⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A culinary highlight on our way through We were passing through from Vienna to Karlsruhe and ended up at Antipasto because of the excellent reviews – and what can I say: Our expectations were even exceeded! The food was simply exquisite – authentic Italian, prepared with love and beautifully presented. The wine was also excellently selected and perfectly matched the meal. The restaurant's stylish ambience invites you to linger; you immediately feel at home. We would like to extend special praise to Alessia – her service was outstanding: warm, attentive, and professional. She rounded off the evening perfectly for us. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful evening – Antipasto is a true gem for anyone who loves high-quality Italian cuisine. Highly recommended!

Great tip from the Italian at the ice cream parlor. Great ambiance, great wines, excellent service. Authentic Italian cuisine, and when the weather's nice, you can sit outside, just like in Italy. A definite recommendation.

We were there together and got a table inside. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we had to wait forever to place our orders. The starter took 30 minutes, the main course another 30 minutes, and my espresso also took almost 20 minutes. By the time we finished one course, the dishes were stacked up in front of us until the next one arrived. The food was okay, but there are better options (spaghetti from a Parmesan cheese roll and spaghetti with monkfish).

Italian specialties and wines far away from pizza and spaghetti. Every time a culinary highlight. The seating inside is a bit cramped due to the historic building, but the attentive and clever staff always find a solution. Early reservation is also advisable on weekdays.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Antipasto. Die Atmosphäre ist toll, die Speisen sind lecker, die Weinempfehlungen gut. Schön ist, dass es eigentlich immer voll ist. Deshalb empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Einziges Manko ist, dass es zwei Essens-Schichten am Abend gibt. Aber damit muss dann eben Leben (wenn man es bis 20.00 Uhr aushält, bietet sich die 2. Runde an:-)

As has long been the place to be when it comes to good Italian food in Ludwigsburg. Top recommendation is the grilled tuna steak. But everything else is great there too.

Wir hatten mit vier Personen einem Termin um 18:00 Uhr reserviert. Das Restaurant war voll und wir bekamen einen schönen Tisch. Das Essen war sehr gut, ohne viel Firlefanz aber bezüglich der Produkte und der Zubereitung tadellos und typisch für gehobene italienische Küche. Der Service war gut und sehr flott.

Fresh, delicious food, friendly, fast service. There was a large selection, special requests were also fulfilled.

We ate here as a group, the service was very good, good wine recommendations and the food was very nicely prepared. I had the truffle pasta, which was unfortunately a bit bland in my opinion. It's a shame given the price. The others were happy with their food.

Wow.. my first visit to the area and found this gem of a place... It was busy, lots of customers (always a good sign on a Tuesday) but the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Within 2 minutes finding my colleague and I a table. Despite how busy it was, the noise levels was good, the food was superb, the service perfect, the staff were happy to speak English (my German is limited and unpractised). Definitely I will return this week. I hope I get chance to visit again in the future too.. Thank you.

Today I went to the wine alley with my husband for Valentine's Day dinner. We were extremely disappointed, the food was very simple for the price, and even the 'greetings from the kitchen' (cauliflower soup) couldn't change this impression. The service was ok but not particularly friendly or attentive. What bothered me the most was that there was smoking in the next room, i.e. the air was that way... All in all only two stars, unfortunately because I thought it used to be better!!

We've eaten here several times and it's always great! The meat and fish are perfect, the wines are excellently selected and the service is very pleasant. See you next time!

Delicious food... somewhat cramped tables

We were completely impressed by the restaurant. The waiters are incredibly friendly and attentive. As a special service, there is a greeting from the kitchen - a delicious soup - and fresh and delicious bread with high-quality olive oil is served. The food itself was excellent: fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, so you simply feel at home. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We reserved a table for Saturday evening and were able to sit down on time even though the place was full. The food came to the table very quickly and beautifully prepared. We got advice about the wine and were absolutely thrilled with the waiter's suggestion. We then tried other wines for dessert and were completely happy and satisfied.

A great recommendation if you want to come with several people and definitely make a reservation. It seemed like there were a lot of regulars there on a regular basis. The food was really great. And the Parmesan nest is particularly special.

Please treat this as subjective. Many people, cozy restaurant, even if tables are a bit close and you can feel suffocated if full. Complementary tasting tomato soup. Chose the Rinderfillet, medium done, which costs 36 Eur. Unfortunately i could only eat 20 % of it , due to meat cut being outside the tenderloin area, causing it to be stringy in many areas. Also, due to thickness the medium request could not be fulfilled. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the steaks, maybe try the pasta. :) Worst part is that the waitress did not even care why i did not eat, basically butchering the cut, trying to pick around the strings. I was quite sad.

I wanted to go eat something alone. Given the good reviews, I wanted to see for myself. There was a sign at the obvious entrance stating that the entrance was further to the left. When you opened the door there was the first table with guests looking at you with wide eyes and a haze caused by cigarettes. After about a minute the waitress came and asked for a free table. He replied only in the smoking area. I then left the restaurant with my clothes already smelly. Everyone can say what they want: a restaurant entrance that leads through a fog-filled smoking area spoils your appetite. Therefore only one star.

After making a reservation by phone, we got a table for two people at short notice. When I arrived at the restaurant, I found it a bit chaotic and of course crowded and, as is usual in Italy, a bit loud. The menu was served quickly, the entire staff was extremely friendly and the selection of food, no pizza, was excellent. We had a starter and a main course with a glass of wine and we were both very satisfied. As already mentioned, the tables are tightly packed and you can hear every conversation. I would eat here again at any time and can highly recommend it.

Saturday night, full house. If you can't stand the crowd, don't go there, because it's relatively small and crowded. The service is real catering professionalism, the food with original Italian flavors.

The lunch table was great.. A small piece of bruschetta was given away for free.. Had noodles... very tasty and served hot. Price performance very good.

Location takes some getting used to.

All the meals are salty and cheesy. Bread is hard. Don’t feel like soufflé but more to lava cake. Too sweet. Tried their signature pasta in cheese too. It felt too cheesy like a very stuffing pizza. Staffs are helpful.

It's a shame when the staff treats you differently than the table next door where people are sitting in shirts and we're only in T-shirts. We would also have loved to have been offered the fresh fish. We also had to call for the waitress to finally be able to pay. At the table next door people constantly asked if everything was OK and so on. And our bill was definitely higher than the table next door, you would definitely have gotten a tip if the service had been good. We were simply ignored, even though my husband is a regular with the company. Then suddenly there is a completely different service when there is a company behind it. The food was excellent and so was the wine selection. It's a shame that people forget that and only think about the poor service.

A nice Italian restaurant. We were a big group who came here after the concert in the church nearby. The risotto with scallop and squid ink pasta with salmon were quite nice. Visited in June 2024.

I ate the beef steak with potatoes from the lunch menu, followed by delicious bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and a small, delicious salad. The entire lunch was perfect and the price-performance ratio was very good.

Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied, mostly because of the food, it wasn’t special and tasty, it was okay. You can eat it, but for that price and Italian cuisine, it must be better. Also the service was slow and not very attentive. But I would say that interior and atmosphere inside were authentic.

We have been here twice and would come again because of the very good food. However, the service is really a disaster. The last time we were here was with friends and at some point we had to laugh because of how much slapstick we were treated to. The wrong drinks and food kept coming, several waiters wanted to take orders, etc. Extremely long waiting times, food was forgotten, etc. So if you really value smooth, professional service, you really shouldn't come here. Anyone who appreciates good food, has a lot of time and takes it with humor will be happy here. The service staff are also really very nice, that makes the failure a little more bearable and that's why there are 2 stars for service and not just 1 :)

Really a very, very good Italian place. That's why they were really very accommodating, discreet and attentive. The wine was excellent and the starter and main course were a delight. Home-baked bread with delicious tomatoes in olive oil, as a greeting from the kitchen, was served with the drinks, which is no longer a given these days All in all, a recommendation from me.

It almost hurts me to write a review because I would prefer to keep the antipasto gated. The food is professionally well cooked and the service is definitely very friendly and professional, although sometimes with a bit of attitude. And the map isn't boring either.

Nice Italian restaurant, place was crowded and unfortunately service toooooo long (more than 2 hours for a main dish and a dessert, at 2). Pasta as primi are very good, plates not very big, you can take a secondi and/or a dessert.

We were very satisfied with the food, service and the ambience. In my opinion, the prices are fair compared to other restaurants. The salad was fresh, the carpaccio was not cold, the spaghetti and ravioli were al dente and delicately seasoned. There was also a greeting from the kitchen.

Die unterschiedlichsten Gerichte die ich und meine Begleitungen gegessen haben waren durchweg sehr lecker und hatten angemessene Preise. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann das Restaurant jedem empfehlen.

Ich hatte ein hervorragendes Fischfilet - absolut frisch und saftig - in einer traumhaften Sauce mit frischen Gemüse. Das Ambiente ist urig und gemütlich, der Service war sehr flott freundlich und professionell. Schade, dass ich zu weit weg wohne. Sonst würde ich dort pro Woche dreimal hingehen.

Very nice atmosphere and very tasty wines, the food is also excellent. Definitely worth a visit, but you should definitely make a reservation as space is a bit limited, but that adds to the atmosphere. All in all, you can spend a lovely evening here.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit einer sehr schönen Karte, die in der Küche sehr lecker umgesetzt wird und dazu passend eine schöne Weinauswahl. Man fühlt das Leben und das Lebendige. Wir kommen schon seit dem Start vor über 10 Jahren her und haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Leider muss man sich jetzt für eine Uhrzeit (18.00 bis 20.00 oder ab 20.00 Uhr) entscheiden. Wir hatten den frühen Termin. Und da macht dann ein Verzug im Bedienen bis die Karte kommt, man bestellt, das Essen kommt, etc. ein 2 Stunden Fenster dann doch eng. Wir haben den Nachtisch weg gelassen, dann hat es gerade noch geklappt. Aber das war dennoch ein Minuspunkt.

It was easy to get a seat on Friday evenings, the service was attentive and the daily recommendation was a dream. Quality high standard, prices accordingly. Steak would have needed about 40 seconds more, but it was already very seared. Please listen to the service staff when choosing your wine!

Top Italian... I've been to about 8-9 different Italian restaurants in the last 12 months and none were as tasty as here. Before I forget, I would like to add that for the second time in a row, the greeting from the kitchen was a culinary delight and not just a gesture to do the customers a favor, but the greeting from the kitchen more than delivered

The restaurant was very busy and without a reservation the chances of getting a table are not very good. The tables were beautiful and set with high-quality damask tablecloths. Large selection with a daily menu that changes daily. Very good service e.g. B. for advice on starting and wine. There was a delicious vegetable soup as an amusement. The courses were served very quickly. There was no time between the starters and the main courses. Some of us weren't finished with the appetizer plate yet. We had a good bottle of rose and wines by the glass. One wine had cream of tartar in the glass, which shouldn't be there. The food was good and some, like the liver, were very good.

This was my fourth total visit to Antipasto today. Staff as always exceptionally friendly and quick, food as always exceptionally good. Would also give six stars. Also very child friendly.
