Tucher-Bräu am Opernhaus in Nürnberg

Wurden vom Yannik bedient,war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super,so wie Getränke. Ambiente einfach einladent.Einfach weiter zu empfehlen.

Visitamos el lugar dos veces para cenar, sin reserva, pero en ambas ocasiones nos encontraron una mesa al instante. Fue como si hubiéramos visitado 2 lugares diferentes! ¡La primera noche todo estuvo muy bien! La paletilla de cerdo, las salchichas del Nuremberg y las patatas eran de muy buen gusto . Al final nos ofrecieron un licor digestivo de muy buen gusto. La segunda noche probamos el schnitzel (no el vienés) y el filete de lucio - perca ambos indiferentes al gusto (sin licor esta vez). El personal es muy amable, rápido (no importa si la tienda estaba llena de gente) y el camarero recordó qué cervezas nos tomamos la noche anterior ! Dejamos buenas propinas las dos veces porque se lo merecen.

Schweinekrustenbraten mit Dunkelbiersauce und Knödel und dazu hausgemachten Krautsalat. Insgesamt eine Zumutung. Das Fleisch aufgewärmt und zäh, die Ködel aufgewärmt und hart, der Krautsalat wurde nicht serviert, auf Nachfrage vergessen. Das Lokal hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente, die Bedienung war freundlich. Ein typisches Lokal für Fremde, die Nürnberg besuchen. Für uns einmal und nie wieder!

Very centrally located, high price level

Thank you for the great stay. After the DB Museum we happened to go to the Tucher Wirtshaus, as it was around the corner. We were impressed by the food and ambience as well as the really good service! We will remember it very positively and will come back when the opportunity arises.

Good food and super nice and courteous service.

The ambience is really beautiful, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Our waiter, clearly sporting a beer belly, seemed to have little interest in his job. When my partner greeted him politely with “Thanks, boss,” all he got back was a grumpy “I’m not a boss.” Things got really outrageous during the second round of drinks: When I wanted to order another beer, I was told that it wasn't coming "just for me" - I should wait until other guests at the table also ordered something. Such rude and inflexible service is truly unacceptable. It's a shame about the beautiful location! This is the first time in years that we didn't leave a tip.

Despite the full house, a solution was spontaneously found for us and we had a very nice evening there. The waitresses are all in a good mood and I can only praise the food! We can recommend the inn without reservation and would be happy to come back.

We had two really great evenings in this brewery. The food was very tasty, but a particularly nice service from Mr. Müller (Christian) and Tamara. You're great!

We were thrilled, the food was brilliant, the service was attentive and motivated, the ambience was modern with a slight touch of tradition. My girlfriend is Italian and was excited about German food for the first time. Thank you for doing that. A trip from Munich to Nuremberg is always worth it.

We came across the brewery by chance and just wanted to have a bite to eat, but it turned into 4 hours with excellent food, delicious wine (Rotling) and the whole thing was rounded off by our great waiter Mr. Müller [Christian]. Thank you for the great service, we'll be happy to come back.

The quality of the food is low but the prices are high.

We were able to reserve a table for 7 people at relatively short notice today. We had an excellent French meal! From the Schäufele and zander to the rhubarb tiramisu, everything was first class! The service was also great! Jannis and his team enjoy their work. You just notice that. It wasn't our first visit here and definitely not our last! We'd love to come back!

The kitchen and service have now deteriorated considerably, the furnishings are unkempt and worn out.

Unfortunately the food was good and expensive with small portions of veal goulash and the roulade was overcooked but tasted good. Starter and main course came together! I've never experienced that either! Waiter seemed overwhelmed. The ambience suits the inn but the seating is getting old!

A Sunday evening in Nuremberg, a meeting with colleagues before the trade fair. We are hungry and a short walk takes us to the Tucher-Bräu inn at the opera house. After a short discussion at the entrance, we were quickly assigned a table. The beer is delicious and the food is very good. The announced red beer is not available that evening. Christian Müller gives us good advice, but for us “large” beers are still 0.5 liters and not a measure. We'd love to come back.

We celebrated my husband's birthday with the family and were served by Jani. He did this extremely confidently and elegantly responded to the ladies' various food requests. The birthday surprise at the end with singing from the neighboring tables was the crowning achievement! Unforgettable and thank you very much for that.

I entered by chance while trying to escape from the rain, it was around 2 in the afternoon. Although they were given a 3-4 page menu, they said they could only give 3-4 food options. It wasn't to my taste, but it's a quiet place with a nice atmosphere.

Pork schnitzel with fries was great. Upon request, I even got my mushroom cream sauce, which was also really tasty. Yanni read our every wish and is in a great mood! Ambiance is good, I found it a bit too loud in terms of acoustics, but still a location that I will recommend again and again!

Looks like an upmarket German restaurant specialising in German cuisine. Excellent location at the Opernhaus U-Bahn station. I still want to try it, but have only heard good reviews.

A great restaurant with excellent cuisine and first-class service! Even though we hadn't made a reservation, we were assigned a table with a specific time limit - that's fine with us, but a reservation is definitely recommended. As a starter we enjoyed 200g of tartare which was delicious. The main course was schnitzel and beef roulade. The roulade could have been a little bigger as it seemed a bit disintegrated on the plate. Finally we tried the Kaiserschmarren. It was okay, but didn't quite convince us in terms of taste. Parking is rather difficult. Come by subway or find a parking garage. You can get lucky on the side street. But rather difficult.

Very pleasant conditions and excellent food, I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Nuremberg. I can recommend it to everyone. Keep it up.

The fattest roast pork I've ever had, 5.50 a pint of beer, 21.90 a very small scoop and the tartare is an absolute joke, not even egg or butter.!!! No thanks. But very nice waiters and a nice atmosphere

Typical brewery flair. The service wasn't exactly on point, but it was friendly. The food was light and shadow. Fries were hard as bones and some of them couldn't be speared with a fork. Schnitzel was too dark for my taste. The typical wave breading isn't there at all. The taste was okay.

Nice outside area. Cool Biergarten! Schäufele was really tasty, lot of inside seating as well.

We stop here at least once every time we visit Nuremberg, and this time we weren't disappointed either. Very good, down-to-earth cuisine, the Franconian bruschetta is a must as a starter! The service was excellent, many greetings to our waiter Janni who told us one or two anecdotes about the history of the house!

We found this top restaurant in an incredibly beautiful spot in Nuremberg on the old city wall. Janni, our waiter who served us the most (but there were several great ones working for us) was a very pleasant man who really made us feel at home. What made it even more special was that due to the crowds (and we arrived with 8 people), we were quickly offered a place in an igloo in the courtyard. That was a special and fun experience. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. The different types of schnitzels in particular are highly recommended for every enthusiast.

Good: Pleasant atmosphere, good service, you can order “half” beers to try. Not so good: The veal schnitzel costs around €8 more than the pork schnitzel, but it is significantly smaller and tasted good.

Very good Franconian restaurant. We visited the restaurant spontaneously and are very satisfied. The boss Janni served us very well. Almost food tasted excellent. The Kaiserschmarn was dry and not recommended. The starter was particularly tasty. Plucked Schäufele and Obazda. A culinary delight. The veal goulash and the roast pork are also very tasty and recommended. All in all, we will definitely recommend this restaurant. Very friendly and fast service.

Lokal sehr besucht, dementsprechende lautstärke Ober sehr nett Wir hatten 2xschäuferle,Schnitzel, zander, schweinebraten Schäuferle entweder stundenlang warmgehalten oder übergart,jedenfalls waren teile davon nicht mal mit dem messer zu schneiden, sauce war reines fertigprodukt mit mehl gebunden !blaukraut war kalt und schwamm in der sauce! Eine grosse Enttäuschung für eine fränkische Spezialität!

We reserved an igloo and were very happy with the food and service! The atmosphere was something special. The waiter “Janni” was very courteous and warm.

We were there on Tuesday with a group of 10 people. It was a wonderful evening to which Mr. Müller contributed a lot. Employees who have fun at work and who radiate and convey this are very rare. Especially since the job isn't easy and the inn was very full, despite it being Tuesday. It was a pleasure and we would love to come back.

We dined here on business. Very cozy and great food. We were very satisfied with our waiter Janni, nice and relaxed guy. And this despite the fact that it was very full at the beginning and therefore very loud. We'd love to come back.

I recently went to the Tucher-Bräu Wirtshaus for the first time since it reopened and really liked it. My colleagues also really liked and liked it. The service was quick, friendly and funny. There was just a little too much fat on the onion roast, which was served to the table medium rare. Will definitely come back!

I had veal slices with dumplings. Unfortunately it was only a beef goulash for €23!!!
