Nice hotel, but nightmare cuisine. From the kitchen all bad burnt bread and rotten fruit. Hard and burnt inedible cake and terrible service.we will never return 👎

We stayed a night in the adjoining hotel (Designhotel Uberfluss - a fantastic stay! ) and came into the restaurant for breakfast. The pancakes were delicious! The best thing about breakfast however, was the service! The Italian waiter (Simone?) was incredibly friendly, warm and cheerful. 😀

The food is okay, nothing to complain about; it's a good price-performance ratio. What's annoying is the fact that the tables and planters set up outside regularly force people with walkers or wheelchairs to move out onto the street. When confronted with this, the staff complains, moves things around, and then puts everything back the next day. Reason enough for me to stop going there.

Wow! Ein toller Platz zum Genießen, direkt an der anderen Schlachte Seite- ruhig und maritim. Der Service war ausgezeichnet locker und freundlich- und das Essen war sehr gut! Weiter so- wie kommen wieder!

!!!Achtung Bewertung während Corona-Zeit!!!!Plätze Zuweisung hat etwas gedauert, ansonsten sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Preise leider überteuert ( gerade die Getränke, viel zu teuer) jedoch hohe Qualität der Speisen. Alles in allem zufrieden, leider war der ganze Spaß sehr belastend für meinen Geldbeutel.

Die Location ist ja bekannt hat sich nichts verändert... leider passt Preis Leistung nicht mehr.

Mi esposa y yo estábamos haciendo una escala para regresar a Dinamarca desde Amsterdam. Elegimos el The Designhotel berfluss. Después de unas copas en el hotel con vistas al río, estábamos buscando un lugar para comer. Mirando la calificación, teníamos nuestras preocupaciones de ir a otra parte. La pereza nos retuvo, afortunadamente, porque tuvimos una buena comida. Era obvio que hicieron un esfuerzo absoluto y fueron recompensados por los resultados. No dudamos en recomendar el lugar.

Die Bestuhlung erinnert eher an ein Hotelrestaurant. Der Rest ist aber super! Das Ambiente stimmt. Freundliche und professionelle Bedienung. Der Blick in die Küche ist frei. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Es gibt auch ungewöhnliches auf der Speisekarte, zum Beispiel Knipp-Burger. Desserts sind hausgemacht und schmecken ausgezeichnet. Die Weinauswahl ist gut. Auf die Bierauswahl wird kein Wert gelegt. Es gibt nicht viele Tische. Eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen.

Leider ein Reinfall. Uns wurde erst nach 75 Minuten Wartezeit auf die Speisen auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass die Küche Personalausfälle zu verzeichnen hatte. Mit der Kenntnis bei der Bestellung hätte man es einkalkuliert. So aber warteten wir 90 Minuten auf die bestellten Speisen. Die eingedeckten Tellerchen für einen vermuteten Gruß aus der Küche blieben leer, Getränkenestellungen wurden versäumt. Schade!

Fantastic meals, steaks are the best in Bremen,staff are wonderfull, frendly, very polite, very resonable prices, great wine, love the place.

Had a nice dinner with friends. Service was great, so was the fillet mignon. Highly recommend the basil risotto as a side dish.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Total überfordertes Personal. Sehr lange Wartezeiten, bis das Essen da ist. Preis-Leistung Note 6.

Das Essen schmeckt, aber die Wartezeit darauf ist extrem lange und der Service sieht sich auf Nachfrage nicht in der Lage Auskunft zu geben.Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir doch sehen, dass viel zu tun sei und wie klein die Küche dagegen sei! Für eine Weihnachtsfeier absolut ungeeignet! Auf die Vorspeise haben wir schon ewig gewartet und der Hauptgang hat über zwei Stunden auf sich warten lassen! Das macht der Geschmack nicht wett. Sehr schade! Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und das Restaurant auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ambiente, freundliches Personal, Schnelle Platz Zuweisung, Getränke Bestellung ging noch, schliesslich wurden wir zum Essen bestellen voll und ganz vergessen. Die Restaurantleitung sollte die Abläufe doch Mal kritisch überwachen und ggf. anpassen.

Schnelles zuweisen der Plätze, Getränke, - und Speisenbestellung separat. Getränke kamen zügig, aber dann vergaß man ca. 30 min. uns nach dem Essenberstellung zu fragen. Ende vom Lied, keine weiteren Bestellungen. Wir haben nur unsere Getränke bezahlt. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass die Geschäfsleiterin, die uns zuvor bedient hatte, ihren Angestellter nicht bescheid gesagt hat, dass wir Essen möchten.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, sehr nettes und professionelles Personal - und extrem lecker ist es auch!

Preisleistung passt überhaupt nicht. Aufdringliches unangenehmes Personal. Langevwartezeiten trotz Leeren Läden. Essen OK nur viel zu teuer. Aber schönes Ambiente. Aber das erste und letzte Mal... Schade

Eine etwas andere Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Auswahl an Salaten und Pasta ist gering, bei Burgern gibt es eine von der Konkurrenz unterscheidende Auswahl. Die Qualität war sehr hoch und es wurde gut präsentiert auf dem Teller. Die Weinkarte ist sowohl mit genügend Weißweinen, Roséweinen, als auch Rotweinen geschmückt. Auch Flaschenweine werden viele angeboten. Der Weißwein war optimal gekühlt. Zu meiner Verwunderung war die Flasche Groh Weißburgunder teurer, als die Wahl einzelner Gläser ...Bei Hochbetrieb wird es im Restaurant sehr laut. Alles in allem aber einen Besuch wert. Punkt Abzüge gibt es für die sehr hohen Preise, als auch für den Service, der an dem Abend nicht mit Gastfreundlichkeit geglänzt hat.

Mit einer Gruppe von ca. 30 Mitarbeitern wollten wir nach vorherigen Buchung, festlegung des Menüs, festlegung der Getränke unser alljährliches Sommerfest dort feiern. Leider war das komplette Team (es bestand aus 2 Mitarbeitern) völlig überfordert. Das erste Getränk kam nach einer Stunde, Essen wurde "Sortenweise" serviert; bedeutet, bis die meisten bedient waren, waren sie bedient. Vorherige bestellte Getränke gab es nicht, von dem bestellten Weiswein gabe es nur wenige Flaschen............ . Für Events dieser Art istdiese Lokalität überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Hier liegt ein ganz klares Missmanagement zu Grunde. Konstruktive Kritik wird weggeredet. Leider sehr enttäuschend.

Essen: Brot mit Tomatencreme 3/5 Ziegenkäse: 3/5 (Feige leider nicht aromatisch, Strunk war im Salat, Salat auch nicht richtig gewaschen, sonst wäre es 5/5) Filet: 5/5 Steakhouse Fries: 5/5 Spinat: 2/5, wirkte sehr fettig, mehr Tomaten als Spinat, und wieder ein Strunk 🙈 Lage: 5/5, Ausblick auf die Weser Service: 1/5, Auf mein Getränk habe ich nach der Bestellung circa 10-15 Minuten gewartet, obwohl wenig los war. Die Angestellten unterhielten sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Gästen über Stress mit anderem Personal, Brot bekam ich nur auf Nachfrage (die anderen Tische hatten Brot zum Getränk erhalten...), Dutzen der Gäste finde ich in der Preisklasse auch unangebracht Im allgemeinen glaube ich aber, dass ich einfach einen schlechten Abend erwischt habe und letztendlich aber ganz zufrieden war. Komme gerne wieder und aktualisiere meine Bewertung. Letztendlich tolles Fleisch.

Leider war die Bedienung am Abend unseres Besuches unkonzentriert und langsam. Obwohl das Restaurant an einem Samstagabend spärlich besetzt war, dauerte es sehr lange bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde und dann nochmal lange bis die Getränke kamen. Eine Getränkenachbestellung wurde dann später komplett vergessen. Das Essen war so lala, bei einem Gericht wurde statt der auf der Karte beschriebenen Minze Jogurt Sauce Mayonnaise verwendet, die nicht zu dem Gericht passte.

Chill & Grill in schöner Location. Plus: Sehr schmackhaftes Essen in absolut hinreichender Portionsgrösse. Service freundlich und bemüht. Minus: Website-Speisekarte mit realen abgleichen (z. B. Lammkarree 19€ zu 33 €) , Internet Reservierungen bestätigen, Sonnenschirme reparieren da Tisch und Besteck von Fruchtständen verschmutzt waren.

Coole Location. Essen war ok, das bekomme ich als hobbykoch besser hin.

Make Bremen great again - Longdrinks mit Woodland Gin, Burrata mit Urtomatencarpaccio, 7 Secrets Burger, gegrillter Thunfisch und Cheesecake waren mehr als fünf Sterne wert 🤩😋

Before I start: The service was really good and the atmosphere too, but..... If I was at a Turkish Imbiss I would be perfectly fine with the food, but when a burger costs 16€, I expect a great meal. The burger was mediocre at best and the Caesars Salad we ordered was not only cut into stripes and not washed, but also was drenched in a not home made dressing, that was full of additives. We make everything ourselves at home, so I can taste the difference in a minute. The beverages offered were on the contrary very good and would fit the menu if the cooks actually did their job and made decent restaurant prepared cooked food and not the frozen, out of a packet stuff they serve. Another friend of mine also had food undercooked in the same location, which is just another indication that the cooks need to clean up their act.

The Uberfluss hotel has a nice design and I was booked in a 1 person room, which looked good, clean and had the right facilities. I especially liked the floor heating in the bathroom! The breakfast was good, except for the eggs (old) and the 'fresh fruit. Would definitely come back again!

We came for a dinner to this restaurant which is in the same building as the hotel Ueberfluss. Service was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was not fully booked so we wondered why it took so long until we got our drinks. After a bit more waiting we received our main courses with meat and vegetables. All tasted great and the meat was perfectly grilled.

About the Hotel: clean, stylish, functional. nice views to Weser-river, close to city center and restauraurant/bar area. Has a Loui & Jules restaurant in the basement. helpful staff, friendly atmosphere. wireless lan for free but slow. clear recommendation.

I was travelling for business with my young family. Great hotel in a great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is excellent with a good selection of beers, wine and most importantly great food. Not only does the hotel have family friendly rooms, but the restaurant is also child friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location next to the river and near both the Becks and Mondelez offices. Make sure though you ask for a room with a river view. Then there is the shower - it has a glass wall looking directly into the bedroom with no curtain. I was lucky as I was on a high floor but if I had a lower floor room who knows how many people would gather outside to watch people shower!! Still definitely worth a stay and if you go down to the toilets under the restaurant there are the ruins of the old Roman city wall to look at.

We stayed at Ueberfluss Hotel and tried to use the restaurant - note it is not a hotel restaurant. The restaurant is independently run and just shares the same location. The restaurant closes the kitchen before 10pm (official time is 2230 but the staff seems prone to shut down early) and is closed on Sunday, so expect yourself hanging in there on an empty stomach if you get to the hotel late. Food via restaurant and in-room dining was disappointing - funny interpretation of a steak tartare; minced beef, vinegar, pine cones...

Service is good. Food is reasonable but selection is limited and having been there half a dozen times the menu becomes even more limited. The only complaint would be the heating in the restaurant always seems to be on maximum making for a very hot and uncomfortable dinner and especially when it gets busy.

A friendly design hotel what you exactly need during a short business trip. Located close to city center at a quite spot . Decoration is minimal and there fully equipped kitchenette . Very friendly personnel at reception and the restaurant located at ground floor.

Very good food, ambience and service. It's a little pricey, but our food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
