The pinsas there are so delicious. It was my first time there and Tanja from the waitress service gave me a great recommendation for a pinsa. Fast and excellent service even though it was busy. The tiramisu is also highly recommended. I'd love to come back.

This terrific pizza restaurant is in the heart of the "dining district". It has inside and outside seating, multi-lingual friendly staff and a good sized menu. Pizzas are tasty and offer a good single serve.

I was here this weekend with so many of my friends and family(close to 15 of us). I enjoyed the freshness of the food(especially the burrata). Pinsa immediately responded to my reservation request to accomodate 15 people. They also did a wonderful job in terms of making everyone with kids comfortable. So many vegan and vegetarian options. We even left behind our jackets by mistake and we were called about it. This is a great restaurant if you are looking for freshly made Italian pizzas or Antipasti.

Super delicious food and super attentive service staff!

On August 25th, I ate at the Pinsa Manufaktur with my partner for the first (and last) time. We ordered pinsa, mine was vegetarian. The food came quickly, which was good. We were the first customers of the evening at 5 p.m. Otherwise, I didn't like the pinsa at all. It wasn't served seasoned, in my opinion. The pinsa ingredients were mixed together without creating a coherent whole. I found the dough tasteless, or even had an unpleasant aftertaste. The tomato sauce had no salt, spices, or oil, and the vegetables on top had no seasoning at all. You get extra garlic oil with your pinsa at the restaurant, and you can add salt, but this extra seasoning can't compensate for the lack of seasoning in the pinsa preparation... Seasoning is part of cooking for me! It always makes a bad impression on me when I get unseasoned food in a restaurant. My stomach fills up, but the food isn't really satisfying. The pinsa remains in my memory as the worst I've ever eaten, and I wouldn't recommend the pinsa from Pinsa Manufaktur.

We've been there several times now and are always impressed. The service is friendly, fast, and unobtrusive. The pinsa and salads are delicious. We'll be happy to come back.

Very friendly waiters, good and fast service. Super delicious food, and Aperol is a real treat. At the end, we even received two Nutella pinsas as a small thank you.

I was visiting Ludwigsburg in the evening of April 19, 2025 and tried out the Pinsa factory - and it was a hit! The young lady from the service was incredibly nice, friendly and competent. You can tell straight away: she knows exactly what she offers and really understands her service. The culinary highlight was of course the Pinsa itself: super tasty, with wonderfully spicy cheese and fresh mushrooms - a real treat! The next time I'm in Ludwigsburg, one thing is certain for me: I'll definitely come back here.

The pinsa is delicious but unfortunately, once again, very bland. It simply lacks salt. Also disappointing was the Vega Pinsa with vegan Bolognese. The vegan Bolognese was spread extremely thinly, so thin that you couldn't taste it. It basically looked like a thin layer of tomato sauce. It could be better. I still like the shop because the pinsa itself is very tasty.

Pinsa is like pizza, only worse. In addition, the Pinsa factory is rather expensive. The ambience isn't bad though.

Discovered by chance last lunchtime: There are all sorts of different Pinsa creations (like Carbonara in the picture), which taste really delicious. Pasta, among other things, can also be found on the menu. At lunchtime there is a great offer that will be pointed out to you straight away. I can definitely recommend the homemade iced teas for drinking, they taste super fresh and have no artificial sweetness.

We made a reservation there on a Saturday evening and had a lovely evening for two. About the ambience: The furnishings are very modern and tastefully decorated, especially the interaction of the tiles on the wall and the black ceiling fits the picture very well. The service: The service is very friendly, attentive and quick. There's actually nothing to complain about here, very good. The only point is that my red wine was served in a white wine glass. But I don't know exactly whether there are red wine glasses there. Would be worth an investment though. To eat: The pinsa was very well made (carbonara and ham+pepperoni), although the edge is a bit too big for my taste. However, garlic and chilli oil is served with the pinsa, which I personally find very “smart”. The side salad was also very tasty and I particularly liked the dressing. I can definitely recommend a visit there.

I didn't have high expectations. When I took the first bite I was completely amazed! The dough was great. Crispy but not dry. The toppings seemed high quality and were really tasteful. The chili oil that you could put on your pinsa also had a blast! It couldn't be better. Please keep it up and don't skimp on quality. It certainly wasn't the last time I was there.

Unfortunately we waited almost 40 minutes for 2 pins only to find out we had been forgotten. This can happen when a restaurant is overcrowded or you have to handle more orders than usual on the weekend, but not really on a quiet evening during the week. They wanted to offer us food immediately as compensation, but we no longer had either the time or the appetite. Too bad!

I am really not exaggerating 😭 I loved the pinsa sooo much! I got a 4 cheese pizza without Gorgonzola and with Tuna. it was just perfect. and I paid 21€ I think with a mango iced tea included. Food came fast, vibe so beautiful and cozy. Bathroom is incredibly clean. Great impression😃❤️

I loved both pinsas!!! Got one salty and savory and one sweet and salty which made a great combination. Frutti di Mare is my all time favorite wherever whenever I get a pizza. Raffaello was a great side pinsa to keep my tastebuds from getting tired of seafood flavor. These pinsas were served with some chili oil, which adds great flavor to the edges. As shown in the picture, they didn't put enough toppings, like they did not cover the pinsa all the way to the edge so only the middle pieces were actually good. Other than that, great flavor.

Delicious pinsas with a good selection of side dishes. Side salad with the house dressing was also very good. Unfortunately we have to wait a little longer for waiters, but it's still within reasonable limits for Friday evening.

I ordered Picasso Pinsa. It was delicious. The bresaola is high quality and vegetables are very fresh. The dough is very fragrant and well baked. The service is very good. It is also very child-friendly.

Very tasty pinsa in the middle of the city

Five of us reserved a table yesterday and were welcomed and served very nicely. The order was taken very quickly and didn't take long to arrive. We ate Pinsa for the first time and were very satisfied. The portions were plentiful and delicious!. The ambience was also great and the waitresses were super attentive and friendly. We had an excellent meal here during our stay in Ludwigsburg. The service was very friendly and the pinsa tasted very good. Price-performance is absolutely okay.

In the pedestrian zone we chose the Pinsa manufactory. A very friendly young gentleman took the order after an eternity. His very young colleague was very important. But it apparently has no function other than being important. She made several attempts to get to our table, but then kept getting stuck. For example, an older lady wanted answers to various questions that had nothing to do with the Pinsa factory. We clearly wanted to order or were expecting the menu. However, she actively ignored us. Ok, so we wanted to get up and try our luck a few meters further. But the friendly man mentioned came and we stayed. 🍕The pinsa was very good, also the bruschetta pinsa. Very good dough, good topping.🍕 The girl then got off work and went to meet her boyfriend. But not without forcing us to tip beforehand when paying. That's not okay when I'm almost forced. By the way, I would have given more voluntarily.

So far we only knew the pinsa shop in our area. But here they are just as delicious! Service is also great. Prices are okay.

We were recently assigned a table at 5:45 p.m. After a wait at 6:05 p.m., a colleague came and said that the table was reserved for 6:30 p.m. Since my buddy wanted to eat something, we were able to leave! 🙄

MEGA!!!!! Guys, this is the best Pisa I've ever eaten! I am a professional pizza maker myself (hobby). Here I get a great Pisa topping of your choice! Lovingly decorated and also a sufficient amount to eat where every hungry person can find peace of mind ;-) What they also understand very well is that the oil, balsamic vinegar (unfortunately poor quality!), chilli (FRESH), garlic oil, salt and pepper is served to the table every time. I've probably been a customer 9 times this year (only discovered a few weeks ago). The service is also fantastic and quick, which makes me happy to give a good tip every time! Thank you for existing!!!!!! Absolutely recommended!!!1

The waitress who served us moved us from a 4th table to a 2nd table, even though all tables were free. The mood was already in the dumps. The food was okay to fill you up. The tables are crooked. You have to be careful that the Pinsa doesn't fall off the table 🙄 The drinks were served in a glass, unfortunately without carbonation. The water was served in an older opened thick glass bottle, probably from the Sodastream. The garlic oil bottle was probably refilled with oil many times until the oil only tasted like oil with a neutral taste. Everything is really annoying. I don't remember being friends with the waitress (at least 10 years younger). Even though I'm sitting there, she used the first name of me and my partner. My partner then got sick from the Pinsa. It's a shame... we've eaten better here before.

Friday evening as a group of 5 explored the “Pinsamanufactory”. Reserved in advance, but a little late due to difficult parking conditions. Nevertheless, we were given a table for 5 in the outdoor area. A plus point for the service. Drink order was taken and delivered quickly. The selection of bottled wines could be larger, but it's not a wine bar... then order food; what a surprise: Pinsa. Preparation quick despite the hut being full; and how does it taste? Cool. 4 different preparations at the table, all top. Check for the figurehead. Beautiful compositions with fresh, delicious ingredients. Service consistently attentive; The ambience is just LB city center with all the “strangeness and attractions” that go with it. Conclusion: if you like Pinsa, you are at home here. Prices are completely ok these days. Clear recommendation; thanks to the team!

Absolute top address!!! I've never had such delicious pinsa anywhere before. The base is not too thin and still super crispy, the topping is plentiful and very good. Every Pinsa comes with a cutting roller, I've never seen one like this before... good idea. The service was very attentive and super nice...you felt comfortable and welcome. Gladly again
