We celebrated our 30th birthday at Amalfi and it was just perfect! From start to finish we didn't miss anything. The food was very tasty - every course was a delight, fresh and prepared with great attention to detail. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, stylish and welcoming, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The owner and the waitresses are all super nice people! Attentive, friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to the entire team for this great evening!

Dream wedding in Amalfi - "a little last minute..." Without getting too elaborate, we still have to go into a little more detail - the interested reader will forgive us. Back in February of this year we started looking for a suitable location for our wedding celebration as part of our church wedding, which was supposed to take place on July 20th, 2024 in Sersheim (and did take place :)). First there were three bitter disappointments: - Location No. 1, booked in February, went bankrupt without canceling our booking. - Location No. 2, booked in April, only revealed to us during later detailed planning that we would have to end the celebration at 10 p.m. due to strict municipal regulations - which was out of the question for us. - Location No. 3 - booked at the end of June after a 1-hour planning meeting with the boss - suddenly couldn't remember us 10 days (that was on July 11th) before the party - typical "wannabe gastro who just needs money in a hurry and doesn't want to do anything about it". We are on the verge of despair on the evening of July 11th. To calm our nerves we went to our favorite Italian restaurant at “Il Salento” in Sachsenheim (it should be noted that we would have been a bit too large a party for a celebration there). After we had complained about our suffering (here's warmest regards to Sylvie and Tony :)), the boss said that that couldn't be true, that such a series of disappointments had to be good for something, whether we were ready for it to travel all the way to Ludwigsburg with our guests for the celebration - she knew someone who would be in good hands with us and whom she could only warmly recommend to us. Only 5 minutes later, Carlo, owner of the Amalfi, introduced himself to us on the phone...it was a bit last minute, but he would be available for our celebration on July 20th. gladly available. The rest is quickly told - on July 13th, two days after the phone call and a week before our wedding date (!), we met with Carlo in the Amalfi and - that's just how it is when you're in professional and at the same time humanely warm hands – without further ado, the entire celebration with everything that goes with it was planned and agreed. And what was it like in Amalfi? Carlo and his entire team created a really great, beautiful, extremely familiar feel-good atmosphere for us and our guests that left nothing to be desired. From the aperitif to the menu (antipasto Amalfi, salad, to the main course - from the buffet - sea bass on a bed of spinach and saddle of veal in white wine sauce, with Mediterranean vegetables and rosemary potatoes, and finally cheese and fruit salad) to the “nightcap” everything was simply perfect and above all incredibly delicious. Even the youngest guest's every wish was met; pasta and pinsa made the children's eyes happy without any problem. Even at an advanced hour, shirts soaked in red wine were quickly replaced by Amalfi T-shirts - as I said, no wish remained unfulfilled. Our conclusion: It was simply a dream wedding with Carlo and his team in Amalfi - absolutely and unreservedly recommended! Grazie mille, Carlo! Biani & Christoph

Carlo is a thoroughbred restaurateur. He also continues to develop Amalfi. Excellent Italian cuisine, at a consistently high level. Ambiance, service, food good - all good.

The menu is clearly laid out so that you can quickly find the right dish. The location of the restaurant is ideal and it is also very clean, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant "Trattoria Vinoteca Amalfi" and was completely amazed by the atmosphere and the food. The restaurant exudes a Mediterranean flair and is reminiscent of the picturesque Amalfi Coast in Italy. The ambience is simply magical, with the great outdoor area, an elegant interior and a relaxed atmosphere. The service is warm and attentive, and the staff go out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Eating at “Trattoria Vinotecs Amalfi” is a real pleasure. The menu offers a variety of authentic Italian dishes, all freshly prepared and of high quality. The dessert is also a highlight. Overall, my visit was a culinary experience that I can only warmly recommend to every Italy lover.♡

BEST PLACE IN THE AREA!!! No matter whether antipasti, pinsa or a plate of pasta - at Amalfi EVERY dish is a taste experience! You can simply taste the high quality of the food and that delights us every time. We were always very satisfied and last week we celebrated our child's baptism there - even with a large crowd, the kitchen managed to serve ALL the dishes on time, warm and tastefully as always. Both the owner and the employees are very warm and pay attention to all the details, which makes the service really top! We always enjoy going to AMALFI and would highly recommend it to everyone! Because good food - puts you in a good mood :)

A true gem in the world of Italian cuisine in Ludwigsburg! Amalfi Restaurant not only enchanted my taste buds but also captured my heart. Finally!! A true pizza experience yesterday! You have to look for this pizza base in Ludwigsburg for a long time. Topping with good ingredients. Even the day after, the leftovers we took with us still tasted very good, with a crispy base. The other dishes, such as antipasti, made a good impression. Eine tolle Trattoria mit einer leckeren Karte und einer sehr schönen Weinauswahl. Der Gastgeber entwickelt sein Werk ständig weiter, sowohl vom Ambiente wie der Karte und den Weinen. Carlo is pretty much the best owner you could ask for. Super warm welcome, incredibly delicious food and great wine. Definitely the best pizza you can find in Ludwigsburg, especially at this price.

Schlecht war es nicht. Aber ich muss leider sagen, dass mir/uns das alte „Passione“ besser gefallen hat. Sowohl was das Ambiente anbelangt als auch die Speisen. Der Betreiber ist aber immer noch ein cooler Typ.

Das Essen war super lecker und aufgrund einer Hochzeit direkt vor Ort gab es noch drei verschiedene Arten an Nachtisch. Der Service ist aufmerksam und wir wurden mehrmals gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Terasse bietet ein schönes Ambiente im Grünen. Gerne wieder!

Es ist offensichtlich, dass in der Trattoria Amalfi jedes Gericht mit Liebe und Leidenschaft zubereitet wird. Das Ambiente ist warm und einladend mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre, die uns das Gefühl gibt, als wären wir in tatsächlich an der Amalfi Küste. Jedes Wochenende könnt ihr euch auf Live Musik freuen und nicht nur lecker essen sonder in die Nacht tanzen Ich kann es kaum erwarten, meine nächste Reservierung zu machen und wieder in den Genuss der fantastischen Küche zu kommen!

Locale accogliente e il cibo è il top 💯💯

Zunächst waren wir froh, an einem Freitagabend hier einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das Lokal war zu 90 % ausgelastet. Man wollte nur kurz den Tisch sauber machen und uns dann die Menükarte bringen. Nach 25 Minuten ist weder das eine noch das andere passiert. Wir sind daraufhin ohne Essen und etwas frustriert in ein anderes Lokal gegangen…
