Completely wrong order and communication was impossible

I have never eaten fluffier pizza, a dream

We ordered, so we didn't eat there! Delivery took over an hour. We paid, opened it, and threw it all away. Never saw such doner meat—it was simply disgusting! Therefore, we'll never order anything from there again.

Worst pizza of my life. I would not recommend it!!!!!

Terrible service, ordered a pizza, the appointed time for the delivery of the pizza was not observed, they were 30 minutes late, they were supposed to bring another drink, but the delivery man did not bother to give it to us, plus the courier did not have change, we called support when the courier was 10 minutes late, we were told that he would arrive in the next few minutes (the call was made at 11:36) he arrived at 12 noon. I can't say anything bad about the pizza, juicy and delicious, it arrived hot, but it did not even come with napkins, in general, the service is 0/10. Food 8/10

The tastiest pizza I ate in Germany

Ordered spaghetti Bolognese for the second time today. Delivery was quick, I give it full marks. Unfortunately I didn't think the spaghetti was that good. Unfortunately the spaghetti was overcooked. Personally, the Bolognese didn't convince me at all. The Bolognese meat was too coarse and I found it to be a bit bland in terms of taste. I only give it 3 🌟 I highly recommend the kebab plate that I ordered this week and it was really good, I'm happy to give it a 5 🌟

Ordered 4 formagi and got salami + ham delivered. Nightmare for vegetarians. Quality of pizza poor. First and last order.

The pizza tasted okay, that's for sure. But if you never order tiramisu for €4.49 you get such a sad portion of it that it's not worth it in any way.

For our company party we ordered 6 party pizzas from Traum Pizza. The delivery was on time and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. They all tasted very good and the quality was top. We can highly recommend Traum Pizza and will definitely order again!

I ordered a casserole there from Lieferando at 10:20 p.m. After waiting for an hour and shortly after closing time, I called them and asked how long it would take. He said the driver wasn't available, but when he comes back he'll call me right back. I had specifically written to Lieferando to call, as the intercom is broken and there is no name on the bell. The person on the phone said he would call back straight away and still hadn't answered after 30 minutes. I called and no one answered, even after the 15th call. I just find it absolutely disrespectful and disgusting. Also the driver who is unable to read the note and thinks that you have to call. Unfortunately, it's almost midnight and hardly any other shops are still open. I have to order somewhere where I don't have a choice and wait even longer for my food. I will definitely never order from here again and will not recommend it to anyone! I would advise anyone not to order there.

So you were full. That was the good thing. Otherwise there was hair in almost every burger and in the fries and around the salad. There was almost no sauce on the burger. The pizza was definitely too small. For the price you would expect reasonable work. Edit half an hour later: We feel sick. I have no idea what was in there, but it's nothing good.

I can't say anything about the ambience because I ordered through Lieferando. Arrived relatively quickly. Approximately 20 minutes after ordering. What was ordered was: Langos (ham and cheese) & kebab pizza I was so looking forward to Langos because I usually only get them at the fair when they're overpriced, it was absolutely disgusting and the filling wasn't inside where you'd expect it to be, but slapped on top. The pizza was only lukewarm, had a floppy base and was not recognizable as a kebab. The red onions on it were tasty and the white sauce was okay, but the meat looked and tasted strange.

We ordered through Lieferando and I am completely disappointed. We ordered for 6:15 p.m. and the driver was at the door at 5:50 p.m. Unfortunately we weren't there yet and the food got cold. The base of the pizza seemed like ready-made dough to me, it was thick and not tasty. The salad is EUR 7.90 too expensive for me for the small quantity. We ordered yogurt sauce and got vinaigrette. In short: cold food, not tasty and wrong sauce.

The order came quickly, but a drink and dessert were forgotten/left out.

The burger pizza was disgusting and my friend's Roccula pizza wasn't cooked properly, she had a stomach ache after 2 pieces, the rest went into the trash.

I ordered two pizzas which came after 40 minutes. Unfortunately, both were raw inside. They also smelled like some kind of oil. They certainly didn’t smell like “Italian pizza.” The taste leaves something to be desired. salty and fatty. I decided to call the restaurant and tell them about it. They were surprised because they make all pizzas the same :D, that's not surprising since they make them from ready-made dough. After talking for a while, I asked for my money back. The gentleman laughed at me. He said he would make new pizzas that should never leave the restaurant. And so it happened. Contact was broken. You should also wash the pizza pans because the pizzas arrive black on the bottom. and they smell like burnt food. I don't recommend it.

Makes very good pizzas and the Yufkas are also recommended. Everything perfect.

The driver was very friendly, but unfortunately that was about it. The salad was a complete disaster, it only consisted of grated cheese and maybe 5 lettuce leaves… The pizzas were warm, but didn't taste good, paying over €35 for them was really expensive and almost cheeky.

We ordered pizza today... very dissatisfied because we waited so long... at least 1 hour, we were told half an hour... and when the driver arrived, we already had the next problem... he understood no German, and couldn't communicate, he just shook his head and that was it...unfriendly, he wanted the full amount because we didn't have it.. he called his boss, he gave us a 50% discount. The pizza was soggy liquid and sauces were missing chiken cold... We are very disappointed and very dissatisfied... We will definitely never order from there again. By dream pizza I understand...1a Sorry but not enough It didn't deserve anything more And finally If you hire a driver...the person who should be able to speak German is a shame

Pizzas are super good but super rude staff!

The base of the pizza was completely soggy. Mixed salad doesn't deserve the name. Some iceberg dalat with 2 pieces of cucumber and 2 small tomatoes and some carrot. Too expensive for the price. Dressing was more of a dip. Not particularly tasty either. Pizza and the salad.

Unsere Pizzen waren einfach super, die Portionen waren gut und wurden schön warm geliefert. Die Lieferung kam schneller als erwartet und der Lieferant war auch super freundlich. Gerne bestellen wir ein weiteres Mal.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass wir enttäuscht sind. Das Essen war kalt, der normale Chicken Burger war scharf und on top hat der Lieferant die Cola vergessen. Darauf hin meinte er: ja sie bekommen beim nächsten mal bestellen einfach 2. Tut mir leid dazu wird es nicht kommen, daher finde ich es etwas frech. Und das ist unsere ehrliche Meinung, danke.

So eine pizza habe ich noch nie gegessen es war einfach traum haft.

Wir haben für unsere Geburtstagsfeier Pizza liefern lassen. Es hat wie immer sehr sehr gut geschmeckt und der Herr hat sich sehr gut darum gekümmert das alles passt. Wir haben schon öfter bestellt und werden es weiterhin tun. Danke noch einmal.
