Positive: Location, friendly service, prices, wait time for food and drinks The pizza was okay. Large, but a bit bland. I'd rather have it 20% smaller but with more flavor. Overall, though, it was positive.

First-class service from start to finish. The food was prepared quickly and tasted fantastic. Our waiter, Enis, was very accommodating throughout the evening and even gave us a tour of the location at the end. We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered, and Enis served us with incredible friendliness and attention throughout the entire evening. The food was simply fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every recommendation Enis gave us was spot on. I'm a native of Bonn, and it's very rare these days to find a service that's authentic, professional, and skillfully provided me and my girlfriend with a wonderful evening. I'm talking about Ennis—thanks again, and keep up the good work, young man!

After a shopping trip through Bonn, we were a bit hungry. We got a table outside, experienced good service, and, above all, ate a fantastic Bruschetta Parma. Simply delicious.

I ordered through Lieferando, which I do often, but unfortunately the pizza chef seemed to be in no mood! Half of what normally goes on a pizza tartufo was missing, I ordered extra garlic... nothing... just really, really bad toppings, and all for €20! I know it can be done differently! Super annoying & disappointing!

It doesn't look like a Margherita to me. It's a dough with a spoonful of tomato and a pinch of cheese in some parts. I understand the inflation, but my daughter was asking me where the toppings went.

A very nice restaurant with good food and an appealing selection. Unfortunately, the service was noticeably slow – despite only being about 50% full, we had to wait a very long time both to order and to pay. It's a shame, because the ambiance and quality of the food definitely deserved more stars.

We were there on a Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. We had a reservation, which was also recommended for the interior (which is very, very large). Almost all the tables were occupied, which led to an extremely high level of noise. It was sometimes difficult to hold a conversation at the table. Service was hectic; I got the impression that it was geared towards quantity and speed. Friendliness and customer service were lacking. We all ordered pizzas. All the pizzas were very large, with thin crusts, and all were tasty. The wait was okay. The food salvaged the overall impression a little. However, I would look for a different location next time I visit Bonn.

Despite having a reservation, we were quickly seated. Our orders were taken hesitantly. The wait was very long, and then some things were forgotten. Very poor service. Unfriendly waiter. Never again!

A very nice restaurant, located right in the center, with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, there's a lot of construction going on around it at the moment. The food was delicious and very well presented. The pizza burst open; it had a very thin crust and was very tasty. The dessert was also very tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive. Very good value for money. The restaurant also has a branch on Vorgebirgsstraße, which is also highly recommended, although the restrooms there are on the first floor. Reservations are definitely recommended. We made a reservation at short notice and managed to get a seat on a Saturday. Quite surprising. It's easy to have a good conversation, but there's a lot of traffic.

First of all: I'm a former Bonn resident and have known Tuscolo for 30 years. It was always great. This was my first time at Münsterblick, at 9:15 p.m., when it was noticeably emptier. Apart from the still very good pizza, which used to be considerably larger, it was unfortunately really not that good. We waited five minutes outside until someone showed us a table... I thought: I guess it's unnecessary. Ordering and eating took forever, even though it wasn't busy... and in between, we were harassed by aggressive beggars. The tiramisu on the house, unfortunately, has absolutely nothing to do with tiramisu. You know that. So, best to just leave it. It's just a pile of cream with not much sponge. You can make it much better with any Google recipe and mascarpone(!). Also, the always excellent zabaione is no longer on the menu. Maybe we'll go somewhere else soon...

I'm in Bonn maybe once a year, but a visit to Tuscolo is always a must (usually Frankenbad, but this time Münsterblick). Most recently, it was Friday evening, with a companion, outside without a reservation. I was greeted and served very warmly, chose my wine and favorite pizza, and was once again extremely satisfied with everything. It's a great place to go anytime. Thanks for the lovely evening.

Very good service and friendly staff!

We went to Tuscolo at our son's request and were not disappointed. The two pizzas were not only huge but also wafer-thin, crispy, and perfectly topped. My husband's seafood pasta was excellently seasoned, and unlike many other restaurants, you could actually find seafood in it. The service was very friendly, which made up for the street location. Bottom line: we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back! The slightly more expensive dishes are definitely worth the money.

Very tasty pizza service very attentive

At the entrance to the terrace, you have to wait a bit until someone comes to pick you up. That was less than two minutes. We had a nice seat inside. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly. The spaghetti carbonara and pizzas were delicious. It was even too much for us.

Incredibly great service from Emircan; you feel warmly welcomed and at home, with very thoughtful extras. The food is 10/10, and the ambiance is just as good. Always happy to come back!

There were five of us. We sat outside. A waiter took our order. Our starters arrived very quickly. We hadn't even started eating when the main course was slammed down on the table. Given the size of the pizzas, it was unmanageable. We protested, and then the waiter threw the last two plates onto the table. Only thanks to the manager's intervention did we get to eat, as he asked us to leave the waiter's area. He gave us a new table and fresh food. Thanks for that, but the waiter would be better off finding another job.

Short Review – Pizzeria Tuscolo We visited with a group of 12 and received prompt and very friendly service. Waiter Emircan was particularly impressive with his friendly manner – attentive and humorous 😊 The large salad was fresh and filling. Overall, a successful visit in a relaxed atmosphere.

The space is very cozy and very well decorated and decorated. It is clean, both the dining area and the bathrooms. Correct menu, with variety but not too much, to choose from toast, salads, pasta, pizzas... Pretty good pizzas. Complete, tasty, and big. There is little variety for dessert. The tiramisu is correct, but average, not that good.. The non-alcoholic beer they serve is not good.. We went there for dinner on a Monday. There were 6 of us. We ordered 5 pizzas, 1 pasta, 4 beers, 1 non-alcoholic, 1 soft drink, water, 1 tiramisu and 1 espresso. Total: €150. Many waiters and all very nice. Few people in the restaurant. But everything is slow, very slow.

Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly good. We had to wait quite a while before anyone even came to our table. When the food finally arrived, the waiter spilled some water all over my pants. He apologized immediately and brought me a napkin—but what good is that when the noodles are practically falling out of the plate? But the atmosphere was good!

I went to Tuscolo with my friend yesterday. We were immediately greeted warmly at the entrance, taken up to the roof terrace with a view of Bonn Minster, and directed to our waiter, Elias. He immediately brought the menu, and a short time later, our order was taken. Since we, or rather I, weren't that quick with choosing our dishes, it took three attempts before we had ordered everything – two bruschettas as starters and two pizzas. Elias approached us each time and asked questions without being intrusive in the slightest. Even during our meal, he regularly asked if everything was okay or if we wanted something to drink, and we chatted and joked around for a bit – so, all in all, we experienced excellent service from Elias, something that is unfortunately all too often missing in restaurants these days! Despite the high volume of guests, the food arrived very quickly and, in our opinion, was excellent – the bruschetta is usually a testament to the quality of an Italian restaurant, and they were excellent. Unlike what you're used to, it was served on rustic dark farmhouse bread instead of white bread - very tasty 👏 The pizzas were large and well-topped, the crust thin and crispy. Here, too, we had nothing to complain about. I even had to give in to the amount at the end, and Elias immediately asked me if he should pack the rest for me - again, his courteous attitude was evident 👍 So, we had a lovely evening and went home full and happy. This certainly won't be the last time we've been here.

The pizza is really delicious, the pasta carbonara is unfortunately very lightly seasoned and also comes with a cream sauce – unfortunately not according to the original Italian recipe. Strawberry tiramisu with lotus biscuits is a delicious idea, but why so much lemon zest in the strawberries? Yesterday I was lucky with my girlfriend, and the waiter was very attentive and super, super nice. Unfortunately, the whole thing was ruined by the "manager" or someone from the restaurant management, who called the boy by his last name and told him who should still clean the table. That tone wasn't exactly nice, and the waiter already has a lot to do. The manager could save himself the trouble of loudly reminding him who should still clean. Really…

Update: Unfortunately, only 3 stars now, because on all my recent visits, the pizza dough was incredibly thin, even though you'd pay around €15 for it. It's a real shame. It wasn't like this before. The dough is like thin puff pastry...

Unfortunately, the vegetarian/vegan selection is very limited. If you order a dish without Parmesan and then find cheese on your food (and it's brought to you with the words "no cheese"), it's a shame. Overall, the pizzas are very tasty, but the selection is very limited.

We were guests at Tuscolo for lunch today. We were three adults, one child, and a toddler. The service was excellent, and the children were exceptionally well-behaved. We were very pleasantly surprised and delighted. Both the drinks and the main course arrived promptly, completely, and to our complete satisfaction. We're in Bonn until Sunday and will definitely visit the restaurant again during that time.

Unfortunately, my visit was very short. I told them I had a voucher, the kind of which is no longer accepted, but the value is still accepted. The service staff blatantly ignored me, and one of them just went off with a friend to smoke. Don't come here with a voucher; you're a second-class customer and you'll feel it. There are better pizza spots in Bonn!

Very good pizza, definitely, and huge. A little less salt wouldn't hurt... We're picky eaters and vegetarian. We were really satisfied and "stuffed." Those who prefer quiet dining might find it a bit stressful.

Returned to Tuscolo after a year since the last visit, and the food and quality of service was not the same. Pizza almost cold and not great quality, simple caprese salad smothered in sauce. while the server was friendly we felt rushed the whole evening with all servers in the restaurant pretty much running around. Wouldn’t go back when there are other great Italian restaurants in Bonn.

It's quite okay. The service is quite friendly. The food is also decent. The pizza with shrimp, prawns, and salmon tastes nothing.

As soon as we walked in, we were stopped by the waiter and treated rudely. We had ordered three Da Vinci, two of which came with almost no sauce, one with no sauce at all, and the advertised mushrooms were missing. Furthermore, all the dishes were extremely salty. The plates contained ingredients that weren't on the menu—which is problematic, especially for people with allergies.

We were completely satisfied. Even though it was full, we were served promptly. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. The pizza is quite large for one person, so they packed up the leftovers for us without asking.

Well, where do I begin? The food was... let's just say: I definitely could have put my money to better use, but oh well. The pizza was honestly pretty standard, nothing special, and not really authentic either – I've had much better. And as a little "bonus," I ended up with a stomach bug the day after my visit. That, of course, was anything but pleasant. What really stood out, however, was the view. It was absolutely picturesque and beautiful. The service was also simply top-notch: super friendly, attentive, and prompt. That's why I'm giving it three stars. If it had only been about the food, it would have been a complete no-go.

Order via Lieferando: We ordered three pizzas and one pasta dish. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was missing a topping. While these mistakes can happen, they shouldn't. I then called the restaurant to report the error. The employee on the phone was unfortunately very annoyed and asked what he should do. Instead of offering a replacement or refund, he suggested ordering the missing topping and then quickly hung up. The topping, unsurprisingly, was not delivered. On site: The food is consistently delicious, especially the pizzas, which are particularly tasty. The service, however, varies greatly and depends heavily on the employees serving you. Sometimes friendly and attentive, sometimes rather lackluster. Because the taste can compensate for the mixed service, 3/5 stars

Unfortunately, it was truly disappointing. The food arrived cold. On top of that, an entire dish was simply forgotten. And to top it all off, no one answers the phone. Absolutely outrageous! After ordering again, two pasta dishes arrived. They were the same dish, but tasted different. We had the Da Vinci pasta.

Last time, the salami was missing from the pizza. The order just arrived after 1.5 hours – the ordered salad (for almost 17 euros!) was completely missing. Sorry, but if one person out of four ends up not getting any food – that's just not acceptable.

Good inexpensive food and really good service

Two of us ate here today, and honestly, any other restaurant would have done just fine. The food was standard but okay. It arrived after about seven minutes, but it was cold. I'm happy to wait longer if the food is warm and delicious. It's also a very large restaurant, but it looks crammed full because so many large tables are close together. At around 4:45 p.m., there were hardly any customers, yet we were seated right at the back, right between two other customers and the door with the stairs to the terrace. The employees were constantly running up and down, talking loudly, creating an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere. Not again at this branch.

The restaurant is nice, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is friendly, but the organization wasn't quite right that evening. We waited a long time for our order. With that kind of food, I can understand why the restaurant is busy. You shouldn't have to wait so long for drinks, and you'll have to remind us twice.

The light and shade at the Bonn Tuscolo. The size of the pizza saves the fourth star. All the employees were friendly toward us. At the neighboring table, where impatient guests were waiting for their food, a different tone prevailed. But first things first. The reception was friendly; after being assigned a seat, we first had to clean the seats of the comfortable chairs. The table wasn't exactly clean either. The Insalata Mista and the 40cm Pizza Michelangelo were brought quickly, and both tasted very good. Many guests "only" pick up their food, resulting in a lot of foot traffic, including noise. The value for money is good; Tuscolo is conditionally recommended, but there is room for improvement.

I actually wanted to go out for a nice Italian meal with my family for my birthday. I was familiar with Tuscolo because I had been there several times with friends several years ago. I reserved a table for three people. I had indicated in the comments that we would need a highchair. When we arrived, I showed the reservation and was asked whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. We chose inside. We were shown to a table, but there was no sign of a highchair. We looked at the menu and chose the olives for starters. My wife, who is heavily pregnant, opted for pasta with strips of beef, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. I opted for a pizza half mushroom and half focaccia with arugula and Parmesan cheese. We waited about 20 minutes before we could place our orders. During this time, three waiters stood right next to us and insulted another waiter. I think that's not appropriate out of respect, and especially not in front of guests. After the order was taken, it took less than five minutes for my pizza to arrive on the table, followed by the pasta a minute later, and finally the olives, which were intended as an appetizer. We were very surprised that the food arrived so quickly, and when I ate the first slice of pizza, what can I say? It was ice cold. The Parmesan wasn't even remotely melted. My wife's pasta was also cold. The mushrooms were still raw and had just been thrown into the sauce. The meat was cold. That was the worst birthday meal I've ever had!!!

Ich wollte eigentlich mit meiner Familie an meinem Geburtstag schön Italienisch essen gehen. Das Tuscolo war mir noch bekannt da ich vor mehreren Jahren mit Freunden öfter dort war. Ich reservierte einen Tisch für 3 Personen. Ich hatte bei den Bemerkungen noch angegeben das wir einen Hochstuhl benötigen. Als wir dort ankamen habe ich die Reservierung vorgezeigt, man fragte uns ob wir drinnen oder draußen sitzen möchten. Wir hatten uns für drinnen entschieden. Wir wurden zu einem Tisch gebracht, vom Hochstuhl keine spur. Wir schauten in die Karte und nahmen als Vorspeise die Oliven, meine Frau die Hochschwanger ist, entschied sich für Pasta mit Rinderstreifen, Champignons und Kirschtomaten Ich für eine Pizza halb Funghi und halb Focaccia mit Rucola und Parmesan.Wir warteten ca 20 Minuten bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. In dieser Zeit, standen 3 Kellner unmittelbar in unserer nähe und zogen über einen anderen Kellner her. Ich denke das sich so etwas rein aus Respekt nicht gehört und schon garnicht vor Gästen. Als die Bestellung aufgenommen war dauerte es keine 5 Minuten da stand meine Pizza auf dem Tisch, eine Minute später die Pasta und als letztes die Oliven die als Vorspeise gedacht war. Wir waren sehr verwundert das dass Essen so schnell da war und als ich das erste stück Pizza gegessen habe, was soll Ich sagen, sie war eiskalt. Der Parmesan war nicht mal ansatzweise geschmolzen. Die Pasta meiner Frau war ebenfalls kalt. Die Champignons waren noch roh und wurden einfach in die Soße geworfen. Das Fleisch war kalt. Das war das schlechteste Geburtstagsessen das Ich je hatte!!!

Delicious food at a good price-performance ratio

Had a fantastic dinner with friends at Tuscolo! I decided to try the Pizza Primavera, and while my Italian friends raised an eyebrow at my non-traditional choice, I absolutely loved it. The combination of the chicken and cheese was really delicious. Be warned though, the pizzas are huge - definitely come hungry!

I ordered the Insalata Di Tuscolo to take away and it cost €15.90. What I unpacked at home was a mountain of arugula with lots of cheese, an egg, a bit of tuna and lots of balsamic cream. I picked out the good ones and put them in another bowl, as you can see in the photo. For the money I honestly find it a bit disappointing :(
