Tutti Gusti in Ludwigslust

We ate there in the off-season and when we said that we "only" wanted drinks and ice cream, the staff's displeasure was already written on their faces. All the drinks were listlessly placed on the table, there was hardly any conversation, and we didn't even respond to a "thank you." When we left and said goodbye there was no reaction even though there were so many staff running around. Impossible and unfriendly. Once and never again.

So far we have visited Lulu 3 times and dined at Tutti Gusti 5 times. Always tasty food (mostly the daily menu), fast and friendly service, reasonable prices and a great location if you sit outside.

The food was okay (relatively tasty and reasonable price), but we were ignored by the waiter playing on his cell phone.

This evening we were passing through the busy pizzeria. Hawaiian pizza and lasagne tasted good. The service staff was friendly and quick.

We ate two different dishes with Scaloppine today - it was super tasty! Fresh salad with various herbs, extremely tasty rice, meat and sauces left nothing to be desired. Waiters very attentive, drinks and food came very quickly. The restaurant was well attended, which is usually a good sign. Highly recommended!

The pizza dough is thin and not risen, more like frozen pizza. Operation is relatively quick, but not a trained professional. Ordering and service is almost speechless and distant.

If you value good food and friendly service, you're completely out of place here. The pizza had better toppings than a frozen pizza, but it tasted the same. And we seem to have offended the waiters when we chose this place to dine. But we will never make this mistake again.

Dit restaurant is absoluut geen italiaans restaurant. Ze draaien wel italiaanse muziek maar er wordt arabisch gesproken. We hadden een groentegerecht besteld anti- pasta verdure mixta en we kregen vette gefrituurde groenten op ijsbergsla. De pizza was vet en slap. De fetakaas salade waren slierten kaas op ijsbergsla met 4 stukjes komkommer een olijf, en 3 stukjes tomaat. Echt geen aanrader en mag zich geen italiaanse restaurant noemen.

I ordered a pizza and it was so good

Good food, and very very kind and nice people. Pizzas are not too greasy and good with toppings. We came just as the kitchen had closed and when they saw the look on our faces, they opened it up again and cooked us some delicious food. I definitely recommend this place for their food and people.

De patat friet was geperst, de calamari te dikke deeglaag, de groente uit diepvries gestoomd. De capucino was afwaswater. De bediening was wel snel en goed en de wijn was oké.

We were there twice today. Eat pizza and lasagne for lunch and ice cream in the afternoon. Everything was super tasty and everything always came super quickly. Highly recommended.

Völlig korrekter Standard-Italiener, Bruschetta und Antipasti frisch gemacht, Penne Arrabiata und Lamm mit Pfifferlingen mit Pep und ebenfalls frisch. Service ebenfalls absolut ok und den Preis wert.

We had dinner there on Sunday evening. We are used to friendly welcome and service from Ilaliens and a nice atmosphere. Everything is different here. My absolute favorite Parma pizza was disastrously bad. I also made this known, to which the clearing waiter reacted indignantly and the pay waiter was obviously offended. But he didn't charge for the pizza. An apology is also not part of the repertoire. Too bad!

The restaurant must have invested heavily in good reviews to bump this disaster up to a 3.9. I generously gave it 1 star, only because 0 stars isn't an option. This was probably my worst restaurant experience ever, and I've eaten airplane food. The cuisine tasted like it had been pulled straight from the freezer—Chef Microwave must have been working overtime. The service was a comedy of errors: not only did our meals arrive at different times. The server then blamed us for not asking if they accepted Visa or Mastercard. Mind you, we were clearly tourists, speaking English and probably looking as confused as someone trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. Apparently, we were supposed to magically know they only accepted German cards. Then, in a plot twist worthy of a bad sitcom, another staff member stormed out, aggressively demanding payment with a German card. Our insistence on using Visa or Mastercard was met with a treasure hunt for the nearest ATM. The first clue: "somewhere up there," accompanied by vague pointing. When pressed for more specifics, the server (now translating, because irony of ironies, this “authentic”Italian restaurant was run by Arabs) directed us 100 meters up the road to the right. Spoiler alert: it was actually 400 meters up and on the left. We returned, cash in hand, but made sure to tip them exactly what their service was worth: nothing. My advice? Avoid this place like the plague. It might look cozy and inviting, but trust me, that's just the restaurant version of catfishing.

We were on the way home from our vacation spot and were hungry. In Ludwigslust we wanted to get takeaway food. Since it felt like every restaurant in Ludwigslust was closed, we decided to order two pizzas from Tutti Gusti despite the many negative reviews. Like I said, we were hungry. He then drove in the pizzas too. In our opinion, one of the worst pizzas we have ever eaten. I noticed that there was a small bucket filled with water next to the entrance. The outside tables were “cleaned” with the cloth that was in the already very dirty water. We were at this place on July 28, 2024.

The food was great and there is absolutely nothing to complain about, especially for the price! You could still work on the ambience with decorations and salt and pepper shakers on the tables etc. If you want delicious food for a low price, you've come to the right place!

Frozen products at their finest! Pizza was a complete disaster, any from the supermarket is better. Advance prices were also bad. Unfriendly mass processing. Absolutely thrives on its location!

Pretty rustic charm. From the gentlemen, No one who served us ever smiled. We didn't feel welcome. There were finger-thick pieces of salmon on the pizza... not that tasty.

As always, the food was delicious. You had to wait a long time to order, but a service employee was apparently unavailable, so they had to work for him and there were a lot of guests there. So everything is great.

Ordered the pizza 🍕 and the pasta with cheese 🍝 gratinated. Very friendly service and the order went very quickly. 👍🏻🤗 Since we of course didn't have any cutlery anywhere, we asked and were given cutlery to take with us. 🍴The food was really delicious. You can also sit outside. Everything looked very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have time for that as we still had a longer journey ahead of us. Thank you very much and if you are in the area and like Italian food, then try the food. 🍕🍝😋😊

Risotto mit Hähnchen in Sahnesoße bestellt, anschließend Scampia in Sahnesoße erhalten. Mir wurde nicht richtig zugehört und dann etwas gebracht das ich nicht einmal esse. Das Gericht war dann auch 10€ teurer wie eigentlich bestellt. Verständnis wollte man dafür natürlich nicht zeigen, diesen Laden kann ich niemandem empfehlen!!

Worst strawberry sundae ever. Pure disaster for €10 1.5 scoop of vanilla and a small scoop of strawberry ice cream. Little cream. And strawberry sauce was store-bought plain sauce. Children's pinokio ice cream was only half. Chocolate ice cream was missing. No recommendation.

We had two Aperols, pizza, tortellini and the vegetarian antipasti as a starter! Everything was tasty and solid!

We were here on our vacation and our visit to the castle. We sat outside. The outside area is basic and the chairs are very uncomfortable. The service was quick and friendly. The pizza and salad were decent. The prices are moderate. The ice cream was very tasty.

Nun - das Tutti Gusti gehört mit Sicherheit nicht zu den allerbesten ... aber: Den schlechten Bewertungen können wir uns nicht anschliessen. Wir (meine Frau)hatten eine vegetarische Pizza - alles frisch zubereitet und belegt. Der Teig war cross und perfekt. Ich selst hatte die Penna Arrabiata. Es war etwas anders als es mir bekannt war - eher schärfer- aber es stand ja auch "pikant" auf der Karte. Die Tomatensauce mit Kapern und Sardellen war - Sehr Gut-. Dafür hätten sich 5 Punkte gelohnt.. Die Bedienung - aus der Nachwuchsriege- war etwas ungeübt- aber auch nicht als unfreundlich zu bewerten. Wenn wir nochmals nach LWL kommen würde ich nochmals einkehren.

Not recommended...Sunday around 11 a.m. all tables outside are reserved but only one is occupied! When asked, they say if you don't stay long you can sit in the back... that has nothing to do with service... Thank you, I won't...

I do not know where to start. The staff was indistinguishable from the guests. Some of the waitresses looked like they had just come from school (of course they didn't, because it was Pentecost), in long T-shirts and oversized trousers. Just like the young people are wearing right now. Generally no uniform clothing - not even pins or aprons; Everyone wore everyday clothes as they liked, it was impossible to tell who was part of the team. There was no greeting when we took the order - you almost felt as if the employees, who were standing emotionlessly in the entrance door (we thought they were guests at first), were trying to figure out who had to serve, because no one looked motivated. More annoyed. But the hunger after the big tour of the castle park was great and with the nice weather it looked relatively inviting outside. The young man in the oversized shirt and pants didn't really seem to understand our order. Even though we ordered by number. We felt like there was zero knowledge of the menu. Bruschetta came along with the main course, although asked if it should be served as a starter and the answer was YES. I hardly want to talk about the bruschetta itself... self-baked rolls cut into slices and very, very carelessly topped with three diced tomatoes and a few diced onions. I thought I couldn't believe my eyes. For 6 euros. An impudence. Then the cannelloni...2 rolls, a very, very small portion gratinated with a little cheese for 10 euros. The filling looked like it was a ready-made paste or had been frozen beforehand. The lasagna disaster. Zero taste and watery too. In addition, small milk rolls and croissants were served. The kind you get individually packaged in a bag at discount stores. Spaghetti with meat sauce for the child tasted ok. But what I then had to see made me feel disgusted. There was a small gray bucket on the ground at the front door. I kept wondering why. Then I saw the young woman take a rag out of that bucket, roughly wipe a table and throw the rag back into the bucket from afar. It was clear that the cloth had probably not even been rinsed properly the whole time, because it was folded just as neatly as when you took it out of the packaging. I don't want to know how long this bucket has been there and how much dirt has been pushed around the tables with it. If I had seen this before, we would have left. All in all, absolutely not recommended. The taste was a disaster, the price-performance ratio was poor, the service was unpleasant and the cleanliness was... I don't want to know. If we had at least made an effort when preparing the dishes... But it seemed like: slapped on the plate, no matter what we put out, the main thing is that we pay for it. I've never eaten so badly and I can't understand anyone who writes here that the food is super tasty and then 5 stars... never.

We spontaneously took a trip to Ludwigslust and had dinner here in the evening. We enjoyed it very much, the staff was friendly. And so we were able to happily walk into our motorhome again.

A culinary delight. They have the world's best salad with grilled chicken. If you are in Ludwigslust, order No. 34. It will enrich your life. Everything else is of course also worth recommending.

The food was acceptable, although not above average. If what I had on my plate was pork tenderloin, it must have been a very very large and very very old pig. A bit carelessly done. But prices are in the midfield. There is still room for improvement in terms of friendliness, the Italian warmth that I usually experience is different.

The baked lasagne al forno tasted sour and was inedible. An alternative dish was served without any problem. An espresso or grappa as compensation would have been appropriate - but nothing like that! This can be done better

I was there spontaneously for pizza. The quick service was good. The drink came quickly, the pizza took a long time to arrive. And then one of the waitresses noticed that I had probably been forgotten and then apparently things had to happen "quickly"... :( In my opinion, the pizza dough didn't have much to do with pizza: not fully baked, rubbery - not firm, the edge was just swollen and the toppings were thought to be too good (!) - overloaded. I can't understand it and therefore don't recommend it. 1 star more is not possible- Was I just unlucky?? Well... my impression is that "Italian" is much better

Pizza nicht empfehlenswert - der Teig war anscheinend nicht fertig gebacken?! INur gummiartig und der Rand nicht essbar. Ich wurde erst vergessen und dann musste es wahrscheinlich schnell gehen. Furchtbar

Auf den ersten Blick nett und freundlich! Allerdings keine freundliche Bedienung …(eher eine muss das sein Bedienung) wir waren mit 4 Erwachsene, einem Kind und drei kleinen gehorsamen Zwergdackeln dort essen… der Tisch war gut ausgewählt… ganz hinten in der Ecke … damit wir niemanden stören! Wir wurden nicht nach Wasser für unsere Hunde gefragt… und wurden die ganze Zeit ohne ein Lächeln 😀 bedient…eher grimmig. Dann wurden wir nicht mal gefragt …obwohl wir schon längst nichts mehr in unseren Gläsern hatten… ob wir noch was trinken möchten… oder ob wir noch ein Dessert haben wollen?! die Bedienung kam ungefragt eher schnell mit der Rechnung! Allgemein war meine Pizza langweilig und ohne Gewürze .. das Risotto meines Mannes … kein Risotto sondern ganz einfach Curry Reis. Schade ☹️ das geht bestimmt besser !

Leider war es nicht ganz das was ich mir vorgestellt habe.

„Risotto“ist hier einfach normaler Reis. Gemüse und Meeresfrüchte alles TK. Kellner laufen in ganz normaler Alltagsbekleidung rum. Ambiente leider 1990 stehen geblieben.
