If there are better bars in Berlin, I never found them. Small but excellent (let’s call it “curated”) beer selection and fantastic traditional German fare. Seemingly frequented by locals and tourists alike. Very reasonable prices for drinks and food.

What a great place in the middle of Berlin. One of the few restaurants in the Friedrichstraße/Unter den Linden area where Berlin flair and Berlin food go together so wonderfully. Food absolutely delicious; We opened the goose season today with a delicious leg of goose. My recommendation: Just go, enjoy the great service and, above all, the food.

Small tavern, overall pleasant dinner, but with some little bumps: a bit noisy, cutlery was not very clean (I asked for a cleaned one and was sticky as well), 9.5€ for a glass of wine is definitely too much.

Restaurant is slightly tucked away from the very touristy street. Small, but extremely cosy. We didn’t book the table, but were lucky to get one, very busy place. Excellent service, food is absolutely delicious. Fresh and homely. Best beer on tap.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not positive. During dinner, a waitress accidentally broke a beer glass on the table, causing a cut on my arm and staining my clothes. Although he offered me a napkin to clean the area, I believe the situation was not handled appropriately. Seeing other customers watching what happened, the waitress made an inappropriate comment, suggesting that I was under the influence of alcohol, which was not true. This was awkward and unprofessional. When we asked for the bill, we were pressured to leave a tip, despite the situation. I would recommend reviewing customer service protocols to avoid similar situations in the future.

Traditional bar in a very busy area. The staff were kept very busy but still maintained a smiling and professional approach. I didn't have any food but it did look lovely and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. It's nice to be able just to sit at a bar and have a few beers without being told its table service only or I have to make a reservation.

Went there 13 years ago as a couple. Randomly chosen it again this year, traveling as a family of four. It was as good as ever! Excellent plates, amazing atmosphere inside, decor is awesome. Leave your mobiles away and enjoy!

Had a Schnitzel, mushroom cream sauce and fried thin potatoes. Absolutely huge portions, excellent.Great flavours, excellent service from Waiter bar man,had menus in different languages.He was lovely, funny. Some of the other food coming out were just so huge in portions, particularly the pork hock/leg!

Great German restaurant. They even played German music in the background. The curry wurst is very good. The curry isn’t overpowering and the potatoes herbs are spot on. The pork knuckle (ham hock) was also very good. It looks intimidating but the meat is super tender and moist. We also got a beer and mirinda soda. All in all this seems like an authentic German bar. Wait staff is also friendly. The place is a little warm due to the air conditioner being off. Total for all these items was 45 euros or $50.

Very traditional pub like setting. We were the only ones in there who were not German. Absolutely brilliant food does not compare to anywhere else in Berlin for German food. I really recommend the schnitzel and the goulash was truely a showstopper. If you are in the area there is not a better place to eat.

Вся еда, абсолютно вся, была просто великолепна! Персонал хоть и не знает русский язык, но помогал нам при выборе блюд. Пиво это просто наслаждение какое-то, особенно после русских вариантов. Однако к вечеру набивается очень много народу и поэтому лучше места бронировать заранее. Обязательно еще раз посетим это заведение.

A real German cafe where many locals come and not just tourists. You can have a nice drink at the bar or order a typical German dish for lunch or dinner. There are menus in English and German. Not 5 stars because it was very hot (30 degrees outside in August) in the cafe/restaurant. There was clearly no air conditioning and I would recommend anyone to sit outside in the summer months.

I will express a completely personal opinion. I'm not a foodie nor do I know anything about restaurants. In order to comment here, I preferred to go to the desktop and use a keyboard. Among the places we ate and drank, Treffpunkt Belin was one of the two places that left a deep impression on me. We were their guests three times. Each time, someone new from the shift was on the service. Even though we couldn't speak German, they treated us like their guests and not their customers. Berlin has its own charming melancholy and sad smile. This pub allowed us to feel that Berlin and meet it. I will never forget the evening hours when my wife and I sat outside facing the street in front of the pub after a rain and dreamed of good times. Whatever we wanted from the menu, delicious food prepared with care was served to us. The beer accompaniments are very successful and I recommend you try the apple strudel. The pub is a bit dim, as it should be. There is seating outside. Inside, apart from the bar, there is a rather small seating area. Wooden tables have good conversation and smiles of the staff. The music never reaches an annoying level. The cleanliness of the toilets is quite sufficient... You sit there feeling safe without any anxiety, and your heart relaxes with a beer and melts into the night. I found the prices extremely reasonable for the waist size I experienced. When a place is run with love, it means a lot even for ordinary guests like us. Thank you for the beautiful moments. We apologize if we were unintentionally disrespectful. I don't know if we will come to Berlin again. "Don't worry about your hands."

This is our second time here and we feel very comfortable. Here you can feel the real old Berlin with really great traditional food and a wonderfully refreshing but friendly service staff with a real Berlin snout. She welcomed us as warmly as if we had been there for the last time yesterday. We love it and can only recommend anyone who comes to Berlin to go here.
