, but the food is truly delicious. We didn't have the miso broth, but the other two were by no means bland. You can practically mix and match the ingredients, so it doesn't get boring quickly.

Unfortunately, we had to wait almost an hour for our food, even though the concept of self-service and pagers actually suggests faster processing. It would have been helpful if it had been clear that you could get the drinks yourself without waiting for the pager. The ramen was okay, but nothing special in terms of taste. If we had known about these processes beforehand, we would have decided against tipping when paying - which is done at the beginning. Unfortunately it wasn't the best experience for us, so we probably won't come back.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review here for all those who still plan to eat there. Unfortunately, you don't really get a warm welcome and questions come with annoyed answers. About the food (which is the most negative point): We ordered gyoza, which were immediately cold but were partly burnt black on the outside and also tasted burnt. The main course was ramen, where the meat was just as burnt as the gyoza. The entire food had a burnt smell and taste. Unfortunately a huge disappointment. Unfortunately it didn't really have much to do with traditional ramen.

We were there for the second time. The first time 2 years ago there was still a service, but now self-service and ordering/payment are either at the terminal or via mobile phone and a QR code directly at the table. To be honest, we liked it better the first time because you could then ask customer service about the card. This is especially helpful if you've never eaten ramen before. The current map is also rather bland and rational compared to before. In addition, not all dishes on the menu are listed at the table on the cell phone. Accordingly, we ordered something that was listed in the app. Not optimal. The food itself was again very tasty. We personally still missed the service.

The location is cool, the service was okay. However, we were very disappointed with the food. Unfortunately, you have to say it like it is: the broths are lukewarm, bland and underseasoned, the ramen is overcooked, and red sweet peppers completely destroy the dish. The curry was an indefinable sauce thickened with a lot of starch, seasoned with Indian curry powder, garnished with corn and mixed with rice. Where in the world did this idea of ​​a curry come from? At least not in Asia, especially not in Japan. Sorry for the clear criticism. But here we lacked any basic understanding of sophisticated cooking. Despite the starter, we were all still hungry afterwards. Far too expensive for that (over €100 for 4). There are literally worlds between here and the competition 3 streets away. Too bad!

We left straight away without ordering. It smelled very unpleasant, the service was extremely unfriendly and didn't even show us our seat, we had to look for it ourselves.

Unfortunately the worst ramen I've ever eaten and I've already eaten dozens of bowls. there were four of us, two bowls appeared after about 10 minutes and my friends got their orders only when we were already finishing and after reminding in the kitchen that we were waiting for two more ramens... As for the taste? the Tonkotsu broth was barely lukewarm, flat in taste as if someone had poured the remains of the broth and had to refill it with water. I won't discuss the additions because it's pointless torture. total disappointment.

The miso broth was average, the consistency and taste of the noodles was good. Not enough (2 thin slices) meat in a ramen sold “with roast beef.” Overall 4/5' with room for improvement.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Ayumi Ramen restaurant at Pfauengasse 5, 89073 Ulm. The atmosphere is appealing, with many references to well-known anime, which gives the place a unique charm. The menu is well structured and offers a successful mix of classic Japanese and generally Asian components. I particularly liked the appetizers. As for the ramen itself, I would have liked a little more broth, and the noodles were a little too soft for my taste, but that's certainly subjective. Overall, a recommended restaurant for lovers of Asian cuisine. 

Was there again recently. In my opinion, the ramen tasted bland and there is no service at all anymore. Ordering like at McDonalds on the screen, picking up and clearing the table yourself. And then there was the hip-hop music, in my opinion, way too loud. Not my taste at all :-((

Starters were very tasty which set our expectations for the ramen very high. Unfortunately, the broth was a bit disappointing, lukewarm, rather colder and we would have liked a little more spice in the broth.

I ate ramen here 1-2 years ago and was really impressed. Today, however, I was unfortunately very disappointed. The soup I ordered was no longer available and another soup was simply served afterwards without any consultation. The soup itself tasted great but unfortunately it was only lukewarm if at all. All toppings were cold and unfortunately so was the soup halfway through :(

The sometimes disrespectful answers from the owner plus the bad new reviews alone are enough to keep me from ever entering this store. Then prefer Neu-Ulm. No visitor rates poorly for fun. You should take criticism to heart and work on it instead of making fun of it

Ramen depends on the broth. This one was just way too bland.

I ate at Ayumi in Ulm yesterday and was unfortunately very disappointed. I ordered a dish with chicken, but it was initially served without chicken. After my complaint, the dish was re-prepared, which I initially found positive. Unfortunately, I fell ill after eating and have been in bed ever since. This incident spoiled my appetite for another visit there. Very disappointing!

Very nicely decorated restaurant, which is noticeable, no service staff, you order at the terminal, get a pager and pick up the food at the kitchen window. I didn't know that before, but I think it's pretty good. Unfortunately, the machine didn't have descriptions for some dishes, so you had to get a card from the table, which was a bit complicated. The food was solid, what I found a bit annoying was that the dishes were ice cold, which of course has a direct impact on the food. Also, I wouldn't put siracha on the ramen egg, I have nothing against spiciness, but unfortunately it overshadows this highlight of every ramen bowl, especially on the egg. All in all, an exciting concept and with 2-3 optimizations, an okay experience here quickly becomes a very good one, I think.

The visit on January 4th, 2025 will be the last, which is a shame. I drove an extra 100 km several times to eat there. Service: - Half of the menu is no longer available at lunchtime without being communicated somewhere. - Food ordered at 12:50 and delivered at 1:40 - Reordering gyoza was no longer possible because the kitchen was already closed even though it was open until 2:00 p.m. - At 1:50 we were asked to hurry up because they were on time wanted to close, so asked for a lift, that wasn't possible because it was supposedly not allowed, ridiculous. Absolutely no recommendation anymore, more of a warning too expensive for lousy service. It's a shame ramen would actually be delicious.

What was very good has unfortunately become incredibly bad in the last nine months. We were there at lunchtime: you couldn't order half of it from the menu...you never get all of that at lunchtime. We didn't get a side portion of pasta for the child: at lunch you have to stick strictly to the menu. (Do you notice the contradiction too?) When we noticed the shop was more flexible and better, we said: “I can’t say anything about it: I’ve been working here for a month.” The food was ordered at 1 p.m., it arrived at 1:42 p.m. with the statement that we couldn't order anything else, the kitchen was already closed but we were allowed to stay until 2 p.m. (regular closing time). I thanked you very much for that, how kind. In the next 10 minutes, surprisingly half the people at the table hadn't finished. It was conceded with another reminder that we had to leave at 2 p.m. But we can't take the food with us: that's not possible - but we can still pay for lunch that was hastily consumed and partially uneaten. A spontaneous question: how is the food packed for the delivery service?! The prices for the ramen have been increased from around €9 to €13.50. Keep it up. —-> Unfortunately I have no other way to answer: I gave the store a 5-star review 9 months ago and answered many automatic questions more than positively. A statement about the rest of the review would also be appropriate if you take the time to respond.

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. You are now greeted with a barrage of instructions on how to order and pay. The menu now looks very bland and the composition of the dishes has also changed. The extra charge that you have to pay for almost everything is really cheeky (for roast beef, which used to have three slices from the start, you now get two slices, but only if you pay an extra charge). In general, the prices are now very outrageous. We paid 60 euros for two drinks, two starters (which tasted OK) and two LUKEWARM soups, some of which were still ice cold, and were still hungry afterwards. The waitresses were very friendly, but also busy gossiping instead of checking in on the guests more often. We used to be happy to come because the overall package was right, but we definitely won't pay that much money for carelessly prepared lukewarm soups anymore. Very unfortunate. @Owner: What are you talking about, I know who I was there with, we didn't reserve in my name. But it's pathetic how you deal with reviews, the main thing is to make the guests stupid instead of taking the criticism to heart. Keep it up and it'll be over soon anyway.

This was our second time eating ramen and unfortunately we were disappointed. The ramen was pretty tasteless, and even though the restaurant was only about half full, we waited about 40 minutes for the drinks and 50 minutes for the food.

Possibly the sticky one. The soup itself… well more flavor would be great. It wasn't very full-bodied in taste. More like a vegetable broth with too much water. The meat in it was good. Can't complain about anything. The egg was also delicious That seaweed or whatever it is had spoiled my appetite. The whole soup stank when it arrived, like fishing boats at the port of Hamburg... Pak Choi was in the soup, nice to have something green. All in all, I wouldn't come back if nothing changes. P.s all of your pictures are slanted. The wall is also not painted 100% black everywhere, you could go over it again with a brush. @Owner: I haven't reviewed it before, that was the first time

Have degraded significantly! Food very deteriorated. Atmosphere like in the train station hall. Slum sound with hip hop that is way too loud. And ordering system like McDoofals. I won't go there anymore. It's a shame, they used to be really good. Was there again - have each other greatly improved. The food is still great!! July 1, 2014, Aug, Sept. Really friendly service, cool crew and great service! Great atmosphere in the restaurant with music, the employees have fun and the light is very pleasant! The presentation is in the anime/manga style, something completely different! Our noodle soups were outstanding! The taste is amazing, especially the tonkatsu broth! Absolute recommendation!

You could only order at the terminal or via smartphone and it was all self-service. We would have appreciated a short introduction or greeting here. The location is creatively designed, a highlight for anime fans. Unfortunately there were some spiders on our lamp, which made it uncomfortable to eat. The broth tasted good, but unfortunately the ingredients were cold to lukewarm and the gyoza wasn't steamed properly. The chef was friendly.

The ambience is great and so is the service. I've eaten there three times now and have never been completely satisfied. Ramen too salty or If you offer yakisoba noodles then please don't use so much sauce or no tomato sauce. That doesn't belong there!!!! But the ambience is great

Very tasty, we were there at lunchtime and ate from the lunch menu. We were alone in Ayumi, I thought there would be more going on at lunchtime. But no one is watching you slurp ramen :) the food was ready quickly and tasted great. We'll be back.

Our second visit after a year was a bitter disappointment: Firstly, the food and drink offerings have been thinned out quite a bit, secondly, the taste and quality of the food have deteriorated and thirdly, the prices or price increases are - in some cases almost - compared to our last visit in November 2023 by half - simply outrageous. 1. Sake is part of Japanese food. Sake is no longer on the menu. - Instead of Chiemseer there is now Spaten. Who drinks spade if the landlord doesn't have to offer spade because of his lease?! There are such good beers from Ulm and the surrounding area! 2. Unfortunately, some of our mixed gyoza for two people were not fully cooked, and some of the dough edges were not yet soft. The main course, a sweet Japanese curry, Kare Raisu (?) with "seasonal vegetables" actually only consisted of rice, sweet potatoes, peanuts and a pungently sweet sauce with an unpleasant consistency and was far from a culinary highlight in both our tastes. 3. I find the price increases outrageous: The vegan ramen has increased in price by almost half (!!!) or 46%, from EUR 9 to EUR 13.20. The Kirin beer in the 0.33 bottle is only just under 15% more expensive. ;-) So, completely inappropriate for this significantly reduced quality! Service was okay. The atmosphere is pretty casual. If the door handle in the men's toilet were repaired, the scent of stone would not enter the guest room. Audience: As people in our mid-forties, we felt like dinosaurs; there was no one over thirty except us.

1 star is too much! The food is, to put it bluntly, disgusting. Everything is canned, nothing is fresh, pasta is overcooked, everything is pickled, waiting times are terrible! Tofu was cold from the fridge instead of freshly fried as the menu said. Edamame were lukewarm at the top, cold at the bottom, we felt like they just refilled someone else's plate with what was left. Simply terrible. We didn't eat any of it at all. Gesture next to us also commented that the food was just terrible, that they had never eaten anything so bad. Wanted to ask if I had the money and never goes there. We literally threw money out the window today

Food was tasty, but not super hot, which I thought was a shame. Had gyoza as a starter, which was very tasty. I didn't think the choice of drinks was that great, and there were no glasses to go with the wine spritzer from the bottle. Unfortunately, the water glasses that were available were not very clean and had stains. Were surprised by the self-service and ordering/payment at the terminal or only on the cell phone (were there on a Monday evening). Conclusion: okay, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it

Great food Unbelievable service Apsolutly outstanding!!

There were five of us for dinner. The order must be made via a terminal, where everyone gets their own pager (one of two did not work properly when paying). This means that everyone eats at a different time. The food itself is mostly just lukewarm even though there wasn't much going on. The noodles were ready-made. An hour before the restaurant closed, one of the staff wanted to turn off the terminals. Service is non-existent! For drinks we had to ask again if he could turn it on again. You didn't feel comfortable at all, as if it was best to disappear soon so that they could close. For a self-service restaurant it is also absolutely overpriced! What a shame!

Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour for food. With self-service and pagers you should actually expect the opposite. There was also no sign anywhere that you could get your own drinks without having to wait for the pager. Ramen was good but not really that special. If I had known all of this in advance, I would not have left a tip when paying at the beginning. I will definitely not eat here again.

The new facility is great. Some of the food is very good, some of it is okay. The mood is relaxed. I personally didn't like the new system with self-service and only cashless payments. Thanks to the owner I know that there is still service on weekends and why the new system was introduced (thanks for clarifying). The employees are friendly.

The online reservation worked great. Nice ambience, nice staff and good ramen (Goku and Tsubasa). The gyoza were also really tasty! :) (!)Unfortunately the ramen is not always really warm. We've been here many times and several times we've only had lukewarm ramen. For anime and ramen fans, this shop is a must when you are in Ulm!

Zhen Du Ba is delicious😋The soup base, noodles, and ingredients are all authentic. It’s worth spending money on.
