Super tasty food and very friendly, good service!

We were in Udum today. Although it was very busy, we were greeted very friendly. The service was very good, very friendly and attentive. We had a small cross-section. Super tasty,😋 great quality. Kudos goes to the nice young man in service, he really had a lot to do and he didn't seem hectic to me. He was very approachable. Very happy again. And next time we will reserve in advance. Thank you for the lovely experience. ❤️

Super delicious vegan food! Because we didn't have a reservation, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The wait was worth it! Only the table could have been wiped down again beforehand. Only cash is accepted.

Three of us ate here two days ago. Our son already knew the restaurant and raved about it. A little overwhelmed by the selection on the menu, we decided on several starters, which we also tried among ourselves. Everything was very nicely prepared and tasted very good. Even my husband, a committed meat eater, highly praised the food. We were definitely not here for the last time.

Since then I've been there about 10 times. Today I wanted to take leftovers with me. This is possible if I pay 50 cents extra for the packaging. Funnily enough, that's my limit.

We went to Udum for lunch on Sunday, had the Gyoza, PagodaBowl and the SalaBowl and drinks. The staff were all very friendly, the food and drinks were incredibly tasty and everything was beautifully prepared and the portions were large. We'd love to come back :)

I visited the Udum Vegan Restaurant based on a recommendation. And I can only report positive things. The food was excellent, even served with a small show act. The homemade lemonades are also very good. The service and the atmosphere are top. The only drawback was that unfortunately you couldn't pay by card, only cash.

My favorite restaurant!🤗 The food is beyond delicious! I've been here a few times and no matter what I've tried so far has been really good. The spinach gyoza are the best I've ever tasted, as is the sushi - simply outstanding! The tofu sticks are incredibly tasty and each of the sauces that accompany the respective side dishes is flavorful and harmonious. I have ordered the Pagoda Bowl a few times, which I can absolutely recommend. The green spinach curry is so delicious and I love the dumplings. The vegan shrimp and also the vegan bacon are great. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and the dishes have an incredibly varied taste. The iced coffee and iced tea are also super delicious. The ambience is relaxed and the restaurant is nice. The staff is super nice and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, more than recommended ❤️ My recommendations summarized: -Pagoda Bowl -Gyoza (Especially the green ones) -Dumplings -Green spinach curry -Sushi -Tofu sticks (with the pink sauce) -Shrimp -Bacon -absolutely any sauce

Very high quality, innovative Asian dishes. From soups to “Asian tapas” and sushi to filling bowls, everything is available to choose from. No dish, if you don't know it, is a risk; everything is incredibly tasty and fresh. The homemade drinks and iced teas are also very tasty. This restaurant shows what Asian and vegan cuisine can do. Impressive! The staff is also very friendly and solution-oriented, despite the always high workload.

It is one of my favorite vegan restaurants ever!!! All food is so yummy I have difficulty to choose in order not to overeat 😜😜😜 When in cologne, it is a must to have lunch or dinner here!!!

Was in this restaurant for the first time and was really impressed. Nice staff and super delicious food. Some of the tables are close together, but we were there at lunchtime so it wasn't that crowded and we had enough space.

We visited Udum, a purely vegan restaurant, and were excited about the dishes. Overall, the food was okay, but unfortunately we weren't impressed. The vegan chicken leg in particular didn't convince us. The idea is interesting, but the taste didn't quite meet our expectations. Still, it's nice that there is a restaurant that is completely dedicated to vegan cuisine. Maybe we'll try something different from the menu on our next visit.

Small, nice restaurant with delicious food - the Pho and Bun Bo Hue were really good, as were the rolls and sticks. Unfortunately, only cash payment is accepted, which is a clear negative point for us. It simply no longer seems contemporary and leaves a bad aftertaste. In addition, the service was a bit stressful at first: the waiter, who worked alone, seemed overwhelmed and was jumping around hectically, which made the atmosphere a little restless. We still wanted to try Udum and were happy, but due to the cash payment and the chaotic start, we won't be coming back. It's a shame, because the food is actually worth it!

A very tasty restaurant with a variety of vegan dishes. Even if you're a non-vegan you'll get your money's worth here. The dishes are not desperately “veganized”, but rather impress with creative and varied compositions that have something to offer for every taste. The price-performance ratio could be a little better, but the quality of the food and the special culinary experience still make the visit absolutely worthwhile.

Netter veganer Asia Fusion Laden,.was aktuell sehr trendy ist. Leider bissl zu viel E-Stoffen in zu viel Speisen und Getränken. Nicht super günstig, aber für gutes Essen sollte man auch gutes Geld ausgeben.

The food is really delicious from start to finish, no matter what you order, and the presentation is also really beautiful and loving! The prices are absolutely reasonable for what is on offer! It is absolutely recommended to get around. The only real drawback is that you can only pay with cash here. This is really incomprehensible to me in 2024 and urgently needs to be improved. I know from some friends that they go there less often, simply because you don't always have (enough) cash with you for a spontaneous visit. The operators will definitely lose a lot of sales as a result. But it's also worth getting cash every now and then for food. 🥰

I've been there a few times now and have never been disappointed. We only ever go to Cologne because of the restaurant😁. It's a restaurant where you don't have to constantly check whether something is vegan. Everything tastes delicious and looks beautiful. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

We didn't have a reservation, but we were kindly given a place anyway. My dog ​​was also allowed to come along and was provided with water. The service is outstanding. Everyone is so nice, answers every question and fulfills every wish. The menu is great, there is something for everyone and everything tastes great.

Udum offers Asian fusion cuisine. The dishes are vegan and served as tapas. There is also vegan sushi and bowls. What can I say: the food is really great. The dishes are original and very tasty. Large selection of tapas, unfortunately they weren't that convincing in terms of taste, we've eaten much better. Plus, when it got more crowded, it was extremely loud and we could barely hold a conversation.

Wir hatten heute zu zweit 10 verschiedene Köstlichkeiten. Alles auf ihrer Art sehr lecker und optisch toll angerichtet. Der fehlende Stern liegt daran, dass man hier nur bar zahlen konnte, was leider im Gegensatz zum tollen Service sehr wenig Serviceorientiert ist. Hinzu kommt, dass es dort keinen Kaffee gibt. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich dann gerne auch den fehlenden Stern vergeben.

The food is okay but not overwhelming. There are a variety of small dishes, a handful of bowls and various sushi compositions. All dishes are vegan. We had various small dishes and a bowl. The small dishes were okay, but none of them blew you away. Unfortunately the bowl didn't bring us what we ordered. In general, however, I find millet completely inappropriate in an Asian bowl. Unfortunately, the Temphe pieces were cut a little too thick, which meant that the middle was too flabby and tasteless. Unfortunately it didn't convince me. Unfortunately, card payments are not possible either.

We were visiting Cologne and went spontaneously without making a reservation - on Saturday afternoon. The young man at the front with glasses immediately got seats for us (6 people). Thank you for that! The ambience is great and the food is amazing. I've been eating vegan for 7 years, I've tried a lot of things and even cooked them myself, but it's really crazy - very, very tasty and the portions are sufficient. Reasonably priced.

In the end, many vegan restaurants don't deliver in terms of taste - Udum does. This is our third time here and the food is great. There are sophisticated, tastefully balanced Asian dishes that are also attractively presented. The selection is more than large; everyone should find what they are looking for here. The staff was very friendly during our visits, which rounds off the overall impression. In terms of price, Udum is not in the cheapest range, but the restaurant can definitely afford that given the quality. Recommendation: Make a reservation online before coming here, especially on weekends.

The absolute BEST vegan restaurant I know. I've been here twice so far and both times I was fascinated by the taste and appearance of the food. The food comes quickly, is delicious and there is a really exciting selection - I would always like to order the entire menu!

Super tasty. Very nice service. Nice ambience. Starter green gyoza and shrimp were delicious. The mayo that is served with the green gyoza is super delicious. If the gyoza were crispy or fried it would be even better, but they are probably also very tasty when steamed. Main course pho and udon noodles were also very tasty. Crispy tofu is served with the udon noodles, super delicious and the sauces on it are fantastic. Always my pleasure! Unfortunately we're not from Cologne :( The dessert coconut balls are MEGAAAAA delicious. A dream 😍

The food there is incredibly tasty and the service is great. It was really full yesterday (Saturday evening) and the service was super friendly and accommodating. We had to wait a little longer (which wasn't bad at all, we had a good time) and a plate with more sushi rolls was added to our 2-person meal as a "small compensation" for the waiting time. I can only recommend Udum. The dry ice is always an eye-catcher! Thank you!

I can't imagine a more disrespectful approach. I called Udum several times and after they picked up, I explained to them that I didn't have a Wolt account and therefore couldn't order via the Wolt app. They confirmed that I could order from you via the website in the news portal. Och ordered so much extra that a delivery for Udum would be worth it (around €35). After 20 minutes I called again and the representative told me that orders through the website would not be answered until around 3-4pm. I ordered at 1:30pm...! Very disappointed...

Udum is a place that inspires with its exciting ambience. The food is really great and offers an interesting selection that makes every visit a pleasure. I would particularly like to highlight the very clean and modern toilet - a small but nice detail! The service is attentive, but on my last visit it was very busy, so the wait was a little longer. But that didn't detract from the overall experience. I've been here three times and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

This is the best Asian restaurant I have been to in Cologne. The ambience is nice and is very cozy. The staff is friendly and toilets are super clean. The dishes are mind blowing. I personally recommend pink lady dish. It is very innovative. Moreover the presentation of the food was also beautiful. The service is super fast. We went there on Sunday evening without reservation and we were able to get the table. Every food item in the menu is super tasty and fully vegan that I can visit this restaurant every week.

I would really like to eat here, but as a non-vegan and non-vegetarian, unfortunately I can't find anything to eat here. If there was at least a very simple salad with dressing or something filling like bread, pizza or pasta, I could ignore the fact that it doesn't contain meat. But unfortunately every dish has some hyped ingredient that I don't like. There aren't even fries with ketchup. Unfortunately, this makes it impossible to eat there with the vegan part of my family.

The three of us went to Udum for lunch. The restaurant is stylishly furnished and the service is very friendly and accommodating. For starters we had Gyoza & Sushi Secret Garden. The gyoza were good with a very tasty sauce and the sushi was super tasty! For the main course we had the Udumbara Bowl, Sala Bowl and the Bun Bo Hue Soup. They all tasted delicious and the portions were large! We'd love to come back :)

The service staff seem very stressed and hectic, especially in the evenings. Our drinks have often been forgotten. It is advisable to contact the staff immediately. The atmosphere is very nice and modern. The only thing that bothers me is the stools, which seem very bulky to me because I can't lean on them. It can become uncomfortable, especially if you sit there for a while. All in all, I am very satisfied and can highly recommend this restaurant.
