Very tasty pinsa...all the ingredients are fresh and of top quality.The atmosphere is nice and cozy for the small area!! The staff was very attentive especially the waiter!! Despite the busy company, always attentive and always trying hard!! We'll be back!!

I didn't have high expectations. When I took the first bite I was completely amazed! The dough was great. Crispy but not dry. The toppings seemed high quality and were really tasteful. The chili oil that you could put on your pinsa also had a blast! It couldn't be better. Please keep it up and don't skimp on quality. It certainly wasn't the last time I was there.

We often go out to eat spontaneously, of course. It almost always worked. It is only recommended if you like Pinsa.

Our waiter's name was Julian. I think he was a really nice young guy, but he knew what he was doing, the Carbonara Pinsa tasted wonderful

Unfortunately we waited almost 40 minutes for 2 pins only to find out we had been forgotten. This can happen when a restaurant is overcrowded or you have to handle more orders than usual on the weekend, but not really on a quiet evening during the week. They wanted to offer us food immediately as compensation, but we no longer had either the time or the appetite. Too bad!

I am really not exaggerating 😭 I loved the pinsa sooo much! I got a 4 cheese pizza without Gorgonzola and with Tuna. it was just perfect. and I paid 21€ I think with a mango iced tea included. Food came fast, vibe so beautiful and cozy. Bathroom is incredibly clean. Great impression😃❤️

I loved both pinsas!!! Got one salty and savory and one sweet and salty which made a great combination. Frutti di Mare is my all time favorite wherever whenever I get a pizza. Raffaello was a great side pinsa to keep my tastebuds from getting tired of seafood flavor. These pinsas were served with some chili oil, which adds great flavor to the edges. As shown in the picture, they didn't put enough toppings, like they did not cover the pinsa all the way to the edge so only the middle pieces were actually good. Other than that, great flavor.

Delicious pinsas with a good selection of side dishes. Side salad with the house dressing was also very good. Unfortunately we have to wait a little longer for waiters, but it's still within reasonable limits for Friday evening.

Great, chic restaurant. The service was very nice and the pinsa was super tasty! There are some vegetarian and even vegan options. The Pinsa Vega is highly recommended 🥰

Pinsa somehow wasn't fully baked, at least it tasted that way because the topping on top wasn't cooked through, i.e. the onions and cheese, etc. There is also little coating on the side

Unfortunately, despite there being over 20 free seats, they wanted to seat us at a table for two with only half the bench seat at the table. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to move the table. There we went again. Too bad. Customer service is a priority on Sunday lunchtimes.

I ordered Picasso Pinsa. It was delicious. The bresaola is high quality and vegetables are very fresh. The dough is very fragrant and well baked. The service is very good. It is also very child-friendly.

Incredibly friendly service, very tasty and creative food. I was completely satisfied! I also think the lunch menu is particularly great, where there is a small salad with the pinsa and an espresso. The antipaati platter as a starter is also highly recommended.

Very tasty pinsa in the middle of the city

Five of us reserved a table yesterday and were welcomed and served very nicely. The order was taken very quickly and didn't take long to arrive. We ate Pinsa for the first time and were very satisfied. The portions were plentiful and delicious!. The ambience was also great and the waitresses were super attentive and friendly. It was a successful evening and we would love to come back! Price-performance is excellent! See you soon and keep it up 😊👍

We had an excellent meal here during our stay in Ludwigsburg. The service was very friendly and the pinsa tasted very good. Price-performance is absolutely okay.

In the pedestrian zone we chose the Pinsa manufactory. A very friendly young gentleman took the order after an eternity. His very young colleague was very important. But it apparently has no function other than being important. She made several attempts to get to our table, but then kept getting stuck. For example, an older lady wanted answers to various questions that had nothing to do with the Pinsa factory. We clearly wanted to order or were expecting the menu. However, she actively ignored us. Ok, so we wanted to get up and try our luck a few meters further. But the friendly man mentioned came and we stayed. 🍕The pinsa was very good, also the bruschetta pinsa. Very good dough, good topping.🍕 The girl then got off work and went to meet her boyfriend. But not without forcing us to tip beforehand when paying. That's not okay when I'm almost forced. By the way, I would have given more voluntarily.

Food is OK, but the service is first class….

So far we only knew the pinsa shop in our area. But here they are just as delicious! Service is also great. Prices are okay.

We were recently assigned a table at 5:45 p.m. After a wait at 6:05 p.m., a colleague came and said that the table was reserved for 6:30 p.m. Since my buddy wanted to eat something, we were able to leave! 🙄

MEGA!!!!! Guys, this is the best Pisa I've ever eaten! I am a professional pizza maker myself (hobby). Here I get a great Pisa topping of your choice! Lovingly decorated and also a sufficient amount to eat where every hungry person can find peace of mind ;-) What they also understand very well is that the oil, balsamic vinegar (unfortunately poor quality!), chilli (FRESH), garlic oil, salt and pepper is served to the table every time. I've probably been a customer 9 times this year (only discovered a few weeks ago). The service is also fantastic and quick, which makes me happy to give a good tip every time! Thank you for existing!!!!!! Absolutely recommended!!!1

Get very good Pinsa at fair prices.

The waitress who served us moved us from a 4th table to a 2nd table, even though all tables were free. The mood was already in the dumps. The food was okay to fill you up. The tables are crooked. You have to be careful that the Pinsa doesn't fall off the table 🙄 The drinks were served in a glass, unfortunately without carbonation. The water was served in an older opened thick glass bottle, probably from the Sodastream. The garlic oil bottle was probably refilled with oil many times until the oil only tasted like oil with a neutral taste. Everything is really annoying. I don't remember being friends with the waitress (at least 10 years younger). Even though I'm sitting there, she used the first name of me and my partner. My partner then got sick from the Pinsa. It's a shame... we've eaten better here before.

Friday evening as a group of 5 explored the “Pinsamanufactory”. Reserved in advance, but a little late due to difficult parking conditions. Nevertheless, we were given a table for 5 in the outdoor area. A plus point for the service. Drink order was taken and delivered quickly. The selection of bottled wines could be larger, but it's not a wine bar... then order food; what a surprise: Pinsa. Preparation quick despite the hut being full; and how does it taste? Cool. 4 different preparations at the table, all top. Check for the figurehead. Beautiful compositions with fresh, delicious ingredients. Service consistently attentive; The ambience is just LB city center with all the “strangeness and attractions” that go with it. Conclusion: if you like Pinsa, you are at home here. Prices are completely ok these days. Clear recommendation; thanks to the team!

Absolute top address!!! I've never had such delicious pinsa anywhere before. The base is not too thin and still super crispy, the topping is plentiful and very good. Every Pinsa comes with a cutting roller, I've never seen one like this before... good idea. The service was very attentive and super nice...you felt comfortable and welcome. Gladly again

We were warmly welcomed even without a reservation and the service was very good all around. I'm thrilled with the fresh ingredients and what's on offer! Everyone should find what they are looking for here: salads and pinsa for every taste, even for lovers of sweets! Extra requests are no problem for the kitchen team.

Recently there was supposed to be Pinsa again and I went to Ludwigsburg for it. The food was, as always (I've been there more than ten times now), very tasty and the people who worked there were, as always, very nice and competent. Only the price of the food is a bit steep, but that's probably due to the time. In any case it wasn't my last visit...

Just wow👍 there are no words to describe this taste experience. It made my mouth go boom! The taste buds had a feast to process. Airy, fluffy dough meets vegan ingredients and the lovingly prepared pinsa is simply a dream. A big compliment to the pinsa baker and a thank you for this meal. Manufactory gets to the point. Any time. ❤️

I recommend it gladly. The food was great, the dough was nice, fluffy but not soggy at all. The sauce, cheese ratio was really good and the portion size was nice. The only negative is that you could say that it is in the “pricey” side but the ingredients are fresh.

Very friendly service, very tasty food, there is gluten-free Pinsa, which is declared as gluten-reduced. It's made with gluten-free dough, and I didn't notice anything with mild celiac disease. In terms of appearance and taste, the gluten-free Pinsa can hardly be distinguished from the normal one. The dessert is also fantastic, I had panna cotta. Clear recommendation.

Ate Pinsa for the first time and not disappointed. 👍 We had reserved, which is highly recommended. You then have two hours before the table is reassigned, but you can register straight away if you want to stay longer. The selection is huge, including a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. We had a pinsa with vegetables and one with salmon and rocket. Both tasted great, but the one with salmon was dry and very hard after half the time. I noted this when clearing away. I was recommended to order a sauce underneath next time. As an apology we were both served an absolutely brilliant espresso. Despite the many guests, very cozy and pleasant, toilets super clean.

It's not really comfortable there. If you sit outside, the food still tastes great and the employees are extremely friendly. At the entrance on the right, however, the tables are too narrow for me and there is a draft there. That's how I feel, but I would still like to come back.

Erinnert zum Sitzen ein bisschen an ein Café, ist aber sehr gut um dort zu essen und auch Vegan oder Vegetarisch wurden wir sehr gut bedient. Nachtische in Vegan würde ich mir noch mehr wünschen, da die Sachen die es auf der Karte gibt auch sicher in vegan umgesetzt werden können indem man einfach was weglässt oder sogar ersetzt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben glücklicher Weise einen Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen, dafür mit zeitlicher Beschränkung. Dies war jedoch überhaupt kein Problem, das Essen kam super schnell. Die Getränke & die Pinsa waren super lecker! Gibt wohl noch weitere Standorte, die werden wir im Hinterkopf behalten.

Der Service und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr bemüht und freundlich, auch kurzfristig konnten wir noch einen Tisch bekommen, das Essen war sehr lecker, wenn auch nicht allzu üppig. Leider hat die sehr laute Atmosphäre die Stimmung des Essens doch verdorben. Es ist dermaßen laut vom Schall her, dass man sich nicht in Ruhe unterhalten kann und es deshalb einfach sehr ungemütlich wirkt, leider. Daher einen Stern Abzug.

Ich hatte eine Pinsa mit veganer Bolognese, leider war davon gefühlt nicht viel drauf und insgesamt war es eher fad. Es stehen zwar Gewürze aufm Tisch aber eigentlich gehe ich nicht Essen um nachzuwürzen. Der Vorspeisenteller war sehr lecker und der Glühwein mit Schuss auch. Die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich kann ich die Pinsa Manufaktur trotzdem empfehlen
