The lounge for the bowling alley 🎳 is very comfortably furnished with great service. The bowling alley 🎳 is in good condition. The restaurant is bright and friendly. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food 🍽️ is really worth the price 💶. The sanitary facilities 🚽🧻 are very clean. We will probably stop there regularly for bowling 🎳 and food 🍽️.

Wir hatten den großen Saal für einen Geburtstag gemietet und müssen sagen, dass wir einen unvergesslichen Abend verlebt haben. Es stimmte einfach alles! Schon die Vorplanung war präzise, professionell und ausgefeilt. Auf alle unsere Wünsche (und wir hatten einige) wurde eingegangen. Am Veranstaltungsabend erwartete uns ein schön geschmückter Saal. Zügig wurden die Gäste mit Empfangscocktails bewirtet. Das Buffet war abwechslungs- und umfangreich, geschmacklich hervorraagend und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Das Personal las uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab, war flink, zuvorkommend und hatte immer im Blick, wenn jemand etwas benötigte. Und dabei gab es noch ein freundliches Lächeln obendrauf. Unsere Gäste und wir waren begeistertvom Trocadero. Eine Feier in der denkbar angenehmsten Atmosphäre mit überdurchschnittlichem Service. Danke an den Chef und sein Team!

In 2024 I spent both Boxing Day (with family - 10 people) and New Year's Eve with my husband and friends at the Trocadero. We were very pleasantly surprised on Christmas Day, as I feared there would be long queues at the buffet in the large hall. However, far from it, no matter how it was organized organizationally, it worked perfectly. There were also plenty of other meat and fish alternatives for those who didn't like goose like me Two soups to choose from, fortunately served at the table, as well as several delicious desserts rounded off the menu. Extremely attentive service staff, who were not tied to specific tables, as is the case in many other restaurants, constantly cleared away used dishes and ensured that drinks were replenished. For the New Year's Eve party, I can say that we are very happy to have chosen this location. We haven't danced so much in a long time. There were some of the expected queues at the buffet, but you have to express a big thank you to the guests, as they all handled it in a cultured manner without pushing, with humor and a nice chat. Empty dishes (only in the second round) were quickly refilled and again very nice and attentive service staff at the start. The water bottles were automatically replaced as soon as they were empty. If you had a favorite drink (Prosecco for us), the whole bottle was served to the table. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of all kinds as well as freshly tapped beer were always served at the table. There was also excellent dance music, something for everyone, so the dance floor was always full. Due to the friendliness and humor of the staff, an almost family atmosphere arose at times. All in all, a really great New Year's Eve party, dear Trocadero team. Thank you very much for that and we will be happy to visit the Trocadero again.

On a spur of the moment decision to end our vacation, we returned unannounced with 12 people. The restaurant was already full but the room would be opened for us. Within a very short time it was all set. We had a very cheerful, friendly and attentive waitress who made it clear that she enjoyed her job. The food was very tasty, the menu was very extensive, the portions were very well sized and a very good price-performance ratio. All in all, a very nice end to our holiday in this very good restaurant. We'll be back. We can only recommend Trocadero. A restaurant like yours has become very rare today. Thanks again

Simply great! There were 19 of us and we were served in a friendly and competent manner. All 19 people ordered a la carte and received their food at the same time, which is something I've never experienced before. Attentive service, delicious food and attractively presented. We'll definitely be back, even if it's not right around the corner for us! Highly recommended, moderate prices too

Who doesn't know it? At Christmas the whole family comes together, which is very nice but unfortunately also involves a lot of preparation for the host. That's why we've been going out to eat with the whole family on Boxing Day for several years now, so that everyone can spend this day stress-free and still together. This Christmas we chose the Trocadero restaurant and even though my father-in-law is a buffet person and prefers to have the food served to him, even he was more than happy because, to his surprise, there were no queues at the buffet! But there is a wide selection of starters, meat, fish and various side dishes. Wedding soup and broccoli cream soup were served at the table in advance. Several desserts such as tiramisu, panna cotta, mousse au chocolat and more were also very tasty. I would also like to highlight the service. Service is poor everywhere. The old motto – the customer is king – actually no longer applies anywhere. Not so in the Trocadero restaurant, where every guest is still truly welcome and welcome. We haven't received this much attention in a long time. We would love to come back.

Incredible! Were there for Christmas 2024. It probably has a good reputation so far...but what I was offered there wasn't good at all! Parking spaces must be brought from home... The room was full, loud and so warm that your glasses fogged up as soon as you entered! No trace of a cozy atmosphere. The soup was served way before the drinks were served! The staff was friendly but also clearly overwhelmed by the situation. One waiter gave me a particularly negative impression. After going to the toilet he only washed his hands half-heartedly! For me, just holding your hands under the water jet for less than 2 seconds is not hygiene! No soap was used! I was so speechless!! The buffet was always empty so quickly and it took forever until something was refilled! It was also cold at times. Red cabbage and bifteki were too salty... There was too much dill in the tzazikie. The only positive sign was that it was probably freshly cooked. It was nice that there were signs on the empty bowls so that you knew what you could have had....! And in the end €35 ​​(without drinks)? No, I've been there twice now, for the first and last time! And I can absolutely not recommend any major events! Sorry, this shoe is too big for you!!!

We always come to the Christmas buffet. The food is delicious and the service is very accommodating for a breastfeeding mother (normal service too, of course). Unfortunately parking is always a bit tricky, but no wonder at Christmas. Thanks for a relaxing Christmas :)

I'm only reviewing the restaurant here. Christmas 2024. Food: Goose breast. We all had 4 goose breasts. All the pieces looked the same. The skin was mushy, not crispy. The meat was dry and fibrous and fell apart when cut, sometimes with hard dark spots. The red cabbage tasted bitter. There were also small boiled potatoes. So it's anything but what you imagine a crispy, juicy Christmas goose to be. First make a thin, watery broccoli soup. Price 28 euros. The service was great.

We had dinner at the Trocadero the night before our early flight and then stayed overnight there. We enjoyed the food and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The windows in the room were well insulated and had electric blinds. This meant that - despite the location on a busy street - it was quiet with the windows closed. The room was modern and clean, the beds were comfortable. We would love to come back!

We celebrated our birthday here. What is fascinating is the absolutely great service. The employees are so hard-working and loving, I have rarely experienced that. Really great class. Went to the trocadero today for my partner's 60th birthday It was excellent as always. The service was top and the food was top notch It wasn't our first celebration there. I can only recommend it.

Club celebration with around 80 people. Service-service ok.Julischka (liqueur) served from 1 liter Cola bottles. Price oll-inn (well) until 2:00 a.m., after which the allowance is completely excessive. The management's willingness to talk is zero. At a club party of this size, one would have liked the management to be a little more accommodating. Summary: You can celebrate there, but other mothers also have beautiful daughters.

We had on August 10th. a very beautiful wedding celebration in the large hall of the Trocadero. Everything was perfect as discussed with the boss. The food was varied and every guest was impressed. You could give the room one star less if you value a working TV and don't like soft beds. Service is friendly, fairly quick and well organized. The location is central and easily accessible by S-Bahn. We would choose this hotel again because everything was good. You are well received and instructed. We come from this place and are here often. The food is delicious, the service is top and the prices match the quality. A salad bar rounds off the good food. It is located directly on the S Bahn. Nice beer garden in summer. If you feel like bowling, there is also a bowling alley here. And there is also the option for overnight stays here. We keep coming back

You can forget the Trocadero restaurant! The food is good, but the service... We had barely sat down when a stressed-out waitress immediately came over: What do you want to drink? Then we asked for a card. Before we got the menu, after a minute the other waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink. After we got the menu and ordered the drinks, a young man came with the drinks and he forgot a wine. He couldn't understand us because he didn't speak German. And so it continues. I think there were more wait staff in the restaurant than customers. And waiters without sense or understanding!

Is an event location. Party with over 50 decibels until the morning. Nobody cares about single guests here, or as the hotel management said, "they only pay €65, I'm not interested in them"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich hatte Schweinrfilet überbacken, das Fleisch war schön zart. Meine Frau hatte Gyros. Das Gyros war zu Cross gebraten, dss war so knusprig, das kaum Fleisch dran war. Was absolut nicht geschmeckt hat war der Djuwetschreis, er hatte einen leicht säuerlichen Geschmack und war total verkocht. Weder hat er meiner Frau geschmeckt noch mir. Einen Ouzo auf kosten des Hauses, oder sonst irgendeinen Schnaps, wie es bei den meisten mediterranen Restaurants üblich ist gab es auch nicht. Wir waren schon enttäuscht. Schade

We were there on January 12th with around 40 people, unfortunately for no good reason. From the very first moment, our every wish was fulfilled and granted. The owner responded compassionately to our every request. The food was very, very tasty, which is what our guests also said. The staff was extremely friendly and absolutely accommodating, nothing was missing from the tables and if it was, it was immediately refilled without us having to say anything. We were a closed group, the tables were already set and the atmosphere was exactly how we wanted it. There wasn't a single point that we had to complain about. I've been eating there for decades because the service is good and the food tastes very good. But raising the price of a meal by an average of 30% instead of the 12% increase is incomprehensible. I won't be going there as often anymore, especially since other good restaurants in my area have only increased the normal markup. I prefer to support these fair restaurants with my visit.

Da alle Plätze im Lokal belegt waren, war die Geräuschpegel dementsprechend hoch. Es kommt leider keine Gemütlichkeit auf. Die Speisen war in Ordnung. Reichhaltig und schnell zubereitet. An einer kleinen Salatbar herrschte Gedränge. Salat war frisch und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Service war gut, Bedienung sehr freundlich. Parkplätze begrenzt, S-Bahn Haltestelle in Sichtweite.

Fades Essen, irgendwo zwischen zerkocht und ungewürzter Rohkost, das Salatbüfett wie im Supermarkt mit Dosenware. Das freundlich-entspannte Personal macht es da auch nicht wett. Für mich kein Grund, hier nochmals einzukehren.

Heute waren wir zu einer Familienfeier eingeladen. Der 90. Geburtstag sollte gefeiert werden. Um es kurz zu machen. Diese Feier fand im "Trocadero" einen mehr als würdigen Rahmen. Alles passte von A bis Z. Ein super freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Serviceteam mit "Niko" und "Damian". Wir waren 26 Leute,... und das gesamte Essen,.. ganz großes Kino. Für alle und ohne Ausnahme. Es wurde a la carté bestellt. Alle Essen kamen zusammen und heiß aus der Küche. Wer etwas Ahnung davon hat, kennt diese Herausforderung. Super gemeistert. Und zur Krönung kam zum Hauptgang noch der Geschäftsführer " Herr Jovanovic" in den Gastraum und erkundigte sich bei allen, ob auch alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit wäre.
