We were at the Renstal winery for a conference and had a very informative tour through Württemberg's largest vaulted cellar. The wines we tasted were very good.

A wonderfully charming, traditional Swabian restaurant with impeccable service and an authentic Swabian menu. A real highlight!!! We'll definitely be back! 👍👍👍👍👍

A lovely family-run restaurant, operating for years. Tastefully furnished, no pretensions. Swabian coziness with lots of little details to discover. Original table decorations. Seasonal. The owner cooks himself – and how well! 👍 Game dishes from local hunters are highly recommended. The venison roulades were divine. The liver slices were also delicious. Some dishes have a French influence, others a South Tyrolean one. Excellent. Goose season is starting now. Very tasty desserts. The landlady serves in a friendly and attentive manner. Her taciturnity might seem a bit odd to North Germans. A Swabian like myself prefers this natural approach to fake hospitality. Great beer garden. Good wine list with regional, Baden, and international wines. We'll gladly return.

It's nice to sit outside (summer), but for €21, I expect a large schnitzel, freshly sliced, breaded, and pan-fried to a golden brown! Instead, I was served a pre-fried, frozen product from the deep fryer, accompanied by a few fries/potatoes and a poorly prepared salad. (Canteen food is rather low-standard.) The staff were also quite moody/(rude)! To put it bluntly, once and never again!!!
