Hummus Lebanese Cuisine is a wonderful place! Once you get a seat in the restaurant, you can watch the hustle and bustle in the open kitchen. It's wonderful, you feel like you've been transported straight into the Mediterranean flair of Lebanon. The menu offers a diverse insight into Lebanese cuisine. Of course the falafel in the bowl or sandwich are great! There's hummus and baba ganoush, or these delicious fried potatoes with coriander. For vegans it is a dream to dine here. Meat and fish lovers will also get their money's worth. The selection is fantastic! A reservation is recommended, otherwise you can take the food with you or have everything delivered from the comfort of your own home.

Mega delicious food! The two of us had several matzahs. My highlight was the baba ganoush, which was my friend's little sausages in lemon sauce. There was also homemade lemonade. The service was super nice! We'll definitely be back :)

Doesn’t even taste like an authentic lebanese shawarma with poor meat quality and overdose of sauces covered in a packet kubboos with price on higher side.

Most delicious food in Germany. No words can describe the taste and nice atmosphere. The staff are super friendly. Even if ur far, it deserve to drive there everyday. Lebanese food is always special but this restaurant is a special lebanese restaurant!!

We were often at Humus, always very satisfied, and asked if they would also do catering for our garden party for around 40 people. The food was delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and very nicely decorated. If you like authentic Lebanese cuisine, or just want to try something different, Hummus is the right place for you! Highly recommended 👍🏻

The best Lebanese restaurant I know in BaWü! It reminds us so much of our vacation in the Middle East and we love coming every time. The food came an hour later, it takes a long time. I also get phone orders and that's probably why. Nothing special, chicken breast quite dry. An order was forgotten so my friend ate last alone. The unmade lamb. A lot of lemon juice. Personally, I didn't like it as a restaurant, I recommend that it's better to get a package, because in 15 m 2 it's a bit difficult to sit at the table. To show it looks good. The drinks are good and so are the stars.

We can't and don't want to imagine life without Baba Ghanoush, preferably several times a week. But all the other dishes we have eaten so far have been extremely tasty and prepared with a lot of love. I almost forgot to mention that we have never eaten better falafel and can't imagine that there is any better.

I was just eating hummus, I'm here as a visitor from the Swiss border. Food incredibly good!! They filled the whole table with lots of goodies!!!! As soon as I'm back in Pforzheim I'll visit the hummus again. Simply brutal!!!

Quickly: I went there twice with a friend who likes the shop and tried the "beef/lamb" minced meat skewer there twice (I don't remember what it's called on the menu) and surprisingly it was very tasty both times. Tastes almost like it's been grilled on charcoal, the quality of the meat is top! and large portion. The fries that come with it are also first class. Not many “classic” restaurants manage to taste like this. I was very surprised, I didn't expect that. Price/performance OK A good recommendation for quick and cheap food.

Went to Hummus today based on a recommendation from a friend. And what should we say? It was just wonderful. Everything prepared and served with a lot of love. Small, cozy atmosphere, nice service, authentic food and a pleasant crowd. We liked it so much that we ordered something to take home with us. We will definitely be back, if only to try all the other delicious dishes on the menu. The owners and their restaurant are a true asset to Pforzheim. Keep it up....

An extremely problematic operation: The owner got into an argument with a driver and the police were called in. When I politely asked about our order, the rude response was, "If you don't like it, then cancel and leave." I have never experienced such a disrespectful reaction, especially not from a managing director from whom one would actually expect professionalism. The height of impudence, however, is that his rude, incompetent and arrogant manner is not just a facade, but is confirmed by his behavior. What was also surprising was that shawarma was offered even though there was no grill skewer available - a sight that I saw for the first time Let's experience it. As far as prices are concerned, one would say in northern Germany: "My dear Scholli, they're peppered!" Unfortunately I can't judge the quality of the food, but with behavior like this I doubt that much emphasis is placed on the quality of the food.

Like a little short vacation! The food is uniquely good, freshly prepared and tasty. You should like garlic and be open to trying other spices. The small restaurant could quickly become crowded at peak times. We were lucky and got a table. Everything is lovingly furnished with lots of small details. The only thing that is a bit unpleasant is the open kitchen area and an inadequate exhaust system, because you are bathed in smoke and haze when there is a lot going on, so that your clothes and yourself smell of kitchen and food afterwards. The owners are very nice, as is the waitress. At the end we were asked if it was tasty, which many places of this type no longer do. We thought it was good!

The food is relatively ok...but it would be better on a spit because the meat is simply chicken from the pan. It's not bad, but real shawarma is just a different story. The shop is very small and hardly any space. The service is normal and polite. Hope they can find a new store soon and improve and of course I will test there. Nevertheless, everything is ok and you can eat there without hesitation. Gladly again😋

Kleines gemütliches Restaurant, super netter Service und außergewöhnlich gutes Essen. Die Qualität ist immer 1A, wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Das Essen schmeckt unglaublich gut, sie bieten auch Vegane Speisen an. Wer tapas, oder Mezze mag kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten! Aber auch gegrilltes Fleisch vom Lavagrill schmeckt super. Essen 5* Die Lüftung/ der Abzug über dem Grill funktioniert nicht richtig, entsprechend würde ich nicht empfehlen im Laden zu Essen. Man riecht sonst danach wie wenn man selbst im Topf drin gewesen wäre Auch der lieferservice lässt sich Zeit mit dem ausliefern.1+ Stunden Am besten bestellen, und selbst abholen
