Leckeres Essen zum normalen Preis. Alles gut und ordentlich.

Guter Laden, war im April 2023 Mal da, und die Pizza war sehr lecker, obwohl sie kurz vor Feierabend waren, waren die Mitarbeiter trotzdem motiviert.

Der Service war wirklich herausragend. Die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut. Ein überaus gelungener Abend 🫶

Neben gepflegter italienischer Küche gibt es eine Toppizza vom Profi am Holzofen. Die Vorspeisen aus der Vitrine lohnen sich auch; besonders bei „sensiblem“ Magen.

Das Essen bringt die 5 Punkte. Sehr lecker. Und gute Location, schnell im Zentrum.

The room was large, but in a converted low-rise building facing a back courtyard, overlooking garbage cans. We could hear the drunk man in the next room singing and coughing. There were leaves in the hallway and the front door was very dirty. The carpet in the room wasn't properly clean either. Some of the furnishings were new. The shower cubicle was old and grimy. There was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. There was no reception desk, only a counter in the restaurant, which didn't open until 6 p.m.

Quiet and well-maintained rooms. I will stay here again in the future when my brother visits.

We celebrated our son's first birthday with the family at the Portofino in Bonn and couldn't have asked for a better location! From the very beginning, all of our wishes were fulfilled - the friendly and attentive staff looked after us very well. What was particularly nice was that we were allowed to bring our own decorations, which made the celebration even more personal. The food was excellent, freshly prepared and a real highlight in terms of taste. All guests felt very comfortable and we had a wonderful lunch. We will definitely come back and can fully recommend the restaurant!

Rating of the restaurant, not the hotel: Portofino has been our go-to place for many years when we're craving Italian food. In addition to pizza from the wood-fired oven and a great selection of antipasti, you can of course also find fish, meat and pasta dishes here. Of course there is also a daily menu with special delicacies. In summer there are additional outdoor tables in the courtyard. The service is generally perfect and the staff goes out of their way to make their guests' visit as pleasant as possible.

Very good Italian food, the appetizer buffet is fantastic; I especially like the octopus salad. Everything else is really good, tasty, and the portions are generous! What really stands out, however, is the friendly service; everyone is very friendly and attentive, without being annoying! We really enjoy going there.

We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food and were disappointed by the quality. It was carelessly prepared. The risotto with rabbit for almost €20 was overpriced and the portion was very manageable. A basil leaf on the penne with pesto would have been nice for the eye .The service was friendly but overwhelmed. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

All tables were occupied. The attentive service didn't cause any problems. The food was excellent as always. The atmosphere is upscale Italy. Gladly again and again. Best to reserve.

For today there is only this one ⭐____.................................I have been living in Bonn-Beuel for 47 years, But I've never eaten here before. Weeks ago I picked up a salad to take away here. It was purely by chance that I saw that pizzas were baked on an open fire. Yesterday I ate here with friends for the first time and we were very happy with the food we ordered. The staff is friendly and courteous. .... One star deducted because we had to take action ourselves for two more orders. .... Nevertheless, we will come back and hope that this was an exception. ....

Although the restaurant is very close to the busy B56, the ambience in the beautifully landscaped green beer garden is quiet and Mediterranean. I was invited to a meal with 10 people. The service was very knowledgeable and courteous. The starters were all delicious and, to my delight, garlic-free. My Picata Milanese was very tender and the vegetables and potatoes were a tasty accompaniment. Dessert and especially the espresso were great. Not to forget the beautiful, open Lugana. I really liked it here 👍

Parking available. All the staff is very friendly , lovely atmosphere in the restaurant with many choices of Italian delights, it’s good times !

We had dinner here today and luckily checked the bill again on the way out (since friends there had already had one too many bottles of wine on their bill, which they only noticed when they got home). We also noticed a mistake: instead of one espresso, we were charged for three, as well as a dessert that we didn't even have. So about €15 was too much on the bill. We got the money back, but had to go back and complain about it. Unfortunately, this was a negative experience that left the question open as to whether the work was done inaccurately or whether this happened consciously.

When you order pizza, they wait for you to show up to pick it up, pay and then they start making it. If you don't accept that and leave, people will run after you and shout insults at you in Italian. It doesn't work like that at all. Then they shouldn't offer pizza away from home. Never again!

Another customer next to me said the door was broken and even though he complained it didn't seem like they were going to fix it. And an annoyed man led us into the room. Breakfast the next day was even worse! As soon as I started eating, an employee next to me started vacuuming. Meanwhile German pop music. hectic and restless! It was heaven as I stayed at a high-end hotel in the same price range nearby.

Wir waren des öfteren im Portofino zum essen. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich, das Essen immer sehr lecker und wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Erlebnisse bisher.

Im Winter kalte Zimmer nach Mitternacht und früh im Badezimmer. Zum Frühstück gibt es nur Aufbackbrötchen. Im Bad vom Vorgänger Zahnpasta am Waschbecken gefunden. Risse in den Wänden, undichte Fenster.

Ich kenne das Lokal schon seit Jahrzehnten ! Für mich als Italien Fan der seit über 40 Jahre sich in Italien bzw Lago Maggiore rumtreibt gibt es in Bonn und Umgebung keinen besseren !!!! Ich weis wovon ich rede . Ich habe in den 70igern in der gehobenen Gastronomie gelernt .
