Troja Grill & Pizzeria in Bielefeld

Well, it's no longer the Troja Grill it once was. The doner kebabs have gone really bad; there's too much bread. It's more like a bread roll with a little filling. The fries are soggy. The gyro plate is now more like a salad plate. We ate there for the third and last time today...a real shame.

I highly recommend this pizzeria! 🍕 As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a warm smile and immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and clean, and you can tell the passion they put into their work. The pizza was simply fantastic: a thin, crispy crust, perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, and a wonderfully flavorful topping. I particularly like the sauce—wonderfully creamy and flavorful! The service was attentive, friendly, and fast, without being pushy. The value for money is absolutely spot on here—quality, taste, and atmosphere are a perfect match. I will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone to stop by. For me, the best pizzeria for miles around! 🙌🏻💯

The food is always good, and the price is right. Nice people who work hard and diligently. The ambiance is a bit dated, but that's precisely what gives it its charm.

Very tasty food, which at least makes it worthwhile for the price and isn't as overpriced as elsewhere. The portions are also very generous. If it stays this way, there's definitely nothing wrong with coming back again and again.

Gyrospita tastes very good here, haven't tried anything else yet.

Unfortunately, there seems to have been a change of ownership. The gyro is far from the quality we're used to. We ate there once, and it was full, but the meat was still gristly and fatty. Today we picked up and it was quiet, and the food was really not good. The meat was jumping around on the skewer, the fries were soggy, etc. We'll probably look elsewhere. It's a shame; we've been customers for many years, but not like this.

It's marked as open on Google, but there's no answering machine on the phone. I went there because I couldn't reach anyone by phone and found out the gentlemen were on vacation. It's not a bad thing, but please let people know when it's closed. Thanks, the reviews aren't as good when you're hungry. The food is great when it's open.

What happened? We've shopped at Troja very often and we really enjoyed it. We've given it two more chances, but we'll probably go somewhere else now. The first time, we wanted a tuna pizza with extra pepperoni and onions. Both were forgotten. The pizza also shrunk in size. Then we wanted a salad gyro. There were only tomatoes and cucumbers, even though the menu also lists bell peppers. They forgot them. The dressing was barely palatable. We had to make our own at home. We won't give it a third chance. What a shame.

So delicious. Friendly service. And everything fresh. 100% worth it.

The pizza was truly excellent, freshly prepared, with a crispy base and perfectly seasoned! You can tell the love is evident here. The host was very friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. Highly recommended, I'd love to come back!

I can only agree with the negative review. The food has always tasted good, until my visit today: the bratwurst tasted as if it had already been grilled and warmed up in the microwave. The fries were ok so far. The staff is so far friendly.

I don't really know. It's not what it used to be. It doesn't taste the same anymore either.

Edit: Since the change of management, I can unfortunately no longer recommend it without reservations. In my opinion, the portions have become significantly smaller and the prices higher. Unfortunately, the taste is no longer to my liking. I'm deducting a star for the service, as special requests/orders are often ignored. Too bad, I really have to find a new place. Original review: Super tasty and always friendly. Good value for money. If you order by phone, you don't have to wait long. My favorite is the gyro pita with coleslaw.

Since the operator and staff have obviously changed, the snack bar is no longer recommended. We tried it twice more. Gyros, pizza, etc. just don't taste good anymore. Fewer dishes on the menu, sometimes higher prices, and all of this with poorer quality. Too bad.

The food was really good! But somehow it has slowed down a lot in the last few weeks. P.zza is poorly seasoned and even though I said gyros without onions three times, when I unpacked it at home there were some on it. That's annoying

We bought 3 kebab boxes (7€) and all three were disgusting. The potatoes were soft and tasteless and there was very little sauce. I don't recommend anyone to buy there.

We have enjoyed getting food there in the past because we come from a local area. Unfortunately, the pizza's taste deteriorated over time and became very tasteless, so I switched to Lahmacun. We just picked up our food for tonight. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've had the wrong sauce on my food and it's really pissing me off now. We won't be getting anything from here in the future.

We recently moved here and discovered this treasure. Pizza and gyros are a 12 out of 10! We can only recommend it! Ps. It's always very busy so it's best to pre-order and pick up.

I have been working in the area for 14 years and I have long considered Troy to be my "home and yard supplier." I'm a fan of his gyro dishes and, even if it sounds banal, the fries are delicious. If I place my order by phone and drive off, the food is usually ready when I arrive (journey approx. 5 minutes). The prices have risen moderately compared to many other places and compared to the taste, service and feeling, it's worth every cent.

Pizza, pita, lamb... No matter what I ordered here, it was always delicious. Quality, taste and price are just 👍 good. An absolutely recommended address.

Gyros mit Metadaten Sosse , war sehr nur Fleisch und SOsse. Habe wo anders mehr Zutaten im Gericht gesen. Und auch billiger. Verstehe nicht wie ma so unkreativ kochen kann.

Ich war vor vielen Jahren ständig im Troja und fand die Portionen groß, die Leute am Grill sehr nett und das Essen lecker. Nun war ich nach 9 Jahren mal wieder da und es hat sich nichts geändert. Sehr zu empfehlen, für einen guten Imbiss für zwischendurch oder auch für den großen Hunger.

Seit Jahren der beste Grill im BI Osten. Stets freundlich und faire Preise.

War nicht so dolle wir hatten eine Pita mit Feta und Pommes das Fleisch war mir zu trocken der Krautsalat bitter und der Ketchup war auch nicht meins. Aber☝️alles ist Geschmackssache und nur weil es mir nicht Geschmeckt hat muss es euch ja nicht auch so gehen. Und ich glaube Pizza ist dort der renner😉

Das Gyros im Restaurant ist köstlich, allerdings könnte die Gestaltung und Atmosphäre des Restaurants etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail vertragen.

Das Essen ist hier sehr gut👍, die Angestellten sind immer sehr freundlich und bemüht alles so schnell wie möglich zu machen. Den Troja Grill & Pizzeria kann man nur weiterempfehlen weil es einfach nur Spitze dort ist. 👍 👍 👍 Danke

Essen schmeckt gut, die Qualität ist auf jeden fall besser als die meisten imbiss buden/ restaurants. Bestellung kam sehr schnell. Die Arbeiter geben sich mühe und gehen auf wünsche ein.

Mein Partner und mein 3 Jähriger!!! Sohn haben die Lebensmittelvergiftung Ihres Lebens von diesem Laden bekommen. 2 Tage hatten beide Durchfall und mussten sich mehrfach täglich übergeben! Nicht empfehlenswert!

Ein kleiner aber sehr gemütlicher Imbiss. Das Essen ist außerordentlich lecker und es sind riesen Portionen. Selbst für meine Verhältnisse bin ich satt geworden und habe nicht alles geschafft.

Richtig guter und leckerer Imbiss. Das Fleisch war saftig, die Portion hat ne anständige Größe, der Zaziki und Salat kommt in eine separate Schale was ich sehr gut finde. Der Service ist fix und sehr freundlich. Kurz um.. ich komme wieder !
